A man who claimed ICE snatched his missing wife was seen on a Ring camera in Los Angeles dragging something heavy in a tarp days before the woman was found dead.

Sheylla Cabrera was found dead wrapped in the same tarp in Angeles National Forest last week after her husband Jossimar Cabrera told family she was taken by ICE agents.

Jossimar Cabrera fled to Peru but US authorities are working to have him extradited to California.

The couple’s three children were also taken to Peru.

Fox News reported:

A California woman was found dead in a national forest just a day after her husband was captured on video dragging something large wrapped in what appeared to be a tarp or sheet away from his home.

The body of Sheylla Cabrera, 33, was found on Aug. 13 in Angeles National Forest wrapped in a tarp or sheet similar to the one her husband, 36-year-old Jossimar Cabrera, was seen pulling the day before on Ring camera footage, according to KTTV and KTLA.

Search and rescue teams from the Montrose Mountain Search and Rescue team reported finding something suspicious in the Angeles National Forest that matched the material seen in the Ring video, the outlets reported.

Homicide detectives responded to the scene and confirmed that Mrs. Cabrera’s body was wrapped inside the material, according to the reports.

MUST SEE: FBI Director Kash Patel EXPOSES Obama-Clinton Grand Conspiracy with Larry Kudlow — CONFIRMS Russiagate, FISA Court Abuses, and Mar-a-Lago Raid Were a Political Hit Job
August 21, 2025

FBI Director Kash Patel joined Larry Kudlow in a bombshell interview this week, and it’s ten minutes every American needs to see.

On Larry Kudlow’s show, FBI Director Kash Patel unleashed a series of bombshells that confirm what millions of Americans have long suspected: Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton were the masterminds behind the phony Russiagate hoax and the illegal invasion of President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.

Now, Patel has confirmed it on national television, Obama and Hillary Clinton were at the very top of the conspiracy.

Kudlow pressed Patel on how the FBI could justify invading the private home of a former president, something unprecedented in American history.

Patel laid it out plainly: Russiagate, the FISA Court abuses, and the Mar-a-Lago raid were all connected. A “political operation,” not a legitimate investigation.

Kudlow also asked Patel point-blank if Obama and Hillary were the architects of this grand conspiracy.

Transcript:

Larry Kudlow:
Now, I’ve got to say, though, Director Kash Patel, my judgment the FBI is not here to invade the home of a former President and First Lady. That is not what the FBI is supposed to do. Now, that’s not under your aegis; that came in the prior administration, I get that. But I have a lot of questions about that.

First of all, how is that possible? How is the FBI just going to go and raid Mar-a-Lago—a President’s home, for heaven’s sake? How could that have happened? And would it happen again? That’s another question I want to ask.

Kash Patel:
The answer to both of those questions is the same in terms of origination: it was a total weaponization and politicization by the FBI and DOJ in the Biden administration, dating back to the Obama administration, that led not only to Russiagate, as you opened up with, but also to the invasion of Donald Trump’s private home in Mar-a-Lago.

There was, as we now know—thanks to the federal courts—no constitutional basis to do so. There was no lawful predicate to open that investigation.

But once you let the politicians run the FBI and DOJ, and weaponize it against their political opponents—like they have done for years against Donald Trump, back to Russiagate and to his home—we are now showing and exposing again the weaponization.

To your second point, once we rid—and that’s what we’re doing here at the FBI—ridding this place of its former leadership structure that did that weaponization, we’re giving accountability to the American people as we find it.

As you highlighted, myself, Director Ratcliffe, and others in the intelligence community are declassifying documents at a great rate to publicize what we’re finding so the American public can read it for themselves.

Larry Kudlow:
Kash, has there been a full investigation of the Mar-a-Lago invasion? Why, where, when, who did it? You talk about the leaders—I guess we can blame the leaders of the FBI—but there are a lot of people on the ground. I don’t know how that all works. Question: has there been a Major League investigation? I don’t think the public is aware of one, or if there is, what the conclusions were.

