Ukrainian lawmaker Roman Kostenko, who works as the secretary of the Verkhovna Rada’s Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, told reporters on Thursday that the US weapon sales and deliveries have been halted.
According to Kostenko, “Deliveries of the weapons that were going to be sold have stopped. Those companies that were supposed to transfer these weapons here are now waiting, because there is no decision.”
He added that the “parties involved” hope for a resolution.
Kyiv Post cannot verify Kostenko’s claims via other sources at the time of publication.
The rumor, if true, could be a result of the deteriorating relations between Kyiv and the Trump administration, with US President Donald Trump questioning Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s legitimacy – similar to the Kremlin’s narrative – with Zelensky saying that Trump “lives in a disinformation space” in response.
Trump’s remarks drew rebukes from both world leaders and members of his own party.

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller gave an epic response Thursday to the fake news media’s smears of Elon Musk and the DOGE team, giving them a civics lesson and schooling them on the bureaucratic corruption that the Trump Administration is tackling.
This was in response to The Gateway Pundit’s question on the media’s narrative that Elon Musk is a dangerous unelected bureaucrat.
Despite Musk’s help to cut billions in waste, fraud, and abuse, as well as unnecessary bureaucratic positions from our government, they’re attacking him while ignoring that the bureaucratic deep state has been running the country for the last four years.
“many of the people in this room, for four years, failed to cover the fact that Joe Biden was mentally incompetent and was not running the country,” Miller said before giving what he called a “brief civics lesson.”

Miller: You’re tempting me to say some very harsh things about some of our media friends. Yes, it is true that many of the people in this room, for four years, failed to cover the fact that Joe Biden was mentally incompetent and was not running the country. It is also true that many people in this room, who have used this talking point that Elon is not elected, fail to understand how government works. So I’m glad for the opportunity for a brief civics lesson.
A president is elected by the whole American people. He’s the only official in the entire government that is elected by the entire nation, right? Judges are appointed. Members of Congress are elected at the district or state level. Just one man, and the Constitution Article Two has a clause known as the vesting clause, and it says the executive power shall be vested in a president, singular. The whole will of democracy is imbued into the elected president. That president then appoints staff to then impose that democratic will onto the government.
The threat to democracy, indeed, the existential threat to democracy, is the unelected bureaucracy of lifetime, tenured civil servants who believe they answer to no one, who believe they can do whatever they want without consequence, who believe they can set their own agenda no matter what Americans vote for. So, Americans vote for radical FBI reform, and FBI agents say they don’t want to change. Or Americans vote for radical reform under energy policies, but EPA bureaucrats say they don’t want to change. Or Americans vote to end DEI, racist DEI policies, and lawyers at the Department of Justice say they don’t want to change. What President Trump is doing is he is removing federal bureaucrats who are defying democracy by failing to implement his lawful orders, which are the will of the whole American people.
National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett also responded to this reporter’s question about President Trump’s plans to replace the federal income tax with revenue generated from tariffs on foreign imports.
President Trump has announced that his External Revenue Service will collect tariffs from foreign countries and counter the Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS) taxation of American citizens. During a rally last month in Las Vegas, Nevada, the President hinted that he would abolish the federal income tax.
When asked if this was possible amid the massive cuts in waste, fraud, and abuse, Hassett said, “Absolutely,” and noted that the U.S. will receive “between 500 billion and a trillion dollars over 10 years” from tariffs.
Conradson: President Trump has spoken about replacing income tax with tariff revenue. Especially with all this waste, fraud and abuse that we’re seeing cut, is that a possibility?
Hassett: Absolutely, and in fact, if you think about the China tariff revenue that we’re estimating is coming in from the 10% that we just added, plus the de minimis thing, then it’s between 500 billion and a trillion dollars over 10 years is our estimate. And that’s something that is outside of the reductions that markets are seeing through the negotiations up on the Hill. And so we expect that the tariff revenue is actually going to make it much easier for Republicans to pass a bill, and that was the President’s plan all along.

