Senator Darline Graham (R-SC) on Monday announced she is running for a full Senate term to replace her brother Lindsey Graham.

“I’ve made a decision,” Darline Graham told Fox New host Sean Hannity. “I’m in.”

“I have been praying a lot, talking to my family… I feel like I can do it. I feel an inner peace about it. Will it be difficult? Yes. Absolutely,” she said.

Lindsey Graham died earlier this month after a brief, sudden illness.

The South Carolina Senator just turned 71 on July 9.

“The preliminary examination findings were: Aortic Dissection due to Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease,” Graham’s office said, according to the medical examiner.

A Mexican national illegal alien who brutally murdered a young Michigan woman is suing President Donald Trump from prison because the President told the truth about him.

Brandon Ortiz-Vite, currently serving a 39-to-102-year sentence for the cold-blooded murder of 25-year-old Ruby Garcia, has filed a handwritten federal lawsuit against President Trump and White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary Steven Cheung.

The illegal alien claims Trump “humiliated” him and turned his life into a “nightmare” by using his case as an example of Biden’s open-border bloodbath during the 2024 campaign.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported in March 2024, Ortiz-Vite was an illegal alien from Mexico who had already been deported under the Trump administration in 2020 after a drunk driving arrest.

He snuck back into the country and, on March 22, 2024, shot his girlfriend Ruby Garcia multiple times in the head during an argument, dumped her body on the shoulder of U.S. 131 near Grand Rapids, and fled in her car. He later turned himself in at a church and confessed.

The Gateway Pundit documented at the time that Ortiz-Vite had been ordered removed by an immigration judge and physically removed to Mexico on September 29, 2020, only to re-enter illegally and claim another American life under the Biden-Harris regime.

Trump visited Grand Rapids days later and rightly highlighted the case as a prime example of the deadly consequences of open borders. Campaign ads featuring the killer’s mugshot and status as an illegal alien who had already been deported once aired nationally, MLive reported.

Ortiz-Vite now says that public exposure “shattered my dignity,” labeled him “America’s problem,” and made him a “target.”

He is demanding a public apology from President Trump, $75.5 million in punitive damages for himself and his family, free counseling for his emotional distress, payment of all court costs, and wait for it, naturalization as a United States citizen.

In his pro se lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Grand Rapids, the convicted murderer complains:

During a presidential campaign in Grand Rapids, MI, Candidate (2024) Donald J. Trump spoke about my case and mentioned me by name; calling me out and labeling me as a prime example to America’s problem! Although I was not present, I heard about his speech.

On the night of March 26th, I was detained for a crime that changed my life. Because I was remorseful for my actions, on the 26th I turned myself in and confessed to the murder of my partner at the time. Knowing the consequences it would bring, I stood tall and was respectful when asked about the actions that took place on the night of March 24th, 2024.

But what I did not know was how everything could unfold on all news networks and social media outlets! From there my nightmare began, my life was now in the eyes of the public, friend or foe! Anyone in the U.S. with access to a T.V. or phone had access to my full name, age, ethnicity, prior criminal history, and what school I graduated from. The guilt and anguish I felt was only a portion of what my family was going through. I can only imagine.

I was housed in Maximum at Kent County Correctional Facility, with my business displayed on T.V. I was an outcast. Not only did everyone see my personal business on T.V., but they knew my personal life, forcing me to isolate myself from others.

It all became clear to me when I first met with my court-appointed attorneys. They explained how my case had now gotten blown out of proportion and was now a high-profile case! The shock in their eyes and the tears from mine was reaction to my realization that I was living everyone’s worst nightmare! To be publicly infamous. A target! To the United States of America, from here everything went downhill.

I was now labeled a cold-blooded murderer in the eyes of the people of this nation. The anxiety and despair I felt compares to no other.

Being a subject on public television made me a target, a risk to my case, a risk to my family and a risk to my life. I presented myself at my preliminary hearing and was respectful, although I was overwhelmed by all the cameras and people in the courtroom, due to the fact that I had a high-profile case.

It felt worse when staff and inmates spoke their mind about my case in my presence. Comments like, “Smile for the cameras,” “rot in prison!” “Mr. Famous,” “don’t kill me”… The nightmare wasn’t when I was asleep. It was going through my day, in my skin, while they spoke about me on public television.

