On Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court handed down several decisions affirming President Trump’s agenda, leaving MSNBC’s Nicole Wallace trapt doom spiraling.

In the decision in Free Speech Coalition, Inc. v. Paxton (2025) SCOTUS upheld H.B. 1181, a Texas law requiring websites with substantial sexual content to verify users’ ages before granting access.

The Court, in a 6-3 decision led by Justice Clarence Thomas, rejected the radical left’s claims that the law violates free speech. The majority rightly recognized that protecting kids from harmful, sexually explicit content is a compelling state interest—one that outweighs the complaints of adult entertainment peddlers.

In a 6-3 decision, the high court also ruled that parents can opt out of classes with LGBTQ books.

In an historic decision, SCOTUS also delivered a powerful rebuke of activist judges and handed President Trump a pivotal legal victory.

The decision in Trump v. CASA, Inc., reaffirms the rightful balance of power between the judiciary and the executive, curbing the ability of unelected district judges to paralyze the will of a duly elected president.

In a 6–3 decision, the Court sided with the Trump administration, ruling that federal district courts lack the constitutional or statutory authority to issue so-called ‘universal injunctions’ — sweeping orders that block government policies nationwide, often at the request of left-wing advocacy groups.

The case stemmed from challenges to President Donald J. Trump’s Executive Order No. 14160, titled Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship (90 Fed. Reg. 8449, 2025).

It was all too much for Wallace and her guest Melissa Murray, a legal analyst for the far-left network.

Melissa Murray: I want to go back to what Andrew was saying about the silver linings. I don’t think there are Silver Linings here, and I want to be very clear with the viewers at home. This is a really grave situation. This court has effectively taken the restraints off of this administration.

We don’t have a Congress that is stepping in to rein in this administration.

All we’ve had are lower court judges who are looking at the lawlessness of this administration saying, ‘not on my watch,’ imposing these nationwide injunctions to stop the damage in its tracks. This court has now said that limited tool, that limited judicial remedy, goes too far.

And instead, what individual litigants are going to have to do is go to every district in this country to litigate, to stop the administration in its tracks, or somehow find, at a time when the administration has made the availability of lawyers scarce, find a lawyer who is willing to take on the challenge of mounting a class action to go and challenge this administration. This court has made it absolutely impossible to try and stop the worst of what the administration is doing.

So there really aren’t silver linings. Yes, there are some litigants now who have amended their complaints and filed class actions. But the idea that we are going to do this for everything is really just unfathomable.

It’s not just birthright citizenship that is at stake. These nationwide injunctions have been used across the board to stop this administration from firing federal workers, to stop this administration from rescinding funding from research institutions and universities.

All of that ends now. The gloves are off. There are no restraints, no checks on this administration. We are entering a very dangerous moment.

The Cover-Up: Evidence Points to Syrian Government Involvement in Church Attack

The Cover-Up: Evidence Points to Syrian Government Involvement in Church Attack

While Syrian authorities quickly blamed the Islamic State for the June 22, 2025 suicide bombing that killed 25 Christians and injured 63 others during Divine Liturgy at Mar Elias Greek Orthodox Church in Damascus, members of Syria’s Christian community allege the attack was a government-orchestrated false flag meant to terrorize minorities while preserving plausible deniability.

Christian sources are openly challenging the official narrative. “This statement by the government is a lie, and the Julani government’s narrative should not be conveyed because we give them legitimacy,” one source said.

The reference to “Julani” invokes President al-Sharaa’s former nom de guerre, Abu Muhammad al-Julani, under which he fought with al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI) under Abu Musab al-Zarqawi—the group that later became ISIS. Many Syrian Christians believe the current president is the same jihadist leader once wanted by the U.S. with a $10 million bounty.

Sources further allege that “more than one source has confirmed the bomber was a member of General Security affiliated with al-Julani,” suggesting the attack was not carried out by external terrorists but by the regime’s own security forces.

On the ground, many Christians believe the bombing was orchestrated by the Damascus government, now under the control of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), a designated terrorist group. “This is how all people think in Syria,” one source remarked.

Such accusations reflect a deep erosion of trust in the regime’s claim to protect religious minorities. One Christian described the bombing as “full-blown terrorism represented by the empty terrorist head of the Syrian regime,” again referring to al-Sharaa as the former jihadist commander. For many, the current government is simply a rebranded version of the extremist threat that has long plagued them.

Doubts have also been raised about the group that claimed responsibility for the bombing. “A group calling itself Saraya Ansar al-Sunna claimed the attack,” one Christian source noted, “but based on our monitoring, it was only founded last February.” They concluded the group was likely “a fake page created to claim responsibility for acts carried out by terrorists within the government.”

This assessment aligns with Syrian analysts who describe Saraya Ansar al-Sunna as an obscure outfit that emerged following the regime’s collapse in late 2024. Believed to include defectors from HTS and other jihadist factions, it is suspected of being either an independent offshoot or a front for ISIS, reportedly led by former HTS and Hurras al-Din commanders.

The timing has raised particular suspicion: a new group surfaces just months before the worst church attack in over a decade, conveniently providing cover for regime involvement while maintaining the illusion of an external jihadist threat.

Syria’s current government, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), officially designated a Foreign Terrorist Organization by the U.S. State Department in 2018, has well-documented roots in jihadist extremism. Formed in 2017 through a merger of several factions, its core was Jabhat al-Nusra, al-Qaeda’s Syrian affiliate until 2016. Despite attempts to rebrand as moderate, HTS has maintained its extremist character.

The most damning evidence of HTS’s enduring extremism came during the March 2025 massacres of Alawites along the coast. From March 6 to 17, over 1,000 people were killed in systematic sectarian violence, including at least 745–800 Alawite civilians. Armed groups affiliated with the government reportedly went door-to-door asking residents their religious affiliation, then executed them if they were Alawite.

