HERE WE GO: Judge Hannah Dugan’s Trial for Obstruction of ICE Agents is OFF the Calendar as Court Possibly Rules on Motion to Dismiss Case
June 19, 2025

Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan’s trial for obstruction of ICE agents is now off the calendar as the court possibly rules on her motion to dismiss the case.

Last month Hannah Dugan moved to dismiss the case against her one day after a federal grand jury indicted her on two counts for obstructing an ICE arrest.

Dugan’s attorneys cited the 10th Amendment, official acts as a judge and judicial immunity.

A federal grand jury previously indicted Milwaukee County judge Hannah Dugan for helping an illegal alien evade ICE agents.

Dugan is facing up to six years in prison and $350,000 in fines.

Hannah Dugan was arrested by the FBI for obstructing an ICE arrest in April.

According to the FBI, Judge Hannah Dugan obstructed an immigration arrest operation last month. Dugan became angry when she found out that ICE agents were waiting outside of her courtroom last week to arrest Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, an illegal alien involved in a domestic abuse case she was overseeing. She allegedly directed Flores-Ruiz to exit the courthouse through a private jury door to evade arrest.

FBI Director Kash Patel said Judge Dugan “intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested at her courthouse.”

The shocking criminal complaint detailed Judge Dugan’s actions to intimidate federal agents and how she helped the illegal alien evade arrest.

Judge Dugan learned of ICE’s presence and confronted the arrest team.

Video of Judge Dugan angrily confronting the federal agents was released last month.

The video shows Hannah Dugan in her robes walking through the courthouse halls and confronting ICE agents dressed in plain clothes.

Later on, the illegal alien, Flores-Ruiz, and his lawyer are seen sneaking out the “jury door” so he could evade arrest.

Federal agents were then seen running into the street and chasing Flores-Ruiz before apprehending him. Judge Dugan put the agents in danger.

Trump Declares ‘MAGA HATES Fox News’ Over Their ‘Always Wrong’ and ‘Crooked’ Polls
June 19, 2025

President Donald Trump has declared that “MAGA hates Fox News” for the network’s “always wrong” and “crooked” polls.

Trump fired off two posts blasting Rupert Murdoch’s media empire on his social media platform, Truth Social, on Thursday morning.

The president wrote, “The Crooked FoxNews Polls got the Election WRONG, I won by much more than they said I would, and have been biased against me for years. They are always wrong and negative.”

“It’s why MAGA HATES FoxNews, even though their anchors are GREAT,” Trump declared.

Trump continued, “This has gone on for years, but they never change the incompetent polling company that does their work. Now a new FoxNews poll comes out this morning giving me a little more than 50% at the Border, and yet the Border is miraculously perfect, NOBODY WAS ABLE TO COME IN LAST MONTH. 60,000 people came in with Sleepy Joe in the same month last year. I hate FAKE pollsters, one of the Worst, but Fox will never change their discredited pollster!”

In a subsequent post, Trump targeted Murdoch’s Wall Street Journal.

“The Wall Street Journal has No Idea what my thoughts are concerning Iran!” Trump wrote.

The WSJ post was likely referring to an article claiming that Trump had approved plans for the United States to attack Iran, but was holding out in hopes that the Middle Eastern country would agree to abandon its nuclear program instead.

Crazy: Rulings by Biden DOJ and Federal Judge Block Trump DHS From Deporting El Salvadoran Gang Member With Multiple Convictions–Including Murder: Report
June 19, 2025

How crazy is the United States immigration enforcement system? An El Salvadoran man alleged to be a member of the Surenos gang living in Los Angeles who was convicted of murder and other violent crimes is being protected from deportation by the Trump administration because of a December 2024 Biden Department of Justice ruling protecting the killer from being sent back to El Salvador over fears of torture, and a 2025 nationwide injunction by a federal judge delaying deputations to third party countries.

Fox News reporter Bill Melugin filed a stunning report after doing a ride-along with Homeland Security agents when they went to arrest Alexander Alfredo Palacios Guevara on a deportation order.

Guevara did not resist arrest. He shocked unaware agents and Melugin when he told them as he was being led into an ICE detention center, “I have CAT, I have CAT,” shorthand for DCAT, Deferral of Removal under the Convention Against Torture protection from deportation.

Guevara explained, “I just got CAT on December the 18th of last year by the BIA. You can call my lawyer.”

Asked by Melugin if he was a convicted murderer, Guevara responded, “I am free.”

ICE confirmed Guevara’s protected status and released him later that day, only to go pick him up the following day. He remains in custody as a threat to public safety while the Trump administration works on deporting him.

DHS statement given to Fox:

“This criminal alien should never have been roaming the streets of Los Angeles. Not only is he a member of the ruthless Surenos gang, but he also has multiple convictions for murder, assault and rape or sexual abuse of a minor. A highly unusual Biden-era legal decision from December allowed this dangerous criminal to live in American communities. Thanks to the leadership of President Trump and Secretary Noem, we are removing public safety threats as it always should have been.”

Melugin confirmed Guevara was granted DCAT status by BIA, the Bureau of Immigration Appeals, on December 18, 2024.

