February 19, 2025

The Trump administration’s Department of Government Efficiency is about to provide a staff member access to IRS data, causing the media and the Democrats to spin into a frenzy.

Gavin Kliger, a software engineer who works at DOGE, will be based at the IRS for 120 days, and he will reportedly have access to the tax agency’s data, according to a Monday report from CNN.

Kliger will work as a senior adviser for the IRS acting commissioner.

“Waste, fraud, and abuse have been deeply entrenched in our broken system for far too long. It takes direct access to the system to identify and fix it,” White House deputy press secretary Harrison Fields told CNN about the move.

“DOGE will continue to shine a light on the fraud they uncover as the American people deserve to know what their government has been spending their hard earned tax dollars on,” he added.

But CNN was deeply concerned about the fact that Kliger would receive access to private data, like Social Security numbers, bank account information, and tax returns.

The outlet breathlessly quoted a letter from Oregon Democratic Sen. Ron Wyden and Massachusetts Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren, in which they asked the acting commissioner to “immediately disclose to the Senate Committee on Finance the full extent of the potential access to IRS systems and data granted to DOGE team members.”

Wyden and Warren believe they need to know that information, so they can “address any efforts by DOGE personnel to gain access to taxpayer records at the IRS, which may constitute criminal violations of federal privacy laws.”

“As you are aware, tax returns and return information are subject to strong legal privacy protections,” the letter added, “allowing DOGE officials sweeping access these systems may be in violation of these statutes.”

Americans have heard much about who is able to access sensitive federal data as DOGE staffers, especially those on the younger side, use that information to highlight areas to downsize and streamline the government.

But the media did not care who had access to that data during the Biden years.

One report from the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration revealed that as of September 2023, there were as many as 919 individuals who had access to unmasked IRS data.

The unmasked data contains personally identifiable information and “requires executive level approval” to access.

Roughly 20 of those individuals were “researchers and student volunteers.”

In other words, the media and the Democrats had no reason to be concerned about novices and young people accessing information in our government until the Trump administration came into power — and until that power was used to threaten the bureaucracy they love so dearly.

No matter how much Wyden, Warren, and their professional propagandists at CNN complain, these efforts toward government efficiency will continue.

If anything, it is more clear than ever that the Democrats have simply run out of ideas to stop it.

An ungrateful Ukrainian responds to President Trump’s demands to payback billions sent by US to fund war. – via AussieCossack

On Tuesday President Donald Trump told reporters he believed Ukraine should repay the United States the $350 billion the Biden regime sent to the country to fund their war with Russia.

Of course, the billions of US dollars were never audited once they crossed the Atlantic. Much of the money disappeared. Even Ukrainian President Zelensky says he does not know where $100 billion US dollars went missing.

One Ukrainian citizen responded to President Trump’s request to repay US billions donated to his country to fight Russia.

Ukrainian citizen to President Trump: “We have lost the war with the United States. Who are you? Who are you? Why are you asking us? You don’t have a penny, you’re a creep.”

Such a grateful Ukrainian. And we send $15-$350 billion to these people???

Trump vowed to make America great again. So far, he is definitely making America strong again, demanding that allies and foes alike give America a better deal. Since President Trump’s re-election in November 2024, several countries have adjusted their policies in response to his administration’s demand.

Trade Policies:

Canada and Mexico: In November 2024, President Trump threatened to impose a 25% tariff on all imports from Canada and Mexico unless they took stronger actions against illegal immigration and drug trafficking, particularly fentanyl. In response, both countries agreed to enhance border security measures, including deploying additional personnel and implementing stricter controls, to avoid the tariffs.

China: In January 2025, President Trump announced a 10% tariff on all Chinese imports, citing unfair trade practices and the need to protect American industries. China expressed its opposition, stating that such tariffs would harm both economies, but did not immediately retaliate, opting instead to seek diplomatic negotiations to resolve the trade tensions.

Immigration and Deportation:

Colombia: In January 2025, Colombia initially refused to accept U.S. military planes carrying deported Colombian nationals, requesting that deportees be treated with dignity and sent on civilian aircraft. In response, President Trump threatened to impose tariffs on Colombian imports. Subsequently, Colombia agreed to accept the deportation flights under the condition that deportees would not be handcuffed or photographed, and that Department of Homeland Security officials would escort them instead of military personnel.

