WATCH LIVE: Border Czar Tom Homan Joins Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt for Press Briefing on Securing The Border – 8:30 AM ET
April 28, 2025
Border Czar Tom Homan is slated to join White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt in the briefing room this morning, 99 days into Trump’s second term, to discuss the administration’s success in securing the borders.
President Trump has consistently brought illegal border crossings down to record lows since taking office.
February 2025 saw a 94% decrease from the 140,641 illegals encountered at the Border under Biden and Harris last February.
And in March 2025, there was another 94% decrease from the 137,000 illegals that entered in March 2024.
Tom Homan is a massive upgrade from the former "Border Czar," Kamala Harris, who helped oversee the largest invasion of the United States in history.
Meanwhile, the White House says they've deported close to 200,000 aliens from the interior despite lawfare and corrupt radical left judges preventing the Trump Administration from enforcing the laws.
Some judges have even been arrested for their extrajudicial actions to conceal and harbor illegal aliens. As The Gateway Pundit reported, a Milwaukee County judge, Hannah Dugan, was arrested by the FBI for obstructing an ICE arrest last week. This follows the arrest of another Democrat Judge in New Mexico on charges related to allegedly harboring an illegal alien with suspected ties to Tren de Aragua, a notorious Venezuelan gang known for trafficking, extortion, and violence.
Lawless Democrat lawmakers have also cried foul at the deportation of Salvadoran illegal alien and MS-13 terrorist Kilmar Garcia Abrego, the “Maryland man” we’ve heard so much about.
Several Democrat lawmakers have traveled to El Salvador to demand his release, potentially in violation of the Logan Act.
The press conference is scheduled for 8:30 am ET, a departure from the typical 1 pm briefing time.
“They Took Everything But My Faith” – J6 Patriot Scott Columbus After Facing Brutal Isolation, Disabilities, And Local Hostility
April 28, 2025
By Guest Contributor Daniel Goodwyn
Scott Columbus — the son of the late legendary drummer of the heavy metal band Manowar — is not asking for pity. He’s asking for something much deeper: a fighting chance.
“This is a hand-up for all of us, not a handout.”
That’s how Scott put it to me when he finally launched his GiveSendGo fundraiser. It wasn’t easy for him to set it up. Like many January 6 defendants, he has struggled to find his footing in a country that once promised justice and freedom, now weaponized against the very people who believed in it the most.
Scott holding his father’s photo on what would have been his 65th birthday.
Scott was pardoned after his arrest for January 6, but his life hasn’t returned to normal, not even close. The charges? Two counts of disorderly conduct, trespassing, and parading. The reality? He was pushed into the Capitol by the surge of the crowd on the West Terrace. He stayed for only two minutes. He had no weapons. He damaged nothing. He turned around and walked out.
“They said I went into an office. I didn’t. The picture the media used of me and the girl I was with was taken before we went inside. They cropped out the tear gas in the background to push a narrative.”
After the arrest, the consequences piled up. He was forced to undergo a year of mental health treatment. He was sentenced to 30 months of probation. His credit was destroyed. Jobs became impossible to land with “J6” on his record. But worse than the government punishment was the social one.
Scott lives in a small rural town of about 900 people — Wolcott, New York. Out there, everyone knows everyone. After his arrest, that familiarity turned into persecution. “When I made the news, the local pizza shop called me a dumbass. They told me not to come back and said they didn’t want my pennies. Other businesses won’t let me in either. Supposedly it’s a Republican town — but it’s full of RINOs.”
There is no Uber in Wolcott. No public transportation. The nearest Walmart is 30 miles away. And now, after both of his vehicles were rendered unusable from wear and tear during long drives to probation in Rochester (47 miles each way), he’s left walking miles just to get basic supplies — or worse, relying on untrustworthy locals. “I paid someone $200 to get me groceries and socks from Walmart. They disappeared with the money.”
He was also mugged, stabbed in the eye, and tazed five times. His catalytic converter was stolen. Tires slashed. His Monte Carlo eventually had to be scrapped. And while enduring all of this, Scott was the sole caretaker for his blind and bedridden mother — herself $30,000 in debt after a fraudulent land dispute the FBI completely ignored. “The FBI had no interest in the neighbor forging documents to steal our land. They only cared about arresting me for January 6.”
Scott has Asperger’s and schizophrenia. He’s vulnerable and honest about it. When he was arrested, he was interrogated alone. No lawyer. No family contact. “I didn’t know my rights. I wasn’t allowed to talk to my mom. They had me strip down to my underwear and left me in a jail cell for six hours. I always depended on my mom. I don’t read people well. I get used a lot.”
His fundraiser, GiveSendGo.com/GF7MR, isn’t asking for the world. He’s shooting low — just $5,000 — mostly for a reliable car, basic bills, and survival. He lives on limited income while trying to care for his mom, his cat, chickens, and a St. Bernard. But his greatest burden may be the isolation he feels as a labeled “extremist” in a country town that turned its back on him. “Even the girl I was seeing won’t talk to me anymore. She believed the media. She blamed me for what happened. She made videos smearing me. People here either ignore me or try to scam me.”
The most heartbreaking part? He almost didn’t create the fundraiser. Not because he didn’t need help — but because he didn’t believe anyone cared enough to listen.
