Georgia Election Integrity HERO Joe Rossi Dies After Short Battle With Cancer – His Impact on Election Integrity Cannot be Understated
October 1, 2026

On Monday, in a tragic loss for the election integrity community and the State of Georgia, one of the most pivotal figures in the battle for secure elections, Mr. Joe Rossi, has passed away after a brief battle with cancer.
Mr. Rossi was recently diagnosed with a “very treatable” cancer; however, while undergoing chemotherapy, a complication may have contributed to heart failure, which ultimately took Mr. Rossi’s life, according to a source close to the matter.

I am saddened to report, Joe Rossi has passed. After a brief battle with cancer, Georgia lost one of its most determined election-integrity researchers — a retired executive from Houston County who asked for nothing except that the numbers add up. Joe was not a politician. He was a citizen who sat down with ballot images, audit tally sheets, and public records and did the work himself. With attorney Jack James, he documented many inconsistencies in Fulton County’s 2020 risk-limiting audit.
@GovKemp met with Joe and his office independently repeated that research, confirmed the discrepancies, and referred the matter to the State Election Board. Joe also worked with@MonclaKevin , @jeffmfulgham and Phillip Davis @mad_liberals on further findings: missing ballot images, ballots with no identifiable source tabulator, and double-scanned records. He took slings and arrows for that work. He kept going anyway. That is the kind of man he was — impeccable in his integrity, stubborn in his duty, and unwilling to look away from records that did not reconcile. Whether you agreed with every conclusion or not, you cannot deny the hours he gave, unpaid, to make Georgia’s elections more transparent. His insight and determination will be missed. His family is in our prayers.Rest in peace, Joe. You fought for the truth as you saw it. Georgia and our Nation will never forget you!

We lost a great man today- Joe Rossi passed away this morning.
I am just so very sad that I cannot type for the tears in my eyes. Mr. Rossi was so many things- but most of all he was a teacher. He taught chemistry but so many of us were his students in the classroom of life. He…— Kevin Moncla – EOG (@MonclaKevin) September 28, 2026
Mr. Rossi was one of the key figures in the January search warrant executed by the FBI in Fulton County to obtain over 600 boxes of election records, mainly the physical paper ballots, from the 2020 election, which are still reportedly being investigated by the FBI.
His involvement in the investigation into the 2020 election in Fulton County, and throughout Georgia, cannot be understated.
He was the man responsible for the discovery of more than 6,000 duplicate and triplicate ballots being counted in the 2020 hand-count audit on or around November 15, 2020, following the first machine count.
Question:
Does this look like “human error” or “just a mistake”???

Mr. Rossi’s findings were confirmed by an investigation conducted by Governor Brian Kemp’s office in November 2021.
In March 2024, during a hearing at which the Georgia Secretary of State’s office provided a report on its findings regarding two complaints submitted to the Georgia State Election Board (SEB), Mr. Rossi was asked by SEB member Dr. Janice Johnston to explain the audit discrepancies he discovered, including a 4,084 vote swing for candidate Joe Biden in Fulton County alone, and based only on the subset of mail-in ballots that were analyzed.
Biden was reported to have won Georgia by just 11,779 votes.
Joe Rossi is correct. SEB Member Ghazal is wrong.
Perhaps this is why complainants cannot respond to reports during these hearings.

During another hearing before the SEB in January 2026, Mr. Rossi was finally afforded the opportunity to present his findings to the Georgia SEB.
His presentation removed any reasonable doubt that the duplicate and triplicate counting discrepancies in Fulton County’s November 2020 hand recount were “human error,” but rather suggested a deliberate action to reconcile the discrepancies between the machine count and what was initially found during the hand recount.
Mr. Rossi disclosed emails from November 19, 2020, that revealed Fulton County’s then-Deputy Director of Registration and Elections, Nadine Williams, and the Elections Group’s Michael Prendergast were aware of the discrepancies that Mr. Rossi discovered, accounting for more than 6,000 ballots that he found did not exist.
Fulton County KNEW in November 2020 that the 2020 Election Count Had Significant Issues!

Perhaps Mr. Rossi’s most critical work was his contribution in co-authoring SEB Complaint 2023-025 with Kevin Moncla. The Gateway Pundit wrote about this complaint, which was a keystone in the FBI’s affidavit to obtain its warrant for the Fulton County Election records in January of this year.
From Part 4 of The Gateway Pundit’s series:
In Part 1, The Gateway Pundit revealed that the Georgia Secretary of State (GASOS) and the GASOS COO Gabriel Sterling, who left the SOS office to take a private contract with the SOS office and then returned to the SOS after the election, neglected to act on several requests to rectify a reported issue in Coffee County regarding their Dominion equipment before the Nov 3, 2020 election.
In Part 2, the mysterious ability of Dominion technicians to repair equipment without ever touching it was revealed through the sworn affidavit of now-indicted 30-year retired school teacher Cathy Latham.
In Part 3, we discussed a State Election Board complaint that resulted in Fulton County entering into a Consent Order that acknowledged “36 inconsistencies” in the Nov. 14th hand-recount/risk-limiting audit outlined in a report by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp’s office. This report was based on research by Joe Rossi and David Cross showing numerous double and triple counted batches in the hand-count that helped the results get in line with the original machine count. The result was an excess 4,057 votes tallied for Joe Biden in the hand-count.
A source close to the matter told The Gateway Pundit that prior to Mr. Rossi’s passing, he had received the accolades and recognition for his arduous work that he rightfully deserved. His work continues to be the foundation of one of the most important investigations in our nation that not many are talking about.
