Border Czar Tom Homan on Tuesday responded to Hunter Biden’s crazed rebuke of the conservatives and the Trump Administration in epic fashion.

“I don’t really care what the former First Drug Addict thinks,” Homan told Fox’s Laura Ingraham.

Homan then doubled down on his threats to sanctuary cities, putting leaders on notice that “hundreds of additional ICE agents” will be sent in if they continue to let violent criminals back onto their streets instead of handing them over to ICE. “we’re going to flood the neighborhoods until we find that guy, we’re going to flood work sites until we find that guy, because we’re going to make this country safe again,” he said.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Monday that Homan blasted sanctuary cities during a press conference after visiting a Border Patrol agent, who was was ambushed and nearly murdered by an illegal alien while off-duty, at a New York City hospital. “We’re going to flood the zone,” he told reporters. “And when we arrest them in the community, if he’s with others that are in the country illegally, they’re coming too.”

Homan further threatened on Tuesday that the DOJ is going to prosecute anybody who impedes ICE or attacks ICE officers or ICE vehicles, saying, “They’re going to get out of the car, they’re going to chase you down, they’re going to arrest you, and you’ll be prosecuted.”

Homan: Well, I don’t really care what the former first drug addict thinks. I just thank God every morning I wake up, we got President Trump in the Oval Office, and because of President Trump, in seven weeks, we got the most secure border in this nation’s history, and now we’re arresting public safety threats and national security threats every day across this country. We’ve already arrested three times the number of criminals that Biden did during the same time frame, and President Trump just committed two weeks ago to prioritize sanctuary cities because of what you just said. In California, Illinois and New York— I said it during a press conference the other day, we’re going to flood the zone. We’re going to send hundreds of additional ICE agents to these cities. If they don’t want to help us and get the bad guy in the county jail, then we’re going to flood the neighborhoods until we find that guy, we’re going to flood work sites until we find that guy, because we’re going to make this country safe again. President Trump was elected for that purpose, and we’re going to keep that promise from President Trump.

Ingraham: And Tom, those who would impede or harm or threaten ICE officers, will you commit tonight to—

Homan: Going to jail. Going to jail, Laura. You impede an ICE officer, you’re going to be prosecuted. You throw a stone at an ICE Vehicle, they’re going to get out of the car, they’re going to chase you down, they’re going to arrest you, and you’ll be prosecuted. President Trump sent out a Truth post, and an X the other day: zero tolerance. You step over the line, you’ll be prosecuted. And Pam Bondi has already talked to every US Attorney across this country; they’re not going to decline that prosecution. So you step over the line, you’re going to jail.

As The Gateway Pundit reported on Monday, Hunter Biden went on an unhinged, profane, and likely drug-induced tirade against the Trump Administration’s deportation border policies. “I say, f*ck you! How are we getting those people back from f*cking El Salvador?” Hunter said in the interview with Channel 5’s Andrew Callaghan.

“People are really upset about illegal immigration? F*ck you. How do you think your hotel room gets cleaned? How do you think you have food on your f*cking table? Who do you think washes your dishes?”

During the interview, "handle of vodka a day" Hunter also exposed his father for taking drugs before the first and last Trump-Biden debate and tore into top Democrat figures, including George Clooney, James Carville, David Ploofe, David Axelrod, Anita Dunn, and Jake Tapper for helping execute the coup against Biden.

Hopefully, Biden does more interviews because this was gold!

Massive protests broke out against President Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday in Ukraine.

The protests took place one day before peace talks between Ukraine and Russia.

The protests erupted outside the president’s office after Ukraine’s Parliament passed a law that would strip the independence of the anti-corruption bureau.

Many people believe Ukraine will be in ashes before Zelensky signs a peace agreement. The Ukrainian leader is as unpredictable as he is foolish.

It is not clear at this point if Western countries are behind the anti-Zelensky protests but Zelensky is wearing himself out with several Western leaders.

The protests are being ignored by the Western press.

In a crushing blow to radical left-wing lawyer Marc Elias and his progressive allies, a federal judge has tossed out a lawsuit that sought to gut Wyoming’s new election integrity law.

United States District Court Judge Scott Skavdahl ruled in favor of Secretary of State Chuck Gray and dismissed outright the lawsuit filed by the Equality State Policy Center, which had enlisted notorious Democrat operative Marc Elias in a blatant attempt to strike down House Bill 156—Wyoming’s common-sense requirement that all voter registrants provide proof of U.S. citizenship and state residency.

In his 17-page ruling, Judge Skavdahl SLAMMED the plaintiffs for lacking any standing whatsoever, exposing the entire case as a baseless political attack dressed up as a legal complaint.

“Plaintiff has not adequately demonstrated its standing to sue on its own behalf or on behalf of others in this action,” Skavdahl wrote. “The Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over this lawsuit, and consequently it must be dismissed.”