Foreign Policy

Panama: Under Trump’s second term, Panama has increasingly aligned with U.S. geopolitical and security priorities. Panama made a strategic decision to withdraw from the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) in 2024, under U.S. pressure to limit Chinese influence in the region. This marked a significant shift, as Panama realigned its foreign policy to ensure stronger ties with Washington, particularly with the U.S. controlling the Panama Canal and maintaining strong economic and security interests in the region.

As soon as President Trump was elected, Hamas called for a ceasefire. In January 2025, Trump issued an ultimatum to Hamas, demanding the release of all Israeli hostages by a specific deadline or face severe consequences. This strong stance led to Hamas agreeing to release more hostages as part of the ongoing ceasefire negotiations.

As President Trump resumes office, European leaders are scrambling to evaluate their defense and foreign policy strategies, particularly in light of concerns about U.S. disengagement from Europe. A recent survey of European experts highlighted the existential threat posed by the withdrawal of U.S. forces from Europe, likening it to the destabilizing impact of a nuclear attack by Russia. With Trump’s return, these fears could soon materialize, as his administration’s early signs indicate a shift towards prioritizing American defense over global alliances. This could involve reducing U.S. forces in Europe or using the threat of abandonment as a bargaining chip to demand greater defense spending from European nations, especially on U.S. weapons. Additionally, Trump’s focus on negotiating with Russia directly, without involving Ukraine or European allies, and his critical stance on European trade, technology, and free speech policies, has raised doubts about the reliability of the U.S. as a partner. European leaders are holding urgent meetings to assess their options, but experts agree that, in the absence of U.S. support, Europe alone would struggle to fund the war in Ukraine or secure its defense against external threats. The best path forward, many argue, is for Europe to invest in its own deterrent force, preparing for a scenario in which American backing may no longer be as certain as before.

President Trump made an intriguing offer to Ukraine, proposing a deal in which the U.S. would provide robust defense support in exchange for access to Ukraine’s vast mineral resources. This arrangement, which aimed to secure Ukraine’s sovereignty against Russian aggression, would have granted the U.S. strategic control or partnership over critical minerals essential for advanced technologies, such as rare earth metals. In return, Ukraine would have gained military assistance, reinforcing its defenses with advanced American weaponry and support. While Ukrainian President Zelensky ultimately did not accept the offer, he has not presented a viable alternative plan for securing the country’s future, and Europe has yet to offer him a practical substitute.

This offer encapsulates Trump’s “Make America Great Again” policy, signaling a shift where the U.S. no longer sees itself as the global financier for causes that do not benefit its own interests. It underscores a growing American reluctance to fund international initiatives without securing tangible returns, particularly in terms of strategic assets and economic advantages. The deal highlighted the intersection of defense, resources, and national interest, pressing Zelensky to consider how to navigate a world where American support may increasingly come with conditions.

Rob Rundo’s Fight for Justice: A Case of Political Persecution and Legal Injustice

We understand Rob has been viciously smeared by the legacy media. Today we are giving Rob a chance to tell his own story.

* * * * * * * * * *

For the past seven years, Rob Rundo has been trapped in a legal battle that has brought into stark focus the dangers of political persecution within the U.S. legal system.

What began in 2017 as a series of minor altercations at two MAGA rallies has turned into a protracted and unjust legal ordeal. His case serves as a sobering reminder of the increasing political bias in our courts and the far-reaching consequences of selective prosecution from the FBI.

The Background: Minor Altercations at Political Rallies

The events that sparked Rob Rundo’s legal troubles began in 2017 at two separate political rallies—one in Huntington Beach, California, and the other in Berkeley, California. Both rallies were fraught with tension, particularly between supporters of President Trump and the radical left-wing group Antifa.

On March 25, 2017, during a “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) rally in Huntington Beach, Rundo witnessed Antifa members using pepper spray on several people, temporarily blinding them. In the midst of the chaos, Rundo briefly became involved in a physical altercation with two masked Antifa members.

There were no injuries, no weapons involved on Rundo’s part, and no one filed a victim report.

Interestingly, police recovered weapons such as knives and pepper spray from the Antifa members at the scene—but no arrests were made.

The second altercation occurred on April 15, 2017, in Berkeley, during a “free speech” rally. Rundo had been invited to provide security. As tensions mounted, Antifa members threw fireworks and bottles into the crowd and began attacking a MAGA supporter. Rundo attempted to de-escalate the situation, but Antifa members were armed with clubs, fireworks, and homemade explosives. Despite the hostile environment, Rundo did not use weapons. His involvement was limited to minor altercations, and no injuries resulted.