Kash Patel:
Look, Larry, on this one, as you know, I’ve got to be careful in terms of what investigations we formally have opened. But you know this from me—I’ve been on the Russiagate beat for about a decade, going back to my time with Congressman and Chairman Devin Nunes, exposing the corruption at the FISA Court, the illegalities, the weaponization there, and the involvement of Hillary Clinton’s campaign to directly fund and weaponize the Department of Justice and the FBI.

What I’m committed to here, as Director of the FBI, is to root it all out. Here’s the thing, Larry: we are answering questions publicly so the public knows what we’re doing in terms of whether or not we have an investigation.

Putting that aside, these documents show that people in leadership positions may have lied—Brennan, Clapper, Comey. We are not going to leave one document unturned. That is why we are going throughout this building and throughout the country, finding these materials that they wrote down, burned, and tried to destroy.

All of it, in my opinion, we are going to show the public—at least through the declassification process and the documents we’re producing—that it is public.

Whether or not this investigation is going as far-reaching as it should, I will just answer you with this: while I can’t comment on the investigation itself, we—me specifically—have shown the American public time and time again the weaponization.

Now I’m the Director of the FBI, thanks to Donald Trump, and we have a great Attorney General, Pam Bondi. Where we can find accountability, we are joining forces literally on a daily basis to do so, especially on the matters involving Russiagate. No one knows it better than the team we’ve built here.

Larry Kudlow:
Listen, I know. You’ve been on this show many times. We’ve talked about it on this show many times. We’ve talked about it on the radio show. But Kash, can you say there is an investigation of the FBI’s role in that invasion?

Kash Patel:
I am, of course, overseeing the current matters that the FBI involved themselves with from Russiagate on. Whether or not there’s an open investigation, Larry, I think you know that I can’t answer that.

But I think you also know that our partners across the IC would not be divulging this type of information if it did not serve some use for me, specifically here at the FBI. I can’t speak for them. Of course, I won’t speak to any charging decisions on any matters—that will come with the collaboration of our great partners at DOJ, who work hand in hand with us every day.

TOTAL CHAOS AT SEA: Massive BRAWL Erupts on Carnival Cruise Ship Over ‘CHICKEN TENDERS’ (VIDEO)
August 21, 2025

A Carnival cruise ship turned into a floating fight club after a late-night brawl erupted among passengers reportedly over ‘chicken tenders.’

According to the New York Post, the melee erupted in the ship’s dining area around 2 a.m. Monday, the final day of its voyage back to Miami, when a dispute spiraled out of control and involved about two dozen passengers.

Video footage, which has since gone viral, shows a chaotic scene of several young cruisers throwing wild punches, knocking each other to the ground.

The confusion mirrors eyewitness accounts of shoes, phones, and personal items flying as the violence intensified.

Security eventually tried to intervene, but one guard could be seen running away and reaching for his radio instead of jumping into the fray.

A mob of passengers can be seen pressed against a wooden partition, trading punches while others climb up to record the chaos on their phones. The viral video was posted by passenger Mike Terra, who could be heard in disbelief while filming: “Over chicken tenders is crazy.”

Terra later told the Daily Mail the fight may have had “more to it,” but the argument “basically started over chicken tenders.”

In his Facebook account, Terra wrote, “I always hear Carnival is ghetto/ratchet. I have been cruising for years, but this is my first time seeing some action on a ship I was on.”

More from The Daily Mail:

Carnival Cruises has had a series of unfortunate stories emerge from on board its ships, including a brawl that led to several passengers being banned for life.

Footage showed multiple guests breaking out into a beatdown on June 7, with at least two chairs being thrown.

In April, Carnival banned 24 passengers who broke into a fight when disembarking the Carnival Jubilee, USA Today reported.

In an attempt to curb some poor behavior from cruisegoers, Carnival implemented a series of rules including a 1am curfew for cruisers under 17 without an adult over 21.

