Disgusting behavior. Serious allegations. And a political fight that keeps getting louder. New messages and competing accounts surrounding the Cornell Seven are fueling the debate. But are people looking for the truth, or just ammunition for their side?

Today on Stinchfield, I’m tackling the disconnect: Democrats leaning into outrage and immorality, conservatives demanding answers about evidence, consent, and whether a crime can be proven. In my opinion, condemning vile behavior is easy. Determining criminal guilt requires more than disgust. Consent remains central, and consent to one encounter does not establish consent to everything that follows.

Then there’s the accusation of “victim shaming.” Teaching young women to recognize danger, look out for friends, and take precautions is preparation. We cannot control someone else’s decisions, but we can talk honestly about steps that may reduce our exposure to danger. That conversation should never be off limits.

Precautions cannot guarantee safety, and failing to take them never excuses an assault. Perpetrators must be held accountable, survivors must be treated with dignity, and every allegation must be examined seriously. But guilt must be established through evidence and due process. Consent must remain the standard, not a political talking point. We can protect survivors, pursue the truth, and uphold fairness at the same time. That is not weakness; it is justice.

The hosts of ‘The View’ ran to defend Texas Democrat James Talarico from Republican ‘conspiracy theories’ on Monday.

This is not surprising since they are basically campaigning for him at this point.

The thing to remember here is that these hypocrites never met a conspiracy theory or unsubstantiated rumor about Trump and Republicans that they didn’t love and also push on their show.

In yet another of example of it’s (D)ifferent when the left and the elitist media does it, ABC’s The View denounced what they described as “conspiracy theories” regarding the whereabouts of their preferred candidate in the race for the Texas Senate seat, James Talarico (D), who had disappeared from the trail for several days.

Meanwhile, the hypocritical harpies had been a prime source of anti-Republican conspiracy theories for many years.

“Texas Senate candidate James Talarico is responding to conspiracy theories being pushed about why he was off the campaign trail for nine days. Now, some conservative commentators claim that he secretly checked into a mental institution in Ohio,” moderator Whoopi Goldberg declared, before rhetorically scoffing, “Now, come on.

It’s flu season, folks fall down, folks get sick, stuff happens and, you know. Is this really the last desperate effort of the Republicans trying to – a mental institution?!”

The View has claimed Trump will outlaw interracial marriages, start a nuclear war, send child soldiers to fight Iran, and stole election, but now they whine about “conspiracy theories” regarding James Talarico’s whereabouts.

– Suggested Trump has had sex with animals.
– Blamed Trump for alleged gang rape at Cornell, despite it happening during the Biden administration.

It’s not a news show.

It’s a propaganda operation for Democrats.

When did it become controversial to celebrate Columbus Day and Christopher Columbus?

At some point in recent decades, the left decided that Columbus was an evil figure, who is responsible for the deaths of any native Americans who ever crossed paths with him. Of course, what it’s really about is their hatred of Western Civilization.

Isn’t it fascinating that Democrats have to keep traveling to Hollywood to find campaign donors rather than relying on the people who live in the state they are running to represent?

Breitbart News reports:

Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA) is heading back to Hollywood for yet another fundraiser, this one headed by Miramax CEO Jonathan Glickman and United Talent Agency CEO David Kramer.

The fundraiser will be held in Hancock Park on October 19 and will be attended by several Hollywood executives, chief among them being Glickman and Kramer, per Politico:

Other listed co-hosts include prominent Hollywood attorney Tom Hoberman, whose clients have included Elizabeth Taylor and Faye Dunaway; Ellen Goldsmith-Vein, the CEO of the Gotham Group management company; and filmmaker Grant Heslov, whose producing credits include Argo and Good Night, and Good Luck. It is scheduled for 15 days before Election Day.

The get-in price for the event in the tony LA enclave is $250, with the cost plateauing at $7,000. Several of the co-hosts are prominent Democratic donors; Glickman and his wife, Christy Callahan, have held dozens of fundraisers at their Hancock Park home, including events for Kamala Harris, Cory Booker and Raphael Warnock.

Republican Mike Collins, who is running against Ossoff in Georgia, had the perfect response to this news.

A transgender person (biological male) fatally stabbed a man in South Side Chicago for disrespecting his gender.

Kelly Day, 32, stabbed the victim, identified as 50-year-old Larry Young, more than 13 times last Wednesday near a gas station in the 1400 block of East 87th Street.

The attack was so brutal and violent that the knife’s blade broke off in Larry Young’s skull.

According to the Chicago Tribune, the stabbing occurred after Day had an encounter with a separate group of people earlier in the day at a McDonald’s bathroom.

They reportedly mocked Kelly Day for using the women’s bathroom at McDonald’s before the fatal stabbing.

Later in the day, Young was walking down 87th Street when he made a comment about Day’s appearance and gender.

Kelly Day became enraged and followed Young across the street near the gas station. After a brief altercation, Day stood over Young and repeatedly stabbed him in the skull.

Day was charged with first-degree murder.

Police said that Kelly Day’s stepson and wife witnessed the fatal stabbing.

The attack, which occurred in front of Kelly Day’s 7-year-old stepson in the 1400 block of East 87th Street Wednesday, was so violent that a tip of the knife blade broke off into the victim’s skull, authorities said. Day, 32, is now charged with first-degree murder for an escalation that she claimed happened in self-defense.

During a hearing Saturday at Central Bond Court, Judge John Hock approved a request to keep Day, of Chatham, in custody pending trial, partly due to the brutality of the attack that left 50-year-old Larry Young dead.

The stabbing may have been heightened by a separate interaction earlier in the day when another group of people mocked Day for using a women’s bathroom at a McDonald’s, according to prosecutors. Day, who was assigned male at birth but identifies as a woman, told her wife that she didn’t want “bullies” to get away with making fun of her gender, Assistant State Attorney Sara Grgurovic told the court.

Later in the day, while walking west on 87th Street, Young approached Day, her wife and her stepson.

Young, who didn’t know Day, approached calmly, but began making comments about her gender, Grgurovic said. Day became “extremely angry” and began quarreling with Young, resisting her wife’s attempts to pull her away. Young then pushed Day before walking away toward a nearby gas station across the street, authorities said.

Day followed Young across the street and the pair fought for several moments, prosecutors said. Surveillance video from the gas station showed Day holding a knife, standing over the victim as he lay on the ground and stabbing him 13 times in the head, neck and upper shoulders.