The Unconstitutional Prosecution and Weaponization of the Law

Despite the relatively minor nature of these altercations, Rundo’s case quickly spiraled into a years-long legal ordeal. In 2018, almost a year after the events in question, Rundo was arrested in a no-knock house raid, which was a dramatic and violent gesture, including being flash banged, and every item in his home was utterly destroyed and /or confiscated which shocked his family and neighbors.

He spent nearly a year in a federal prison before his case was finally presented in court.

In 2019, a breakthrough came when Federal Judge , Cormac Carney ruled that the Anti-Riot Act under which Rundo was charged was “unconstitutionally overbroad,” violating the First Amendment. This ruling led to the dismissal of all charges against him, signaling a brief moment of hope. The Anti-Riot Act was deemed so expansive that it could criminalize the exercise of free speech, a dangerous precedent for anyone engaged in political activity.

However, this victory was short-lived.

The Ninth Circuit Court overturned the ruling, and Rundo was re-indicted on the same charges, beginning the next phase of his battle—a battle that would go all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. Legal experts, including the Free Expression Foundation, filed an amicus curiae brief in support of Rundo’s case, emphasizing the unconstitutional nature of the Anti-Riot Act and its potential for stifling free speech.

Selective Prosecution and Unlawful Re-Arrest

In February 2024, Rundo’s case took another twist when Judge Carney dismissed the case once again, this time for “selective prosecution.” Judge Carney highlighted the glaring inconsistency in the application of the law: Antifa members, who had engaged in far more violent actions—such as the brutal assault of a Trump supporter by Eric Clanton using a bike lock in Berkeley—were never charged. Meanwhile, Rundo, who had only been involved in brief, defensive altercations, faced the full weight of federal prosecution.

Judge Carney noted that “No individuals associated with the left, who engaged in anti-far-right speech and violently suppressed the protected speech of Trump supporters, were charged with a federal crime… That is textbook viewpoint discrimination.” Rundo’s prosecution, despite the more severe actions of Antifa members, points to a clear example of political bias and selective enforcement.

***You can help Rob here.***

Despite the case being dismissed for a second time, Rundo was shockingly re-arrested 24 hours later. This unlawful re-arrest came under questionable circumstances and was heavily criticized by Magistrate Judge Steve Kim, who condemned the “shocking approach” taken by the government. Judge Kim, along with District Judge Carney, pointed out the overreach by federal prosecutors, citing concerns over their attempts to continue prosecuting a case already dismissed for selective enforcement of the law.

The Disproportionate Punishment

Throughout these proceedings, Rundo fully acknowledges his participation in the altercations but believes the punishment he’s received has been grossly disproportionate to his actions. He has spent over 24 months in custody, lost his career, his fiancée, his home, and had his life derailed. He was placed on the “no-fly” list, detained and interrogated repeatedly, and faced an unrelenting emotional, financial, and personal toll due to the charges.

After years of legal uncertainty and mounting pressure, Rundo pled guilty, despite believing the charges were politically motivated. His decision was driven by the desire to bring an end to the ordeal and regain some semblance of normalcy. The plea, however, did little to undo the damage to his life and his reputation.

A Call for Commutation of Sentence: A Path Forward

Now, after seven years of legal battles and personal loss, Rob Rundo is seeking a commutation of his parole sentence, which continues to be an ongoing burden on his life. Rundo’s case is a clear example of the increasing politicization of the U.S. legal system, where individuals are targeted not for their actions but for their political views. Granting clemency would not only correct the injustice Rundo has suffered but also serve as a reminder that justice must be impartial, free from political influence. It would offer Rundo the opportunity to rebuild his life and contribute positively to society after years of emotional and financial turmoil.

His story underscores the critical need for reform within the U.S. legal system—one that must uphold the rights of all individuals, regardless of political affiliation. By granting clemency, we would send a message that justice cannot be swayed by political agendas and that fairness must remain at the core of our judicial process.

Vegan Transgender Extremist Zizian Cult Linked to Multiple Murders

Vegan Transgender Extremist Zizian Cult Linked to Multiple Murders

Zizians, a transgender cult, labeled as extremists by U.S. law enforcement, was a radical vegan anarchist group linked to at least six murders.