The court wrote:

To establish Article III standing to sue, the law requires the plaintiff to show three requirements:
(1) it has suffered an “injury in fact” that is (a) concrete and particularized and (b) actual or imminent, not conjectural or hypothetical; (2) the injury is fairly traceable to the challenged action of the defendant; and (3) it is likely, as opposed to merely speculative, that the injury will be redressed by a favorable decision.

Assuming Plaintiffs assertions to be true, they do not establish its standing to bring this lawsuit in its own capacity. Plaintiff has not shown a concrete injury in fact that is fairly traceable to HB 156.

Plaintiffs alleged diversion-of-resources injury is the same type of injury claimed in AllianceforHippocraticMedicine,but the U.S. Supreme Court determined this type of alleged injury was not a concrete injury in fact traceable to the challenged governmental conduct sufficient to satisfy Article III standing.

Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray celebrated the ruling:

On July 22nd, United States District Court Judge Scott Skavdahl dismissed a federal lawsuit filed by Equality State Policy Center, through its attorney Marc Elias, against Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray challenging Wyoming House Bill 156, which requires proof of United States citizenship and proof of Wyoming residency to register to vote.

“I’m extremely pleased with the court’s ruling granting our motion to dismiss this outrageously wrong lawsuit,” Secretary Gray said.

“This is a huge win for the people of Wyoming. Proof of citizenship for registering to vote is a common sense, conservative election integrity measure and was the number one priority of our administration’s conservative election integrity reform agenda and a key priority of President Trump. Marc Elias’ outrageously wrong lawsuit has always been an attempt by the radical Left to undermine the common-sense election integrity measures Wyomingites want.”

“We have successfully defended proof of citizenship for registering to vote and fought and defeated this lawsuit. President Trump on Tuesday announced a “massive deal” with Japan, securing the United States over half a trillion dollars in investment and opening Japan to U.S. automobiles, rice, and other agricultural products. 

“Japan will invest, at my direction, $550 Billion Dollars into the United States, which will receive 90% of the Profits,” Trump said in a statement. “This Deal will create Hundreds of Thousands of Jobs — There has never been anything like it.”

This comes after the President’s July 7 letter to Japanese Prime Minister Ishiba Shigeru threatening 25% tariffs starting on August 1 if they do not eliminate trade barriers or build and manufacture in the United States.

“If for any reason you decide to raise your Tariffs, then, whatever the number you choose to raise them by. will be added onto the 25% that we charge,” Trump said.

“If you wish to open your heretofore closed Trading Markets to the United States, and eliminate your Tariff, and Non Tariff, Policies and Trade Barriers, we will, perhaps consider an adjustment to this letter. These Tariffs may be modified, upward or downward, depending on our relationship with your Country.”

This also comes after President Trump announced an investment by Japan’s Nippon Steel Corp. in U.S. Steel, saving the American steel juggernaut and its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania headquarters in May. “This is the largest Investment in the History of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,” Trump previously announced.

Now, Trump says that he struck “perhaps the largest Deal ever made,” reducing Japan’s tariffs to a reciprocal rate of 15%.

Per CNBC, “Japanese automobiles imported into the U.S. already attract a 25% tariff in line with the rest of the countries. Auto exports to the U.S. are a cornerstone of Japan’s economy, making up 28.3% of all shipments in 2024, according to customs data.”

ODNI Tulsi Gabbard fired back at Barack Obama on Tuesday afternoon after the former president released a rare statement in response to Trump’s assertion Obama was the ringleader of the Russia hoax.

The office of former President Barack Obama responded to Trump’s assertion that Barack Obama was the “ringleader” of the Russia collusion hoax.

According to a declassified presidential briefing from December 2016, Barack Obama knew the Trump-Russia collusion narrative was a hoax.

Barack Obama knew it was a hoax and he was personally involved in manufacturing and politicizing the intelligence to create the Trump-Russia collusion narrative.

On Tuesday President Trump said Obama is guilty of treason.

“Barack Hussein Obama is the ringleader. Hillary Clinton was right there with him and so was Sleepy Joe Biden… and so were the rest of them. Comey, Clapper, the whole group,” Trump said on Tuesday during remarks to reporters in the Oval Office.

“This was treason…they tried to steal the election…” Trump said.

Obama’s spokesperson released a very carefully worded statement in response to Trump’s Oval Office remarks.

“Out of respect for the office of the presidency, our office does not normally dignify the constant nonsense and misinformation flowing out of this White House with a response. But these claims are outrageous enough to merit one. These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a weak attempt at distraction,” Obama’s office said.

“Nothing in the document issued last week undercuts the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election but did not successfully manipulate any votes. These findings were affirmed in a 2020 report by the bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee, led by then-Chairman Marco Rubio.”

Later Tuesday, Tulsi appeared on NewsMax and said she will dropping new documents tomorrow to refute Obama’s statement.

“We will be releasing further documents tomorrow that will refute that statement,” Tulsi said.

“We will be pulling a whole host of statements made by the Obama administration…that state over and over again, after this Jan. 2017 manufactured intel document was created, that repeat the narrative…Russian hackers worked to aid Trump in the election,” she said.
