The woke CEO of Cracker Barrel has sparked a social media uproar after making an infuriating change to an iconic part of the restaurant chain.

As Yahoo reported, the company on Tuesday announced it was replacing its 47-year-old logo. The old logo shows the restaurant name next to a man sitting on a chair and leaning on a barrel.

Now, the only thing left is the name. No more man and barrel.

But Cracker Barrel CEO Julie Felss Masino defended the change, claiming that customers actually love the rebrand.

“Honestly, the feedback’s been overwhelmingly positive that people like what we’re doing,” she told Good Morning America.

“Cracker Barrel needs to feel like the Cracker Barrel for today and for tomorrow — the things that you love are still there,” Masino added. “We need people to choose us, and we want people to choose us.”

After taking over as CEO a few months following Cracker Barrel’s infamous summer 2023 Pride stunt, Masino has doubled down on alienating the chain’s traditional base as part of an attempted $700 million rebrand.

Last year, Cracker Barrel signed on as one of the sponsors to Nashville Pride and has been engaging with several other LGBTQ organizations.

Christian music has been reportedly removed from the restaurant while beer is now served.

The company also came under fire earlier this year for its DEI program, even as many other major restaurants are distancing themselves from this racist practice.

The response from social media was brutal, with users blasting the logo as horrible noting Masino’s woke past.

On Wednesday, the Texas House of Representatives approved a redistricting plan that hands five additional U.S. House seats to Republicans, cementing the GOP’s dominance in the state delegation from 25 to a potential 30 out of 38 seats.

The Texas House of Representatives passed the congressional redistricting bill by an 88–52 partisan vote.

The Texas House of Representatives neared final passage on Wednesday to House Bill 4, a controversial Republican-backed proposal to redraw the state’s congressional maps and potentially add up to five new GOP-leaning districts.

Entering Wednesday, the bill needed to pass two votes in the House to advance to the Senate. The first vote was 88-52. The House is expected to vote shortly for final passage.

Before the final vote, lawmakers debated a series of amendments offered by Democrats, all of which were rejected by the Republican majority. The bill was the sole item on the agenda for the day’s floor session, which began at 10 a.m.

The Texas Senate, which approved a similar version of the redistricting legislation earlier this week, is scheduled to take up the House-passed bill when it convenes this Thursday at 7 p.m.

If the Senate approves the House version without changes, the legislation could be sent to Gov. Greg Abbott by the end of the week. If not, the two chambers will need to reconcile differences in a conference committee.

Last week, the Texas House failed to achieve quorum for the sixth time since early August, stalling the GOP’s redistricting plan. Only 95 lawmakers showed up for the 10 a.m. session, once again falling short of the 100 needed to reach a quorum.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Texas Governor Greg Abbott threatened the derelict Democrats with arrest and removal from office if they didn’t return to the Capitol.

According to the Associated Press, Texas Democrats won’t return home unless “Texas Republicans end a special session and California releases its own redrawn map proposal.”

According to Texas State Rep. Brian Harrison (R–Waxahachie), the blame lies not just with the Democrats who obstructed the session, but with “weak, feckless” Republican leadership that refused to hold them accountable.

Texas GOP leadership had previously signaled that rogue Democrats would be subject to arrest or removal from committees if they obstructed legislative priorities. But as the dust settles from the first special session, it’s clear: those threats were empty.

Democrats decry the map as a racially discriminatory gerrymander, designed to dilute minority voting power. Meanwhile, Democrat-led states like California are preparing counter‑measures. Far-left Governor Gavin Newsom floated a parallel mid-decade redistricting to offset Texas’s GOP gains.

In a HUGE victory for President Trump and the rule of law, the far-left district court ruling by Biden-appointed Judge Trina Thompson has just been smacked down by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

For years, the left has exploited Temporary Protected Status (TPS), a supposedly “temporary” program, as a backdoor amnesty pipeline, keeping tens of thousands of foreign nationals on U.S. soil long after the disasters and conflicts in their home countries ended.

