Election Integrity Efforts Heat Up in Washington State as Signature Gathering Begins for Proof of Citizenship Initiative – IL26-126

WAGOP Chairman and State Representative Jim Walsh’s Election Integrity Citizens Initiative IL26-126: AN ACT Relating to requiring verification of citizenship for voter registration, is out for petition signatures and could become law next year. To be certified, the petitions must contain the signatures of at least 308,911 voters and be submitted by January 2, 2026.

The online request form for the Voter ID Initiative is now available at: WAGOP.org/voterID

Shouldn’t we all know that every vote comes from a legal voter?

Currently, in WA State, individuals can register simply by checking a box — no documentation is required. IL26-126 closes that loophole and helps ensure that only eligible U.S. citizens are voting in our elections.

Under the GOP-led measure, there are multiple ways individuals would be allowed to prove their citizenship to register to vote – If passed, IL26-126 will:

  • Require documentary proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote (such as an enhanced driver’s license or enhanced ID card, a birth certificate, U.S. passport, or naturalization certificate).
  • Initiate a process to help clean up Washington’s current voter rolls, removing individuals who cannot prove their citizenship.
  • Strengthen the accuracy and security of our voter rolls.
  • Increase public confidence in the integrity of our elections.
  • Protect the voices of legal voters from being diluted by ineligible ballots.
  • Help prevent voter fraud and restore trust in the process.
  • Help reinforce the sacred responsibility of citizenship.

“On the current WA voter registration form, a person marks a box indicating they are a citizen. This initiative says you just can’t check a box. This does not touch mail-in voting in any way. It does not touch the transaction of voting. WA State has probably the least secure voting system in the US. Besides being a 100% mail-in voting state, we have ‘automatic’ voter registration. We essentially have no safeguards in registering to vote, no confirmation that a person registering is, in fact, a citizen, other than an attestation. It’s not just motor voter that’s an issue; you’re automatically registered to vote when you apply for any state government benefits (SNAP, Medicaid, etc.), and there’s no real confirmation that the person registered to vote is a citizen.” Walsh said

An initiative to the Legislature, if qualified, would first go to lawmakers who could adopt it as written. If they do not act, the measure would then go on the November 2026 ballot. Legislators could also approve an alternative initiative to be placed on the ballot alongside the initiative.

If you believe in fair, transparent, and secure elections, now is the time to act. Let’s make Voter ID a reality in Washington State.

Help Protect the Integrity of Our Elections – Please Support IL26-126!

JUST IN: Astronomer CEO Resigns Days After Viral Video of Coldplay Kiss Cam Embrace With HR Exec Went Global
July 19, 2025

Tech company Astronomer announced Saturday that CEO Andy Byron has resigned following the global embarrassment of being seen canoodling with the company’s Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot in viral videos of the Kiss Cam at a Coldplay concert last Wednesday at Gillette Stadium near Boston.

The Astronomer statement did not mention the status of Cabot, however in a previous statement the firm said another employee rumored to be in the video was in fact not at the concert. Axios reported Friday that Byron and Cabot had been placed on leave.

Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, dropped her married name from her Facebook page Thursday before deleting the page altogether.

As stated previously, Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met.

Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted. The Board will begin a search for our next Chief Executive as Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy continues to serve as interim CEO.

Before this week, we were known as a pioneer in the DataOps space, helping data teams power everything from modern analytics to production AI.

While awareness of our company may have changed overnight, our product and our work for our customers have not.

We’re continuing to do what we do best: helping our customers with their toughest data and AI problems.

The couple’s stunned, embarrassed reaction to being seen on camera brought a reaction from Coldplay singer Chris Martin and helped drive millions of views of videos of the incident.

Martin commented as he watched the couple react to being on the Kiss Cam screen, “Oh, look at these two. Alright, come on, you’re okay. Oh, what? Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”

RFK Jr. Lauded as Hero After U.S. Rejects WHO’s Expanded Pandemic Powers

RFK Jr. just said NO to the World Health Organization’s new pandemic rules, a blueprint for medical tyranny, which would have given the WHO authority to impose global lockdowns, travel bans, school closures, vaccine passports, and digital health IDs. The treaty would bypass Congress and allow the WHO to impose restrictions on Americans without checks and balances and without the consent of the American people.

On July 18, 2025, the United States officially rejected key amendments to the World Health Organization’s pandemic preparedness treaty, citing concerns over national sovereignty and vague, overreaching authority that could allow the WHO to unilaterally declare health emergencies and impose mandates.

United States Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Secretary of State Marco Rubio jointly denounced the treaty, warning that it lacked public input, used ambiguous language, and elevated political ideals like “solidarity” above national preparedness. They also flagged provisions for global surveillance, digital health documentation, and narrative control, raising fears of international censorship and institutionalized propaganda.

Kennedy explained, in a video statemen, that the WHO’s new amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) would effectively strip nations of their decision-making power during health emergencies. “Nations who accept the new regulations are signing over their power to an unelected international organization that could order lockdowns, travel restrictions, or any other measures it sees fit,” he said. Worse still, the WHO wouldn’t even need to declare a health emergency, “potential” risks could be enough to trigger intervention.

