US Olympics and Paralympics Ban Transgender Athletes from Competing in Women’s Events to Comply with Trump’s Order

The U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee has banned transgender biological males from competing in women’s events to comply with the executive order issued by President Donald Trump.
The committee announced the change on Monday after informing the national sport governing bodies that it has an “obligation to comply” with Trump’s February “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” Executive Order 14201, which requires federal agencies and organizations receiving federal funding to enforce sex-based distinctions in sports.
“The USOPC will continue to collaborate with various stakeholders with oversight responsibilities, e.g., IOC, IPC, NGBs, to ensure that women have a fair and safe competition environment consistent with Executive Order 14201 and the Ted Stevens Olympic & Amateur Sports Act,” the document says.
Under the new rules, athletes must compete in the category corresponding to their biological sex at birth.
It’s unclear whether any Olympians would be banned from competition for the 2028 Olympics under the updated policy.
American middle-distance runner Nikki Hiltz, who is nonbinary, would presumably not be affected by the ruling because they were assigned female at birth. Hiltz finished seventh in the women’s 1,500-meter race in the 2024 Paris Games.
No athlete has won an Olympic medal while competing as an openly transgender woman.
The committee has not stated if the policy will also apply to men’s sports.

Federal law enforcement continues to catch dangerous criminal illegal aliens as liberals protest.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations New England has administratively arrested El Salvadorian national Victor Vasquez Cordova, a Level 1 registered sex offender with a past conviction for possession of child sexual abuse material.
ICE HSI personnel, in coordination with the U.S. Marshals Service, arrested Cordova, 54, on July 10 at his residence in Everett, Massachusetts, for immigration violations.
Cordova entered the United States on Dec. 18, 1983, as a lawful permanent resident.
He was convicted on March 31, 2022, of possession of child pornography. Cordova was sentenced to 18 months’ probation and ordered to register as a sex offender.
He will be held in ICE custody pending a hearing before an immigration judge.
This Salvadoran criminal alien was convicted for possessing child sex abuse material.

The independent anti-corruption agencies of Ukraine were reportedly investigating people in Zelensky’s circle for corruption related to the army drone purchases and production.
So Zelensky’s police accused the agencies of ‘being Russian agents’ and raided them.
Worse, today (22) the Ukrainian Rada parliament approved the removal of the anti-corruption agency independence, and subordinating them to the all-powerful President’s office.
Such an outrage was this that unprecedented protests took place in Kiev and other cities.

The US Senate on Tuesday voted 52-48 to advance Emil Bove’s confirmation to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
