The Democrat interim US Attorney who was promptly fired by President Trump shortly after he was appointed by a panel of district judges has filed a lawsuit to block his removal.

Last week, President Trump immediately fired the Democrat US Attorney appointed by a panel of district court judges in Washington state after Democrats blocked Trump’s nominee.

Democrat jurist Roger Rogoff was fired less than one hour after he was selected to replace Trump’s nominee.

The Western District of Washington district court chose Rogoff after Democrats blocked Trump’s choice Neil Floyd.

Neil Floyd is currently the First Assistant US Attorney in Seattle.

Roger Rogoff is now threatening legal action.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche weighed in after the firing.

“District court judges can appoint a temporary U.S. Attorney, and POTUS can fire them. WDWA judges abandoned the time-honored process of consultation with the administration so that the selected U.S. Attorney is qualified to serve in the administration,” Blanche said.

“Roger Rogoff has been fired by the President,” he said.

Rogoff’s attorneys accused the Trump Administration of using Neil Floyd’s status as a “First US Assistant Attorney” to keep him indefinitely in the position without a presidential nomination and senate confirmation.

Rogoff’s attorneys said the Trump Administration is violating the Constitution.

“By purporting to fire Mr. Rogoff—and apparently committing to firing anyone else a district court appoints without ‘the support of POTUS’ — the President has attempted to negate Congress’s exercise of its constitutionally enumerated power,” Rogoff’s lawyers wrote, referring to Todd Blanche’s social media post.

DOJ Opens Investigation Into ERIC State New Jersey Over 6,600 Illegal Alien Voter Registration Discrepancy

Earlier today, The Gateway Pundit reported that the governor of New Jersey announced a “serious software error” with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle System that led to the registration of almost 7,000 people “who indicated that they were not U.S. citizens” from June 2023 through June 2024 under the previous administration.

Governor Mikie Sherrill announced that the matter was under investigation and that “fewer than 400 individuals who were newly registered” voted.

Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon of the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division, however, also announced a federal investigation.  In a letter posted to her official X account, AAG Dhillon wrote:

Earlier today you represented that approximately 6,600 people who self-identified as noncitizens between June 2023 and June 2024 were nevertheless registered to vote in New Jersey.  Indeed, approximately 400 of those individuals voted.

Ensuring that U.S. citizens’ votes are not illegally diluted by noncitizens’ votes is of paramount importance.  We therefore write to formally request additional information to asses New Jersey’s compliance with various federal statutes, as provided in our July 7, 2026, letter to the Lieutenant Governor.

The DOJ has requested the full names, dates of birth, nationalities, residential addresses, and registration dates and locations.  Additionally, they are seeking to know where and when the 400 individuals voted and, if by mail, the certification and signature required under New Jersey law.

The letter also states that the DOJ will inform the district court in United States v. Caldwell of the disclosure today.  This is the ongoing case in the U.S. District Court for New Jersey where the DOJ has requested unredacted voter registration lists.  Thirty similar cases exist throughout the United States and the District of Columbia.

According to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin, New Jersey was one of four states highlighted as having an exorbitant number of illegals registered to vote.  In a letter to the New Jersey Secretary of State, Sec. Mullin claimed that “there may be as many as 35,152 non-citizens registered to vote in New Jersey.”  In just a one period, over 6,600 have now been identified.

 

New Jersey is a Member State of the Controversial ERIC Registration System

New Jersey is one of  30 member states of the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC).  The Gateway Pundit has written extensively about ERIC, including the most recent article about states that have left and a training program designed to thwart The Gateway Pundit’s journalism.

ERIC is a “tool” to help “maintain more accurate voter rolls and detect possible illegal voting,” according to ERIC’s “About ERIC” page on its website.  It also claims to “help states reach out to potentially eligible but not yet registered individuals with information on how best to register to vote.”

But ERIC likely would have been unable to effectively block the 6,600 illegal voter registrations.

