America First Legal obtained new documents proving what we knew to be true all along: Merrick Garland’s infamous memo labeling concerned parents at school board meetings “domestic terrorists” was politically orchestrated and driven by the Biden White House.

In October 2021, Mark Levin broadcast a letter with insider information on the teachers union, Attorney General Merrick Garland, and the FBI who met and organized how to combat America’s parents who were speaking out at local school board meetings across the country.

The parents were outraged at the COVID masking and vaccination rules, critical race theory indoctrination and open porn disguised as literature promoted in American schools.

Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland even sent federal agents and a helicopter circling overhead to threaten parents attending the Fairfax County School Board meeting in Virginia.

This was after Garland testified and said he was not sending the feds to threaten American parents who speak out at their local school board meetings.

Merrick Garland labeled the concerned parents “domestic terrorists” in a memo addressing the “disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence” toward school officials.

Parents showed up to school board meetings to reject the porn and LGBTQ propaganda being forced on their children and Merrick Garland called them terrorists.

America First Legal previously sued to obtain documents related to Merrick Garland’s memo and on Friday it was revealed the Biden White House coordinated with Garland to terrorize concerned parents.

“We’re aware; the challenge here is finding a federal hook. But WH has been in touch about whether we can assist in some form or fashion,” Biden’s Deputy Attorney General aide Kevin Chambers wrote in an October 2021 email.

“These new documents expose the Biden White House’s involvement in AG Garland’s memo targeting parents — and reveal that career lawyers at DOJ warned that there was no federal authority or legal basis to target these parents in the first place because their speech is protected by the First Amendment,” AFL said.

The DOJ actually knew there was no law to stop parents from exercising their First Amendment rights at school board meetings.

“The documents show that after receiving the National School Board Association (NSBA) memo, which called on DOJ to use the Patriot Act to prevent parents from objecting to mask mandates in schools and Critical Race Theory in the curriculum, DOJ’s political leadership worked to identify anything — any authority — they could use to bring the full weight of the Justice Department down on parents,” AFL said.

Biden’s DOJ continued to march forward with terrorizing parents even though they knew they were violating their rights.

Several different Civil Rights Division attorneys expressed concern with Merrick Garland’s memo targeting parents.

The Trump administration’s refusal to sign recent amendments to the World Health Organization’s pandemic treaty drew criticism from the political left, but this decision fits into a long-standing American tradition of rejecting international agreements that could undermine U.S. sovereignty.

Throughout history, and especially under President Trump, the United States has opposed transnational organizations and treaties that threaten to override domestic law, bypass Congress, or cede authority to foreign institutions.

During his first term (2017–2021), President Trump withdrew the United States from several key international agreements. On his third day in office, he pulled out of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), arguing that the deal would cost 2.7 million American jobs by 2025 and weaken U.S. manufacturing. Trump said the treaty would “hamstring” American industry and preferred bilateral trade deals that better protected American workers.

In June 2017, Trump announced the U.S. withdrawal from the Paris Climate Agreement, stating, “I was elected to represent the citizens of Pittsburgh, not Paris.” He argued the accord imposed unfair economic burdens on the United States while giving countries like China a pass. Trump viewed it as a threat to American sovereignty and energy independence.

Later that year, in October 2017, the administration announced its decision to leave UNESCO, citing the agency’s “anti-Israel bias,” specifically referencing UNESCO’s 2011 admission of Palestine as a full member and the resulting financial disputes. The withdrawal became effective in December 2018.

In May 2018, Trump exited the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), also known as the Iran nuclear deal. He called it one of the worst agreements the U.S. had ever entered, claiming it enriched Iran, enabled hostile activity, and merely delayed rather than stopped Iran’s nuclear weapons development.

One month later, in June 2018, the U.S. left the United Nations Human Rights Council. The Trump administration, led by Ambassador Nikki Haley, condemned the council as hypocritical and biased against Israel. Critics pointed to the presence of human rights violators like China, Saudi Arabia, Cuba, and Venezuela on the council, some even holding leadership roles.

In 2015, Saudi Arabia chaired the Advisory Committee; in 2020, China joined the group selecting rights investigators; and in 2023, Iran chaired a forum on promoting human rights through technology. These appointments reinforced Trump’s argument that the council rewarded abusers while ignoring their violations.

In July 2020, the administration notified the UN of its intention to withdraw from the World Health Organization (WHO), citing its mishandling of the COVID-19 pandemic and its deference to China during the early stages of the outbreak. The administration accused the WHO of spreading misinformation about the virus and failing to enact necessary reforms.

During his second term (2025), President Trump again withdrew from the WHO, this time in response to newly proposed amendments that would allow the organization to impose global mandates, such as lockdowns and vaccine passports, without U.S. consent. The administration stated the treaty would bypass Congress and erode American constitutional protections.

In February 2025, the United States withdrew from the UN Human Rights Council for a second time, again citing anti-Israel bias. That same month, the Trump administration halted all U.S. funding to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), citing ties between UNRWA staff and Hamas, as well as broader concerns about the agency’s operations.

Also in 2025, the Trump administration announced a global rollback of USAID programs, eliminating more than 90% of foreign aid contracts and cutting $60 billion in assistance worldwide.

The move, framed under the “America First” agenda, aimed to reduce overseas commitments and redirect resources to domestic priorities. In an executive order, Trump stated that many foreign aid programs were “antithetical to American values” and accused them of destabilizing peace by promoting harmful ideologies.

Specific cuts targeted funding for DEI and LGBTQ initiatives abroad, including $1.5 million for LGBTQ employment programs in Serbia, $70,000 for a DEI musical in Ireland, $47,000 for a transgender opera in Colombia, and $3.3 million for LGBTQ advocacy in the Caribbean.

