The partnership between SpaceX and the U.S. Space Force has been essential to the United States’ quest for space superiority.
On Saturday, that partnership continued when SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket, carrying a classified payload for the U.S. Space Force, was launched from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
The launch was part of Space Force’s USSF-385 mission, but details regarding that mission have been classified.
SpaceX reported residents in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura counties may have heard a sonic boom from the launch.
SpaceX launched a mysterious, classified U.S. Space Force mission from California Saturday morning, with little publicly known about what was sent into orbit or where it was headed.
A Falcon 9 rocket carrying the USSF-385 mission lifted off from Vandenberg Space Force Base on California’s Central Coast at 7 a.m.
The mission’s payloads, their activities and even their exact destination are classified, according to Space.com.
SpaceX also cut off its launch webcast shortly after the Falcon 9’s first-stage booster returned to Earth. The company typically ends broadcasts early during national security missions rather than showing the deployment of classified payloads, Space.com reported.

The launch comes two weeks after Air Force Secretary Troy Meink confirmed the U.S. military has weapons in space.
Meink made the announcement during the Air, Space, and Cyber Conference held in Maryland.
The Air Force Secretary stated that the U.S. has “on-orbit space control weapons capable of defending the Joint Force against hostile adversary action.”
In response to Meink’s announcement, both Russia and China warned the U.S. that space is no place for a “battlefield.”
Parents should not have to sue, face down public officials, or fight for access just to learn what mental-health programs are doing in schools and how public money is being spent. From Florida to Connecticut and Tennessee, citizens are challenging behavioral-health providers and contracts they believe have been protected from meaningful public scrutiny.
Jack Knocke, a citizen advocate, and Marsha Metzger of Parents On the Level sent FBI Director Kash Patel a detailed September 17 letter requesting federal scrutiny of school-based mental-health and social-emotional-learning platforms. The letter asks what students are shown, what information is collected, who can access it, and whether parents can inspect the programs and records.
Knocke won. After challenging Nassau County, Florida, over access to Ripple Effects curriculum records, Knocke obtained a court order requiring access. The judge also awarded attorney’s fees
The letter’s questions echo national headlines:
Can parents inspect what their children are shown? Knocke and Metzger report barriers to reviewing school materials. Recent reporting has described disputes over parents’ ability to obtain copies of school mental-health surveys after being allowed to view them.
Are students asked sensitive questions without meaningful parental notice and consent? The letter says review notes identified topics including sexual abuse, relationships, sexual consent, and pregnancy services. The authors want officials to verify what content exists and which students can access it. In August, the U.S. Department of Education issued guidance about PPRA and parental rights concerning mental-health screenings and sensitive surveys.
What happens to children’s answers and personal information? Knocke and Metzger ask what student journals and profiles collect, who can access the information, and whether parents can inspect their child’s records. Recent coverage of an Illinois school-screening initiative raised questions about how student information may connect to behavioral-health portals and follow-up services.
Parents need informed consent, a meaningful opportunity to understand a program and its questions before a child participates. Parents should have “PPRA” tattooed on their foreheads, figuratively speaking. The Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment gives parents rights concerning certain student surveys and instructional materials, including sensitive topics such as mental health, sex, and religious beliefs.
AbleChild’s concerns about school-based mental-health programs are rooted in years of advocacy. In Killingly, Connecticut, a surveyof students in grades 7–12 reported that 14.7% of respondents had seriously considered suicide. AbleChild questioned whether the survey gathered important context, including whether students reporting suicidal thoughts were already receiving psychiatric treatment. The survey did not establish that. AbleChild argued that parents should have been told how the survey would be used, including its potential role in the campaign for school-based mental-health services.
A group of parents represented by attorney Andrew Feinstein pressed for the clinic. AbleChild challenged the funding and advocacy behind the proposal, including nonprofit and lobbying interests.
At a public hearing on federal funds allocated to Connecticut, AbleChild says the organization was the only member of the public present to address the funding. Written testimony had been submitted before co-founder Sheila Matthews arrived. When Matthews sought to testify about funding and accountability, Toni Walker, New Haven representative and House Chair of the Appropriations Committee, refused to allow that testimony. A police officer was stationed at the door. Matthews says Walker repeatedly addressed her as “ma’am,” despite prior work with AbleChild. AbleChild viewed the exchange as an effort to deter and intimidate the organization. The video of the exchange will let viewers assess the interaction directly.
AbleChild says Walker knew an AbleChild member who had to fight to obtain her son’s mental-health records after the child was placed on psychiatric drugs while in state custody. AbleChild says a complaint was filed with Attorney General William Tong concerning nonprofit and lobbying interests involved in the clinic campaign and submitted in the appropriation testimony, but no meaningful response followed.
The state’s complaint against Killingly was ultimately resolved through an agreement providing expanded school-based mental-health services, including services through Community Health Resources. The legal challenge was not settled by a clear ruling on the merits. Instead, the dispute ended in a political deal that sidestepped the unanswered questions and delivered the clinic campaign’s desired outcome.
In Hamilton County, Tennessee, AbleChild supported the school board’s decision not to renew its agreement with behavioral-health provider Centerstone. AbleChild questioned contract language stating that parents would be contacted “as is necessary” and asked what results the provider’s decade of work had produced. The district later revisited the issue and approved a process allowing multiple providers to offer services, with parental approval required before services begin.
AbleChild’s broader concern is that behavioral-health contracts can become entrenched while families and taxpayers struggle to obtain clear information about services, referrals, outcomes, and oversight. When public institutions spend public money, questions about performance and parental notification are basic accountability questions.
AbleChild has also fought for evidence and transparency in the discussion of mass shootings. The organization landmark law is spelled out in Tennessee legislation requiring toxicology testing for psychotropic drugs in certain fatal mass-shooting cases, along with a study of possible interactions with other substances found in the perpetrator’s system. The purpose is not to presume that medication caused a crime. The purpose is to ensure relevant evidence is collected so investigators, policymakers, and the public can examine the facts.
AbleChild has repeatedly called for lawful transparency about relevant mental-health records in mass-shooting cases. That is a request for a fuller accounting to protect public health. When schools and providers call for more screening and intervention, families deserve to know what programs do and what outcomes they produce. When violence occurs, the public deserves access to relevant evidence to the extent the law permits.
The Two-Word Answer
The solution for parents is simple. Two small words, joined by a hyphen: OPT-IN.
If parents want their children to participate, parents should opt in. No automatic enrollment. No hidden screening. No sensitive surveys or counseling-adjacent programs without a parent’s informed choice.
AbleChild believes an opt-in standard would restore parents’ authority and sharply limit the expansion of school mental-health clinics, subjective psychiatric labeling, and the pipeline into a multibillion-dollar behavioral-health industry. Parents decide first.
AbleChild is a 501(3) C nonprofit organization that has recently co-written landmark legislation inTennessee, setting a national precedent for transparency and accountability in the intersection of mental health, pharmaceutical practices, and public safety.
Footnote: Knocke says that although they prevailed in Nassau County, they received no access after the district and nonprofit canceled their contract during litigation. In Putnam County, he and Marsha Metzger faced similar delays and obstruction, receiving only limited access and no usable copies. Parents reportedly opt into Ripple without seeing it or receiving meaningful disclosure.

