The U.S. Supreme Court has affirmed Texas’s right to shield minors from the flood of pornographic content plaguing the internet.

The decision in Free Speech Coalition, Inc. v. Paxton (2025) upholds H.B. 1181, a Texas law requiring websites with substantial sexual content to verify users’ ages before granting access.

The Court, in a 6-3 decision led by Justice Clarence Thomas, rejected the radical left’s claims that the law violates free speech. The majority rightly recognized that protecting kids from harmful, sexually explicit content is a compelling state interest—one that outweighs the complaints of adult entertainment peddlers.

Texas’s law, which mandates age verification through government-issued ID or transactional data, was deemed a reasonable and tailored solution to a growing crisis.

“No person—adult or child—has a First Amendment right to access speech that is obscene to minors without first submitting proof of age. The power to verify age is a necessary component of the power to prevent children’s access to content that is obscene from their perspective,” Thomas wrote, brushing aside arguments from far-left activists who falsely claimed the law burdens adults’ rights.

He added that “H.B. 1181 simply adapts traditional age-verification requirements to the digital age.”

Justice Thomas added that requiring age verification online is no different than proving age to purchase alcohol, firearms, or lottery tickets. “Obscenity is no exception,” the Court ruled.

The dissent, penned by Justice Elena Kagan and joined by Justices Sotomayor and Jackson, predictably clung to an outdated view of the First Amendment.

Attorney General Ken Paxton released the following statement:

Attorney General Ken Paxton scored a major victory at the Supreme Court of the United States, successfully defending a Texas law that requires pornography companies to institute reasonable age-verification measures to safeguard children from obscene online material.

“This is a major victory for children, parents, and the ability of states to protect minors from the damaging effects of online pornography,” said Attorney General Paxton. “Companies have no right to expose children to pornography and must institute reasonable age verification measures. I will continue to enforce the law against any organization that refuses to take the necessary steps to protect minors from explicit materials.”

In 2023, pornography distributors sued Texas to stop the law. However, Attorney General Paxton won a major victory allowing Texas to enforce the statute while litigation continued. Now the Supreme Court has ruled that Texas’s age verification requirement does not violate the First Amendment and will remain in effect. Attorney General Paxton has already been aggressively enforcing the law, suing Aylo Global Entertainment, the operator of pornography websites including Pornhub. Instead of protecting children by instituting the required age verification, Pornhub opted to shut down its site entirely in Texas.

Companies violating the age verification requirements will be subject to fines of up to $10,000 per day, an additional $10,000 per day if the corporation illegally retains identifying information, and $250,000 if a child is exposed to pornographic content due to not properly verifying a user’s age.

President Trump on Friday afternoon announced he has terminated all trade discussions with Canada after they imposed a Digital Services Tax on American tech companies.

Trump also said Canada will be slapped with a new tariff.

“We have just been informed that Canada, a very difficult Country to TRADE with, including the fact that they have charged our Farmers as much as 400% Tariffs, for years, on Dairy Products, has just announced that they are putting a Digital Services Tax on our American Technology Companies, which is a direct and blatant attack on our Country. They are obviously copying the European Union, which has done the same thing, and is currently under discussion with us, also. Based on this egregious Tax, we are hereby terminating ALL discussions on Trade with Canada, effective immediately. We will let Canada know the Tariff that they will be paying to do business with the United States of America within the next seven day period. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” Trump said on Truth Social.

The United States and Canada have been deadlocked in a tariff battle for most of the year.

In March, President Trump reinstated his tariffs on Canada, Mexico, and China under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act

Tariffs were temporarily suspended in February during negotiations to secure the border and stop the flow of fentanyl.

However, the President told reporters in March that there is “no room left for Mexico or for Canada,” citing the “vast amounts of fentanyl” that has come into the U.S.

Trump slapped the tariffs on the three countries under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act in February.

• 25% tariffs on all Mexico imports
• 25% tariffs on nearly all Canadian imports — 10% on Canadian energy resources
• 10% tariffs on all China imports

Democrats in Congress are angry that President Trump did not request their approval before bombing Iran’s nuclear sites.

Now that’s funny!

How stupid do you think we are? You think we don’t know the whole Democrat Party is a corrupt, bribed criminal organization, working with our foreign enemies?

You think we don’t know you’ve all sold your souls to the devil?

You think we don’t know many of you are spies for our worst enemies?

