Macomb County Clerk Anthony G. Forlini is once again exposing a serious and ongoing problem in Michigan’s election system under Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.

From January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, Forlini’s office identified more than 1,000 prospective jurors who self-reported that they are not U.S. citizens. Of those individuals, 40 were found registered to vote in Macomb County’s Qualified Voter File.

Five of them even have a voting history.

The Clerk’s Office referred these findings to the Michigan Bureau of Elections on January 13, April 28, and July 10, 2026.

In January 2026, The Gateway Pundit reported that Forlini had identified 239 non-citizens in the jury pool over just four months. Of those, 14 had been registered to vote at some point, and several appeared to have voting histories — including one who voted multiple times.

“It is unconscionable that this problem continues,” Forlini said. “To provide greater transparency, our office posts a running tally of these findings on our website so the public can stay informed and lawmakers can better understand the scope of the issue as they consider reforms.”

Under Michigan law, only U.S. citizens are eligible to vote or serve on a jury. Yet non-citizens continue to receive jury summonses because the jury pool is generated from the Secretary of State’s driver’s license database, which includes non-citizens.

“The jury pool is generated from the Secretary of State’s driver’s license database, which includes individuals who are not U.S. citizens,” Forlini said. “Our staff spends a considerable amount of time verifying the citizenship status of those who self-report. Cross-checking those records against the Qualified Voter File helps identify potential registration issues that should be reviewed. Michigan residents deserve confidence that only eligible citizens are participating in our elections and jury system.”

Forlini also voiced support for the Department of Justice’s review of Michigan’s voter rolls.

“I support the Department of Justice’s review because the integrity of our elections deserves a thorough examination whenever credible concerns are identified,” he said. “Our office documented instances where individuals who identified themselves as non-U.S. citizens also appeared in the Qualified Voter File, and we referred those findings to the Michigan Bureau of Elections. Following the facts and correcting any weaknesses strengthens public confidence in our elections.”

Despite repeated referrals from Forlini’s office, the problem persists under Michigan’s dirty Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson. Michigan residents are left wondering how many more non-citizens remain on the state’s voter rolls — and how many have already cast illegal ballots.

Longtime Democrat strategist and “Ragin’ Cajun” James Carville just told his own party to stop fighting and get on board with voter ID requirements because the American people demand it.

On the latest episode of his Politics War Room podcast with Al Hunt, Carville acknowledged that Democrats are fighting a losing political battle by continuing to resist voter identification requirements.

While claiming voter fraud is “infinitesimal,” Carville admitted the polling is devastating for Democrats and urged them to quit the fight.

“I don’t know if we’re not better off saying, okay, ‘We’ll take that alternative ID, bring your gas bill or your light bill or something,’” Carville said.

Then came the admission.

“Because for whatever reason, this shit polls at 75%,” Carville said.

Carville claimed that voter fraud is “extraordinarily rare,” but conceded that Democrats are simply not going to win the political argument against requiring identification to vote.

“We are not going to win the war against some kind of ID,” Carville admitted.

He suggested Democrats should simply accept a voter-ID requirement and move on to other political fights.

“Maybe you just go along with it and move to the next step,” he said.

Hunt pushed back by drawing a distinction between ordinary voter-ID laws already operating in numerous states and the SAVE America Act, which includes proof-of-citizenship requirements.

Hunt argued that requiring documents such as birth certificates or passports could create difficulties for some eligible voters.

Carville responded that Democrats should stop fighting broadly popular voter-ID laws.

“If we have it, just say, okay, pass the law,” Carville said.

“I mean, look, I think I don’t want to pass. I never had a problem with it. I’m just saying, of all the things people—if every poll shows 75% or better say we should have some kind of an ID to vote… shit, just quit fighting it and go along with it and move to the next thing.”

This is a stunning reversal from the same James Carville who last year dismissed proof-of-citizenship requirements as a “massively unnecessary idea.”