Multiple human rights organizations have documented direct government complicity in the March 2025 massacres. CNN’s investigation revealed government-aligned forces carrying out summary executions, looting, arson, and sectarian slurs, some of which were filmed and posted online, with fighters openly calling for “ethnic cleansing.”

Reports surfaced of HTS-affiliated groups using mosques to declare that “killing Alawites is obligatory,” with supporting videos circulating on social media. While the regime claimed to be fighting pro-Assad remnants, it increasingly relied on external militias—foreign jihadists and Sunni fighters under Turkish protection, who deliberately targeted Alawite civilians.

The Syrian Justice and Accountability Centre noted that since early 2025, reports of Alawite civilians being killed by “unknown gunmen” have circulated weekly, with victims consistently targeted for their sectarian identity, not for any role in the former regime. The scale and pattern of violence indicate these were not isolated incidents but part of a broader, systematic campaign against minorities.

Given the documented pattern of sectarian violence by HTS and the direct involvement of government-affiliated forces in massacres of religious minorities, Syrian Christians’ suspicions about regime complicity in the church bombing are entirely justified. Despite public promises of tolerance, the HTS-led government has actively enabled or participated in mass sectarian violence. When a regime rooted in al-Qaeda has already orchestrated the slaughter of one religious minority, its claim that it would never target another loses all credibility.

The swift attribution of the Mar Elias bombing to ISIS, coupled with the government’s history of sponsoring sectarian attacks, points to a pattern that cannot be ignored. For Syria’s remaining 400,000 Christians, down from 1.5 million before the war, these allegations are not mere speculation but an existential warning. If the very government claiming to protect them is in fact responsible for the attacks, then there is no way that Christians can survive in Syria.

‘Working All Weekend’: Trump Confirms Senate Will Be Quite Busy Before July 4

‘Working All Weekend’: Trump Confirms Senate Will Be Quite Busy Before July 4

‘Working All Weekend’: Trump Confirms Senate Will Be Quite Busy Before July 4
June 28, 2025

President Donald Trump says the Senate will be working this weekend to finish the “One Big Beautiful Bill.”

Since taking office, Trump has been pushing Congress to pass a massive budget bill that will wipe away the tax on tips, cut taxes and increase immigration enforcement resources.

The bill is moving through a process call reconciliation that allows it to pass the Senate on a majority vote. While the bill has gained massive support for the concept, the details have been divisive, leading to a lot of late deal-making to get the bill to clear the House by a one-vote margin.

As the Senate tweaks the bill, House Republicans who fought hard for specific pieces the Senate wants to drop are fuming, leading to threats that the House may not rubber-stamp the changes.

But a president fresh off making peace between Iran and Israel is able to look at the task with optimism that was reflected in a Friday post on Truth Social.

“The Great Republicans in the U.S. Senate are working all weekend to finish our ‘ONE, BIG, BEAUTIFUL BILL,’” Trump wrote.

“We are on the precipice of delivering Massive General Tax Cuts, NO TAX ON TIPS, NO TAX ON OVERTIME, NO TAX ON SOCIAL SECURITY FOR OUR SENIORS, Permanently Securing our Borders, an even Bigger and More Powerful Military (I rebuilt it during my First Term, and it is already the Best, but we will make it BETTER!), unleashing our American Economy, dominating the Energy Market, creating Jobs, and getting money back to American Families,” Trump wrote.

Noting that changes the Senate makes will need House approval, Trump added, “The House of Representatives must be ready to send it to my desk before July 4th — We can get it done.”

“It will be a wonderful Celebration for our Country, which is right now, ‘The Hottest Country anywhere in the World’ — And to think, just last year, we were a laughingstock,” Trump wrote, referring to the presidency of former President Joe Biden.

Trump noted that the bill will deliver for travelers, as well.

“After many years of decline in our air traffic control system, the One Big Beautiful Bill will modernize this decrepit relic and give America the best, most advanced air traffic control system on Earth—THE BEST BY FAR!” he wrote on Truth Social.

According to The Hill, Senate Majority Leader John Thune hopes to begin debate on the bill Saturday.

“All of it depends on we got a few things we’re waiting on, outcomes from the parliamentarian. If we can get some of those questions, issues landed then my expectation is at some point, yeah, tomorrow we’ll be ready to go,” Thune said.

Earlier this week, Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough tossed out some pieces of the bill the House approved that would put limits on Medicaid cuts. Because the process used for the “Big Beautiful Bill” is a budget reconciliation process, all items in the bill have to impact the budget.

As Trump’s deadline to sign the bill by July 4 looms, Border Czar Tom Homan signaled the White House’s impatience, according to Time.

“What the hell is the matter with everybody up in Congress?” Homan said Thursday. “Pass the bill, so we make this country safe, so we can stop the violence against ICE officers.”

However, Republican Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky, who opposed the bill its first time around, remains a critic of the bill, as noted by Newsweek. Republican Rep, Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, who backed the bill in Round One of the House’s consideration, has said she would oppose it if a cap on state laws to regulate artificial intelligence that was in the initial bill remains in the version coming back from the Senate, as noted by The Hill.

TMZ has obtained the death certificate for Wilson … which lists “respiratory arrest” as his main cause of death. According to the American CPR Care Association, respiratory arrest occurs when the heart is still beating, but the lungs stop functioning, making it impossible for the person to get oxygen.

Sepsis and cystitis — infection issues — are also listed on the document … and, associated factors include neurodegenerative disorder, obstructive sleep apnea, chronic respiratory failure and chronic kidney disease.

Basically, Brian was an older individual who wasn’t in great health … and, he died of natural causes. His family announced last year he was suffering from dementia.
