Over the last couple of years, we had to witness American tech businesses suffering under the yoke of what amounts in the end to a ‘smalltown bully’, the tyrannical Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes.

That was happening as the Lula da Silva leftist regime was prodded by that easy USAID cash and also because the State Department and the CIA during the Joe Biden administration from hell were at the very least complacent and, at most, probably pulling the strings behind the scenes.

While his campaigns against X and Rumble got quite a lot of publicity, other companies such as META and Google were also targets of his judicial (and many times illegal) demands.

But now, there’s a new Sherrif in town, and in the US, some companies are gearing up to take the fight to Moraes in a fashion that he may not have been expecting.

Moraes has become the target of a lawsuit in the United States that was filed by the Trump Media and Technology Group Corp. and the video platform Rumble

The companies accuse Moraes of illegally attempting to impose ‘Brazilian censorship laws’ on companies based in the United States.

Gazeta do Povo reported on the allegations (edited and translated from the Portuguese by Tupi Report in Telegram):

“Violating freedom of speech, a right guaranteed by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. In the document, the companies state that Moraes ordered the suspension of accounts belonging to a Brazilian political commentator exiled in the U.S. The individual was not identified. They also cite the suspension of nearly 150 accounts critical of Lula;

violating the CDA (Communications Decency Act). This legislation regulates internet content in the U.S. It includes Section 230, which exempts online service providers from liability for user-generated content;

exercising jurisdiction beyond Brazil by attempting to regulate digital content in the United States. According to the companies, the gag orders issued by Moraes cannot be enforced in the U.S. “No extraterritorial decree or judicial overreach from abroad can override the freedoms protected by the U.S. Constitution and law,” they argue;
violating U.S. sovereignty by attempting to impose sanctions and fines on American companies without adhering to international treaties between the two countries, such as the MLAT (Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty).”

The plaintiffs claim that if Rumble does not comply with the tyrannical order, Moraes could pressure Apple and Google to remove the Rumble app from their online stores, harming the its operations.

“Although not directly affected, Truth Social, Trump’s social media network, states that it relies on Rumble’s technology for video hosting, which would negatively impact it if the platform’s operations were disrupted. “

These are, reportedly, the requests made in the lawsuit:

“a declaration that Moraes’ orders cannot be enforced in the U.S.;

a ban on companies like Apple and Google removing the Rumble app due to orders from the Supreme Court;

legal protection to ensure that Rumble and TMTG are not forced to comply with foreign censorship.”

Scientists from one of America’s most highly respected institutions have proven that the so-called conspiracy theorists were right once again regarding the COVID-19 shot.

The New York Times reported on Wednesday that scientists from Yale University have linked the COVID-19 shot to rare and alarming syndrome referred to as “post-vaccination syndrome.” This condition was previously unknown to almost the entire country.

The syndrome can cause severe symptoms including brain fog, dizziness, tinnitus, and exercise intolerance. Moreover, sufferers have experienced distinct biological changes in their bodies, including differences in immune cells and coronavirus proteins, years after taking the shot.

In addition, scientists also discovered the vaccine can re-awaken a dormant virus in the body called Epstein-Barr. This virus can cause symptoms such as an enlarged spleen, swollen liver, swollen lymph nodes in the neck, and a rash.

Akiko Iwasaki, an immunologist at Yale University who led the study, tried to tamp down any concerns the general public may have.

“I want to emphasize that this is still a work in progress,” Iwasaki told The New York Times

“It’s not like this study determined what’s making people sick,” she added. “but it’s the first kind of glimpse at what may be going on within these people.”

The researchers’ next step will be to determine how many people have been afflicted with this syndrome and those most vulnerable.

This is the latest example of serious medical health problems potentially caused by the COVID-19 shot. For years, people have said they have suffered life-altering injuries including brain damage, heart failure, and partial paralyzation following ‘vaccination.’

She experienced rapid breast enlargement just one week after receiving her first dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine in September 2022. Then, her condition worsened following the second dose, with her breast size increasing dramatically from a B cup to a triple G over six months.

Members of the military have also revealed injuries resulting from getting the shot forced on them by the Biden regime. These members could now receive medical compensation as a result.

President Trump will fire 6,000 IRS workers on Thursday, according to The New York Times.

The Times reported that the majority of the terminations are employees hired by the Biden Regime.

Recall that the Biden Regime expanded the IRS and hired 88,000 agents to target the middle class.

The Internal Revenue Service will begin laying off roughly 6,000 employees on Thursday as part of the Trump administration’s push to downsize the federal work force, three people familiar with the agency’s plans said.

The terminations will target relatively recent hires at the I.R.S., which the Biden administration had attempted to revitalize with a surge of funding and new staff, the people said on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.

The Trump administration has begun laying off probationary employees — who do not enjoy as much job protection as their more tenured colleagues — across the federal government in recent days.

I.R.S. managers on Wednesday began asking employees to report to the office in the coming days and bring with them their government-issued equipment, according to messages viewed by The New York Times. The I.R.S. employs roughly 100,000 accountants, lawyers and other staff across the country.

President Trump is reportedly going to sign an executive order on Wednesday night that bans ALL federal taxpayer benefits to illegal aliens residing in the United States.

Bill Melugin: Per WH official on background, later tonight, President Trump will sign an executive order designed to terminate any & all federal taxpayer benefits going to illegal aliens.

The order will direct every federal agency & department to identify all federally funded programs currently providing any financial benefits to illegal aliens, and “take corrective action”, ensuring that any federal funds to states and localities “will not be used to support sanctuary policies or assist illegal immigration.”

Additionally, the executive order will mandate improvements in eligibility verification to prevent federal benefits from going to anyone in the US illegally.

A White House official tells Fox News the executive order will show Trump is committed to prioritizing that federal public health benefits go towards American citizens, including veterans.

The words of radical left politicians have inspired their followers to take violent action.

As The Statesman Journal reported, a Tesla dealership was shot up in Salem, Oregon on Wednesday, causing extensive damage to the windows. Salem Police spokesperson Angela Hedrick explained that cops responded to reports of damaged windows at the dealership at about 5 a.m. as a result of gunfire damage.

As TGP readers know, Tesla is owned by Elon Musk, so this can be considered a targeted attack on him.

The window glass on the Tesla dealership’s two front doors were gone entirely while three other windows also had noticeable damage. The Statesman Journal reported that the dealership looked to be closed.

Video has also emerged showing that an individual left a sticker saying “Kill Elon” behind. It’s not clear whether this is from today’s incident.

Hedrick told The Statesman Journal that there is an active police investigation ongoing and FBI agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation are also helping.

An FBI spokesperson told KGW it’s standard procedure to help local law enforcement provided the agency has “tools, tactics or techniques” available.

No arrests have been made so far, nor have suspects been identified.

This disturbing incident follows a suspected arson attempt at the same dealership on January 20. While no injuries were reported, police discovered a broken window building.

Make no mistake: the Democrat Party bears responsibility for these awful attacks. The Gateway Pundit previously reported Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), and Rep. Monica McIver (D-NJ) threw tantrums over Musk and the Trump Administration at a DC rally earlier this month.

McIver then made this comment regarding Musk:

“We will not take this!” she yelled. “We will fight back! And godd**n it shut down the Senate! We are at war!”

Other Democrat members have called for a “street fight” and “actual weapons” to be deployed against Musk and Trump.
