Blue-haired transgender University of Central Florida student arrested for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct
Police body camera footage from the University of Central Florida last year is blowing up on the internet due to the absurdity police had to deal with from a so-called transgender student.
The now viral incident occurred in February 2025 but has resurfaced.
An officer, seen in the video below, walks into a campus building, where he encounters a blue-haired student, who has been identified as 27-year-old Jarrett Vick. “Why do you let those kids get away with this? They are not supposed to be here,” Vick screams at the officer, sparking the incident.
The cop, who said he was on campus for a stolen vehicle investigation, then threatened to put him in cuffs and take him to a Baker Act facility for psychiatric hold, and Vick said, “f*cking try it.”
The officer then called for backup to deal with the unhinged student, and upon saying over the radio, “he’s having a breakdown,” things escalated with Vick screaming, “She! She! Just say the right pronouns!”
“What’d you say?” the officer responded as he pulled out a can of mace and started chasing Vick around the room.
Eventually, a second officer arrived, and the police placed Vick, who forcefully resisted and appeared to attack officers, under arrest.
During the nearly four-minute struggle, Vick continued resisting until he was ultimately tased and thrown to the ground. He still refused to give the officers his other hand as they tried to cuff him.
After getting him into the police car, the police are seen debriefing and noting that Vick threw punches and kicks at the officers while resisting. They further discussed using the Baker Act against him, which would allow them to involuntarily commit him. “He’s gonna need some care,” an officer said. “He’s gonna need some care. There’s something wrong, and he definitely can’t be with the gen pop. They will destroy him.”
According to the New York Post, the suspect faced multiple charges and was listed as a male in arrest records. He told the Post that he was “f–king harassed by the cops.”

Approached by The Post, Vick said that he was being “f–king harassed by the cops,” and blamed them for him now “being harassed by the media.”
Vick, of Treasure Island, Florida, was charged with battery on law enforcement, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct on Feb. 5, 2025, according to court records.
Vick pleaded not guilty on all three charges, and his last court appearance was dated Jan. 16, although the cases were marked as closed according to Orange County records.

Two nights ago, Caitlin Clark set a record that had never been done before in WNBA or NBA history.
Clark scored 45 points and had 10 assists, 4 steals, and 2 blocks in the game. She did all this in 29 minutes (less than 3 quarters) because her coach keeps pulling her from the game when she gets hot. The coach couldn’t stop Clark on Friday night; no one could.

After the historic performance, Clark had to be stopped – by the league, the refs, her coach, and opposing players. There is an effort to destroy Clark, and it was put in motion.
Last night, a minute into the game, Clark was leveled by an opposing player who was moving and used her shoulder to flatten her on the floor. When Clark protested, the ref called a technical on Clark. Clark’s coach just sat there. This was how the game started.

Later in the game last night, Clark was smacked in the face, and surprisingly, there was no foul called on Clark. No foul was called on the player who committed the foul, either, of course.
When the announcers say it’s a foul that can’t be missed and they are not Indy announcers, you know it’s bad.

Clark’s coach keeps Clark’s time on the court to a minimum. She never needed this at Iowa. Clark is getting less than 3 quarters of playtime per game. Her coach pulls her out when she is on a roll. She never backs up Clark, messes with her, and appears to hate her while trying to stop her.
The WNBA is a mess. They hate the girl who brought the league attention.
The directive after Clark’s record-setting performance two nights ago was that the beatings will continue.
Finally! Court Rules Texas Can Bar Illegals From Getting In-State Tuition

As reported many times here at The Gateway Pundit, many schools have offered in-state tuition to illegal aliens in violation of federal law.
Now, according to The College Fix ,”Texas can continue to prohibit illegal immigrants from receiving in-state tuition rates at public universities, a federal court affirmed.”
“The ruling last Thursday by a three-judge panel of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals upholds an agreement between Trump administration and Texas, which ended the Lone Star State’s program. Federal law prohibits illegal immigrants from receiving better tuition rates than out-of-state American citizens.”
Surprisingly, illegal aliens, even in Texas, have been getting better rates of tuition than other Americans from out of state.
This law fell apart following a lawsuit. “Texas quickly settled as part of a coordinated effort with the Department of Justice.”
The Trump administration has targeted these laws, which give tuition breaks to illegals in both red and blue states.
It is clearly wrong to give lawbreakers an advantage over law-abiding American citizens.
“Nebraska reached a similar deal with the Trump administration earlier this year.”
President Trump should continue to ensure illegals are deported, not given benefits like more affordable education than Americans.
The statute, part of a 1996 law signed by President Bill Clinton, states:
“Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an alien who is not lawfully present in the United States shall not be eligible on the basis of residence within a State (or a political subdivision) for any postsecondary education benefit unless a citizen or national of the United States is eligible for such a benefit (in no less an amount, duration, and scope) without regard to whether the citizen or national is such a resident.”
This also shows yet again how the Democrat party is now fighting for illegal aliens while in the past they opposed benefits for illegals.
One can only hope President Trump will continue to enforce the laws on the books and prevent Americans from being treated as second-class citizens.
The College Fix reported “22 states still offered in-state tuition to illegals” as of last school year.
This must change, and this Texas story is a cause for hope for Americans who have been shafted by these unfair arrangements in other states.

