Erfan Esfandiari, 18, (L) and Gol-Mohammad Mohammadi, 23, (R) were killed by the Iranian regime for helping their countrymen.

On Sunday, Iran’s brutal dictatorship executed two more young men. Their “crime”? Helping protesters flee the menacing and violent security forces during demonstrations early in 2026.

Erfan Esfandiari, 18, and Gol-Mohammad Mohammadi, a 23-year-old Afghan refugee, sheltered demonstrators from government bullets and even offered to let them come into their homes to escape the brutality.

According to The New York Post, “The pair are among the 59 men arrested together during the January protests in Shahid Alikhani Square in Isfahan, during which Iranian officials say four security force members were killed.”

President Trump shared a message on Truth Social from Iranian activist and journalist Masih Alinejad, who wrote, “While the world watches the war, the Islamic Republic of Iran hanged a 19-year-old boy today.”

“His name is Erfan Esfandiari and he was his parents’ only child.”

“He did not kill anyone. He did not carry a weapon. His crime, according to the Islamic Republic, was opening a door. Sheltering protesters who were running from security forces. That was enough to send him to the gallows.”

“Erfan was one of 12 young men in the Alikhani Square case in Isfahan, arrested during the January 2026 uprising. Yesterday, all 12 were moved to quarantine. Today, the Islamic Republic hanged him.”

“This is a government that is so terrified of a generation that refuses to be silent, that it executes teenagers for the act of compassion.”

“Say his name. Because the regime is already trying to erase him. Because his mother and father are left with nothing, not even the right to grieve loudly.”

Alinejad wrote of Mohammadi, “This broke my heart.”

“The Islamic Republic of Iran hanged Gol-Mohammad Mohammadi this morning, a 23-year-old Afghan refugee who had fled to Iran seeking safety, and whose only crime was opening his door to let terrified protesters in as they ran from security forces.”

“He was arrested, thrown into a show trial alongside 58 others. All proceedings were compressed into three one-hour sessions. Lawyers were denied access to case files. Confessions were extracted under torture. The Supreme Court confirmed the sentences in a rush. This morning, they hanged him.”

“He was a refugee. He came to Iran because Taliban ruined, his life, Iran was supposed to be his refuge. Instead, the Islamic Republic executed him for the most human thing a person can do; open a door for someone who is afraid.
I am his voice. Please say his nam, his family is under pressure to keep quiet.”

The brand-new city manager of upscale Sausalito, California was arrested on felony burglary charges after allegedly breaking into multiple yachts at the Sausalito Yacht Harbor, a mere three weeks into her high-paying gig.

Elaine Forbes, 53, who just started as Sausalito’s city manager on July 1 with a whopping $275,000 taxpayer-funded annual salary, was hauled off by Marin County sheriff’s deputies around 6:50 a.m. on Saturday after responding to a noise complaint, KRON4 reported.

Deputies reportedly found her aboard a vessel she didn’t own, trying to start the boat, leaving behind messes with empty alcohol bottles, sounding the yacht’s loud horns, and even wearing the owner’s clothing. She initially claimed it was her boat and told officers she was having “a bad morning.”

ABC News reported:

Forbes, 53, was taken into custody after Captain Bill Aubrey discovered her aboard the Lisa Marie and called 911.

“She had the horn going, the windshield wipers going, the spotlight going,” Aubrey recalled.

According to Aubrey, Forbes appeared calm when confronted.

“I told her to get off the boat,” he said. “She looked at me and said, ‘Good morning.’ She was very friendly.”

[…]

Boat owner Andy Cunningham said she was shocked by what he found after being contacted by police.

“I came down here, police met me at the boat, and we discovered unbelievable chaos on my boat,” Cunningham said.

Cunningham said clothing had been removed from storage and appeared to have been tried on. She also reported food and alcohol had been consumed.

Forbes previously spent nine years as the Executive Director of the Port of San Francisco. She oversaw hundreds of employees, waterfront projects, seawall reinforcements, and sea-level rise planning. She stepped down from that role last year before landing the cushy Sausalito position.

Her family and a spokesperson are now claiming she was experiencing a “mental health crisis” and are urging the public to show “compassion” while the facts emerge.

“Elaine Forbes has devoted much of her life to public service and is widely respected by the many people who have worked with her over the years,” the family said in a statement to KRON4.

“We ask that no one rush to judgment based on limited information. Elaine is experiencing a mental health crisis.  As the facts become clearer and Elaine obtains legal and healthcare counsel in the coming hours and days, we hope people will respond with compassion, patience and respect for her and her family during an extraordinarily difficult time.”

A spokesperson told the news outlet that Forbes “has devoted much of her life to public service” and is “widely respected.”