WATCH: Gen. Michael Flynn Warns America Is ‘Teetering on the Edge’ During Explosive American Martyrs Panel — And the Same Lawfare Judges Are Still on the Bench
September 28, 2026
Lara Logan questions retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn during a panel discussion at the American Martyrs premiere in West Palm Beach, Florida, on September 26, 2026.
Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn issued a dire warning about the direction of the United States during a fiery panel discussion at the American Martyrs premiere in West Palm Beach, Florida, telling the audience that the country is “teetering on the edge” and urging Americans to become politically engaged.
The remarks came during Saturday night’s American Martyrs premiere at the Cohen Pavilion in West Palm Beach. The official event schedule listed investigative journalist Lara Logan alongside Flynn, Rudy Giuliani, Dr. Simone Gold, and Roger Stone for the evening’s first panel.
During the discussion, Logan turned to Flynn and raised the subject of what she described as political “lawfare,” including Flynn’s years-long battle with the federal government.
“You still haven’t had justice, although the Justice Department had to settle with you,” Logan told Flynn.
“Extraordinary that even when the DOJ ordered a judge to drop the case, he resisted. Lawfare is probably — I mean, people in this room were convicted by the same judges over and over again, judges who stood in courtrooms in grandstanding and gave their political opinion.”
She was talking about Judge Emmet Sullivan, the same Obama-era holdover who refused to dismiss Flynn’s case after the Department of Justice itself moved to throw it out. And she was talking about the D.C. bench that railroaded the men featured in American Martyrs: Enrique Tarrio, Joe Biggs, Ethan Nordean, Zach Rehl, and Dominic Pezzola.
In March 2026, the Justice Department agreed to pay Flynn approximately $1.25 million to settle his lawsuit alleging malicious prosecution stemming from the Russia investigation, according to Reuters. Flynn had originally sought $50 million.
Flynn did not soften it.
“We are in a period right now that we are teetering on the — I mean, literally on the edge,” the retired three-star general said. “We’re on the edge of losing this country. Do not kid yourselves.”
Flynn was forced to burn through some $5 million in legal fees just to keep his name and his family from being destroyed. He pleaded guilty in 2017 to save them from ruin. Rush Limbaugh called the indictment “one of the most gigantic political scandals of our lifetime.” He was right then. He is right now.
Days after the settlement, Flynn issued a statement The Gateway Pundit published in full.
“Nothing can fully compensate for the hell that my family and I have endured,” he said. “No amount of money or formal resolution can erase the pain caused by a prosecution that should never have been brought.”
Logan’s point Saturday was sharper than any settlement check: the judges who dishonored the bench are still sitting on it. The same courthouse that convicted the men in that West Palm Beach room is still open for business.
Flynn’s warning Saturday was not a book tour talking point. It was a battlefield assessment.
“Don’t let somebody give you some excuse, some bullshit excuse,” he told the room. “Like we always learn in the military, the enemy has a vote. And this enemy that we are facing, they are very, very shrewd. They’re dangerous. They’re well-funded. They’re well-organized. And they’re well-led. … You know what they want? They want the United States of America.”
He named the coalition he says is driving it.
“We have an element in this country — socialist, communist, Islamist. They call it the Red-Green Alliance. It’s very real.”
“Very real,” Logan answered.
“You’re damn right it’s very real. And it is so dangerous.”
That is the same alliance Flynn has been warning about for years, cultural Marxists on one side, Islamist political movements on the other, working the same project: strip the American identity, flood the institutions, and dare anyone with a voice to stand up.
Flynn did not pretend the president is perfect.
“Do I have my differences of opinion with Donald J. Trump? You’re damn right I do,” he said. “There’s a lot of things that I disagree with him on. … And he’s got a circle of people around him that are advisors. But I know one thing about him. That man loves this country.”
He compared the crush of the presidency to Reagan’s old line: you can only worry about one or two things a day. The rest, Flynn said, falls to “bodies like this,” the people in the room, the networks in hometowns, the churches that still know what time it is.
Then he went after the Americans who pretend they are above the fight.
“Don’t let somebody stand there and go, ‘I don’t do that political shit, I don’t do politics.’ I always ask when somebody tells me that, I say, ‘You pay taxes?’ And they go, ‘Yeah, I pay too much taxes.’ I said, then you do politics. It’s that simple.”
“We’ve got to be fearless about what we stand for, who we are. And stand up! Argue with people! And sometimes somebody might take a swipe at you. Or you know what they might do? They might throw you in prison. They might throw you in prison for nothing! For no reason!”
Look around that hall. Enrique Tarrio. Joe Biggs. Ethan Nordean. Zach Rehl. Dominic Pezzola. Men the Biden DOJ tried to make into a morality play.
Men The Gateway Pundit has said from day one were used as pawns to destroy Donald Trump and terrorize the MAGA movement. That is the entire point of American Martyrs, the documentary and the book we premiered Saturday at the Cohen Pavilion.
Flynn said, “Exactly what Simone said. We’ve got to be fearless. … For those of us that are not there, for those of us that have a voice, those of us that have some level of energy — get your ass out of bed early in the morning and get out there and fight in your own worlds, your own areas, your own communities. If your church is aware of it. But you gotta get out there and you gotta fight.”

