Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker Diagnoses President Trump With ‘Dementia’ on CNN — The Same Democrat Who Was “All In” for Joe Biden

Far-left Illinois Governor JB Pritzker is suddenly posing as a medical expert.

Pritzker went on CNN Tuesday night and delivered a full-throated armchair diagnosis of President Donald Trump, declaring that the president is “continually suffering from dementia.”

Pritzker made the inflammatory claim during an appearance on The Source with Kaitlan Collins. Collins gave him every opportunity to walk it back. Instead, the billionaire governor doubled down.

PRITZKER: “The man is continually suffering from dementia. I don’t think he really understands what he’s saying.”

COLLINS: “Do you really think the president has dementia?”

PRITZKER: “I do, I do. I think if you look at any of the videos from 2015 or 2016… then you fast-forward and look at him now, I really think that there’s something genuinely wrong with him.”

“I’m not a doctor. I haven’t diagnosed anything. I’m just suggesting to you that just look at the way he puts words and sentences together…”

The White House spokesperson blasted the Illinois governor in a statement, turning Pritzker’s accusation back on him.

“[JB] is a certifiable loser who has done a terrible job running his state. Everybody sees it clearly, except for him. He must have dementia,” the spokesperson said.

This is the same JB Pritzker who, in 2024, loudly declared, “I’m all in for Joe Biden” after meeting with him at the White House, even as Biden’s cognitive decline was obvious to the entire country and being aggressively covered up by Democrats and their media allies.

This is also not the first time Pritzker has trotted out the exact same smear. As The Gateway Pundit reported in September 2025, Pritzker previously accused President Trump of having “dementia set in” and called for the 25th Amendment to be invoked against him.