New Jersey claims that these individuals answered “no” to a citizenship question on a keypad when applying for a driver’s license or identification card.  But ERIC’s own bylaws explicitly forbid the member states from sending citizenship information to ERIC for its registered voters.

The organization’s bylaws under Exhibit A (pg. 17) in their Membership Agreement reads:

Under no circumstances shall the Member transmit an individual’s record where the record contains documentation or other information indicating that the individual is a non-citizen of the United States.

 

The Gateway Pundit has reached out to ERIC for comment about the registration process in New Jersey and will update accordingly.

Rep. Jasmine Crockett put her anti-White rage on full display during a House Oversight Committee Hearing on Tuesday, where the Subcommittee on Delivering on Government Efficiency probed the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History over its left-wing bias and rewriting of history. 

At one point, the low-IQ Congresswoman even claimed that the Spanish soccer team has more fans than the Argentine soccer team because of “racist history that exists as it relates to Argentina.” This was right after she suggested that “White supremacists” can’t read.

The hearing came after a report from the White House Domestic Policy Council revealed that the museum has perverted American history and engaged in anti-White activism, pro-illegal alien activism, and transgender activism to reframe our country’s history through a left-wing viewpoint in its programming.

But Crockett acted like it was an attack on minorities, specifically blacks and American Indians.

“Welcome to the Republicans’ White pride rally disguised as a congressional hearing,” Crockett said to begin her time for questioning witnesses, suggesting that Republicans are uncomfortable hearing about US history. She went on to rail against America’s past, perpetrated by the Democratic Party.

“Facts are facts, and it’s a fact that there is a violent, exclusionary, discriminatory, sexist, and racist part of American history, where our indigenous populations were forcibly displaced from their land, where thousands of Black people were unjustly lynched, where Black people were denied the right to vote,” Crockett said, claiming, “they still trying to do it today.”

She continued, “where women needed their husbands’ permission to open a bank account, where people with disabilities were routinely excluded from schools, workplaces, and public life, where four little Black girls were murdered by the KKK at the 16th Street Baptist Church, and a lot of this wasn’t that long ago.”

“In fact, three of those little girls would be 77, and one would be 74. More than 40 members of Congress serving right now would be older than them. Ruby Bridges, who was the first Black child to desegregate an all-White school, is only 71 years old. More than 100 members of Congress serving right now are older than her,” she added, again ignoring how the Democratic Party was behind Jim Crow and the KKK.

“So attacks on the Smithsonian or any other institution that’s willing to tell the true history of America is not only an attempt to rewrite history; it’s an attempt to erase history,” Crockett claimed.

Crockett went on to ask insane questions of the witnesses, first suggesting that “Republicans are going to ban books, penalize schools and universities, attack museums,” and whitewash American history curriculum in schools.

Crockett then likened the investigation into the Smithsonian’s left-wing bias and misrepresentations of American History to the Biden-era classification of White Supremacy as the biggest domestic threat to the US. “They accuse you and the Smithsonian of sowing division in this country,” Crockett said before linking this accusation to violence and sedition.

“Has the museum ever been linked to any violent act that has occurred in the United States or against the U.S. government?” Crockett asked National Museum of American History Director Dr. Anthea Hartig.

“I don’t think many of these White supremacists can even read, but to the best of your knowledge, can you identify a single artifact in your museum that would divide the country?” Crockett said in another question to the Director.

Crockett further used her time to attack White men, saying, “I don’t understand this fetish that these White guys with fragile egos have with trying to feel oppressed. It reminds me of the same people MLK was referring to when he said, ‘They believe that American society is essentially hospitable to fair play and to steady growth towards a middle class utopia embodying racial harmony, but unfortunately, this is a fantasy of self-deception and comfortable vanity.’”

Finally, Crockett took her race-baiting to a new extreme, turning to the Democrats’ witness, Yale History Professor David Blight, whom the Democrats called to testify in support of their viewpoint and to defend the Smithsonian.

