On Wednesday we learned that former Special Counsel Jack Smith collected information on 639,000 Republican voters and donors during his sprawling Arctic Frost investigation, according to documents released by Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley.

The information collected included the donors’ physical home addresses, credit card information, occupations and donation amount.

Later today we learned Jack Smith’s illegal spying investigation included Trump supporters who bought MAGA hats!

If you bought a red MAGA hat you likely ended up on Jack Smith’s spreadsheet along with your address.

Democrat crackpot James Talarico lashed out at the SAVE Act back in August with this ignorant statement.

Talarico:  “We as human beings have the right to shape our own destinies, and we do that through the vote. And so many brave Americans, so many brave Black Americans have fought and died for that right. And so for politicians in Austin or in Washington, as they’re now doing with the SAVE Act, they are trying to rob our neighbors, particularly our Black neighbors, of those God-given rights. So I’ve had— I have a track record of, of using every tool in my toolbox to protect voting rights.”

The SAVE America Act (Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act) is a House-passed Republican-backed bill that would require documentary proof of U.S. citizenship (such as a passport, birth certificate plus photo ID, or certain other government documents) to register to vote in federal elections, plus photo ID to cast a ballot.

But in August, Talarico pushed the lie that the SAVE America Act had something to do with race! What a nasty little buttercup!

But then on Wednesday night James Talarico feigned ignorance on the SAVE America Act during his candidate forum on CNN.

Of course, he had no pushback from the CNN host.

Talarico tonight claimed ignorance to the SAVE Act and said he supports the FAIR Voter ID instead that includes student IDs.

On Tuesday — two days after President Zelensky agreed to Trump’s energy ceasefire – Ukraine bombed the massive oil depot in Valuyki, Oblast, Russia.

As Cristina Laila reported earlier, President Trump on Sunday announced an energy ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine.

But Ukraine continues to break its promise and is determined to see global energy prices soar before the 2026 midterm elections. It’s very obvious. The globalist puppet is determined to weaken Trump after he allowed his entire country to be obliterated by the Russians.

Apparently, President Trump has had enough.

Community notes responded to Zelenskyy’s bogus attacks on Elon Musk pointing out, “Starshield was limited in Ukraine. SS is controlled by the US gov. Starlink is for comercial use.”

Elon Musk posted this on Wednesday in response to Zelenskyy:

Starshield systems are owned and controlled by the US government. Any limits on speed or usage are decided by the US military and ultimately POTUS.

Starlink is a commercial service owned and controlled by SpaceX. Usage of Starlink is limited to civilian or defensive activities and cannot be used for offensive military action, as doing so would be inappropriate for a commercial company.

Zelensky needs better talking points.

The Rient memo was never released to the news media. The public was kept in the dark about acute problems that Watergate prosecutors had identified in the Senate testimony of their star witness. Likewise, the Rient memo was withheld from defense counsel in U.S. v. Mitchell, the Watergate cover-up trial in which Mr. Dean’s testimony proved decisive. Having ironed out all the material discrepancies from his sworn Senate appearance, the prosecutors used Mr. Dean’s new testimony to secure convictions of Mr. Mitchell, Mr. Haldeman and Mr. Ehrlichman, once among the most powerful men in government.

The coup of Nixon worked so well that they had to try it again with President Trump, and he beat them all.  Let’s hope the liars and those involved in treason are addressed soon and quickly.

Democrats are at a crossroads this election when it comes to aging leadership, with some wanting to usurp Rep. Maxine Waters of California as she nears 90 years of age.

With the midterms just weeks away, Politico published an article on Wednesday detailing how Democratic Rep. Sean Casten of Illinois, 54, is preparing to challenge Waters for chair of the House Financial Services Committee if Democrats flip the lower chamber.

The outlet described it as a choice between shoving “aside one of the most prominent Black progressives in their party in favor of a middle-aged white guy with similar policy views, or potentially hand one of the most powerful chairmanships in Congress back to a nearly 90-year-old as their base clamors for generational change.”

The committee oversees powerful sectors including housing, banking, cryptocurrency, and the Federal Reserve.

Waters, 88, would be the oldest House Financial Services Committee chair in American history if Democrats regain control and allow her to take over.

This outcome would likely anger the base, with voters wanting term limits and age restrictions to avoid stagnant leadership.

It would also fuel the narrative that the Democratic Party is experiencing a leadership crisis, especially after former President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline and physical limitations led him to drop out of the 2024 race.

Democratic Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer of New York is 75, while Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont is 84, Rep. Jim Clyburn of South Carolina is 86, Rep. Rosa DeLauro of Connecticut is 83, and Sen. Dick Durbin of Illinois is 81.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi of California and Rep. Steny Hoyer of Maryland are retiring at the end of this term. They are 86 and 87, respectively.

One senior House Democrat who was granted anonymity told Politico, “I think it’s a pretty broad appetite in our caucus for generational change, and you can’t get a more glaring case for generational change… than an 88-year-old member, who will turn 90 before the next Congress is over, clinging to the gavel.”

The source provided the quote despite having “a world of respect for Maxine and her career and her values.”

Waters has been an extremely vocal figure during Trump’s time in office, frequently speaking out against the president and often resorting to name calling or insults.

This has endeared her to some of the younger members of Congress, like Democratic Rep. Ritchie Torres of New York, who called her “Auntie Maxine.”

“I see Maxine’s wisdom not as a weakness but as a strength,” Torres proclaimed when replying to a question about her age. “I can assure you Maxine Waters has more youthful energy than I will ever have in my life.”

A member of the House Democratic steering committee, which decides committee assignments, praised Casten as “competent, capable and a team player.”

“I have every confidence that as chair, he will be inclusive, good on the issues, and will use the platform to help the entire Democratic caucus,” the lawmaker declared.

Democrats are also expecting blowback from the Congressional Black Caucus, whose members are likely going to push racial talking points if Waters is forced out.

“You’re gonna hear from the CBC,” one House Democrat said.

When Casten told Waters on Tuesday that he planned to challenge her, he drew a response from Torres, who said, “The notion of challenging a bona fide icon a month before the midterm election strikes me as a monumental distraction from the goal of winning the midterms and presenting a united front as a party.”

Another House Democrat who was granted anonymity added, “Buddy, you’re gonna say she’s lost her fast ball? I don’t know.”