The administration also cited concerns over USAID grants allegedly linked to groups under investigation for ties to terrorism. According to the State Department, the cuts were part of a broader effort to eliminate “waste” and ensure taxpayer money advanced U.S. interests rather than foreign ideological agendas.

Trump also refused to sign several international agreements during his presidency. In 2017, his administration rejected the Global Compact for Migration, a non-binding UN agreement aimed at coordinating international migration policy. Then–Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said the pact could undermine the United States’ sovereign right to enforce immigration laws and secure its borders.

In 2019, Trump “unsigned” the Arms Trade Treaty, which regulates the international trade of conventional weapons. He argued the treaty threatened Second Amendment rights and stated, “We will never surrender American sovereignty to anyone.”

This tendency long predates Trump. But under Trump, it is clear that the priority is America First, not the Globalist Agenda First.

NO LONGER CHURCHILL: Zelensky has outlived his mandate and become an authoritarian leader.

Ukrainians have had enough of Zelensky.

During the three and a half years of the war in Ukraine, the western Globalist politicians and the obedient mainstream media have painted Volodymyr Zelensky as the defender of democracy, a historical, mythological figure comparable to WW2’s Winston Churchill.

Then, of course, came Donald J. Trump, calling him ‘a moderately successful comedian’, ‘the greatest salesman on earth’, and ‘a dictator, with no elections’.

Now, even as Trump promised Kiev air defenses with new Patriot batteries and is threatening Russia’s Vladimir Putin with sanctions, a Spectator article shows Ukraine about to be ‘engulfed in a critical military, political and social crisis that threatens to destroy it from within.’

Spectator reported:

“Putin chose war over peace this spring because his spies and generals told him that Ukraine is on the brink of collapse. Alarmingly, they may be right. Ukraine is running out of fighting men, its frontline soldiers are exhausted and US military support has narrowed to focus on air defense. The Kiev government is racked by corruption scandals and purges, public faith in their future and in their leaders is tanking and pressure to make peace at almost any price is growing.”

Ukranians now believe that their leaders – like Zelensky – prolong the war for personal profit.

Former officials are quoted saying that they believe Zelensky is ‘prolonging the war to hold on to power.’

“Now 47 per cent think that ‘Ukraine will be a depopulated country with a ruined economy’. A separate survey found that 70 per cent of Ukrainians also believe their leaders are using the war to enrich themselves.”

While ministers are investigated for ‘embezzlement and treason’, it took pressure from the US embassy in Kiev to keep Zelensky from firing Major General Kyrylo Budanov, the head of Ukraine’s military intelligence – because of his growing popularity.

“‘Ukraine has two enemies, two Vladimirs: Zelensky and Putin,’ says a former Ukrainian cabinet minister, once a strong Zelensky supporter. ‘Putin is destroying Ukraine from [the] outside, but Zelensky is destroying it from within by destroying its will to fight and its morale.”

Kiev under attack: Ukrainians feel like expendable pawns in a geopolitical chess.

Zelensky’s presidential mandate expired in May last year, but he is still exiling some potential opponents, imprisoning and sanctioning others.

He is also running out of troops.

Almost 7 million citizens have fled the country, and no less than 230k criminal cases have been opened for desertion since the war started.

“More soldiers have deserted the Ukrainian army than there are fighting men in today’s British, French and German armies combined.

[…] No outsiders can reverse the spiral of arrests of former regime loyalists, crackdown on opposition members and shutdown of media outlets that are doing so much to erode Ukrainians’ faith in the war effort and in Zelensky’s leadership.”

Fed Chair Jerome Powell pulled another shady stunt after Trump officials requested a tour of the so-called $2.5 billion in building ‘renovations.’

Chairman of the Board of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Bill Pulte, revealed Jerome Powell offered a tour of the renovations on Friday night when no one was there.

Powell is under fire for the cost of renovating the Fed’s DC headquarters. The cost ballooned from $1.9 billion to $2.5 billion.

“Powell has asked the central bank’s inspector general to conduct an additional review of the ongoing renovation, CNN previously reported. Last month, some Senate lawmakers grilled Powell over what they depicted as lavish upgrades to its DC headquarters at Powell’s semiannual monetary policy hearing,’ CNN reported.

“The Fed’s renovation project was approved by its board in 2017 and originally cost $1.9 billion in 2019. Construction began in 2021, but the cost swelled to $2.5 billion because of “unforeseen conditions” requiring more spending to rectify, such as “more asbestos than anticipated, toxic contamination in soil, and a higher-than-expected water table,” according to the Fed’s website,” CNN reported.

“Per The White House’s James Blair, Jerome Powell offered Our Group a Tour at 7pm last evening, when no one was doing so called renovations. Very disappointing! Yet another example of Powell dodging. Makes one even more concerned — where did this Billion $2.5 go?” Pulte said.

On Thursday Bill Pulte said Fed Chair Jerome Powell may be criminally referred to the Justice Department for alleged perjury about the $2.5 billion building renovation plan.

“I am told by very reliable Congressional sources that there may be a criminal referral coming from one or more Congress members to the DOJ for Jay Powell’s alleged perjury about the $2.5BN building,” Pulte said on X.

An hour later, GOP Rep. Anna Paulina Luna criminally referred Jerome Powell over the renovation insanity.

President Trump earlier this week said Jerome Powell’s renovation scandal may be enough to fire him as the Fed Chair.

“I can’t imagine why the Fed would need a palace,” Trump said.