Hearing about it and the way others laughed at how I was portrayed reassured me that labels and how a person views you is powerful! Seeing it myself, first hand showed me that in the eyes of this nation, I was viewed as a threat. I was put into a category. Who I was as a person no longer mattered!

What only mattered was my race, my case and immigration status! Once again it belittled me, shattered my dignity and what I was as a person. “All this propaganda,” before being sentenced I thought to myself wishing they just changed the channel or better yet, turn off the T.V.!

The shame it brought to my family name is a reality I have to live with now. I took full responsibility for my actions, but for them to use my case for political gain on T.V. was unjust. Humiliating. When I thought it couldn’t get worse, it did. I was center stage in front of a nation, public scrutiny at its finest!

Meanwhile, being incarcerated, I had to deal with the humiliation that came from seeing myself on the news and on political campaign commercials. It was now football season. We would watch the Lions play.

During commercials they showed presidential campaign propaganda for our crimes committed by illegal aliens, labeling us like murderers, rapists, drug traffickers… They displayed 5 individuals including myself. Below our mugshots, what we were accused of was captioned. Broken inside, with no resources while being incarcerated, I felt like I had no voice, while others used my name and public humiliation. I felt isolated.

Fear of what was consumed me to the point where I asked to be put on medications to cope with the situation. With public defenders at my side, they could only do so much. So with all the publicity, I knew one thing: I had to take any deal they offered me. I would never win.

Not with how the media portrayed me! Coerced into taking any deal they offered, I plead guilty to second-degree murder. At sentencing I was charged with murder, carjacking, weapons charges. My guidelines were 40 to 100 years, way over my guidelines for a first-time offender.

Cameras outnumbered the people in the courtroom that day. I knew deep down it was because I was a political sacrifice. Shattered by the outcome, I expressed to my attorneys how unreal it felt to have my life picked apart due to public scrutiny. Going into the courtroom that day, subconsciously they had already made up their minds because of how I was portrayed on T.V.; therefore it was a foregone conclusion.

The victim found dead at a home owned by Democrat Rep. Ayanna Pressley’s husband has been identified as 18-year-old Yoseliani Marte.

Marte was found shot to death on Saturday.

As TGP reported, a death investigation was underway over the weekend at a home owned by the husband of far-left Democrat Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) after a body was discovered on the property Saturday afternoon, according to Boston police.

Authorities responded to the Mattapan residence after reports of a deceased individual on the grounds of the property. The home is owned by Pressley’s husband, Conan Harris, Boston Globe first reported.

The scene was quickly cordoned off with red crime tape as the Boston Police Department’s Homicide Unit took over the investigation.

Harris and Pressley do not reside at the Manhattan property.

“The Congresswoman extends her deepest condolences to the impacted family,” a spokesperson for Ayanna Pressley said.

The victim’s family revealed that Marte lost her life as a result of domestic violence.

“With shattered hearts, I share the unimaginable loss of my beloved daughter Yoseliani, who tragically lost her life at just 18 years old as a result of domestic violence,” the GoFundMe said.

“No words can truly express the pain of losing someone so young, with so many dreams, hopes, and milestones still ahead of her. Yoseliani was deeply loved by her family, friends, and everyone whose life she touched. Her kindness, beautiful spirit, and bright future will never be forgotten,” the GoFundMe said.

“Domestic violence has taken a beautiful young life far too soon. We hope that, through the love and support of this community, my family can find comfort in knowing we are not facing this tragedy alone,” they said.

One of the Democrats’ newest socialist stars recently let the mask slip as she revealed her party’s ultimate sinister goal on the issue of immigration.

Melat Kiros, the Democratic nominee for Colorado’s 1st congressional district, spoke at Denver’s Wa’Ela Tigrai event over the weekend about her experience as a Black immigrant living in America and her successful campaign.

Kiross was born in Ethiopia just weeks before her father was selected in the United States’ Diversity Visa Lottery, and the family then immigrated to Colorado.

Back in June, the 29-year-old Democratic Socialist defeated 15-time incumbent Democrat Rep. Diana DeGette and is now a shoo-in to become the next congresswoman in this heavily blue district.

During the interview, Kiros said that the only way to stop America from ‘exploiting’ the world is to push for more mass immigration from the global south and get more immigrants who look just like her elected to office.

Doing so, she argues, will help build a new global world order.

Promoting this Great Replacement scheme has been the endgame for Democrats for decades, but they are usually more subtle.

Kiros, however, grabs the bullhorn and screams it with an added twist.