You think we don’t know you’re on the payroll of China, the CCP, Iran and the Mexican Drug Cartels?

You think we don’t know most Democrats’ Congressional campaigns were funded by ActBlue- which was nothing more than a money-laundering clearinghouse for illegal foreign donations?

You think we don’t know that in addition to being owned by our foreign enemies, many members of Congress are owned by the CIA, Deep State, DC Swamp and defense contractors?

If President Trump would have confided in Congress…and briefed the US Congress…and asked for approval to bomb Iran’s nuke sites, he would have been tipping his hand to spies that play for the other team.

Iran would have known in five minutes that American B2 bombers were on the way to their three nuclear sites. That would have put the lives of American pilots at grave risk.

Let’s go over the many ways Iran would have been tipped off….

First, the low-hanging fruit: Ilhan Omar, Rashida Talib, AOC, Jasmine Crockett, Ayanna Pressley, and the other pro-Palestinian, pro-Hamas, Jew-hating members of the communist “AOC Squad” would have immediately warned Iran.

“The Squad” is a group of evil, communist traitors who hate America, want to destroy America, despise Israel, and are in bed with our worst enemies.

They are living proof that Joe McCarthy was right, he was just a bit early.

But that’s just one way that any of America’s top secret plans could have been leaked to Iran.

That’s what Democrats (ie communist traitors) do. They LEAK.

Just as they have leaked many of President Trump’s conversations with world leaders. Just as they leaked the top secret damage assessment of the U.S. attack on Iran to CNN.

How about Nancy Pelosi? Chuck Shumer? Bernie Sanders? Maxine Waters? Hakeem Jeffries? Does anyone trust any of them? Does anyone trust that they aren’t on the payroll of our foreign enemies? Does anyone doubt they would leak advance warning of a U.S. attack to damage the Trump presidency?

What about former Presidents? If Trump briefed Obama, or Biden- would you trust they wouldn’t tip off our enemies?

I believe Obama is cozy with the Muslim Brotherhood and Iran. If not Obama himself, his top aide Valerie Jarrett was born in Iran. Those are her best buddies. That’s her “blood.” I wouldn’t trust Valerie Jarrett as far as I can spit.

Also, remember the Obama regime handed billions of dollars to Iran on multiple occasions- including pallets of cash on an unmarked cargo plane to fool the American people.

The Obama regime also negotiated and signed the first Iran Treaty by giving this pipsqueak rogue terrorist nation everything they wanted- including the kitchen sink.

What about Joe Biden? Anything you tell Joe goes straight to his handlers- aka “the robo-signers.”

Who trusts the group that illegally made every decision for Joe Biden? That’s the group that opened the border to intentionally destroy America. That’s also the group who handed billions of dollars to Iran on multiple occasions.

Obama and Biden’s billions paid to Iran are what paid for terrorism around the world- including the October 7th attack on Israel.

Then there’s George Soros. He owns the whole Democrat in Congress would still have their job. I’m betting hundreds of Democrat Congresspersons would tip off Soros, or his son Alex, the minute they stepped out of the briefing.

And once Soros got that advance warning, who believes Soros wouldn’t tip off Iran for the chance to damage both Trump and America – two for the price of one!

Then there’s China and the CCP. Does anyone doubt for a second China owns most every Democrat in the House and Senate? So, the minute Trump briefed Congress, how many Senators and Congressmen would be on the horn to their handlers in China? So many Congresspersons would be calling China, the phone system might crash.

Anything Trump tells Congress would be leaked straight to China. And who is China’s best friend and ally? Iran.

How about the Mexican Drug Cartels? How many Democrats are owned by them? They make billions per day on the open border. They pay billions in bribes to Democrats in Congress to fight like mad to keep the border open. And who is the biggest business partner of the Cartels? Besides the Democrat Party, of course. China.

As soon as the Cartels caught wind of the U.S. attack on Iran, they’d tip off China. And China would tip off Iran.

I haven’t even gotten to Republicans yet. Do you trust that RINO frauds like Mitch McConnell, also owned by China and the Deep State, wouldn’t leak a top secret plan to the Deep State, to hurt Trump?

Who doubts that? You’re pretty naïve if you do. I’m from New York. I trust no one.

Finally, I’ll get to defense contractors. They also own most of the bums in Congress. What if a member of Congress tipped off a big defense contractor donor…and the donor felt tipping off Iran would start WW3…and of course, that would be great for business. Do you doubt that’s a possibility?

