President Trump on Tuesday told reporters that he wants Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) “brought to justice” and that he “deserves what he gets” amid allegations and a potential indictment for mortgage fraud. 

The Gateway Pundit reported on Tuesday that President Trump announced that Adam Schiff was caught in a mortgage fraud scheme by Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division.

Likewise, the FBI and the US Attorney’s Office in Albany opened an investigation into New York Attorney General Letitia James for mortgage fraud after she falsified records, citing a 5-unit property in New York she claimed was only four units in order to get a more favorable loan.

Trump responded to the investigations on Tuesday, calling them “very serious” and saying the cases “look pretty open and shut to me.”

He further slammed Schiff, calling him a “sleaze bag” and a “lowlife.”

“I thought he would have covered his bases a little bit better than that,” Trump said. “He deserves what he gets.”

Trump: Well, I just saw it, and I think the thing with Adam Schiff is very serious. And I think what they have on Letitia James is very serious. That’s a very, very serious situation, but I have to leave that up to the district attorneys and to the prosecutors and to the Attorney General, most importantly.

Brian Glenn: Can Letitia James have a law license based upon the alleged violations of mortgage fraud?

Trump: Well, they look pretty open and shut to me, but you know, I’m not the jury. I’m not the jury, no. Looks very serious, and Adam Schiff looks very serious. Look, He’s a sleaze ball. Everybody knows it. And I was a little surprised. I thought he would have covered his bases a little bit better than that. Adam Schiff is a lowlife. He deserves what he gets.

During another segment of his nearly 20-minute visit with the White House press, Trump said he would “love to see” Schiff brought to justice, calling him “the lowest of the low” and a “dishonest, crooked guy.”

On July 9, active-duty Navy Commander Robert A. Green, Jr., announced on X that he has been placed under investigation for “publicly calling out the unconstitutional and illegal actions by military leadership during the COVID-19 mandates.”

CDR Green is no stranger to pointing out that military leaders broke the law and the Constitutional rights of service members by implementing and enforcing the “unlawful as implemented” COVID-19 shot mandate. He is author of Defending the Constitution behind Enemy Lines, as well as the Declaration of Military Accountability, which was signed by 231 service members and veterans in an effort right the wrongs of the COVID-19 shot mandate.

Because CDR Green continues to exhibit tremendous moral courage in speaking out against the unlawful mandate and its adverse effects to the military, he is revered by thousands of services members and veterans across the country.

Take, for example, Brad Miller, a former U.S. Army lieutenant colonel and a signatory of the Declaration of Military Accountability, who was relieved of his battalion command within the 101st Airborne Division in October 2021 for refusing the COVID-19 shot. He argued, “Commander @RobGreen1010 is currently undergoing reprisal by the Navy for his honest, consistent pushback against DoD tyranny,” pointing to his Substack piece entitled In Defense of Rob Green.

In his Substack post, Miller expressed, “[CDR Green] is accurate in his claim that senior military leaders have acted in open defiance of their oaths to support and defend the Constitution.” To that end, he questioned, “Are we to remain silent as military leaders violate their oaths of office and put American lives and liberties at risk?”

For Miller, “[CDR Green’s] name has become synonymous with ‘military accountability,’” and it’s accountability that thousands of service members and veterans continue to desire but have failed to witness.

Charging every service member and veteran within an earshot, Miller declared, “When you come for Rob Green, you come for all of us.”

He explained:

“You come for all those who have dared to challenge the tarnished, corrupted authority of the U.S. military and broader U.S. government. You come for all those who have already demonstrated in the furnace of affliction the courage to stare unflinchingly into the face of tyranny and proclaim ‘I will not comply.’ You come for all those who have already expressed through deed the willingness to align with truth, no matter the personal cost.”

In a statement provided to The Gateway Pundit, Miller said, “Commander Rob Green is an unyielding champion of freedom who loves his country [and] takes his oath to support and defend the Constitution seriously.” And according to the former Army officer, “This has made [CDR Green] a threat to those senior Department of Defense officials who have long abandoned any loyalty they once had to the country or Constitution.”

