Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo on Monday announced that he is jumping back into the NYC Mayoral race as an Independent after he lost the Democrat primary to Communist Muslim Zohran Mamdani last month.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams is also running as an Independent.

“I’m in it to win it,” Cuomo said on Monday.

“Unless you have been living under a rock, you know that the Democratic primary did not go as I had hoped,” Andrew Cuomo said in a video posted to X.

“When you get knocked down, learn your lesson and pick yourself back up and get in the game ,” Cuomo said. “And that is what I am going to do. The fight to save our city isn’t over.”

Late last month Andrew Cuomo set the internet ablaze after he quickly conceded to Zohran Mamdani. He didn’t even put up a fight.

Mamdani has has made comments about “globalizing the intifada” and devised a plan to make white neighborhoods pay higher taxes.

Joe Biden hired a new lawyer after his longtime personal attorney Bob Bauer quit amid the growing autopen scandal.

Joe Biden defended the use of an autopen in an interview with the New York Times.

The New York Times also reviewed some of the emails that the National Archives handed over to the Trump DOJ as part of their investigation into the autopen scandal.

It was revealed that Joe Biden did not approve of each name for the pardons – AND after changes were made about the specific inmates, Biden did NOT sign off on the revised list. Rather, his aides just ran the final version through the autopen without Biden’s approval.

“Mr. Biden did not individually approve each name for the categorical pardons that applied to large numbers of people, he and aides confirmed. Rather, after extensive discussion of different possible criteria, he signed off on the standards he wanted to be used to determine which convicts would qualify for a reduction in sentence,” The New York Times reported.

Buried at the bottom of The New York Times article it was revealed that Joe Biden hired a new personal lawyer, Amy Jeffress of Hecker Fink after Bob Bauer parted ways.

The Times reported that Bob Bauer quit after “an extended clash” with Hunter Biden’s defense team over the nonstop scandals Hunter was embroiled in during Biden’s presidency.

Hunter Biden was indicted on federal tax evasion charges and a felony gun charge during Biden’s presidency.

Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter after repeatedly vowing not to issue any type of pardon or commutation.

The New York Times reported:

Mr. Biden himself has hired a new personal lawyer, Amy Jeffress of Hecker Fink. He had been without one since he and his former personal lawyer, Bob Bauer, quietly parted ways months earlier, according to people familiar with the matter. Ms. Jeffress and Mr. Bauer declined to comment.

Mr. Bauer’s relationship with Mr. Biden significantly cooled over the last year of his presidency, in part because of an extended clash with Mr. Biden’s son Hunter and his defense team over the political risks to the president created by aggressive public relations tactics they used in defending against congressional inquiries.

Mr. Biden granted Hunter Biden a full pardon in December 2024. It was the only clemency warrant in that period that Mr. Biden signed with his own hand.

The US Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Trump Administration to proceed with a plan to dismantle the Department of Education.

In March, President Trump signed an executive order to dismantle the Department of Education.

“We’ve got to get the federal government out of education,” Trump declared. “The Department of Education has become a bloated bureaucracy that’s more interested in pushing its own agenda than in helping our kids learn. It’s time to put the power back in the hands of parents, teachers, and local communities.”

In May, a federal judge blocked the Trump administration from dismantling the department of education.

US District Judge Myong Joun, a Biden appointee, issued an injunction blocking the Trump Administration from laying off Department of Education workers.

“This case arises out of an attempt by Defendants to shut down the Department without Congressional approval,” the judge wrote.

Judge Joun ordered the Trump Administration to reinstate the Department of Education workers.

The Trump DOJ appealed Judge Joun’s injunction and the First Circuit Court of Appeals denied their request for an immediate administrative stay.

On Monday, the US Supreme Court in a 6-3 decision allowed Trump to proceed with mass firings at the Department of Education.

Liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor fumed in her dissent.

