Brazil’s Supreme Court tyrant Alexandre de Moraes, the justice critics have long called Alexandre de Voldemort, has ordered the arrest of Eduardo Bolsonaro, the son of imprisoned former President Jair Bolsonaro and the brother of Flávio Bolsonaro, the frontrunner to send socialist Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva packing on October 25.

Eduardo’s brother, Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, has emerged as the frontrunner to become Brazil’s next president after defeating incumbent socialist President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in the first round of voting. Moraes did not wait for the runoff.

Moraes ordered Eduardo to begin serving a four-year, two-month sentence immediately, directed federal police to arrest him if he sets foot in Brazil, canceled his Brazilian passports, and suspended his political rights for the length of the sentence, according to Reuters.

The conviction became final on October 3 after appeals were rejected. Eduardo has lived in the United States, including Texas, since 2025.

His “crime,” according to the court’s First Panel, was speaking to the Trump administration about the weaponization of Brazil’s justice system against his father.

In June the panel, Moraes, Lula ally Cristiano Zanin, Cármen Lúcia, and Flávio Dino, convicted Eduardo unanimously of “coercion in the course of proceedings.” Prosecutors said he lobbied Washington for tariffs on Brazilian goods, Magnitsky sanctions, and visa revocations aimed at STF ministers, in an effort to pressure the court during Jair Bolsonaro’s trial.

The sentence starts in a semi-open regime, carries a fine, strips him of a Federal Police clerk post, and bars him from office for eight years after the term.

Moraes, who also ran the case against the father, wrote that Eduardo “cannot benefit from his own wrongdoing by fleeing the national territory” to thwart the sentence.

The same justice was sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury under the Magnitsky Act in July 2025 for arbitrary detentions and the suppression of speech. The Gateway Pundit reported when Treasury then hit Moraes’ wife and his Lex Institute, and when aides lost their U.S. visas.

Eduardo called the new order what it is. In a statement Thursday he said that even after voters delivered a clear “enough,” Moraes was again throwing the country into turmoil with a decision that is “arbitrary, ill-timed and ineffectual,” because the United States “has already made clear it does not comply with delirious decisions of this nature.”

He said the only practical effect, timed in the middle of an election, is to inflame the country, and that on October 25 Brazilians will elect Flávio Bolsonaro and, with a new Congress, “restore normalcy.”

Even after the clear message of “enough is enough” delivered at the ballot box, Alexandre de Moraes is once again throwing the country into turmoil with an arbitrary, ill-timed, and futile ruling, given that the United States has already made it clear that it will not comply with such delusional decisions.

The only practical effect of this measure, deliberately taken in the midst of the electoral process, is to further inflame tensions across the country, entirely unnecessarily.

Fortunately, on October 25, the Brazilian people will deliver their final verdict by electing Flávio Bolsonaro, who, together with the new Congress, will restore normalcy to Brazil.

Bill Gates, the same billionaire who has bankrolled research into dimming the sun, released a new “educational” video explaining the difference between so-called “chemtrails” and ordinary airplane condensation trails, or contrails.

The Microsoft co-founder posted the short film, titled “For an affordable climate win, look to the sky,” on his YouTube channel on October 7 and paired it with a Gates Notes essay.

“Some people refer to them as ‘chemtrails’ and believe they contain toxic chemicals,” Gates says. “The reality is much less dramatic: They’re just clouds.”

He then pivots. Contrails, he writes, “are also a significant contributor to climate change.” Persistent warming contrails, he claims, account for about half the temperature increase caused by aviation. “If we were to get rid of them, we would eliminate up to two percent of all global warming.”

Gates insists no one is spraying the sky on purpose. “Contrails are an unintentional byproduct of plane travel, and no one is putting lines in the sky on purpose.”

In his telling, water freezes around soot from jet engines when a plane hits the right pocket of cold, humid air. Some trails vanish. Others linger, spread, and act like cirrus clouds that trap heat at night.

