CIA Director John Ratcliffe to Declassify Explosive Classified Annex of Durham Report in the Coming Weeks

In an absolutely earth-shattering revelation, CIA Director John Ratcliffe announced that the classified annex of the Durham Report will be declassified in the coming weeks — and it reportedly contains undeniable evidence of a criminal conspiracy involving Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Comey, and the FBI to sabotage Donald Trump’s presidency and defraud the American people.
The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this month that the 2025 “Tradecraft Review” — commissioned by CIA Director John Ratcliffe — dismantles the legitimacy of the original 2016 report and exposes how Obama-era spooks manipulated intelligence to push a false narrative against Trump.
The new CIA report reveals former FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, and DNI James Clapper worked together to purposely corrupt the Trump-Russia investigation in 2016 before Trump entered office.
The three corrupt Obama officials even included the Steele Dossier in their quest to “screw Trump” knowing at the time that the Steele Dossier was complete rubbish.
Appearing on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo, Ratcliffe didn’t hold back.
In fact, he torched the corrupt intelligence cabal that knowingly pushed the fake Steele Dossier to justify illegal spying, phony investigations, and years of lies to the American public — all in an effort to stop Trump.
The long-awaited Durham annex, expected to be declassified in the coming weeks, is said to include damning evidence of intelligence tampering, false testimony, and politically motivated lawfare against Trump and his incoming administration.
Ratcliffe confirmed he spent months reviewing the evidence and made direct declassification recommendations to the DOJ — recommendations that now appear to be going forward.
Ratcliffe clarified that testimony from Brennan, Clinton, and Comey within the last five years is completely inconsistent with the classified intelligence about to be released — a fact that could expose them to perjury and conspiracy charges.
He added, there’s no protection in sight for the likes of Brennan, Comey, or Clinton.
John Ratcliffe:
Well, Maria, part of what came out last week was about how John Brennan, Clapper, Comey—they all pushed the known fake Steele dossier into intelligence community assessments and used it as the basis for Crossfire Hurricane and all that.
But what hasn’t come out yet—and what’s going to come out—is the underlying intelligence that I have spent the last few months reviewing. I’ve made recommendations about final declassification and sent that to the Department of Justice. That will come out in the John Durham report’s classified annex.
What that intelligence shows, Maria, is that part of this was a Hillary Clinton plan. But part of it was an FBI plan to be an accelerant to that fake Steele dossier—to those fake Russia collusion claims—by pouring oil on the fire, by amplifying the lie, and burying the truth of what Hillary Clinton was up to.
You’re right, Maria—John Brennan testified to John Durham in August of 2020. He also testified to the House Oversight Committee in 2022. Hillary Clinton testified before John Durham under oath in 2022. James Comey testified before the Senate Committee in September 2020. All of that’s within the last five years. Much of that testimony is, frankly, completely inconsistent with what our underlying intelligence—about to be declassified in the Durham annex—reflects.
Even more explosive was the conversation surrounding treason. When asked directly if Brennan, Comey, and Clinton could face treason charges, Ratcliffe did not dodge:
Ratcliffe noted that in criminal conspiracies, statutes of limitations don’t even begin until the last act of the conspiracy is completed — and according to him, that conspiracy is ongoing.
Maria Bartiromo:
Director, one other question on this. Tulsi, as well as President Trump, used the word treason. Is there a statute of limitations on treason?
John Ratcliffe:
Well, Maria, what I would say is this: there is no doubt in my mind that the people we just talked about conspired. They conspired against President Trump. They conspired against the American people.
I’ll leave it to Pam Bondi and our Department of Justice, Kash Patel, and our FBI to investigate the conspiracy—to determine what charges they’re capable of bringing.
But again, I don’t think statutes of limitations are going to impact this, because in a conspiracy, Maria, the statute of limitations doesn’t start to run until the last act in furtherance of that conspiracy.
Maria, part of why this is so important is that the people behind this are still furthering the conspiracy. They’re refusing to admit or acknowledge that what they did in 2016 and what they did in 2020 was wrong. I think that’s why this is so important—and why I’m excited about what the American people will see very shortly, and what’s still to come.
