The Department of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Department of Transportation (DOT) have announced an investigation into at 75 entry-level truck driver Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) schools across the country suspected of fraudulently helping non-citizen drivers qualify.

Safety experts estimate that as many as 130,000 illegal-alien truck drivers may be operating in the United States, with tens of thousands believed to have obtained licenses through illegitimate means.

The Gateway Pundit has reported on the deadly consequences of illegal alien truckers.

Fox News’ Bill Melugin reports, “NEW: DHS and DOT have announced they’ve identified 75 entry level truck driver CDL schools across the US that are suspected of fraudulently helping non-citizen drivers qualify for CDLs, and the agencies are partnering to investigate them, with HSI and DOT already visiting some of the schools to probe them.”

“Some of the schools are suspected of falsifying training records, providing improper certifications, and failing to properly train the drivers.”

Statements via DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin noted, “Too many American lives have been lost in completely avoidable accidents because illegal aliens have been granted commercial driver’s licenses to drive trucks and 18-wheelers on America’s roadways.”

“DHS law enforcement is partnering with the Department of Transportation to eliminate CDL fraud, strengthen the integrity of the CDL system, and investigate commercial driver’s license schools throughout the country. This is a whole of government approach, to keep America’s roads safe.”

U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean P. Duffy. added, “USDOT has spent the last year rooting out bad actors from our trucking industry.”

“We’ve knocked over 24,000 drivers off our roads for failing to speak English, forced states to cancel over 28,000 licenses illegally issued to foreign drivers, and purged over 9,500 unqualified training schools from our FMCSA registry. DHS will be a force multiplier of our efforts to clean up America’s roads. President Trump is using every lever at his disposal to ensure the safety of American families.”

Secretary Duffy followed up on his statement, sharing on X, “FRAUDSTERS CAN RUN, BUT THEY CAN’T DRIVE.”

CNN’s Kaitlan Collins attempted to corner the Trump White House during Thursday’s press briefing, questioning why no criminal charges have been filed if the evidence President Donald Trump is expected to discuss in his speech is as significant as the administration has suggested.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt fired a clear warning shot, telling CNN’s Kaitlan Collins that the evidence has not even been fully declassified yet and that Americans will see it for themselves tonight.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, President Trump is expected to drop major revelations tonight about Chinese Communist Party meddling in U.S. elections, including evidence that Beijing compromised American voter data and that the CIA knew about it during Trump’s first term and deliberately withheld the information from him.

The president will be joined by CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Acting DNI Bill Pulte, DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin, and FBI Director Kash Patel. A White House task force is also preparing to release newly declassified intelligence documents related to the 2020 election.

President Trump has repeatedly said free and fair elections are the foundation of the country. Tonight, he is expected to show the nation exactly what foreign adversaries, and those inside the government who enabled or ignored them, were willing to do to undermine that foundation.

A longtime White House technical assistant who has operated President Trump’s teleprompter since his historic 2016 campaign has been suspended after allegedly running a lucrative insider betting scheme.

Federal regulators are reportedly in settlement talks with Gabriel “Gabe” Perez over shocking allegations that he pocketed more than $100,000 on the prediction market Kalshi.

According to ABC News, Perez used his high-level security clearance and direct access to the presidential speech drafts to wager on Kalshi’s highly popular “Mentions” market.

These prediction markets allow users to bet on whether specific words or phrases like “rigged election,” “fake news,” or geopolitical terms will be spoken aloud by the President during a public address.

Because Perez loaded the speeches onto the teleprompter himself, he allegedly knew exactly what President Trump was going to say before the rest of the world.

According to ABC News, citing sources familiar with the matter, investigators uncovered instances in which Perez allegedly backed out of bets mid-speech after President Trump skipped a section that contained a word Perez had wagered would be mentioned.

Gabriel Perez, a technical assistant to the president who has been operating Trump’s teleprompter since 2016, is in talks with federal regulators to settle allegations he used his inside knowledge of the president’s speeches to win more than $100,000, the sources said.

According to the sources, Kalshi alerted its regulator, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), to the suspicious activity on its “Mentions” market, where users can bet on whether specific words, phrases or topics are uttered during a public speech.

“Our surveillance team promptly flagged and referred these trades to the CFTC, and we are cooperating and assisting regulators,” Kalshi’s lead lawyer, Bobby DeNault, said in a statement provided to ABC News.

According to sources familiar with the investigation, Perez sat for an interview with regulators in recent months and acknowledged some of the trades. At some point during the investigation, the sources said the CFTC alerted federal prosecutors in Manhattan, who declined to open a criminal investigation.

Regulators at the CFTC have expressed a willingness to settle with Perez, and have discussed terms with him that would require Perez to give back his profits and refrain from making similar trades, according to sources familiar with the ongoing discussions.

The White House has emphasized that employees are prohibited from using nonpublic information for personal financial gain and reiterated that all staff are expected to comply with strict ethics rules.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed Thursday that President Trump was personally briefed on the matter.

“Obviously, I’m aware of the report. The President is, too. I spoke with him about it. He believes it’s deeply unfortunate and, frankly, a disgrace.”

Leavitt added that Perez is cooperating with the CFTC investigation and has been placed on administrative leave without pay pending the outcome of the investigation.

“The individual that was cited in that report is complying with the CFTC but has been put on paid administrative leave. So there will be a teleprompter operator tonight, of course, but it will not be the one, unfortunately, in that story.”

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has rescinded a Biden-era rule, which prevented immigration officials from considering an alien’s risk of becoming reliant on welfare services such as food stamps, Medicaid, and housing assistance. 