The Biden EPA’s “gold bar” scandal is growing by the day.
A Soros-linked Joe Biden EPA official awarded $5 billion to his former employer, according to the Washington Free Beacon.
Jahi Wise, a Soros-linked senior EPA official, was tasked with overseeing Joe Biden’s $27 billion climate slush fund program.
Wise was the director of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF). The GGRF awarded grants totaling $20 billion to 8 entities. Wise awarded his former employer, Washington-based Coalition for Green Capital, $5 billion.
The senior Biden administration official tasked with directing former President Joe Biden’s $27 billion climate grant program oversaw a $5 billion grant from the program to his former employer, the Washington Free Beacon has learned.
Jahi Wise joined the Environmental Protection Agency in December 2022 as the founding director of the newly created Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, or GGRF, according to his LinkedIn profile. In April 2024, while Wise served in that role, the EPA announced that it would award GGRF grants totaling $20 billion to just eight nonprofits, including the Coalition for Green Capital, a Washington, D.C.-based group that received $5 billion as part of the announcement and where Wise previously worked as the director of policy. There is no indication that Wise recused himself from that process.
Wise departed the Coalition for Green Capital in January 2021 to join the White House Climate Policy Office as a special assistant to the president, a position he held until he joined the EPA less than two years later.
EPA chief Lee Zeldin called this a conflict of interest in a statement to the Free Beacon.
“The story of the Biden EPA’s gold bars never stops,” EPA Chief Lee Zeldin told the Washington Free Beacon in a statement. “The waste and abuse was so deeply interwoven in the last administration that not only did the leaders who oversaw this not bat an eye at billions of your taxpayer dollars going towards partisan pet projects, but serious conflicts of interest were ignored. That should have raised red flags.”

Earlier this month Lee Zeldin, Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), provided an update to the money wasted on Biden’s watch in response to undercover video posted by Project Veritas in December.
EPA Advisor Brent Efron admitted on undercover video to an ‘insurance policy’ against the Trump Admin and said the agency was funneling billions to climate organizations in a last minute heist.
“We’re throwing gold bars off the Titanic,” Efron told a Project Veritas undercover journalist.
On Wednesday it was reported that Elon Musk’s DOGE discovered that Joe Biden’s EPA awarded $2 billion to a firm linked to failed Democrat Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams.
It was revealed that $2 billion of the $20 billion recovered by Lee Zeldin was awarded to Power Forward Communities, a brand new nonprofit linked to Stacey Abrams, according to the Free Beacon.
Even worse, the firm only reported $100 in revenue in its first three months in business in 2023.
How did a brand new firm that only reported $100 in revenue get awarded $2 billion??

Vance caused a sensation (or an outrage if you are leftist-Globalist) with his groundbreaking speech in the Munich Security Conference, where he put European ‘allies’ on notice over the very clear Trump choices for free speech and peace.
Today, Vance made an appearance at the CPAC at National Harbor, just outside Washington, D.C., and – among many other themes – once again laid the Basics of President Trump’s Foreign policy, alerting the European ‘allies’ over the fundamental nature of free-speech and how that may impact the security of Germany and other countries.

Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett thinks she has figured out why Donald Trump is so popular.
In an appearance on Wednesday’s edition of The View, the Texas Democrat was asked by Alyssa Farah Griffin why Trump’s policies were commanding overwhelming support among the American people.
Crockett’s answer? People are just not sufficiently educated.
Here is a transcript of their exchange:
GRIFFIN: He right now has a 53% approval rating. It’s higher than it’s ever been. 70% believe that he’s fulfilling his promises. And 45% believe Democrats should be more moderate.
I think there’s a lot to make of those numbers. What’s your takeaway from that?
CROCKETT: My takeaway is just like the election. We’ve got to do better at education. People don’t understand.
But you will understand when those hospitals in rural America start closing down even more. You will understand when you don’t have your Social Security. You will understand when your Medicaid, your Medicare goes away. You will understand as planes continue to fall out of the sky.
Soon you will understand why it’s important to maybe have somebody that isn’t loud and ridiculous and maybe Sleepy Joe is what we wanted because we could at least sleep at night.
Q: The American people overwhelmingly support what President Trump is doing. What’s your take away?

Last week, Crockett had a complete meltdown while protesting outside the Treasury Department against Donald Trump and Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
“We will not take this!” she screamed. “We will fight back! And God damn it shut down the Senate! We are at war!”