Chamath Palihapitiya Explains Barack Obama’s Latest Interest in AI and It Should Frighten Every Freedom-Loving American
September 28, 2026
Charmath Palihapitaya weighs in on Barack Obama’s sudden interest in AI.
Earlier this month Barack Obama spoke at a Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee fundraiser where he discussed Artificial Intelligence (AI). Obama told the crowd of fellow socialists that AI would be a central agenda if he ran for president in 2028.
The most destructive president in US history urged House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries and other Democrats to develop a public framework for AI safety, economic impacts, and child protection.
But, as we all know, there is always an agenda with Obama and his destructive policies that weaken American dominance and lift up our adversaries.
Venture capitalist and entrepreneur, Chamath Palihapitiya, explained the political calculus behind Barack Obama’s sudden concern with Artificial Intelligence this week during the All-In podcast.
It’s about what we all expected. It’s all about politics with B.O.
Palihapitaya told the All-In audience:
“This is a very important moment for a very simple reason, which is that the world is about to endow 3-6 companies with about $10 trillion of wealth.”
“And what Obama knows very well is that most of those companies are overwhelmingly left leaning. And what he also knows is that there is a huge portion of that money that will then get put into philanthropic and charitable causes that then he and the people around him will be beneficiaries of.”
“That is the truth. We already know this because we know that some of these frontier corporations actually ask you to sign up DAFTs and have a portion of your stock that you’re willing to pledge. So this money is going to go to things other than consumption or savings. It’s going to go into PACs, it’s going to go into political movements, and they stand to disproportionately benefit.”
“So this has nothing to do with prosperity. This is a very simple political calculus. If you freeze frame the economy the way it is today, a handful of organizations that will disproportionately be able to affect the Democrats will win, they will capture the lion’s share of the economic gains. And then they will help the Democrats win power. That’s all this is.”
Chamath explains the political calculus behind Obama’s anti AI speech