As The Gateway Pundit reported in April 2025, Carville appeared on NewsNation and claimed requiring citizenship documentation was “totally unnecessary,” insisting studies show fraud is “almost undetectable” and warning about bureaucratic burdens on married women and the elderly.

Now the political winds have shifted after 6,000 or more illegal aliens were added to New Jersey’s voting rolls, and even Carville can read the room.

Minnesota mother Shiloh Hendrix is currently on trial for using a slur when confronting a nine-year-old Somali boy who was stealing from her diaper bag at a playground in a video that went massively viral on social media, and Jack Posobiec has not held back in declaring that she is being prosecuted for speech and a “thought crime.”

Posobiec discussed the latest updates on his Human Events show on Thursday, declaring, “It seems very much that Shiloh Hendrix is on trial for speech… and for a thought crime.”

Speaking to The Gateway Pundit, Posobiec said, “This is the United States. We don’t put people on trial for speech. In the UK last year 13,000 people were arrested for speech offenses. Shiloh Hendrix is a mother who is on trial for saying something that the anti-white system says is a criminal offense, so they are stretching the law to prosecute her. We need to hold the line on free speech before we become the next EU.”

“The antiwhite system must be exposed and confronted,” Posobiec added.

Hendrix, 37, is facing two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct.

The charges stem from an April 2025 incident at Roy Sutherland Playground in Soldiers Field Memorial Park.

According to court documents and video of the incident, a then-eight-year-old autistic Somali boy took an applesauce pouch from Hendrix’s diaper bag while she was at the park with her toddler.

Hendrix confronted the child and allegedly used a racial slur.

A Somali man named Sharmake Omar began recording and confronting her, demanding she say the slur.

Hendrix repeated the slur toward the man, gave him the middle finger, and walked away while stating the child had taken her son’s belongings.

The video triggered intense online backlash.

Hendrix was doxxed. Her Social Security number, home address, and phone number were leaked. She reported threats against her family, harassment of relatives, and concerns that her older child might not be able to return to school.

In response, political commentator Tom Hennessey launched a GiveSendGo fundraiser for Hendrix titled “Help Me Protect My Family.”

In the description, Hendrix wrote that a child had stolen from her 18-month-old son’s diaper bag, that she “called the kid out for what he was,” and that the subsequent viral video and doxxing had put her family in danger, forcing her to consider relocating.

The campaign has raised more than $846,000.

Hendrix used the funds to purchase a home with land in a safer area and to cover security and legal costs.

Last August, months after the incident, the Rochester City Attorney’s Office charged Hendrix with three counts of disorderly conduct, which were later reduced to two. Each count carries a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Hendrix pleaded not guilty.

Her attorney, Brian Karalus, has argued that her language, while offensive, is protected under the First Amendment and does not constitute “fighting words” or disorderly conduct. He has framed the prosecution as the product of cancel culture and an attack on free speech.

A motion to dismiss the charges was denied in May.

The jury trial began earlier this week.

Yesterday, the father claimed Shiloh ran after the boy not only to retrieve what was taken from her, but also because he believed she intended to strike, fight, or “rumble” with his son.

Shiloh’s attorney pointed out that the original statement to investigators made no mention of that.

The father was also asked multiple times whether he or his family had any involvement in a fundraiser. He answered “No” each time.

Defense cross-examination highlighted inconsistencies between Jimale’s initial police statements and later testimony, as well as the fact that the family received more than $300,000 through an NAACP-backed fundraiser.

During the trial, it was also revealed that the child has to wear a police-issued ankle bracelet due to his tendency to run off.

Two people were stabbed with a screwdriver on the Upper West Side of New York on Thursday.

The two victims are ages 57 and 50 – one was stabbed in the back and one was stabbed in the chest.

One victim is confirmed to be a Jewish man the other is an Asian man.

Both victims were transported to a hospital and are in stable condition.

An unidentified suspect has been taken into custody.

New York City Councilwoman Inna Vernikov lashed out at NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani after the stabbing.

“This comes a day after Mamdani incited more violence against NYC’s Jews….F*CK YOU Mamdani,” she said