“You talked about the World Cup, the World Cup that captured the imaginations of the entire world, when they saw all of these people of color that was playing for all these teams. And ultimately, if you recall, the last two teams, it was Argentina and Spain,” Crockett said, asking, “And it seemed like the vast majority of the world was rooting for Argentina— or actually against Argentina, right?”

As Blight began to answer, likely to say he doesn’t know, she interjected, “And why was that? Just give me an explanation, if you could guess.” Blight then humiliated her by answering, “Spain had the best team. Maybe that’s why they were rooting for them.” Of course, she wanted him to say that the world was rooting for the European team, which, ironically, was darker-skinned than the Argentine team.

Crockett went on to claim, “There’s also a racist history that exists as it relates to Argentina.”

‘Net-Zero’ obsessed Miliband is ‘talking the talk’ on US relations – but it’s unlikely he will ‘walk the walk’.

As ‘the King of the North’, new British PM Andy Burnham unveils his government, the world’s attention is focused on the role of Foreign Secretary as it deals with the ‘Special Relationship’ with the United States.

Today (21), it arises that the White House ‘is concerned’ about Burnham’s decision to appoint far-leftist Ed Miliband as Foreign Secretary.

Even before the former mayor of Manchester Burnham became Prime Minister, Washington had reportedly warned against Miliband’s appointment.

The UK should pay heed to what the US says – Keir Starmer insisted in appointing Jeffrey Epstein’s pal Peter Mandelson as Ambassador to the US despite Trump’s warning – and the result was one of the biggest political crises in the recent story of the Kingdom.

The Telegraph reported:

“Miliband promised to deepen ties with the EU before speaking about Britain’s ‘essential alliance with the United States’.

Donald Trump’s team previously warned that they would find it difficult to work with him.

A senior Trump administration official told The Telegraph that Mr. Miliband would be a “point of friction” in the transatlantic relationship because of his support for green energy projects that Mr. Trump had criticized.”

The US government’s warning came in unofficial talks between the Trump administration and Burnham’s team.

Miliband led the opposition to the use of UK base of Diego Garcia for US bombers, was fiercely against drilling in the North Sea.

He even said: ‘A Trump-style climate culture war is not what the British people want’.

“Mr. Miliband could also face a backlash over his historical comments about Mr. Trump. In 2016, he wrote: ‘We must do our best at home and abroad to resist the worst of Trumpism… These are dark days for America and the world. There can be little solace right now’.”

The Justice Department is currently investigating GOP Rep. Cory Mills, according to ABC News, The Washington Examiner, and MS NOW.

The federal probe is in part over Mills’ finances, ABC News said, citing sources.

“The Department of Justice is conducting a criminal investigation into Rep. Cory Mills, R-Fla., according to two sources familiar with the matter, adding to the mounting legal and ethical scrutiny facing the embattled congressman,” MS NOW reported.

“The sources didn’t disclose the focus of the DOJ investigation. But a third source told MS NOW at least one person was contacted by the FBI last year about Mills’ finances, allegations of misconduct and individuals in his orbit,” MS NOW

The Washington Examiner reported:

Embattled Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) is under an investigation by the Department of Justice, a source familiar confirmed to the Washington Examiner.

It is unclear why the DOJ is investigating Mills, and the agency did not respond to a request for comment. Mills has been accused of domestic violence, stolen valor, and financial misconduct. Mills has denied any wrongdoing.

The FBI reportedly reached out to at least one person about Mills’s finances last year, according to MS NOW. The Washington Examiner has reached out to Mills for comment.

The nature of the investigation is unclear but Cory Mills is facing allegations of domestic violence, stolen valor and financial crimes.

Earlier this year, GOP Rep. Nancy Mace filed to expel Cory Mills.

Nancy Mace accused Mills of beating women and lying about his military service.

MIlls denied the allegations and lashed out at Nancy Mace.

“This is a woman who continues to try and go after and attack people because she thinks it’s good for clickbait on social media, and for the simple concept of sensationalizing something that she can fundraise off of,” Mills said in April.
