The White House is now investigating the growing Biden autopen scandal, according to Fox News.

The White House Counsel’s Office is expected to review over 1 million documents.

The National Archives has already handed over more than 27,000 documents to investigators.

The White House Counsel’s Office is working with the Justice Department in this autopen investigation.

Fox News reported:

The White House is investigating former President Joe Biden’s use of the autopen, with senior administration officials telling Fox News Digital that they already are reviewing tens of thousands of documents turned over by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).

Officials told Fox News Digital that the White House Counsel’s Office is leading the investigation, but said they are coordinating with the Justice Department.

The investigation is focused on communications and other records related to Biden’s use of the autopen.

A senior administration official told Fox News Digital that they are not yet ready to discuss any discoveries, but said NARA already has provided more than 27,000 records to the White House.

The official told Fox News Digital that they expect to review upward of one million documents.

As for access to records held by NARA, the official said each sitting president has access to documents held by the archives from the prior administration.

Senior administration officials told Fox News Digital that the scope of the review covers relevant documents related to Biden’s presidency and use of the autopen over several years, in an effort to bring transparency to the American people regarding the former president’s health.

A federal grand jury has indicted Vance Luther Boelter, a 57-year-old radical appointed by Democrat Governor Tim Walz, for the cold-blooded murders of former Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark Hortman.

Boelter, who served on Walz’s Governor’s Workforce Development Board after being handpicked by the governor in 2019, is accused of launching a targeted assassination spree on June 14, 2025, that left Hortman and her husband dead and seriously wounded State Sen. John Hoffman and his wife.

Speaking to the New York Post from Sherburne County Jail, Boelter said that his motive was not what people have speculated.

“You are fishing and I can’t talk about my case…I’ll say it didn’t involve either the Trump stuff or pro-life,” Vance Boelter wrote to The Post.

“I am pro-life personaly [sic] but it wasn’t those,” he said. “I will just say there is a lot of information that will come out in future that people will look at and judge for themselves that goes back 24 months before the 14th. If the gov ever let’s [sic] it get out.”

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Vance Boelter has pointed the finger at far-left Governor Tim Walz in a chilling handwritten “confession letter” addressed to FBI Director Kash Patel.

Fox News host Jesse Watters broke the explosive allegation during his primetime show.

“Today, we’re finding out he wrote a letter to the FBI claiming he was trained by the U.S. military — off the books — and that Tim Walz asked him to kill Amy Klobuchar so he could take her Senate seat,” Watters said.

The Minnesota Star Tribune was the first outlet to report on the existence of the letter, citing two sources familiar with the investigation.

According to those sources, the disturbing one-and-a-half-page document was found inside a Buick that Boelter abandoned shortly after murdering Minnesota State Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband, and shooting Senator John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette.

The letter allegedly details Boelter’s claims that he was part of a covert military program and received instructions from Governor Walz to eliminate Klobuchar and other political figures in order to “clear the way” for Walz’s ascent to the U.S. Senate.

The letter also reportedly references Senator Tina Smith.

Now, Boelter faces federal charges—murder, stalking, firearms violations—and may even face the federal death penalty, a rarity since Minnesota abolished capital punishment in 1911, according to AP.

The news outlet reported:

A federal grand jury indicted a Minnesota man Tuesday on charges that he fatally shot a prominent Minnesota state representative and her husband and seriously wounded a state senator and his wife while he was allegedly disguised as a police officer.

The indictment handed up lists murder, stalking and firearms charges against Vance Boelter. The murder counts in the deaths of former Democratic House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, could carry the federal death penalty.

The chief federal prosecutor for Minnesota has called the killings a political assassination.

Prosecutors initially charged Boelter in a complaint with six counts, including murder, stalking and firearms offenses. But under federal court rules they needed a grand jury indictment to take the case to trial.

An American Idol executive and her husband were found fatally shot in their Los Angeles mansion on Monday.

Robin Kaye, a music producer on the hit show ‘American Idol’ and her husband Thomas Deluca were both shot in the head.

Los Angeles police arrived to the couple’s home for a welfare check on Monday afternoon and neighbors hadn’t seen them in four days.

Police saw blood at the entrance of the house and discovered Thomas Deluca with a gunshot wound to the head. Robin Kaye’s body was found in a separate room.

There were no signs of a break in and the suspect(s) is still at large.

TMZ reported:

Robin Kaye, an award-winning music supervisor on “American Idol,” was found dead inside her Los Angeles home … and TMZ has learned she and her husband, Thomas Deluca, were the victims of a gruesome double murder.

Our law enforcement sources tell us the bodies of the couple were discovered Monday inside their house in Encino after LAPD officers showed up for a welfare check.

We’re told cops saw blood at the front entrance and then smashed a window to gain entry to the home, where they found Robin and Thomas suffering from possible gunshot wounds. They were both declared dead at the scene.

Our sources say the incident is being investigated as a double homicide.

It’s interesting … cops were previously called to the home Thursday … an unidentified suspect was seen trying to gain entry and may have been armed with a firearm. Neighbors say someone spotted a person hopping a fence and called police … officers responded but found no signs of forced entry and searched the property before leaving. Its unclear if this incident is related to the homicides.

President Trump on Tuesday doubled down on claims that the Epstein files were “made up” by Obama, former FBI Director James Comey, and Joe Biden as he defended Attorney General Pam Bondi’s handling of the Epstein case.

Trump responded to comments made by daughter-in-law Lara Trump that “There needs to be more transparency” with the Epstein documents, but Trump defended Pam Bondi, indicating that some of the allegations lack “credible evidence.”

“She’s really done a very good job, and I think that when you look at it, you’ll understand that,” he said.

He further told reporters that “these files were made up by Comey, they were made up by Obama, they were made up by Biden,” likening them to the Russia hoax.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump made similar comments in a statement responding to the drama between Pam Bondi and FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino last week. “Why are we giving publicity to Files written by Obama, Crooked Hillary, Comey, Brennan, and the Losers and Criminals of the Biden Administration, who conned the World with the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, 51 ‘Intelligence’ Agents, ‘THE LAPTOP FROM HELL,’ and more?” he asked.

This comes after the FBI and DOJ released a 2-page memo on Sunday concluding Jeffrey Epstein did not have a “client list” and that he committed suicide. The memo also suggested that no further Epstein documents would be released to the public.

Previously, Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel, in February, hosted a big Epstein file release for a select group of MAGA influencers, handing them white binders that turned out to have nothing new inside. Bondi later claimed that she was misled by FBI agents and that “thousands of pages of documents” were withheld from her office after the dumpster fire of a release.
