BOMBSHELL: Muskegon Was Just Tip of Iceberg — Explosive Evidence from Michigan Clerks’ Facebook Page Exposes Statewide Flood of Fake Voter Registration “Care Packages” from GBI Strategies
July 21, 2026

DEAR PRESIDENT TRUMP, Since you’ve called for an investigation into the “Muskegon” voter registration fraud story the Gateway Pundit broke in August 2023, we thought you might like to know that Muskegon was only the tip of the iceberg.

In the summer of 2023, the Gateway Pundit published a stunning report on a massive statewide voter registration fraud scheme organized by GBI Strategies/Empower Michigan and was funded in large part by Joe Biden’s presidential campaign and then-candidate Gary Peters’ US Senate campaign.

Our reporting was based on a MI State Police report that was FOIA’d by Muskegon residents Keith Hinkle and Chris Kaijala. The 86-page Michigan State Police report, which was initiated on October 8, 2020, called into question the entire outcome of the 2020 election.

US Senator Gary Peters (D-MI)

Last week, President Trump stunned the nation with a much-anticipated address where he was expected to expose evidence of mass voter fraud from the November 2020 election.

The information he shared, which is all backed up with documentation from intelligence reports, was so damning for Democrats that after years of lying to their viewers about the 2020 election being “safe and secure,” ABC and CBS refused to allow the president’s message, which discredited years of their dishonest reporting, to be revealed on their networks.

President Trump persisted, as he always does, determined to allow the mainstream media to continue with their lies and laid bare 5 instances of serious fraud that likely changed the course of America and the course of the world during the radical Biden (Obama) presidency.

The Gateway Pundit was surprised to see that one of President Trump’s top priorities is to call for a full investigation into GBI Strategies/Empower Michigan and their activities in Michigan. “Tonight, I’m asking the FBI Director to ensure that the matter is fully investigated and to work with the Department of Justice to prosecute those responsible for any crimes,” President Trump told his viewers.

Shortly after the Gateway Pundit published our exclusive reporting on the GBI Strategies voter registration fraud investigation, we received a tip from a whistleblower who wanted us to see the conversations several clerks were having on their Michigan Clerk’s Facebook page about the fake registrations they were receiving, many of them in boxes or large packages stuffed with fake registrations. On the front of the box was a return label with the initials “EM” (Empower Michigan) and a return address for a hotel in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

The whistleblower who contacted us explained that he did not want to be identified for fear of retribution by elected officials in Michigan.

He confirmed for us that the details of the police report were accurate but explained there was much more to this story than ONE city clerk receiving boxes of suspicious voter registrations; in fact, clerks across the state of Michigan received boxes and priority mail envelopes stuffed with registrations, many of them with the same signatures, the same last four numbers of their social security number, fake names and fake addresses.

The images of conversations from clerks on the Michigan Clerks’ Facebook page should make everyone question the November 2020 election.

Here is the post by City of Muskegon Clerk Ann Meisch on October 5, 2020, including a photo of the package she received, along with photos showing the signatures on registrations that appear to be in the same handwriting inside the box. Meisch shared that the ‘care package’ she received was from the Staybridge Motel in Auburn Hills, MI, and the name on the return address was “EM.”

Ann Meisch Facebook Post on MI Clerks Facebook page

In the 2020 election, one Michigan clerk, who is now retired, posted an image of what her fellow clerks called a “care package” from a left-wing campaign and organizing group that occasionally went by the name GBI Strategies and other times went by the name “Empower Michigan.”

Clerks reported receiving “care packages” from “EM” (Empower Michigan) aka GBI Strategies.

Here is a post from one clerk to her fellow clerks on October 5, 2020. Along with the image of the Priority Mail package she received from “EM” in Auburn Hills, she asked, “Why are we getting all these voter registrations from Auburn Hills?” adding, “We received two stacks today.”

Another Michigan clerk reports that she got “another one today.” Another clerk chimed in to say that she also received 2, “but they look fraudulent.” She added, “Both are [already] registered voters. One doesn’t know if they’re male or female; the other doesn’t know how to spell their name.”  Another clerk points out that the return address on the package is a hotel. And finally, another clerk claims they “got a huge box” of registrations, saying, “many look fraudulent.”

One clerk asks her fellow clerks, “Why are we getting all of these voter registrations from Auburn Hills?” She adds, “We received two stacks today.”

“Looks like the same person wrote the address label on mine,” wrote one clerk, asking what should be a logical question: “Who do we report this to?” Unfortunately, no one on this thread suggested the police or FBI should be called; instead, they only shared their stories on a private Facebook page. “Yes!!! I received them today,” said another clerk. Ann Meisch and another clerk joked about the fake registrations becoming Permanent Absentee Voters.

Westland City Clerk Richard LeBlanc shared a comment under Ann Meisch’s post. “Yes. We received five (5) large bundles,” he wrote. We have chosen not to include Richard LeBlanc’s name in this post because he is a former MI State Representative in the state’s 18th State House District, located in Wayne County.

While we can’t verify whether he did or did not report this to law enforcement, we believe he should know better than to report what appears to be a massive fraudulent voter registration scheme to fellow clerks rather than to law enforcement.