Gates argues that preventing the formation of these warming contrails could offer a relatively inexpensive way to reduce aviation’s climate impact.

His proposal involves adjusting flight routes to avoid atmospheric conditions favorable to persistent contrail formation.

The billionaire estimates that such interventions could cost less than $10 per ton of emissions-equivalent warming avoided, substantially cheaper than some other aviation climate strategies.

This is the exact same billionaire who routinely crisscrosses the globe in his massive private jets, generating more carbon footprint in a single flight than average, hardworking Americans produce in years! Yet, he wants the middle class to accept flight restrictions, higher fuel taxes, and new green energy mandates.

New York Attorney General Letitia James finally faced a Republican challenger willing to confront her record Thursday night, and former federal prosecutor Saritha Komatireddy came out swinging.

During a fiery, hourlong debate hosted by Spectrum News NY1, Komatireddy unleashed a blistering attack on the Democrat incumbent, accusing her of transforming New York’s top law enforcement office into a political weapon while neglecting violent crime, Medicaid fraud, public safety, and the growing mental health crisis.

“New Yorkers, you do not have an attorney general right now,” Komatireddy said. “For the last eight years, you’ve had a political hack sitting in the chair using our taxpayer money for her political purposes. When the cameras are not there, neither is Tish James.”

James’s answer, over and over, was the same one she has used since 2018: Donald Trump.

Saritha Komatireddy confronted Letitia James over her record and raised concerns about the politicization of the Attorney General’s Office.

Komatireddy blasted New York’s catch-and-release system and named the woman who championed it.

“[Letitia] was the largest champion for having this catch-and-release system,” Komatireddy said.

She pointed to an NYPD officer stabbed ten times in the chest by two illegal migrants who already had records for weapons and burglary, then offered the fix James refuses to touch: let judges consider dangerousness before they cut someone loose. She called it a common-sense change with bipartisan support, not a repeal of the whole statute.

Letitia James wrote the catch-and-release law. Then she told New York not to overreact.

James bragged that her office took 10,000 illegal guns off the street in eight years. Komatireddy called the number what it is.

Komatireddy accused James of refusing to prosecute hate crimes against Jews and of using Title VI for other students while Jewish students were barricaded in campus libraries.

“This is the problem. She just stands there. She doesn’t do anything,” Komatireddy said. “She has used it for other students but not for Jewish students who have been barricaded in libraries because of their race. Got no help from Tish James.”

James talked about her old City Council ties to Orthodox communities in Crown Heights and Williamsburg. She would not commit to a standard definition of antisemitism. “We are looking at the definition of antisemitism,” she said.

Komatireddy then took aim at Letitia James over her refusal to adopt the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of antisemitism.

“First, I want you to notice that Letitia James refuses to adopt the IHRA definition of antisemitism. I will adopt it on day one. We already have an antisemitism definition. You don’t have to look for it. It’s right there,” Komatireddy declared.

The Republican challenger also targeted James’s record on Medicaid fraud, accusing her administration of failing to aggressively confront fraud involving taxpayer-funded healthcare programs.

Komatireddy questioned enforcement levels under James and argued that recovering stolen public funds should be a major priority for the attorney general.

James’s campaign has defended its work, pointing to enforcement actions, including a recent Medicaid fraud case involving approximately $31 million.

Komatireddy: “New York spends $126 billion on Medicaid every year. That’s more per resident than any other state in the country, twice per resident than New Jersey. That doesn’t make any sense. We’re both blue states with similar demographics and similar policies.

There’s about $40 billion of unexplained spending that Letitia James has failed to investigate.

The reality is, we used to have one of the best Medicaid fraud units in the country under previous Democratic attorneys general. Cuomo, Schneiderman—we recovered about $250 million a year.

Letitia James came in, and it took a nosedive to $19 million.

Under previous Democratic attorneys general, we got about 100 criminal convictions a year. Under Letitia James, we came to an all-time low of eight.

