President Trump on Friday held a press conference after a few big Supreme Court wins.

In a 6–3 decision, the Supreme Court sided with the Trump administration, ruling that federal district courts lack the constitutional or statutory authority to issue so-called ‘universal injunctions’ — sweeping orders that block government policies nationwide, often at the request of left-wing advocacy groups.

“GIANT WIN in the United States Supreme Court! Even the Birthright Citizenship Hoax has been, indirectly, hit hard. It had to do with the babies of slaves (same year!), not the SCAMMING of our Immigration process. Congratulations to Attorney General Pam Bondi, Solicitor General John Sauer, and the entire DOJ. News Conference at the White House, 11:30 A.M. EST,” Trump said on Truth Social.

The Trump Administration previously asked the Supreme Court to stop lower courts from issuing injunctions on a nationwide basis.

Four federal judges had blocked President Trump’s birthright citizenship executive order.

DOJ Solicitor General John Sauer previously highlighted that federal judges have issued more than 40 nationwide injunctions since January, effectively stalling key executive actions, including the administration’s controversial order to end birthright citizenship for children born to non-citizen parents.

On Friday, during the presser, President Trump went off on the radical judge and listed just a partial list of the policies that were blocked by nationwide injunctions.

  • Ending birthright citizenship
  • Ending funding for sanctuary cities
  • Suspending refugee resettlement
  • Freezing unnecessary federal funding
  • Stopping taxpayer funds for trans surgeries

There’s a reason Joy Behar and “brains” are rarely mentioned in the same sentence.

The loudest mouth in the loud-mouthed cackle fest known as “The View” has a long history of uttering offensive inanities, particularly when it comes to President Donald Trump.

But in Wednesday’s episode, Behar surpassed even herself with a comment about Trump and women that was so wildly wrong not even Behar’s own past could compare to it.

The comment came during a discussion of Trump’s public, and justified, criticisms of Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York. In a post on the social media platform Truth Social on Tuesday, Trump had called the Democrat “one of the ‘dumbest’ people in Congress” after Ocasio-Cortez called for Trump’s impeachment for Saturday’s successful bombing of Iranian nuclear sites.

“You know, my experience with him and my observation of him is, he really doesn’t really like strong women,” Behar said.

“He likes dutiful, obedient women who compliment him, I find.”

The comment was blasted almost immediately. Fox News headlined a report “Joy Behar mocked for ‘ridiculous’ claim Trump doesn’t like ‘strong women.’” And on social media, the response  was even more pointed.

Here’s a fair sampling:

It was one of the rare times social media responses have arguably gone too easy on a hot-button topic.

Behar’s point about Trump supposedly not liking “strong women” is farcical, as anyone who even casually follows the news knows.

The face of his administration, on television screens virtually every day, is Karoline Leavitt, the White House press secretary who should have a chair and whip in her hands when she takes on the lion’s den of the liberal Washington press corps on a near-daily basis — and emerges victorious time and again, thanks to a razor-sharp wit, a grasp of the facts, and common sense.

Behind the scenes, the single most influential job in any administration is the president’s chief of staff — and in Trump’s case, that job is in the hands of a woman — Susie Wiles, who co-chaired Trump’s 2024 campaign. (An Associated Press report from Nov. 7 quoted Trump as describing Wiles like this: “She’s incredible. Incredible.”)

Meanwhile, his cabinet includes women of undeniable accomplishment and undeniable strength, like Attorney General Pam Bondi, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, and Education Secretary Linda McMahon.

And that doesn’t even get into the women of Trump’s private life — for example, Trump’s wife Melania’s quiet strength in the face of relentless harassment and betrayal is the match of any woman who has served as first lady of the United States, and Trump’s elder daughter Ivanka was a key adviser in his first White House term (and has her own past with Behar).

Behar has many, many faults, but Americans can assume she keeps up on current events, which means she’s lying here and she knows it.

But she’s also clearly confident that she can get away with it, with a panel of co-hosts made up largely of fellow travelers and a live audience made up largely of trained seals.

However brainless she might be coming across, she’ll never get called out on “The View.”

It’s a show for women, but it has too little respect for women to do something honest like that.

Socialist NYC mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani faced an awkward moment on CNN Thursday night when Erin Burnett shared a cringeworthy video of Mamdani performing as ‘Mr. Cardamom’ leaving the Muslim communist visibly embarrassed.

After sharing clips of Mamdani sharing his background, Burnett teased the video, “And before that, he was an aspiring rapper who performed under the name Mr. Cardamom. Listen.”

After the clip, Brunett quipped, “Once you do it, it’s out there….it never comes back, it’s there.”

A seemingly embarrassed Mamdani responded, “It’s there…didn’t think it was going to be on CNN.”

The video, from 2017, was uncovered by the antisemitism-fighting group Canary Mission, which shared a clip of the video on social media and has covered Mamdani’s disturbing background extensively.

Canary Mission noted, “Exclusive: In an unearthed rap song, NYC mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani praised five convicted terror funders.”

– The five funneled $12M to Hamas
– Mamdani sent his “love” to them
– Track released in 2017, also called to tear down the U.S. border wall

In the song, “Salaam,” Mamdani sang the praises of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development, singing, “My love to the Holy Land Five. You better look ’em up.”

In 2008, the Holy Land Foundation was found guilty of funneling over $12 million to Hamas.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett confirmed how little she thinks of her far less intelligent colleague Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson during today’s historic ruling on nationwide injunctions with a phrase that will haunt Biden appointee for years.

As TGP’s Jim Hoft reported, the United States Supreme Court delivered a powerful rebuke of activist judges and handed President Trump a pivotal legal victory on Friday.

The decision in Trump v. CASA, Inc., reaffirms the rightful balance of power between the judiciary and the executive, curbing the ability of unelected district judges to paralyze the will of a duly elected president. In a 6–3 decision, the Court ruled that federal district courts lack the constitutional or statutory authority to issue so-called ‘universal injunctions’ — sweeping orders that block government policies nationwide, often at the request of left-wing advocacy groups.

The case stemmed from challenges to President Donald J. Trump’s Executive Order No. 14160, titled Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship (90 Fed. Reg. 8449, 2025).

Justice Amy Coney Barrett, writing for the majority, dismantled the legal foundation of these injunctions with surgical precision. Joined by Chief Justice Roberts and Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh, Barrett declared that such “universal” remedies lack any historical basis in the equitable traditions of the Judiciary Act of 1789.

Justices Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Jackson dissented.

It was stunning enough that Barrett authored this ruling, but what Barrett said about Jackson is even more shocking.

In her ruling, Barrett went off on Jackson for her ridiculous argument against nationwide injunctions.

“We will not dwell on Justice Jackson’s argument, which is at odds with more than two centuries’ worth of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself,” she began. “We observe only this: Justice Jackson decries an imperial executive while embracing an imperial judiciary,” she added.

This was certainly rough. But Barrett was not finished with Jackson and dropped the most brutal line of all.

” Justice Jackson skips over that part. Because analyzing the governing statute involves boring legalese. “

Essentially, Barrett is saying Jackson is too dumb to understand basic Constitutional law, vindicating conservatives who claim she was a DEI appointment. Ouch.

If the mild-mannered Barrett thinks this of her colleague, can you imagine what Justices Alito and Thomas believe when Jackson opens her mouth?