Instead of encouraging return and rebuilding, Democrats and their activist judge allies turned it into a forever welfare pass.

On Tuesday, a three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit, Judges Hawkins, Callahan, and Miller, granted the government’s motion for a stay, effectively halting Judge Thompson’s July 31 order that had blocked the Trump administration from moving forward with ending TPS for more than 60,000 migrants from Honduras, Nicaragua, and Nepal.

Those individuals had been allowed to remain under extended protections until at least November 18 while litigation over TPS status continues.

The stay now paves the way for the Trump administration to end TPS for:

• 7,000 Nepalis, whose protections expired on August 5, 2025, and
• 54,000 Central Americans—consisting of 51,000 Hondurans and
• 3,000 Nicaraguans—whose TPS is scheduled to expire on September 8, 2025

With the stay in place, these individuals will soon become eligible for removal and lose the ability to legally remain and work in the U.S.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that U.S. District Judge Trina Thompson, who is based in the People’s Republic of San Francisco, barred the Trump Administration from cancelling Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for migrants from the following countries: Nicaragua, Honduras, and Nepal.

The Biden appointee ruled not based on the Constitution but because she saw perceived racial animus. She falsely accused Noem of using terms from “the discriminatory belief that certain immigrant populations will replace the white population,” aka The Great Replacement Theory.

Thompson also called President Trump a racist, pointing to a truthful statement he made in 2023 where he denounced criminal illegal aliens for “poisoning the blood of our country.”

And she accused Trump and Noem without evidence of linking TPS recipients with criminal aliens.

“Color is neither a poison nor a crime,” Thompson said.

“The freedom to live fearlessly, the opportunity of liberty, and the American dream. That is all Plaintiffs seek. Instead, they are told to atone for their race, leave because of their names, and purify their blood,” she added. “The Court disagrees.”

Vice President JD Vance on Wednesday was asked about a new poll that claims DC residents don’t support President Trump’s deployment of national guard troops to restore law and order in DC, and his answer did not disappoint.  

A new Washington Post poll of 604 DC residents, 89% of whom described their neighborhood as an “excellent” or “good” place to live, with 78% describing their neighborhood as safe and 82% opposing Trump, shows that 79% oppose Trump’s federalization of the police and deployment of the National Guard.

The biased poll asked Trump haters and wealthy individuals who are not affected by the high crime in Washington, DC!

When a reporter asked Vance for his response to the poll, Vance said he was “highly skeptical,” before obliterating the leftist pollsters behind the survey.

“I don’t know what poll you’re talking about, maybe the same polls that said Kamala Harris would win the popular vote by 10 points,” he said, a nod to President Trump and him winning the electoral college, popular vote, all seven swing states, and both houses of Congress, despite polls unbelievably saying that Kamala could win the 2024 election.

The rail station serves approximately 100,000 commuters per day to go in and out of the city.

Liberals and Democrats would have you believe that diversity is our strength and that Islamic extremist terrorism is merely a right-wing conspiracy theory. They also claim that other groups commit as many, or even more, terrorist attacks. The numbers tell a very different story.

According to Fondapol, a French think tank, between 1979 and May 2021, at least 48,035 Islamist terrorist attacks took place worldwide, causing more than 210,000 deaths. The overwhelming majority of this violence has occurred in Muslim-majority countries: 86.3% of attacks happened there, accounting for 88.9% of all deaths, over 222,000 lives lost.

ISIS alone has been responsible for enormous casualties. Between 2002 and 2015, groups affiliated with the Islamic State carried out more than 4,900 attacks, killing over 33,000 people and injuring 41,000. Using machine learning analysis, researchers attributed another 15,000 deaths to ISIS since 2007, bringing the total death toll to about 40,000.