She gets 2,000 patient abuse complaints a year and gets maybe one or two convictions.

That means someone’s punching an elderly patient in the nursing home, and no one’s doing anything.

It’s lost money. It’s pain for patients. It’s lost medical care. It’s a total injustice, and the attorney general needs to go after it.”

Komatireddy promised an Office of Civil Commitment for people who are a danger to themselves or others.

“We don’t have a lack of authority. We don’t have a lack of resources. We lack an attorney general who is willing to enforce the law. I will.”

Every time James pivoted to Trump, Komatireddy had the line ready: “Every time Letitia James mentions Donald Trump, just remember it’s because she can’t defend her failing record.”

Then, in the lightning round, she said the quiet part out loud.

Komatireddy told the audience she would have to look at the facts and the law, and that she would do exactly that if she takes office January 1. James cut in.

“You don’t have to look at the facts and the law,” James said. “All you have to do is study what they do. It is illegal in the state of New York.”

Komatireddy didn’t let it sit.

When asked to name her favorite former New York attorney general, Letitia James struggled to come up with an answer, prompting Komatireddy to jump in with a sharp jab: “She only admires herself.”

The debate came just hours after Komatireddy released a mock 52-count indictment of James, accusing the incumbent of dereliction of duty.

As Fox News reported, the campaign document accused James of failing to adequately address crime, repeat offenders, homelessness, hate crimes, and fraud while directing her attention toward political confrontations with Trump.

A Siena University poll last month still had James ahead, 52% to 39%. That lead was 54–36 in August. The margin has already shrunk five points, and two-thirds of voters still do not know the challenger. Thursday night was the first time many of them saw her.

Early voting starts October 24. Election Day is November 3.

The tolerant left strikes again.

Green Party congressional candidate Matthew Arndt was caught on video Thursday morning screaming a profanity-laced antisemitic tirade at a Jewish father who had his young son in the car at a Mobil gas station in Mequon, Wisconsin.

Arndt is the Wisconsin Green Party nominee in the 6th Congressional District, where he is running against Republican incumbent Rep. Glenn Grothman, Democrat Bradley Smith, and independents Elizabeth Fitzgibbon and Mike Thurow in the November 3 election. He is a certified public accountant from Mequon who filed with the FEC as Matthew John Arndt.

According to FOX6 Milwaukee, the confrontation started around 8:50 a.m. on October 8 on Mequon Road.

Police say a 54-year-old Mequon man and a 40-year-old Mequon man were involved in a road-rage encounter that included obscene gestures and dangerous driving. Both men then pulled into the Mobil station at Mequon and Wauwatosa roads, where police say the 54-year-old used profane language and made antisemitic statements.

The father, an Israeli immigrant who has lived in the United States for about 12 years, told reporters he was driving his son to school. His car had an Israeli-flag bumper sticker that read “F*** Hamas.”

He said the other driver pulled alongside him, rolled down the window, flipped him off, and started screaming. He hung back, photographed the plate, and followed the SUV into the gas station with his camera rolling.

Then Arndt lost it.

Claims that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested more than 500 American citizens since President Donald Trump returned to office in January 2025 misrepresent the findings of an October 6, 2026, ProPublica investigation.

The report identified 506 U.S. citizens detained by federal immigration agents between January 2025 and September 2026. It did not establish that ICE formally arrested 500 citizens, that all the detentions were immigration arrests, or that 500 Americans were mistakenly identified as illegal immigrants.

The ProPublica investigation counted anyone held against their will by immigration agents for any period of time. That included people who were temporarily prevented from leaving until they showed ID or proof of citizenship.

Under that definition, a citizen briefly detained during an immigration raid could be counted alongside someone formally arrested on suspicion of assaulting a federal officer. Although both encounters may constitute detention under the Fourth Amendment, they are not necessarily equivalent to a formal criminal arrest.