Kennedy criticized the Biden-era push for adopting the amendments without public debate, especially given the treaty’s sweeping consequences. “If we’re going to give the WHO that much power, we should at least invite a thorough public debate, especially since the agreement is an official treaty and it bypasses the U.S. Senate,” he said. He also warned that the amendments would require countries to implement “risk communication systems” enabling global messaging dictated by the WHO, essentially legalizing the type of narrative management and censorship seen during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The treaty also called for digital health IDs, vaccine passports, and a centralized medical database, laying what Kennedy described as the foundation for “global medical surveillance of every human being.” He condemned the move as an elite-driven power grab: “The United States of America has a Constitution for a reason. We can’t let it be stripped from us by international bureaucrats and their bosses at the billionaire boys’ club in Davos.”

This latest move aligns with President Trump’s longstanding distrust of the World Health Organization and broader skepticism of global institutions. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, Trump had called out international organizations like the United Nations, the World Trade Organization, and climate accords, accusing them of exploiting the United States. His fiscal year 2021 budget proposal included a 50% cut to WHO funding, signaling early intent to reduce U.S. involvement.

Trump’s direct confrontation with the WHO escalated during the COVID-19 pandemic. He accused the organization of being biased toward China, citing its early praise of Beijing’s pandemic response and silence on China’s suppression of whistleblowing doctors. He also faulted the WHO for spreading misinformation, opposing travel bans, and reacting too slowly to the crisis. Trump argued that, despite the United States being one of the WHO’s largest donors, the organization failed to uphold transparency or accountability.

In April 2020, Trump suspended U.S. funding to the WHO pending a review, and by July, his administration began formal withdrawal proceedings. That decision was reversed by President Biden in 2021.

Now in his second term, Trump has followed through. On January 20, 2025, he signed an executive order formally withdrawing the U.S. from the WHO. The order cited national sovereignty, unfair financial contributions, and the WHO’s failure to enact reforms or resist political pressure from member states. It instructed Secretary of State Marco Rubio to cease participation in WHO treaty negotiations, pause U.S. funding transfers, and reassign any federal personnel working with the organization. Trump also declared that recent amendments to the WHO’s International Health Regulations would have no legal force in the United States.

RFK Jr. emphasized (in a May 20 speech to the World Health Assembly) that while the U.S. remains committed to global health, it prefers cooperation outside the WHO framework, aiming for new, transparent agreements aligned with American values and sovereignty. Congress has supported this move: Republicans passed resolutions conditioning future WHO engagement on Senate approval and triggered funding cuts. The current administration continues to prioritize national autonomy in health policymaking.

Adam Schiff Mercilessly Trolled for Being Guest on Stephen Colbert’s Failing Show the Night it Was Canceled

Adam Schiff Mercilessly Trolled for Being Guest on Stephen Colbert’s Failing Show the Night it Was Canceled
July 19, 2025

Democrat Senator Adam Schiff was mercilessly trolled for being a guest on Stephen Colbert’s failing late night show the night it was announced that it was being canceled.

On Thursday CBS announced it canceled the Late Show with Stephen Colbert for financial reasons.

The show will end after the next season in May 2026.

Apparently the years of Trump bashing with elitist, out-of-touch champagne Socialists, isn’t ‘comedy.’

Colbert’s show was reportedly losing $40 million a year before it was axed.

Corrupt Democrat Adam Schiff was actually a guest on Colbert’s show on Thursday when it was canceled.

Schiff floated another conspiracy theory and suggested Colbert’s show was canceled for political reasons possibly related to Trump’s lawsuit against CBS – not because it sucked and no one watched it anymore.

“Just finished taping with Stephen Colbert who announced his show was cancelled,” Schiff said on X. “If Paramount and CBS ended the Late Show for political reasons, the public deserves to know. And deserves better.”

Here’s a clip of Schiff lying and whining about Trump on Colbert’s show the night it was axed (and he wonders why it was canceled):

Schiff was roasted for his lack of self awareness.

The investigation deadly crash of Air India flight 171 that took place 5 weeks ago keeps revealing disturbing facts regarding the circumstances of the accident.

Now, according to U.S. officials’ early assessment of flight recorder evidence, it arises that a cockpit audio recording of dialogue between the pilots supports the conclusion that the captain cut the flow of fuel to the plane’s engines.

Reuters reported:

“The first officer was at the controls of the Boeing 787 and asked the captain why he moved the fuel switches into a position that starved the engines of fuel and requested that he restore the fuel flow, the source told Reuters on condition of anonymity because the matter remains under investigation.

The U.S. assessment is not contained in a formal document, said the source, who emphasized the cause of the June 12 crash in Ahmedabad, India, that killed 260 people remains under investigation.”

No cockpit video recording exists, and Indian authorities are unhappy about the reports blaming the pilot.

“India’s Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB), which is leading the investigation into the crash, said in a statement on Thursday that “certain sections of the international media are repeatedly attempting to draw conclusions through selective and unverified reporting.” It added the investigation was ongoing and it remained too early to draw definitive conclusions.”

The preliminary report shows that one pilot was heard on the cockpit voice recorder asking the other ‘why he cut off the fuel’ and the other pilot responds that he did not do so.”

The fuel switches had gone from ‘run’ to ‘cutoff’ just after takeoff.

The crash killed 19 people on the ground and 241 of the 242 aboard the flight.