Corporal Joshua Swisher rescues driver from burning vehicle
A Texas police officer is being honored with the Southlake Police Department’s Meritorious Conduct Award after he saved a man from a burning vehicle last month.
Police body camera footage released by the Southlake Department of Public Safety shows the moment along Texas State Highway 114, where, within minutes of stopping the car with heavy smoke coming out, the entire vehicle was engulfed in flames.
The car is seen driving by the parked police car emitting smoke, then coming to a stop about one minute later. Immediately upon stopping, the car ignites in flames.
Corporal Joshua Swisher ran from his car, screaming, “Get out of the car now! Get out! Get out! Get out!”
Upon realizing the driver was stuck inside, he smashed the window and pulled the man out, then ensured no one else was in the car.
Within a minute, according to timestamps, the vehicle was seen on cruiser dashcam footage completely on fire as firefighters arrived at the scene.

Heroism on the Highway
What began as an ordinary traffic stop quickly became a life-threatening emergency.
On June 7, Corporal Swisher was conducting a traffic stop along westbound SH 114 when dispatch alerted him to a nearby vehicle with heavy smoke coming from it. Shortly after directing the vehicle safely onto the shoulder, flames erupted from underneath it.
Realizing the driver was still inside, Corporal Swisher immediately moved toward the burning vehicle, pulled the driver to safety, and helped prevent what could have been a tragic outcome.
For his courage, quick thinking, and decisive actions, Corporal Swisher was recently awarded the Southlake Police Department’s Meritorious Conduct Award.
Thanks to Corporal Swisher’s swift actions, the driver did not suffer serious injury. Dash camera and body-worn camera footage from the incident capture just how quickly the situation escalated and the urgency of Corporal Swisher’s response.
For his courage, decisive action, and commitment to protecting others, Corporal Swisher was recently presented with the Southlake Police Department’s Meritorious Conduct Award, the Department’s second-highest honor. The award recognizes employees who demonstrate exceptional courage, professionalism, and performance in the face of significant danger.

Jarring Video: South African Reveals What’s Actually Believed About Whites, And It Is Horrific

There’s an increasingly open and unapologetic brand of racism coming out of South Africa targeting white people, and it’s being espoused by prominent cultural figures.
In February 2025, South African rapper, music producer, and commentator Nota Baloyi made an appearance on “The Hustler’s Corner Podcast” with host DJ Sbu. The duo discussed a number of topics, including rapper Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl Halftime Show performance and other rappers like Ye and Drake.
Just over the halfway mark of the episode, Baloyi went into a bizarre racist and pseudoscientific rant about the inferiority of the white race.
“The problem that South Africans have right now is that we don’t understand white people. White people are [an] inferior species to us. We are Homo sapiens. They’ve got Neanderthal blood in them.
“This is the science, and this is not science that was done by black people. It was done by them,” he told Sbu.
This is pure nonsense, by the way. An inquiring mind only needs to Google a few keywords to see that all humans alive today are Homo sapiens. In an article by the Smithsonian on that topic, it’s quite literally the first sentence. “The species that you and all other living human beings on this planet belong to is Homo sapiens.”
The notion that Africans do not have Neanderthal DNA was once accepted, but a scholarly article published in the scientific journal Cell in 2020 overturned this notion. The authors found that “African individuals carry a stronger signal of Neanderthal ancestry than previously thought. We show that this can be explained by genuine Neanderthal ancestry due to migrations back to Africa, [predominantly] from ancestral Europeans.”
Baloyi continued in saying white women are less biologically suited to bear children than black women, to segue to the white population as a whole. “When you look at the white population shrinking and shrinking and shrinking, for us, it makes no sense to descend into the savagery that they have. Whatever land that they’re holding onto, either way, their numbers are dwindling.”
Baloyi determined that the white population is the “last generation” and the “weakest whites that the world has ever seen.” He then reassured listeners he was not racist, before repeating the claim about Neanderthal DNA.
“Unfortunately, by the strictest definition of what a human being is, white people are just below human beings. You are negotiating with an animal, a wild dog that you’re trying to train to be tamed.”
The tirade continued, but he made one other conclusive statement that summed up how he feels. “Everywhere in the world white people have gone and progressed, they’ve progressed because of savagery.
“There’s not a place the sun shines that white people have not decimated the people.”
Baloyi’s monologue was vile, but it was also telling. This is what black South Africans believe about white people: They see whites as savages and subhumans.
Other prominent black South Africans are more forthcoming in simply wanting whites dead.
In July 2023, the Economic Freedom Fighters, a black nationalist communist party, held a rally at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg for its 10th anniversary. The group’s founder and leader, Julius Malema, led the crowd, chanting, “Kill the Boer, the farmer,” as the participants made gun gestures with their hands.
Boers, or Afrikaners, are descendants of white European settlers.

This is all downstream from the rotten secular religion of wokeness and CRT plaguing America today.
Were any of these comments made on an American college campus by a white student about their black peers, they’d not make it out alive.
We are all created in God’s image. We must oppose racism like this, not turn a blind eye.
Baloyi and Malema have a mindset unfortunately not confined to their sphere. This may be the uniquely South African brand of racism against whites, but it’s joined by countless Western academics with their own.
The ultimate goal is to undermine Western civilization by demonizing those who built it.