Unhinged Leftist Rep. Steve Cohen Files Ridiculous Record-Breaking 26 Articles of Impeachment Against President Trump
September 28, 2026

The desperate, unhinged Far-Left establishment is throwing another massive temper tantrum.
On Thursday, the retiring Tennessee lawmaker filed 26 articles of impeachment against President Trump, the largest single dump of impeachment charges ever hurled at a sitting American president.
Cohen called Trump “the most impeachable President our country has ever endured” and labeled the Republican House majority “sycophantic” and “derelict.”
“Trump is clearly the most impeachable President our country has ever endured. His continued presence in office is a danger to our democracy,” Cohen said in a statement.
“That the sycophantic Republican majority in Congress is derelict in its duty does not mean that I must abandon my responsibilities. I took an independent oath to support and defend the Constitution. That commitment compels me to introduce this resolution today. When historians write about this period, and our constituents ask who stood up to President Trump’s lawlessness, this resolution is the answer.”
The House is still in Republican hands. Cohen himself admitted the resolution is going nowhere in this Congress. He is writing a wish list for a future Democrat majority and calling it statesmanship.
The proposed charges cover an enormous range of administrative actions.
Cohen accuses Trump of waging war on Iran without congressional approval, ordering alleged extrajudicial killings in international waters near Venezuela, and personally profiting from the presidency in violation of the Constitution’s emoluments clauses.
The filing also targets immigration policies, the birthright citizenship executive order, tariffs, military deployments in U.S. cities, and restrictions on White House press access, according to Cohen’s office.
“I sincerely believe that the 120th Congress will better live up to its duties as co-equal branch of government and a check on the executive. I hope this resolution paves the way to accountability. We cannot tolerate this kind lawlessness and corruption,” he added.
Here is the laundry list of outrageous allegations laid out in the 26 articles:
ARTICLE I: UNDERMINING DEMOCRACY—SOWING DOUBT IN ELECTIONS
ARTICLE II: ABUSE OF POWER—WAGING WAR ON IRAN WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL
ARTICLE III: ABUSE OF POWER—EXTRAJUDICIAL KILLINGS IN INTERNATIONAL WATERS OF VENEZUELA
ARTICLE IV: ABUSE OF POWER—DEPLOYING MILITARY FORCES AGAINST UNITED STATES CITIES
ARTICLE V: VIOLATION OF OATH—THE BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP EXECUTIVE ORDER

ARTICLE VIII: DISREGARD OF COURTS—THE ALIEN ENEMIES ACT AND THE CASE OF KILMAR ABREGO GARCIA
ARTICLE IX: VIOLATION OF OATH—CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT AT CECOT

ARTICLE XVIII: ABUSE OF POWER—THE CORRUPT USE OF THE PARDON POWER
ARTICLE XIX: ATTACKS ON A FREE PRESS—BANISHING REPORTERS FROM THE WHITE HOUSE FOR DISFAVORED COVERAGE
ARTICLE XX: ATTACKS ON A FREE PRESS—COERCING CBS AND ABC TO CHANGE EDITORIAL CONTENT
ARTICLE XXI: VIOLATION OF OATH—FREE SPEECH AND RETALIATORY EXECUTIVE ORDERS AGAINST LAW FIRMS
ARTICLE XXII: VIOLATION OF OATH—FREE SPEECH AND COERCING UNIVERSITIES THROUGH WITHHELD FEDERAL FUNDS
ARTICLE XXIII: ABUSE OF POWER—DEMOLISHING THE WHITE HOUSE EAST WING WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL
ARTICLE XXIV: VIOLATION OF OATH—THE ILLEGAL IMPOUNDMENT OF APPROPRIATED FUNDS
ARTICLE XXV: ABUSE OF POWER—SELF-AGGRANDIZEMENT THROUGH THE RENAMING OF PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS, SEIZURE OF CULTURAL AND CIVIC PROPERTY, AND PERSONAL APPROPRIATION OF NATIONAL CURRENCY
ARTICLE XXVI: EMOLUMENTS VIOLATIONS—PROFITING PERSONALLY AND DIRECTLY FROM THE PRESIDENCY
Cohen dropped his pile just nine days after the House crushed a separate impeachment effort from fellow outgoing Democrat Rep. Al Green of Texas.
According to Fox News, the House voted 232-147 to table Green’s resolution, with 18 Democrats joining Republicans to kill it and Democratic leaders Hakeem Jeffries, Katherine Clark, and Pete Aguilar voting “present.” Green’s latest bid targeted Trump’s immigration crackdown. Cohen’s version is Green’s failure, inflated to 26 counts.
