The great Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas won nationwide praise for an incredible line in his concurring opinion in a ruling earlier this week, which delivered a huge win for the Trump Administration.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the US Supreme Court on Thursday ruled in a 6-3 vote that the Trump Administration is allowed to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for hundreds of thousands of Haitians and Syrians.

The three liberal justices Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson dissented. Justice Samuel Alito wrote the majority ruling.

The Trump Administration will now strip TPS from 350,000 Haitians and 6,000 Syrians.

Earlier this year, a federal judge blocked the Department of Homeland Security from ending Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 350,000 Haitians.

Thomas joined the other five right-leaning justices with a separate opinion that cut right to the real reason the migrants had zero case to begin with.

This can all be summed up with this sentence he wrote:

Even assuming jurisdiction, the equal protection claim fails for the additional reason that aliens have no equal protection rights against the federal government.

This is the only appropriate constitutional interpretation since our founders sought to protect AMERICAN citizens, not foreign aliens.

As one would expect, Thomas won universal praise from conservatives on social media.