Since 2014, Europe has endured more than 20 fatal Islamist terrorist attacks. France was hit hardest between January 2015 and July 2016, suffering eight major incidents, including the January 2015 Île-de-France attacks, the November 2015 Paris attacks that left 130 dead, and the July 2016 Nice truck attack that killed 86. In 2017, the United Kingdom saw three major attacks within four months: the Westminster attack, the Manchester Arena bombing, and the London Bridge attack. According to Europol, 62 people were killed in ten completed jihadist attacks across the European Union that year.

Outside Europe, some of the deadliest incidents were even more devastating. In 2018, the Taliban attack on Ghazni, Afghanistan, killed 466 people after assailants armed with mortars, explosives, and firearms stormed the city. That same year, ISIL was responsible for 1,328 deaths worldwide.

In 2019, the Easter Sunday bombings in Sri Lanka killed 270 people, including at least 45 foreign nationals and five Americans, in coordinated ISIS-related suicide bombings targeting churches and luxury hotels.

In 2021, the Islamic State captured the town of Palma in Mozambique during a 13-day occupation, killing 1,193 people and abducting another 209, for a total of 1,402 victims. This stands as one of the three deadliest Islamist attacks since September 11, 2001.

In 2023, Hamas launched the October 7 attacks on Israeli territory, killing at least 1,195 people, injuring more than 3,400, and kidnapping 251. This was the second deadliest Islamist terrorist event since 9/11.

In 2024, ISIS-K carried out the Crocus City Hall attack in Moscow, killing 149 and injuring over 600 concertgoers—the deadliest terrorist attack on Russian soil since the 2004 Beslan school siege.

In 2025, large-scale massacres of religious minorities were reported in Syria. In March, at least 1,426 Alawite civilians were killed in coastal regions. In July, nearly 1,000 people were killed in Suwayda province, including 588 Druze civilians, 182 of whom were summarily executed by regime forces.

In Africa, the toll has risen sharply. Fatalities linked to Islamist violence jumped 20 percent in the past year, reaching more than 23,000 deaths, a record high. Boko Haram alone has caused over 38,000 deaths in Borno State, Nigeria. In Somalia, al-Shabaab was tied to 6,225 deaths in 2022, up from 2,606 the year before.

South Asia has faced equally devastating losses. Pakistan recorded 490 attacks in 2023 that killed 689 people. In 2024, terrorism-related fatalities in Pakistan surged 45 percent, the largest year-on-year increase in a decade.

The countries most affected by Islamist terrorism include Afghanistan (17,075 attacks), Somalia (10,768), Iraq (8,209), Nigeria (3,950), Syria (3,421), and Pakistan (2,635). Together, these figures show the scale of devastation and the global reach of Islamist extremism.

Liberals claim that Christian white supremacists are the biggest terrorist threat, but in reality, they are a very small fringe group with no elected officials, very few protests, very limited activity, and few attacks. From 2015 to 2025 alone, Islamic extremist groups have killed over 200,000 people across Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and North Africa, and South Asia.

By comparison, white extremists in the United States have been responsible for roughly 520 deaths over the past 30 years. Any attempt to equate the two is grossly misleading. And because white supremacists are often linked to gang activity, the people they killed were largely white and also involved in crime.

Beyond the staggering death toll, Islamic extremist groups have destabilized entire nations. ISIS at its peak controlled 100,000 square kilometers across Iraq and Syria. The Taliban now controls Afghanistan. Boko Haram has torn apart Nigeria and its neighbors. Al-Shabaab continues to dominate parts of Somalia. These organizations have carved out caliphates, imposed parallel governments, and altered the political landscapes of multiple countries. White Christian extremists, by contrast, have never seized territory, built parallel states, or destabilized nations.

The rhetoric is also starkly different. Islamic extremist rallies routinely feature chants of “Death to America,” calls for the destruction of Israel, demands for Sharia law in Western countries, and open incitement to violence against Christians and Jews. White Christian nationalists typically frame themselves as trying to “save” America rather than destroy it, and they do not organize mass rallies calling for genocide.

The statistical evidence is overwhelming: Islamic extremism represents a global threat on a vastly greater scale than any other ideology, measured by deaths, territorial control, and destabilizing power.