ProPublica’s own headline described more than 500 American citizens as having been detained, rather than arrested. Public and social media sources misquoting the original article have changed the terminology from detention to arrest, materially altering the meaning of the findings.

More than 100 Americans were detained after federal agents questioned their citizenship. A much larger category involved more than 300 Americans detained after allegations that they assaulted, obstructed, or interfered with federal immigration officers. These encounters frequently occurred during immigration raids, protests, or confrontations involving people inhibiting immigration enforcement activities.

Being an American citizen does not provide immunity from arrest for violating federal criminal law. Title 18, Section 111 of the United States Code makes it a federal offense to forcibly assault, resist, impede, intimidate, or interfere with designated federal officers performing their official duties. Therefore, an American citizen accused of assaulting an ICE officer may be arrested and prosecuted under federal criminal law.

ProPublica examined court records and identified 137 cases in which U.S. citizens were charged with federal crimes, most involving assaulting or obstructing federal officers. Nearly half of those cases were subsequently dropped or dismissed, a figure liberals will undoubtedly seize on to claim that ICE is making bogus arrests or that reports of attacks on and harassment of federal officers are right-wing conspiracy theories.

However, criminal charges can be dropped or dismissed for numerous reasons unrelated to whether the underlying accusations were true. A dismissal does not necessarily mean that the original allegation was false or that the arrest was unjustified.

As of September 15, 2026, approximately three dozen citizens had been sentenced to prison or probation, while another three dozen cases remained pending.

Another problem with the claim concerns which agencies conducted the detentions. The investigation covered federal immigration enforcement personnel, including agents from ICE and Customs and Border Protection (CBP). It also included certain encounters involving police working with federal immigration agents. Not every incident involved ICE officers. Attributing the entire total to ICE obscures the different agencies responsible for individual encounters.

The investigators acknowledged that their count was incomplete. The report also excluded some categories of incidents, including arrests at airports and borders and arrests conducted under judicial warrants.

The report says that at least 70 American children and teenagers were detained, including some who were handcuffed. The implication for advocates of illegal immigration is that these were 11-year-olds arrested and handcuffed for no reason. However, the term “children” includes everyone under 18, including teenagers.

A disproportionate percentage of violent crime in America and around the world is committed by teenage boys. Numerous videos circulate online purporting to show evidence that ICE was abusing children. However, what these videos actually show is teenagers harassing ICE agents, refusing to comply with instructions, and resisting arrest, forcing officers to use force.

The report also claims that at least 63 citizens were detained while recording immigration enforcement activities, implying that they were detained for filming. However, filming ICE agents in public is legal, and no public records could be found to establish that anyone has been arrested for or charged with filming ICE agents.

Interfering with officers, resisting arrest, or refusing a lawful instruction to maintain a safe distance from an enforcement operation can result in detention or arrest. The fact that someone was recording at the time of detention does not establish that recording was the reason for the detention.

Another claim is that 36 citizens were reportedly held for at least a day without being able to contact an attorney or family members. Being held for more than a day after being arrested is not unusual, and it can take some time for processing and administrative procedures to be completed before a detainee is able to call home.

Finally, one detail included in many of the cases involving detained citizens is the claim that the individual was detained despite telling officers that he or she was a U.S. citizen. Not surprisingly, under federal law, a verbal statement from a suspect is generally insufficient evidence to establish citizenship, and the citizen may be detained until physical proof is provided.

So far, there have been over 1 million ICE arrests and/or deportations. In comparison, 500 citizen detentions would represent a small margin of error, but most were not errors. A significant percentage of these detainees were charged with crimes, while the rest were released once their citizenship was established. Most were detained for only a very short period of time.

This has been happening a lot lately. Less than two weeks ago, Ana Navarro openly campaigned for a Democrat running for a House seat in Florida.

Trump’s FCC has been looking into these claims. It couldn’t be more obvious, could it?

The hosts are openly cheerleading for the Democrats to win.

We are talking about Texas. He is going to win this race.