“The military has become one of the foremost battle sites between liberty and tyranny,” Miller argued. “In that fight,” he said, “Green has held the banner of American ideals and true warrior ethos higher than any other currently serving military officer.”

“It’s a searing indictment against the state of our military that senior officers have chosen to attack the individual who has most valiantly embodied the virtues and values the American armed forces have long purported to uphold,” he asserted.

For Josh Zermeno, a former Space Force officer who was involuntarily separated from service in August 2023, “It’s looking like President Trump & Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth do NOT have full control of our military! @RobGreen1010’s situation will EXPOSE everyone & blow the lid wide open on this mess!” He considers CDR Green’s case to be “one of the BIGGEST exposures of military corruption & a publicity nightmare for @DeptofDefense, [because] Rob has YEARS of documentation & tens of thousands of service members, veterans, and patriots supporting him.”

According to Zermeno, there are three possible outcomes to CDR Green’s situation, which are outlined in the X post below:

The 13-year veteran and author of Disobeying An Unlawful Order: A Space Force Officer’s Fight for Freedom also spoke to The Gateway Pundit, saying he is appalled by the investigation into CDR Green’s actions. He described Miller’s statement, saying “You come for all of us,” as a rallying cry for all service members and veterans following the story.

According to him, “The investigation into CDR Green is a disgrace, a blatant attempt to silence a patriot who dared to uphold the Constitution while our so-called leaders turned a blind eye to their own crimes.” With that, he is “utterly disgusted that the military would target someone like Rob, who’s risked everything to expose corruption, while those responsible for the unlawful mandate walk free.”

“Other service members and veterans must—and will—shout from the rooftops, demanding Trump and Hegseth take decisive action,” Zermeno shared. “Reinstate the tens of thousands of purged troops, hold the guilty admirals and generals accountable, drop the investigation into Rob, and restore trust in a broken system before it’s too late.”

“Trump and Hegseth are dealing with thousands of the nation’s most resilient service members, veterans, and patriots who refused to back down during the mandate and won’t now. This is something they can’t afford to ignore,” he concluded.

Senator Adam Schiff has broken his silence after being reportedly caught committing a major crime that could lead to jail time.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump revealed that Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division had caught Schiff allegedly committing mortgage fraud.

“I have always suspected Shifty Adam Schiff was a scam artist,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “And now I learn that Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division have concluded that Adam Schiff has engaged in a sustained pattern of possible Mortgage Fraud.”

A few hours later, Schiff responded to Trump’s allegations by lashing out at the president.

Clearly, he could not dispute any of the facts of the case.

“Since I led his first impeachment, Trump has repeatedly called for me to be arrested for treason,” Schiff wrote on X. “So in a way, I guess this is a bit of a letdown.”

“And this baseless attempt at political retribution won’t stop me from holding him accountable,” he added. “Not by a long shot.”

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Schiff has claimed his primary residence as Maryland.

In April 2023, a concerned citizen from the state of California uncovered what is believed to be crimes committed by Schiff.

Schiff was elected to Congress in 2000. In 2003, he reportedly purchased a home in Maryland with his wife, stating they would occupy this home for 12 consecutive months as their “primary residence.” Despite this claim, Schiff continued to vote in California.

Schiff’s primary residence is a large 3,420-square-foot home in tony Montgomery County. He reportedly maintains a little condo in Burbank, California, as another “primary” residence likely to reduce his tax bill.

It’s questionable whether he even goes there.

Schiff refinanced his Maryland home in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2013. In 2009, a House Ethics investigation claimed that Schiff did this, and Schiff argued it was an error, and he repaid the exempt taxes to the state of Maryland.

Steven Watkins, a fellow member of Congress from Oklahoma, was charged with criminal counts for doing the same thing.

Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Dick Durbin (D-IL), asked Senator Grassley to hold a hearing to allow a disgruntled fired DOJ official to testify against Emil Bove, Trump’s pick for the Florida-based Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Erez Reuveni, the disgruntled DOJ lawyer recently fired for apologizing to an Obama judge overseeing the Kilmar Abrego Garcia, case dropped an eleventh-hour hit piece on Trump’s Third Circuit Court nominee Emil Bove.

And now the Senate Judiciary Democrats want Reuveni to testify before the eve of the committee vote on Emil Bove’s nomination to the 3rd Circuit. The committee is set to vote on Thursday.

“We respectfully request that you call Erez Reuveni to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee prior to the Committee’s vote on the nomination of Emil J. Bove III to be a U.S. Circuit Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Reuveni has made credible allegations against Mr. Bove, which, if true, clearly disqualify him for a lifetime appointment to the federal bench. Thus, it is imperative that the Committee hear from Mr. Reuveni, under oath, before we vote on Mr. Bove’s nomination,” the Senate Judiciary Democrats wrote to Grassley.

Emil Bove testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee last month for his nomination to the Third Circuit Court so an angry DOJ lawyer launched an attack on his so-called proposal to defy court orders.

In April, Erez Reuveni, a senior DOJ immigration lawyer, was fired after he apologized to a federal judge and appeared unprepared for the hearing in the case of an MS-13 gang member deported to El Salvador’s prison.

Obama judge Paula Xinis previously ordered the Trump Administration to return MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia back to the United States after he was deported to El Salvador’s notorious CECOT prison.

“We respectfully request that you call Erez Reuveni to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee prior to the Committee’s vote on the nomination of Emil J. Bove III to be a U.S. Circuit Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Reuveni has made credible allegations against Mr. Bove, which, if true, clearly disqualify him for a lifetime appointment to the federal bench. “This was an illegal act,” Judge Paula Xinis told a Justice Department lawyer Erez Reuveni according to Politico. “Congress said you can’t do it, and you did it anyway.”

Reuveni repeatedly apologized to the judge during the hearing and apologized for the Trump Administration’s actions.

“I am also frustrated that I have no answer for you on a lot of these questions,” said Erez Reuveni. “The government made a choice here to produce no evidence.”

Last month Reuveni attacked Trump’s nominee to the Florida-based Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

According to a 27-page letter submitted to the Senate Judiciary Committee through Reuveni’s, lawyers, Emil Bove, the principal associate deputy attorney general, said during a mid-March meeting that the Trump Administration would ignore court orders from radical judges if they interfered with President Trump’s immigration policies.

“Bove stated that DOJ would need to consider telling the courts ‘fuck you’ and ignore any such court order,” Reuveni’s attorneys wrote in the 27-page complaint first reported by The New York Times. “Mr. Reuveni was stunned by Bove’s statement because, to Mr. Reuveni’s knowledge, no one in DOJ leadership — in any Administration — had ever suggested the Department of Justice could blatantly ignore court orders, especially with a ‘fuck you.’”

Last Thursday, Erez Reuveni launched another attack on Emil Bove and released documents detailing Emil Bove’s efforts to push back on rogue judges undermining Trump’s immigration policies.

US Attorney General Pam Bondi issued a statement on Reuveni’s latest attack against Emil Bove.

“We support legitimate whistleblowers, but this disgruntled employee is not a whistleblower — he’s a leaker asserting false claims seeking five minutes of fame, conveniently timed just before a confirmation hearing and a committee vote. As Mr. Bove testified and as the Department has made clear, there was no court order to defy, as we successfully argued to the DC Circuit when seeking a stay, when they stayed Judge Boasberg’s lawless order. And no one was ever asked to defy a court order. This is another instance of misinformation being spread to serve a narrative that does not align with the facts. This “whistleblower” signed 3 briefs defending DOJ’s position in this matter and his subsequent revisionist account arose only after he was fired because he violated his ethical duties to the department,” Pam Bondi said.