Carnival has a ‘zero-tolerance’ policy toward any illegal substance and activity or disruptive behavior, according to its website.

President Trump on Wednesday night cheered Texas Republicans for passing the highly consequential redistricting bill that is expected to give Republicans five more seats in the US House of Representatives.

“Texas never lets us down. Florida, Indiana, and others are looking to do the same thing,” the President said. “More seats equals less Crime, a great Economy, and a STRONG SECOND AMENDMENT.”

President Trump also demanded that Republicans rid the country of fraud-ridden mail-in voting and electronic voting machines, “before it’s too late,” calling for the “one tenth the cost, faster, and more reliable” alternative, paper ballots.

“If we do these TWO things, we will pick up 100 more seats, and the CROOKED game of politics is over. God Bless America!!!” he asserted.

President Trump announced on Monday that he is “going to lead a movement to get rid of MAIL-IN BALLOTS” and “Highly ‘Inaccurate,’ Very Expensive, and Seriously Controversial VOTING MACHINES, which cost Ten Times more than accurate and sophisticated Watermark Paper.”

Trump made the following Truth Social post just before midnight on Wednesday:

Big WIN for the Great State of Texas!!! Everything Passed, on our way to FIVE more Congressional seats and saving your Rights, your Freedoms, and your Country, itself. Texas never lets us down. Florida, Indiana, and others are looking to do the same thing. More seats equals less Crime, a great Economy, and a STRONG SECOND AMENDMENT. It means Happiness and Peace. But Republicans, there is one thing even better – STOP MAIL-IN VOTING, a total fraud that has no bounds. Also, go to PAPER BALLOTS before it is too late – At one tenth the cost, faster, and more reliable. If we do these TWO things, we will pick up 100 more seats, and the CROOKED game of politics is over. God Bless America!!!

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Texas House of Representatives on Wednesday approved a redistricting plan that hands five additional U.S. House seats to Republicans.

This will give the House GOP potentially 30 out of 38 seats in Texas, up from the current 25.

This comes after Democrats fled to Illinois to prevent the Republicans from voting on a new congressional redistricting map.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Governor Greg Abbott previously threatened the AWOL lawmakers with arrest and removal from office before they ultimately caved and announced they would return to Texas for the vote.

The Texas State Senate is expected to quickly approve the new maps, sending the bill to Governor Abbott’s desk for his signature.

Legal Experts: ChatGPT and AI Models Should Face Medical Review for Human Testing, Weigh Serious Mental Health Risks to Users
August 21, 2025

When studies are done on human beings, they are required to have an “Institutional Review Board” or “IRB” review the study, and formally approve the research, this is not being done at present for federally-funded work with AI/LLM programs and may, experts warn, be significantly harming U.S. citizens.

This is done because studies are being conducted on human beings.
Critics say that ‘Large Language Models’ powered by Artificial Intelligence, platforms like “Claude” and “ChatGPT” are engaged in this kind of human research and should be subject to board review and approval.

And they point out that current HHS policies would appear to require IRB-review for all federally-funded research on human subjects, but that Big Tech companies have so far evaded such review.

IRB Rules (45 C.F.R. 46.109, “The Common Rule”), requires all federally funded human-subjects research to go through IRB approval, informed consent, and continuing oversight.

Some courts have recognized that failure to obtain IRB approval can be used as evidence in itself of negligence or misconduct.

Even low-impact and otherwise innocent research requires this kind of professional review to ensure that harmful effects are not inadvertently caused to the human participants. Most modern surveys are often required to have an IRB review prior to its start.

Already, scientists have raised alarm about the mental and psychological impact of LLM use among the population.

One legal expert who is investigating the potential for a class action against these Big Tech giants on this issue told the Gateway Pundit, “under these rules, if you read them closely, at a minimum, HHS should be terminating every single federal contract at a university that works on Artificial Intelligence.”