That is just a start. I could give you ten more scenarios for who would sell America down the river, in a New York minute

That is why Trump could not possibly go to Congress to ask for approval in advance of any attack, or war plans. Now, or ever.

President Trump’s only option is to bomb now and ask for forgiveness later.

The US Supreme Court on Friday delivered another win for America.

In a 6-3 decision the high court on Friday ruled that parents can opt out of classes with LGBTQ books.

In 2022, a Maryland county approved LGBTQ-themed books for elementary school children to bring ‘diversity’ to school districts.

One of the books approved was titled, “Uncle Bobby’s Wedding” – a book about a gay wedding. Other books approved by the radical school board pushed gender transition onto children.

A Muslim couple and members of Catholic and Orthodox churches sued so they can opt their children out of the classes that push the LGBTQ indoctrination.

NBC News reported:

The Supreme Court on Friday bolstered religious rights as it ruled in favor of parents who objected to LGBTQ-themed books that a Maryland county approved for use in elementary school classrooms.

In a 6-3 vote, the court backed the parents’ claim that the Montgomery County Board of Education’s decision not to allow an opt-out option for their children violated their religious rights under the Constitution’s First Amendment, which protects religious expression.

“The board’s introduction of the ‘LGBTQ+ inclusive’ storybooks, along with its decision to withhold opt-outs, places an unconstitutional burden on the parents’ rights to the free exercise of their religion,” Justice Samuel Alito wrote for the court.

The Supreme Court has a 6-3 conservative majority that is often receptive to religious claims. The liberal justices dissented.

“The result will be chaos for this nation’s public schools,” liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote in a dissenting opinion.

“Given the great diversity of religious beliefs in this country, countless interactions that occur every day in public schools might expose children to messages that conflict with a parents’ beliefs,” she added.

NIH Acting Deputy Director Nicole Kleinstreuer, a Barack Obama-era staffer and noted fangirl of Dr. Anthony Fauci, has indirectly responded to the backlash from a recent Gateway Pundit report by defending the continued funding of animal torture tests, with shocking support from PETA!

The Gateway Pundit report, “EXCLUSIVE: NIH Renews Grants for Harvard Monkey Lab, Fauci’s Beagle and Primate Tests,” sparked significant attention after White Coat Waste (WCW), a watchdog organization aimed at ending taxpayer-funded animal experimentation, amplified the story on X.

The article, citing WCW, revealed that despite the Department of Veterans Affairs and Navy under President Donald Trump working to end inhumane animal testing, the National Institutes of Health, led by Director Jay Bhattacharya, has reauthorized millions in funding for contentious experiments. These include THC testing on monkeys at Harvard, tick-bite studies on beagle puppies, and Anthony Fauci’s infamous “Monkey Island” project.

The article quoted Kleinstreuer saying in a recent NPR interview that the NIH has “no intention of just phasing out animal studies overnight.”

Her comments stand in contrast with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. pledging a “dramatic reduction in animal testing at NIH” in April.

In response to criticism prompted by our article, Kleinstreuer posted on X, claiming her position was “widely and willfully misconstrued” but reiterated that animal tests must continue until better scientific alternatives are available.

“I have dedicated my career to advancing human-relevant science to replace animal testing, and continue to do so. @NIHDirector_Jay is an ally and a leader in this space and I am lucky to work for him!” Kleinstreuer wrote. “The 1st half, which has been widely and willfully misconstrued, is that we cannot phase out animal tests overnight. We must invest in science to replace them and improve biomedical research and public health protection. Without better science, animal tests unfortunately continue.”

The backlash also drew unexpected support from PETA and the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), who came to her defense, even as she reaffirmed her stance on continuing animal testing funding, putting her at odds with the positions of President Trump and Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Apparently, PETA and PCRM agree with Nicole that “animal studies are still very important and often scientifically justified” and that “we cannot phase out animal tests overnight?” Someone should probably inform their donors.

Kleinstreuer’s X account indicates that she has been interacting positively with PETA since 2018. Retweets on her account also reveal her deep admiration for Dr. Fauci, perhaps the most infamous animal tormentor of all time.

The U.S. Navy’s recent ban on cat and dog testing, which credited RFK Jr. and WCW, and the Trump administration’s prior closures of an FDA monkey nicotine lab and a major cat lab, have made it very clear that this administration is prioritizing reform and moving away from crueltly.