The BIA is part of the Justice Department. As such the DCAT order can be overruled by Attorney General Pam Bondi or a federal judge according to the BIA page at the DOJ:

The Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) is the highest administrative body for interpreting and applying immigration laws. The BIA is located at EOIR headquarters in Falls Church, Virginia. Generally, the BIA does not conduct courtroom proceedings – it decides appeals by conducting a “paper review” of cases. On rare occasions, however, the BIA hears oral arguments of appealed cases, predominately at headquarters.

The BIA has been given nationwide jurisdiction to hear appeals from certain decisions rendered by Immigration Judges and by district directors of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in a wide variety of proceedings in which the Government of the United States is one party and the other party is an alien, a citizen, or a business firm.

BIA decisions are binding on all DHS officers and Immigration Judges unless modified or overruled by the Attorney General or a federal court. Most BIA decisions are subject to judicial review in the federal courts. The majority of appeals reaching the BIA involve orders of removal and applications for relief from removal. Other cases before the BIA include the exclusion of aliens applying for admission to the United States, petitions to classify the status of alien relatives for the issuance of preference immigrant visas, fines imposed upon carriers for the violation of immigration laws, and motions for reopening and reconsideration of decisions previously rendered.

The BIA is directed to exercise its independent judgment in hearing appeals for the Attorney General. BIA decisions designated for publication are printed in bound volumes entitled Administrative Decisions Under Immigration and Nationality Laws of the United States.

YIKES: 62 Percent of Democrats Want Party Leadership to be Replaced — Believe They’re Too Focused on Woke Issues
June 19, 2025

A whopping 62 percent of Democrats want their party’s leadership to be replaced and believe they are too focused on woke issues like transgender rights.

The Reuters/Ipsos pollsters surveyed self-identified Democrats and found that only 24 percent do not want leadership to change. Another 14 percent did not have an opinion on the matter.

Just 30 percent of Republicans wanted to see their party’s leadership replaced.

Reuters reports:

Other Democrats said the party sometimes over-emphasizes issues that they view as less critical such as transgender rights. Just 17% of Democrats said allowing transgender people to compete in women and girls’ sports should be a priority, but 28% of Democrats think party leaders see it as such.

Benjamin Villagomez, 33, of Austin, Texas said that while trans rights are important, the issue too easily lends itself to Republican attacks.

“There are more important things to be moving the needle on,” said Villagomez, who is trans. “There are more pressing issues, things that actually matter to people’s livelihoods.”

Reuters noted that California Governor Gavin Newsom, widely believed to be a contender for the 2028 presidential nomination, has acknowledged the issues within the party.

“People don’t trust us, they don’t think we have their backs on issues that are core to them, which are these kitchen table issues,” Newsom said on his podcast in April.

Sam Boland, 29, a Democrat in Minneapolis, told Reuters that the party needs to get beyond portraying itself “as the lesser of two evils.”

“It needs to transform itself into a party that everyday people can get excited about,” Boland said. “That requires a changing of the guard.”

The Reuters/Ipsos poll surveyed 1,293 Democrats nationwide and online June 11 through 16. The poll had a margin of error of about three percentage points.

Coast Guard Lieutenant and Sharpshooter Who Identifies as Antifa Arrested for Threatening to Kill President Trump Released From Prison, Ordered Home Detention
June 19, 2025

A former Coast Guard Lieutenant and Antifa sharpshooter arrested and charged for threatening to kill President Trump has been released from prison and ordered home detention.

According to an affidavit, Pete Stinson posted the threats against President Trump to X and BlueSky between 2020 and 2025.

Stinson used a series of code names for Trump including “the orange,” “orange mf,” “orange thug,” “Krasnov,” “tfg,” “one ear,” or an orange emoji.

Stinson’s most recent threat against President Trump was posted last week.

According to the charging documents:

On April 4, 2024, STINSON posted: “Does it make me a bad person to want tfg dead? Would I be a bad person if I pulled the trigger?”

On March 4, 2025, STINSON posted on BLUESKY ACCOUNT 1: “Can we start a go fund me for a hitman?”

On March 9, 2025, STINSON posted: “He needs to be luigied”

Earlier this week a judge ordered Peter Stinson jailed pending a hearing.

However, after the hearing, federal magistrate judge Ivan Davis released Stinson to home detention and said he did not believe he posed a threat.

Fox News reported:

A federal judge ordered former U.S. Coast Guard lieutenant Peter Stinson to home detention with GPS monitoring during a hearing on accusations that he made numerous threats against President Donald Trump on social media over the past five years.

The 63-year-old Virginia resident served as an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1988 to 2021, during which time he became a sharpshooter and served as a FEMA instructor.

Judge Ivan Davis on Wednesday said he did not believe, under the conditions he laid out, that Stinson’s release to home detention posed a threat to the community.

Stinson, who wore a green prison jumpsuit to the hearing, was seen speaking with his attorneys during the proceeding.

Prosecutors from the U.S. Department of Justice alleged that Stinson made multiple threats against Trump on various social media platforms, including X, Reddit and Bluesky.

Stinson’s public defender, however, pointed out that Stinson said things like, “Someone should take the shot…he said I can’t shoot but I can drive. I’d take the shot, but I’m a lousy shot, so it would be a waste.”