In the comments on this post, these clerks noted that they had all received packages from GBI Strategies, with some saying they were outside their jurisdiction and already registered. The forms were incomplete. When the clerk reached out to the person whose name was on the registration, she told the clerk she had already registered online and that she had filled out the registration at a recent rally in Muskegon.

Another clerk was not happy to discover that after they “wasted their time” entering the information from 2 big envelopes stuffed with fake registrations, they discovered the voters were “already registered, most for a different township and registered for many years!”

Another clerk said many of the registrations were illegible and appeared to be college age. Another clerk mentioned that none of the applicants had license numbers included on their registrations, but had “last 4” [social security?] numbers

WHY WEREN’T THESE GBI STRATEGIES’ BULK REGISTRATION DUMPS DISCLOSED TO THE CITY AND STATE POLICE?

These conversations in the Facebook images may upset many of our readers and make them wonder why these clerks didn’t report this activity to law enforcement. Those questions would be valid, but given the lack of support from Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and the Board of Elections that are mentioned throughout the Facebook page, it doesn’t surprise us. Based on the multiple ways in which Ms. Benson has skirted or even broken the law and gotten away with it almost every time, it’s very possible Benson never even explained to clerks what to do with fraudulent applications.

Despite her investigator’s involvement in the case, Michigan’s Democratic Attorney General Dana Nessel refused to press charges on anyone involved.

The key GBI Strategies suspect tells MI AG Nessel Investigator Stephen Morse she doesn’t know who pays GBI to do the work they were doing. She also said they had several offices in MI, Miami, Philly, N. Carolina, and Iowa.

Morse tells the GBI Strategies employee who allegedly turned in hundreds (possibly thousands) of fraudulent applications in Muskegon, MI, “That’s why we’re talking to you versus arresting you” and “People just don’t go breaking the law without a reason.”

If laws were broken, why did AG Nessel’s office never make any arrests?

These clerks are from all over Michigan. The mainstream media is working very hard to convince Americans that the mass voter registration fraud investigation that took place only one month before the most hotly contested election in American history was isolated and caught in Muskegon.

We hope this report has provided the evidence everyone needs to see to understand that, from the Southfield, Michigan GBI headquarters, where Michigan State Police found partially filled-out voter registrations, prepaid gift cards used to pay workers, burner phones, and unsecured semi-automatic rifles with suppressors, to Niles, Michigan, on the opposite side of the state, to Muskegon and Auburn Hills, these fraudulent applications were being sent to clerks across the state.

This was NOT an isolated incident; it was well-organized, well-funded by Democratic candidates, and they likely would have gotten away with their crimes if one brave clerk didn’t ask her local police department to investigate.

President Trump May Also Want To Look Into Tax-Exempt Entities Allegedly Engaging in Electioneering Activities in Michigan Related to GBI Strategies

In March 2025, 22 Michigan lawmakers called on then-US Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate the fraudulent voter registration efforts by GBI Strategies and electioneering by partisan voter registration groups who accepted donations from 501(c)(3) organizations in violation of IRS regulations that prohibit them from engaging in partisan activities.

I would like to bring to your attention and request that you investigate what appear to be serious and significant crimes that are adversely affecting our nation and corrupting its political systems.

In Michigan, we’ve been made aware of potential large-scale tax fraud involving several 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entities that are allegedly engaging in electioneering activities in Michigan, including partisan voter registration efforts. This request is based on comprehensive research conducted by Parker Thayer of the Capital Research Center, a reputable think tank based in Washington, D.C. Mr. Thayer recently testified before the Michigan House Committee on Election Integrity, of which I serve as chair.

The research highlights the activities of GBI Strategies, a partisan voter registration firm that operated during the 2020 election in Michigan. GBI Strategies was reportedly involved in submitting tens of thousands of suspicious voter registration forms, which led to investigations by local police and the FBI. These forms were characterized by discrepancies in signatures, dates of birth, and addresses that did not correspond with real voters. Despite these irregularities, GBI Strategies received millions of dollars from 501(c)(3) organizations – such as the Voter Registration Project – for voter registration work.

The Voter Registration Project, along with other significant 501(c)(3) entities like the Voter Participation Center and Everybody Votes, appear to be raising and spending funds for electioneering purposes, which is a violation of IRS regulations that prohibit 501(c)(3) organizations from engaging in partisan activities. The Voter Registration Project, for instance, paid GBI Strategies over $2.5 million for “Voter Registration Consulting” during the 2020 election despite being legally barred from partisan electioneering.

Furthermore, the Voter Participation Center has been involved in similar activities. The Center has been accused of using targeted filters to exclude potential Republican voters from its voter registration efforts, while the Voter Registration Project has been linked to multiple scandals involving illicit partisanship and fraudulent voter registrations.

Given the scale and seriousness of these allegations, I urge the Department of Justice to initiate a thorough investigation into these entities to determine the extent of their involvement in illegal electioneering activities and fraudulent voter registration efforts. Such an investigation is crucial to uphold the integrity of our electoral process as well as to ensure that tax-exempt organizations comply with federal laws.

Why did Michigan’s top candidate for Democrats’ choice of governor in the upcoming election, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, keep this statewide investigation a secret from her clerks?

We hope the FBI will look into this important aspect of the story and that the DOJ will hold anyone who committed a crime or turned a blind eye to criminal activity in Michigan responsible.