“This case arises out of the President’s unilateral efforts to eliminate a Cabinet-level agency established by Congress nearly half a century ago: the Department of Education,” Sotomayor wrote.

Communist New York City Mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani now has competition for the title of most dangerous local politician running for elective office.

35-year-old Minnesota Democratic State Senator Omar Fateh, a Muslim and son of Somali migrants, spoke about his radical agenda for the city in a social media post on Sunday.

“My name is Omar Fateh, and I’m running for Minneapolis Mayor because for working people, it’s getting harder to build our lives in this city we love,” he wrote in the X post accompanying the video. “To make an affordable Minneapolis that works for everyone, we need a Mayor that works as hard as we do. I’m ready to get to work.”

After answering supporters’ questions about why he’s not making more videos, Fatah discusses his plan to supposedly make Minneapolis more affordable.

Of course, his plan would not only have the opposite effect but also make the city more dangerous.

Fateh first calls for increasing the minimum wage to $20 “to keep money in working people’s pockets and circulating in our local economy.” However, given that so many small businesses operate on small profit margins and fail to begin with, this would result in mass bankruptcies for those who stay in Minneapolis while others flee the city.

He then pushes for “rent stabilization,” aka freezes, to protect workers. This would have the opposite effect and provide no incentive for companies to build additional housing.

Fateh also vows to protect all of Minneapolis’s communities from President Donald Trump. To do so, he would refuse to let the Minneapolis Police Department cooperate with ICE, even if there is a raid on criminal aliens.

“Our residents deserve a mayor that will stand up to Donald Trump and say ‘no, not in our community,’” Fateh says.

He would deal with higher crime rates if it meant not interacting with his sworn enemy.

The socialist then closes by calling for “diverting” calls from MPD to “diversify public safety response” and invest more money in social workers. This is music to the ears of criminals, who will interpret this along the lines of “defund the police.”

Fatah, a Democrat socialist, previously announced his run back in December, but his race is garnering new attention thanks to Mamdani’s unfortunate success in America’s most famous city.

It should also come as no surprise that Fateh regards Mamdani as a close friend. In fact, he held a phone bank and watch party on the day of the NYC primary to show his support.

Fateh may be facing a steeper climb than Mamdani because he is challenging a sitting politician, incumbent Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey, who has his own woke credentials. Frey is best known for getting humiliated by defund the police activists during the George Floyd riots back in 2020.

He even sobbed at the Floyd funeral.

But Fateh regards him as ‘too conservative.’ People should pray for Minneapolis and hope this guy does not take power.

War Room’s Steve Bannon on Monday commented on President Trump’s quote of “This is not Trump’s war.” He articulated that NATO is looking to blame President Trump as a combatant in the Russia-Ukraine war just by the provision of weaponry.

“President Trump did sound like, all of a sudden, he kept saying, ‘this is not Trump’s war, this is not Trump’s war.’ He’s absolutely correct. This is one of the things we have on the show said over and over again, ‘this is not Trump’s war,’” Bannon said.

“If you go down this path, you may say it’s not Trump’s war, and it hasn’t been up until now, but you are getting into the sense of even if you are selling them, you know, if a Russian mother and father denoted their kid was killed on the battlefield with American weaponries, are gonna miss the nuance that NATO bought it, and the American’s didn’t give it,” Bannon explained.

“NATO will want to stick it to him because they will want him as an active combatant,” Bannon warned.

Bannon also warned that Zelensky’s motive is to label this as President Trump’s war.

“Zelensky’s number one priority is to make sure that he can put the handle on this on Trump’s war. And President Trump over and over again said this is not my war. I’ve tried to settle this. We thought we have four or five times deals. Putin has not been straightforward,” Bannon warned.

President Trump explained that he wanted to end the Ukraine-Russia war during a bilateral meeting in the Oval Office with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.

“Nobody wins with this, and this is a loser from every standpoint. This was Biden and this was other people. And, it is a very sad situation,” President Trump declared.
