President Trump Exposes National Academy of Sciences for Publishing FRAUDULENT, Biased Climate Manuals Used by Federal Judges — Orders Suspension and Debarment Review of the Climate Fraud

President Donald Trump dropped a major bombshell on Truth Social Sunday night, revealing that the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) has been caught publishing fraudulent, biased, and misleading “scientific” manuals on climate change that federal judges relied upon to greenlight massive climate cases.

For years, everyday Americans have been forced to sit back and watch as radical left-wing activists, rogue activist judges, and entrenched bureaucrats used junk science to destroy energy independence, cripple domestic manufacturing, and force the fraudulent “Green New Scam” down our throats.

These bogus manuals, Trump announced, have created huge losses across our country. He is now ordering Federal Suspension and Debarment Officials to review the conduct. Taxpayers will no longer fund this climate fraud, and judges will no longer be allowed to treat political propaganda as science.

Trump wrote:

“The National Academy of Sciences has historically published analytical Scientific Manuals expressly for our Federal Judiciary. Of course, the Academy has been run by Radical Left Dumocrats who, it turns out, published fraudulent, biased, and misleading Manuals on Climate Change.

These bogus Manuals were used by Judges to decide massive “Climate Change” Cases, and have created huge losses across our Country. These Manuals have been totally DISCREDITED.

Our Nation’s Federal Judges deserve Facts and Science, not Political Fraud and False Science on Climate.

With this TRUTH, I hereby order Federal Suspension and Debarment Officials to review this conduct. Our Taxpayers should not be funding Climate Fraud, and Judges should never have relied upon it.”

The National Academy of Sciences has long served as an adviser to the federal government on scientific matters, with its reports frequently cited in policymaking and litigation.

According to Reuters, the manuals in question are part of the Reference Manual on Scientific Evidence (Fourth Edition), a joint product of the Federal Judicial Center and the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM).

The latest edition included a highly politicized climate science chapter written by authors tied to climate litigation outfits, including Columbia University’s Sabin Center for Climate Change Law, the same network that has spent years pushing activist lawsuits against energy producers and states.

Earlier this year, a coalition of Republican state attorneys general, led by Montana’s Austin Knudsen and including nearly 30 red-state AGs, blasted the chapter as biased, riddled with conflicts of interest, and designed to tip the scales in climate litigation. The authors had deep ties to advocacy and active lawsuits.

Under pressure, the Federal Judicial Center withdrew the climate chapter from its version of the manual in February. NASEM, however, kept the material available online and refused demands to fully pull it.