And if you’re wondering whether this is just Scott’s struggle — it’s not. Dozens of J6ers are suffering in silence. You can find many of their stories and their fundraisers at StopHate.com/SHDOD.
Scott’s story is raw, real, and deeply American. He stood for the truth. He was crushed for it. But he’s still holding on. To his faith. To his love for country and to the hope that real patriots like you will step up and show him he’s not alone.
“I love my country. I love my President. I thank him for the pardon.”
Let’s surprise Scott. Let’s blow past his goal and show him what America First really means. If you can’t give, share. Pray. Speak his name. Let him know the movement didn’t forget him.
Because when the regime comes for Patriots… Patriots rise for each other.
Gateway Pundit guest writer Daniel Goodwyn is a Christian, J6er, and activist. He knows firsthand how important it is to lift up those the regime tried to silence. He has a background doing pro-life, free speech, and election integrity activism. He was a J6 political hostage, released in August of 2023 and pardoned in January of 2025. Daniel has been on with Tucker Carlson discussing the topic of political hostages in the United States. He has worked on five documentary films on this topic and has assisted a number of legal teams with the review of film footage, as well as being part of David Sumrall’s StopHate.com team. Daniel is the son of Marie Goodwyn, who became a full-time activist because of Daniel’s prosecution. DanielGoodwyn.com
You Can’t Hate the Mainstream Media Enough: Watch Martha Raddatz Show Scott Bessent Why the Fake News Can Never Be Trusted (VIDEO)
April 27, 2025
Martha Raddatz proves once again that the mainstream news can never be trutsted. They don’t even make good entertainment!
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent joined Martha Raddatz on ABC’s This Week earlier today.
During their interview, Bessent took a swing at the fake news media.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent: When I look at some of the things that are being published, there was a story 10 days ago that said, This is the worst April for the stock market since the Great Depression. Ten days later, the Nasdaq is now up in the month of April, and I haven’t seen a story that says, Oh, stock market has biggest bounce back ever.
Martha Raddatz: It certainly has gone back and forth.
Scott Bessent: I think a lot of this is media-driven.
Of course, Secretary Bessent is correct. The NASDAQ was at 19,278 on March 31, 2025. On Friday the NASDAQ was at 19,432 on April 25, 2025. The NASDAQ is higher than it was at the end of May DESPITE President Trump’s tariffs policy.
NASDAQ history for April 2025. This was a remarkable run.
That is quite remarkable.
But instead of admitting her grievous mistake, Raddatz brushed it off as the markets going “back and forth.” That is not correct. The market has performed remarkably this month and EVERYONE in the fake news has egg on their face once again. Instead of apologizing Raddatz lies again to the American public.
You really can’t hate this fake news media enough!

China Orders Airlines Not to Take Deliveries of Boeing Planes
April 27, 2025
Chinese airlines are refusing to take delivery of Boeing aircraft amid the ongoing trade standoff between the United States and their country.
Boeing CEO Kelly Ortberg told CNBC on Wednesday that his company had three 737 Max airplanes in China ready for delivery. Boeing has since flown two of the planes back to the U.S. and plans to bring the third one back soon.
“They have in fact stopped taking delivery of aircraft due to the tariff environment,” Ortberg said.
“We have roughly 50 airplanes in our plan this year going into China, so we’re going to be pretty pragmatic with what we do here,” he continued. “For those airplanes that haven’t been built yet, we’ll be looking to maybe redirect those to other customers.”
“For the airplanes that have been built, we call it remarketing. There’s plenty of customers out there looking for the Max aircraft in particular,” Ortberg said. “We’re not going to wait too long. I’m not going to let this derail the recovery of our company.”
Earlier this month, President Donald Trump raised baseline tariffs on Chinese imports to 145 percent and Beijing retaliated with a 125 percent tariff on U.S. goods, according to Reuters.
Trump encouraged Boeing in a Truth Social post to “default China” for refusing to take possession of the planes the companies had previously committed to purchase.
BREAKING: President Trump calls on Boeing to “default China” for refusing to receive finished planes it had previously committed to paying for. He also says China has failed to stop the flow of fentanyl flowing into America.
Presumably, he is arguing for Boeing to find China in breach of contract and seek a legal remedy in court.
CNBC noted that Ortberg’s comments come “after Boeing reported a narrower-than-expected loss for the first quarter and cash burn that came in better than analysts feared as airplane deliveries surged in the three months ended March 31.”
As a sign that trade relations may be thawing between Washington and Beijing, China announced it was exempting certain U.S. imports from its 125 percent tariff, Reuters reported.
The government “is asking firms to identify critical goods they need levy-free, according to businesses that have been notified, in the clearest sign yet of Beijing’s concerns about the trade war’s fallout,” the news outlet said.
Trump also exempted some Chinese imports, including electronics, from the high tariff rate, but they are still subject to the 20 percent tariff to address the ongoing fentanyl crisis.

Trump told Time that his administration is talking with China, and that Chinese President Xi Jinping called him regarding trade, though Beijing disputes the talks are happening.
“I don’t think that’s a sign of weakness on his behalf,” Trump said of Xi.
“There’s a number at which they will feel comfortable,” he added. “But you can’t let them make a trillion dollars on us.”
