Todd Blanche Faces A Difficult Confirmation Process – Senator John Kennedy Defends Blanche
July 22, 2026

The fight to get Todd Blanche confirmed as the next Attorney General rages on, as Blanche needs at least 50 Senators to vote in favor, in this scenario Vice President JD Vance would cast a tie breaker vote.

Senate Democrats will likely remain united in voting against Blanche, which means Blanche can only afford to lose a little bit of Republican support.

Two GOP Senators, Thom Tillis, R-NC, and John Cornyn, R-TX, remain undecided and are skeptical on Blanche’s qualifications for the role.

Tillis demanded that Blanche meet with Epstein survivors, which he recently did and Cornyn argued that Blanche’s answers during his confirmation hearing were “not good enough.”

Both Tillis and Cornyn are having discussions with President Trump to negotiate a compromise in return for their votes to confirm Blanche.

During his confirmation hearing, Blanche suffered a gaffe when being questioned by Senator John Kennedy, R-LA.

Kennedy asked Blanche if he and President Trump were friends, prompting the latter to say “I’m his lawyer – was his lawyer, and now I’m the deputy Attorney General.”

Despite the comment, Kennedy is still confident that Blanche will be confirmed as the next Attorney General.

“I don’t think any closed minded person can look at his resume and not conclude that,” Kennedy told TGP.

“I don’t think my Democratic colleagues like him because he was appointed by President Trump and that upsets them because they wanted Vice President Harris to be President.”

Back in May, President Trump and the DOJ introduced a $1.776 billion dollar “anti-Weaponization” fund to compensate J6ers who were treated horribly by the justice system following the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.

The plan was then cancelled by Blanche.

“The anti-Weaponization fund you talk about is no longer in existence and the Attorney General said it won’t come into existence,” Kennedy told TGP.

Kennedy also brought up a settlement regarding President Trump’s tax audits, which was voided by District Judge, Kathleen Williams:

“There were a lot of other questions by my Democratic friends about the settlement of the President’s audits, but that settlement agreement has been struck down by the district court,” Kennedy told TGP.

“It’ll probably be appealed, but I wouldn’t bet my house on the court of appeal, like overturning the district court’s opinion. If I were betting your house, it would be a maybe.”

Kennedy subtly hinted that he is leaning towards voting to confirm Blanche and would only vote no if something “demonstrated” to him that Blanche is not qualified:

“Something that’s Demonstrated to me, aside from my personal feelings, is that he was unqualified.”

The confirmation process to confirm Blanche as the next Attorney General has stalled, as he has not secured key GOP Senate votes from Cornyn or Tillis, while other GOP RINOs such as Susan Collins, R-ME, and Lisa Murkowski, R-AK, could be a thorn in the side of both Blanche and President Trump.

Will Blanche prevail or will the President have to pick someone else as the next Attorney General?

The Worst Sports League in History Continues to Self-Implode

The women running the WNBA are destroying their golden moment.  The WNBA places racial and sexual prerogatives over running a league that welcomes mainstream America.

Caitlin Clark joined the league and brought a huge fan base with her.  These fans didn’t care about race or sexual preferences; they followed Clark because of her exceptional and generational talent. Clark was exciting to watch and would make three-point shots from places on the court never fathomed.  Her shooting, passing, and winning were addictively fun to watch.

Clark is still on fire as reported only days ago:

But unfortunately, this league hates her. She is white, straight, pretty, and better than all the rest. The league claimed that Clark didn’t get the most votes for the All-Star, yet she ran away with the voting the last two years. Clark was supposedly second to someone no one knows.

Clark is consistently abused by the WNBA leadership, the refs, her coaching staff, who play her sparingly to keep her stats down, and players in the league who are physically beating and abusing her during games. It is so bad that the US House is looking into it.

BREAKING: US House GOP Study Committee Wants Answers from WNBA Regarding the Abuse of Caitlin Clark

For the All-Star break this weekend, the league hides Clark in the back row in the promotional poster.  This league hastes Clark and the fans notice.

Yet, Clark has made millions for the league.

The WNBA ultimately hates Clark’s fans – good Americans who enjoy basketball and don’t care about race, color, sexual preferance, or liberal politics.

After Caitlin Clark Assaults, Divisive and Unserious WNBA Promotes Kamala and Tim Walz This Weekend

Those who don’t agree with the liberal and radical WNBA base are called racists.  This is hat is really going on.

It’s like communism; if you don’t play along with the agenda, you must be removed.