This issue came up in 2014, when Facebook was discovered to have been changing and manipulating their algorithms on 700,000 people to see how they responded. This testing on human subjects may have seemed benign to some, but there was a risk that long-term mental and emotional health was significantly impacted. In 2018, the same complaints were made about the Cambridge Analytica program where a private company harvested millions of Facebook user profiles in order to more accurately market to those individuals.
Studies, including this 2019 study in the Journal ‘Frontiers in Psychology’, have examined the many ethical issues about Facebook’s actions, including how it selected whom to test upon, the intentions of testing on these individuals, and the ethics of doing so on children.

The legal expert pointed out to the Gateway Pundit, “People are using these systems, like ChatGPT, to discuss their mental health. Their responses are being used in their training data. Companies like OpenAI and Anthropic admit user chats may be stored and used for “training.” Yet under IRB standards, that kind of data collection would usually require informed consent forms explaining risks, yet none are provided.”

“At a minimum, these systems are operating and posing as medical professionals, lawyers, without a license, without a commitment to any code of ethics, and without any malpractice insurance. Society operates with a strong assumption that professional advice and service is backed by education, ethics, responsibility, insurance against harm, and more. If a human being wants to work in these fields, they have to spend years in training, and even then they still have to maintain a state license. Who is licensing these LLM platforms? None of these systems are operating this way, and regulators seem to timid and afraid to stand up to Big Tech.”

These systems also have a well-documented trend at generating “hallucinations” where inaccurate references, studies, articles, advice, is generated. AI experts do not fully understand why hallucinations happen, though they have theories, yet by all measurements, the hallucination problem continues to get worse not better.

The causes of “AI hallucination” where it invents references, authorities, and citations, is common and according to the New York Times in May, actually getting worse. The companies involved don’t have a coherent explanation why. The Times report said that hallucination rates on new AI systems were as high as 79% when measured.

As well, some researchers argue overuse of LLMs can increase isolation, dependency, and distorted perceptions of reality. Emerging research shows that users can form “para-social relationships” with AI, creating risks of manipulation. A 2025 study, “Illusions of Intimacy: Emotional Attachment and Emerging Psychological Risks in Human-AI Relationships” noted that, especially among young men with ‘maladaptive coping styles’ that the human-AI relationships started to “resemble toxic relationship patterns, including emotional manipulation and self-harm.”

Studies show people are using ChatGPT for mental health advice, diet plans, and even medical guidance. Unlike licensed doctors or therapists, the AI has no accountability, malpractice coverage, or training. The FDA regulates medical devices and digital health apps, but so far has not imposed rules on ChatGPT-like systems, creating a regulatory vacuum.

The U.S. government funds AI research at universities through DARPA, NSF, and other agencies. If those projects involve “human subjects” (e.g., testing how humans interact with AI), they should legally trigger IRB oversight. If experts are right, HHS could terminate every single non-compliant contract tomorrow.

The largest players in the artificial intelligence and large language model (LLM) space are some of the most powerful corporations in the world. OpenAI, backed heavily by Microsoft, operates ChatGPT, which is the most widely used AI chatbot globally with over 100 million active users. Anthropic, founded by former OpenAI executives and funded by Amazon and Google, runs Claude, which markets itself as a safer alternative. Google DeepMind and Google AI developed Gemini (formerly Bard), integrated directly into Google’s search products. Meta (Facebook) has pushed its LLaMA model as open-source, encouraging researchers and developers to adapt it freely. Meanwhile, Amazon has entered the race with its Titan and Bedrock services aimed at enterprise customers.

The legal expert points out, “The potential for harm is so insanely massive, and ultimately, the benefits are minuscule: the benefits are an enhanced search engine.”

AI & LLM roll-outs have been rocky in the past few months. Lawyers have been caught submitting ChatGPT-generated briefs to court, and have been sanctioned as a result. Elon Musk’s Grok was also, briefly, referring to herself as “MechaHitler” and saying that if worshipped anyone, it would be Adolf Hitler.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services was asked to comment for this story, and did not respond by press time.