This comes just days after, while she was on a leave of absence. Forbes is now booked into Marin County Jail on $50,000 bail.

Statement from the City of Sausalito:

Sausalito City Manager Elaine Forbes has been arrested in Sausalito while on a leave of absence.

Forbes was taken into custody at 6:50 am Saturday morning in Sausalito. She was booked on criminal charges.

This is a difficult development for our City staff and our community. Because this is now an active and ongoing investigation by the Marin County Sheriff’s Office, the City will not comment on the specific allegations. For additional information, please contact the Marin County Sheriff’s Office.

Previously, on Thursday, July 16, the Sausalito City Council met in closed session to approve a leave of absence for Forbes. The work of the City of Sausalito continues without interruption under the leadership of Acting City Manager Brandon Phipps and our dedicated municipal staff. It is anticipated the City Council will discuss next steps at its upcoming City Council meeting.

Pelosi Dodges Questions About Her Husband’s Latest Hit-and-Run Crash (VIDEO)
July 21, 2026

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi dodged a Fox News reporter who asked her questions about her husband’s latest hit-and-run crash.

Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, 86, was charged with a misdemeanor hit-and-run after his car crash in Napa County in California.

The crash happened on July 3 on Yountville Cross Road.

Pelosi was not charged with a DUI in his latest hit-and-run.

Paul Pelosi damaged a parked Tesla and fled the scene, according to the criminal complaint.

This is the second time Paul Pelosi has been involved in a car crash in the last few years.

Recall that in May 2022 Paul Pelosi was hit with 3 years probation after drunkenly crashing into a Jeep.

According to court documents, Paul Pelosi slurred his speech and had a ‘drug’ in his system during his drunk driving arrest on May 28, 2022.

Pelosi had red, watery eyes, was “unsteady on his feet” and “he had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his breath.”

Fox News confronted Pelosi on Tuesday about her husband latest crash.

“Can you tell us if you think the misdemeanor charge against Paul was fair?” a Fox News reporter asked Nancy Pelosi.

Fox News continued to press Pelosi: “Any reaction to the charge that he’s facing?”

Pelosi ignored the questions as she got into a vehicle and took off.

Hegseth interrupted by protesters during Senate Appropriations Committee hearing – July 21, 2026

War Secretary Pete Hegseth testified before the Senate Appropriations Committee on Tuesday to field questions on the Pentagon’s multi-billion-dollar budget request to fund the military and replenish military supplies expended in the Iran war.

Not even one minute into Hegseth’s opening statement before the committee, multiple interruptions from protesters were staged.

It began with one woman standing up, holding a “No War on Iran” banner, shouting, “We are against this war of aggression. We are against this illegal war!”

“This is against the Iranian people, 90 million people,” she continued. “Your hands are bloody of 17 Americans and 4,000 Iranians.”

About ten seconds after the woman was removed, another woman rose with a similar banner, shouting, “Stop bombing our children in Iran and Palestine! This is illegal!”

Another ten seconds after the hearing resumed, another man was dragged out by police for screaming and holding a banner.

A fourth woman stood up and began screaming almost immediately after the hearing resumed a third time, and the Capitol Police also took her out.

More from CBS:

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Gen. Dan Caine, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, are testifying before the Senate Appropriations Committee on Tuesday amid escalations in the war with Iran in recent days.

Hegseth and Caine are detailing the Trump administration’s supplemental funding request for $67 billion to help cover the cost of the Iran conflict and replenish crucial military supplies, as well as a request for $1.5 trillion to fund the department in the next fiscal year.

“Rest assured that every dollar appropriated to the Department of War will be focused on building the lethality of our joint force, and reinforcing peace through strength,” Hegseth said in his opening statement.

The secretary did not mention Iran directly in his opening remarks but said the supplemental request includes $21 billion for readiness, which he said would include replacing “much of the equipment utilized during recent operations.”

You remember the summer of 2020.

Boarded-up storefronts.

City blocks burning on the evening news.

Police precincts overrun.

All told…

America saw $2 billion in damage. With at least 19 people dead.

CNN called it “fiery but peaceful protests.”

But Jim Rickards — a former advisor to the CIA, Pentagon, and four White House administrations — remembers it differently.

He says these riots were engineered. And the same machine is firing up again right now — aimed squarely at Donald Trump.

Only this time, he says, it’s far worse.

“America is facing a Mid-Term Meltdown unlike any we’ve seen before.”

And the damage won’t stop at boarded-up storefronts — it could reach the retirement account you’ve spent your whole life building.

He laid the whole thing out on camera — who’s driving it, what they’re really after, and the moves he’s making to protect his own family before it breaks.

You can watch it, free of charge, right here.