In November 2019, a group of Zizians, dressed in black hooded robes and Guy Fawkes masks, staged a protest outside a retreat for the Center for Applied Rationality (CFAR) in northern California. Claiming CFAR was guilty of transphobia, secrecy, and ethical violations, they blocked entrances before being confronted by SWAT officers, who mistakenly feared an active shooter situation. While the incident seemed minor at the time, it marked the beginning of the Zizians’ radicalization, as their beliefs in secrecy, persecution, and an alternate reality became more extreme—ultimately culminating in the violent murders and attacks linked to the group in later years.

Jack LaSota, the leader of the extremist group known as the Zizians, was denied bail in Maryland after being arrested alongside followers Michelle Zajko, 32, and Daniel Blank, 26, for trespassing and obstructing law enforcement. Authorities consider LaSota a flight risk, citing his history of faking his own death and the multi-state warrants issued for his arrest in California and Pennsylvania.

The Zizians originated as a transgender, vegan anarchist group composed of highly intelligent computer scientists who met online and gradually turned to violence. Their ultimate goals remain unclear, but their writings covered topics such as radical veganism, gender identity, and artificial intelligence. At the center of the group is LaSota, a transgender woman and computer engineer from Alaska, who published a dark, often violent blog under the name Ziz.

The group has been linked to at least six killings across three states, including the execution-style murder of Zajko’s parents on New Year’s Eve 2022, the killing of a California landlord, and a January 20 shootout in Vermont that left U.S. Border Patrol Agent Chris Maland and anothis person dead. Zajko had also purchased weapons later linked to Maland’s killing.

During his court appearance, LaSota denied any wrongdoing, instead pleading for a vegan diet, claiming she was delirious from lack of food. His public defender, Rebecca Francoeur-Breeden, described LaSota as highly intelligent, highlighting his degree in computer engineering. She also represented Zajko and Blank, both of whom were characterized as bright but troubled individuals. Blank, who has serious mental health concerns, was previously listed as a missing or endangered person.

Authorities believe the Zizians evolved from an online ideological community into a violent extremist faction, with Jack LaSota (Ziz) at its core. The group, estimated to have around 30 members, consists primarily of young transgender women with backgrounds in mathematics, computer science, and finance, including former employees of NASA, Google, and Wall Street. Their ideology blends Silicon Valley Rationalist theories, animal rights activism, anarchism, and esoteric spiritual practices, making them particularly difficult to track.

LaSota was heavily influenced by rationalist and effective altruist movements, particularly their belief that artificial intelligence could achieve godlike power and, if mismanaged, might destroy humanity. She participated in programs connected to the Center for Applied Rationality (CFAR) and the Machine Intelligence Research Institute, later developing his own radical philosophy that incorporated vegan extremism, leftist ideology, and unique jargon such as “anti-ethics,” “dichotomy leakage,” and “timeless gambits.” She categorized people into hierarchical labels like “zombies” and “vampires” or “single good” versus “double good,” while seeing society as filled with “flesh-eating monsters” who undervalue non-human life. She believed any future super-AI must prioritize animal welfare, further isolating his from mainstream rationalist circles and fueling the Zizians’ increasingly extreme ideology.

The Zizians’ practices include “unihemispheric sleep”, a technique where members train themselves to sleep with one eye open, believing that each brain hemisphere is a distinct identity—one male, one female, one good, one evil—that may seek to destroy each other. Investigators suspect that this philosophy of self-destruction has directly contributed to suicides within the group, including Maia Pasek (2018) and Jay Winterford (2021). LaSota’s blog reinforced these ideas in a fatalistic manner, suggesting that self-annihilation or murder could be a logical extension of their beliefs.

Authorities describe the Zizians as a decentralized extremist faction, using multiple aliases, shifting pronouns, and frequent movement across California, Vermont, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania to avoid detection. They are believed to be anti-sex, with many members taking hormones for gender transition, and are often estranged from their families, with some suspected to be on the autism spectrum. The group has referenced supernatural abilities and treated movies like The Matrix as reality, further complicating efforts to understand their motives.

As the investigation unfolds, law enforcement is working to piece together the full extent of the Zizians’ crimes. Some officials believe their ideology justifies murder, particularly in cases like Curtis Lind’s, where a victim seen as an obstacle was eliminated to maintain group secrecy.