“The now-rescinded Biden-era regulation restricted which public benefits DHS could consider, limiting officers’ ability to review all relevant factors as intended by Congress. With this final rule, USCIS officers are empowered to assess all pertinent facts on a case-by-case basis for each applicant,” USCIS said in a press release.

“The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a final rule rescinding the 2022 Biden-era regulation regarding public charge determinations, further aligning immigration law with Congressional intent that aliens in the United States be self-reliant and not dependent on taxpayer-funded government benefits,” USCIS said.

”Under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), an individual applying for a visa, admission, or adjustment of status is inadmissible to the United States if deemed likely at any time to become a public charge.”

“The federal government is reaffirming the requirement of self-reliance, protecting public resources and ending policies that encouraged dependency on the backs of hard-working American taxpayers,” Director Joseph Edlow said.

“Under President Trump, USCIS is restoring the basic principle that immigrants must be able to support themselves.”

I made an appearance on Steve Bannon’s fabulous “War Room” TV show yesterday, where I explained the idea I’ve been promoting and pitching for many weeks to President Trump…

This is the perfect moment for President Trump to declare a “National Security Emergency for Elections” to prevent Democrats from stealing the midterms.

I explained two things to Steve Bannon’s audience that many conservatives don’t seem to understand about this strategy.

First, many people are confusing my idea with an “Executive Order.” A “National Security Emergency” is a whole different animal. It’s far stronger than an EO. As such, it cannot be challenged in court. A “National Security Emergency” can only be overturned by a 2/3rds vote of both houses of Congress. This isn’t my interpretation. It’s a 1983 Supreme Court ruling.

It’s settled law.

So, President Trump can use a “National Security Emergency” as a sledgehammer to restore election integrity far more effectively than the SAVE Act ever could.

This idea is “The SAVE America Act- on steroids.”

Even more importantly, the President never needs Congress’s approval. He goes right over their heads.

Secondly, I want to point out that although I believe tonight in his address to the nation, President Trump will start to lay out his case for a “National Security Emergency for Elections,” he does not have to.

The President can declare a “National Security Emergency” at any time, without justifying his case. He just declares it- and it’s in effect. End of story. Game, set, match.

He is under no obligation to prove his case. And the only way for Democrats to stop it is a 2/3rds vote in both houses of Congress.

I believe this whole process starts tonight with President Trump’s address to the nation.

President Trump doesn’t have to lay out his case, but I’m now going to do it. Just so the American people understand why this is truly a legitimate emergency.

First, on the topic of foreign interference in US elections, it’s clear our election machines can be easily hacked and votes changed, and I have no doubt our enemies (like China and the CCP) are trying to rig and steal our elections every day.

Is anyone so blind and clueless that they don’t understand that billion-dollar, multi-national corporations and gigantic government agencies are being hacked every day, but voting machines aren’t? If you don’t see that as a threat to Democracy, you’re delusional.

But in the end, the strongest and simplest example of foreign interference in US elections is illegal alien foreigners voting right here inside America. When a country like Mexico or China sends its citizens here to influence our elections, that is the clearest example of foreign interference possible.

How do I know illegals are voting?

In Nevada, where I live, and 18 other states (plus Washington DC), illegal aliens can legally obtain driver’s licenses at the DMV. Once at DMV, federal “Motor Voter” laws mandate that they are instantly registered to vote, and by law, no one can ask for proof of citizenship.

And you want us to believe that once foreigners are legally registered to vote, they aren’t voting by the millions? That’s precisely why Democrats waved in tens of millions of illegals- to change the demographics of U.S. voters.

That’s precisely why Democrats give to illegal aliens billions of dollars in welfare, food stamps, free healthcare, and a hundred other government handouts- so they’ll vote loyally for Democrat candidates- who in turn will keep the welfare checks coming.

It’s called creating a massive conflict of interest.

That’s precisely why Democrats changed voting laws during Covid to introduce mail-in voting with no Voter ID. So that millions of illegal aliens could vote without ever leaving their homes, or risk encountering ICE agents.

But that’s not the only way Democrats are using “foreign interference” to steal elections.

Democrats use the U.S. Census to falsely count millions of illegal aliens, and then wind up gaining undeserved electoral votes and seats in Congress based on illegal population counts.

Democrats are sitting on stolen land in Washington DC.

Democrats are sitting in seats in Congress that don’t belong to them. Those seats are based on population counts that are inflated by millions of foreign non-citizens who are illegally in the U.S. and have no right to be included in the census count.

One last point about stolen elections.

This one is so obvious only a moron could miss it. It’s one in a billion. It’s an impossible coincidence that only Democrat candidates manage, again and again, to lose on election night, but then ultimately win days later, as late arriving ballots are counted.

It’s 100% Democrats who benefit from late arriving ballots.

Go back and look. No Republican has ever trailed on election night, only to win days later. It’s only and exclusively Democrats who manage amazing come-from-behind miracle victories.

This is yet another prime vehicle for stolen elections.

Here’s the scam: Democrats wait for final vote totals on election night. Then they go to work manufacturing enough fake ballots for days on end to overcome that election night deficit.

Anyone who can’t see this massive voter fraud scam is blind, deaf, dumb, bribed, playing for the other team, or scared like a little sissy.

So, yes, damn straight we have foreign interference in US elections…and illegal aliens voting by the millions…and hacked voting machines…and fake ballots used to tip the scale for days after our GOP candidates win elections fair and square…and then presto, like magic, we lose.

All of these scams prove the need for a “National Security Emergency” to protect our Democracy (as Democrats put it).

Democrats are scared to death of my idea for a “National Security Emergency.” Because they know they can’t stop it. And without stolen elections, Democrats can’t win.

If you don’t accept that, you’re a “Stolen Election Denier.”