Tsegaab Binessu Credit: Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office

An unemployed migrant in Minnesota has not only committed three heinous acts of murder but is blaming AMERICA for his wicked deeds.

As KTSP reported, authorities charged 30-year-old Tsegaab Binessu on Tuesday afternoon with the murders of three people: 25-year-old Nansi Fuentes Zambrano, 56-year-old Dena Silcox, and 43-year-old Adam Wilwerding. The charges came just one day after he was arrested in Virginia, Minnesota on Monday night.

The murders occurred at a St. Paul apartment complex on Monday. All three victims were staffers at the complex.

Per documents viewed by KTSP, Binessu, who is originally from Ethiopia, demanded cancellation of his $65-a-month parking garage contract because he intended to join the Navy and had quit his job as a trucker two months ago.

The documents also show that Binessu’s roommate later called the police and revealed that Binessu told him he had gone to the leasing office and killed three people.

More from KTSP on the incident:

Apartment staff later told police that Binessu had called earlier to cancel that parking contract, but they told him he couldn’t get out of paying it after recently renewing it, the complaint states. Binessu replied that he was going to come to the office to talk about it in person.

Surveillance video from the apartment office shows Silcox and Wilwerding talking to Binessu when the tenant suddenly lifts his shirt, pulls out a gun, and points it at them, charges state. He then allegedly shot Wilwerding six times and then Silcox six times.

Before the camera feed ended, Binessu walked down a hallway, out of view of the camera, and a scream was heard, followed by four more gunshots, the complaint adds. A total of 21 spent casings were recovered in the office.

Binessu was arrested driving Zambrano’s car.

KTSP also notes that during an interview with the police, Binessu lashed out at the country he now called home. He whined about “the American system,” claiming that he had previously tried to bring his wife and kids from Ethiopia for seven years.

“The American system,” Binessu claimed, later caused his divorce. He also said without evidence that apartment management also blamed problems on “the American system,” and said he was a victim of racism and xenophobia.

Ramsey County Attorney John Choi released a statement that called the incident “shocking” and vowed to hold Binessu accountable.

“This shocking act of violence has shaken our community, and we thank the Saint Paul Police Department and other assisting police agencies for their quick work to bring the suspect into custody,” he said.

“Our hearts go out to the family and friends of the three victims who lost their lives, and we will do everything in our power to hold the accused accountable and seek justice for our community and the victims,” Choi added.

Binessu faces up to 40 years in prison for each murder. He is scheduled to arrive in court for the first time on Wednesday.

FBI Director Kash Patel to Make Rare Trip to Russia: Report

FBI Director Kash Patel to Make Rare Trip to Russia: Report

FBI Director Kash Patel to Make Rare Trip to Russia: Report
July 22, 2026

Press briefing at the White House featuring a speaker in a suit, with the American flag and White House backdrop visible.

A new report says that FBI Director Kash Patel is planning a trip to Russia later this year.

Patel is scheduled to visit Russia on Oct. 14 and Oct. 15, according to Politico.

The outlet cited a “U.S. official familiar with the travel plans” as its source, as well as “a person familiar with the situation.”

The report said Patel will visit Moscow and St. Petersburg.

The official said that it is likely Patel’s visit will be hosted by the FSB, the Russian security force that was created after the KGB was dissolved after the dissolution of the Soviet Union.

The report said Patel’s itinerary is uncertain, as is the potential of any meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

Neither the White House, FBI, nor Department of Justice would comment on the report.

Robert Mueller, the special counsel who investigated the Russiagate hoax, was the last FBI director to visit Russia, doing so in 2013.

Patel’s past connections with Russia have been anything but convivial, with a major part of his background devoted to trashing Russiagate and investigating Russian meddling in U.S. elections.

The unconfirmed report that Patel would visit Russia stirred criticism.

“Our FBI Director, who was an unregistered lobbyist for Qatar, is heading to Russia as the White House prepares to impose more sanctions on Russia, which is supplying Iran with weapons to murder US soldiers,” right wing activist Laura Loomer posted.

“Nothing to see here,” she wrote on X.

Vitriol flowed from the left, where Occupy Democrats, a progressive group, also attacked the concept of Patel visiting Russia.

“The man who built his entire political career casting doubt on Russian election interference is now planning to personally shake hands with Russian intelligence officials, at a moment when U.S. intelligence has reaffirmed — using documents Trump himself just declassified — that Moscow has been actively working to undermine American democracy,” the group frothed in a post on X.

“America’s top law enforcement official, flying to Russia, hosted by the FSB. If that doesn’t demand answers from Congress, nothing will,” the group seethed.
