On August 15, YouTube influencer Tatiana Martinez, accused of doxxing ICE agents, was arrested. DHS has identified her as a criminal alien. This reflects a larger problem: many liberals, and even some Democratic lawmakers, have treated doxxing, attacking, or interfering with ICE agents as acceptable simply because they oppose immigration enforcement.

Some Democratic lawmakers have openly engaged in doxxing, defined as publicly revealing someone’s personal information, such as identity, location, or whereabouts, with the intent to harass, threaten, or enable others to target them.

Arizona State Senator Analise Ortiz admitted to sharing ICE locations on social media, writing: “When ICE is around, I will alert my community to stay out of the area.” DHS officials have said this amounts to obstruction, and she could face federal charges.

In California, Rep. Salud Carbajal allegedly exposed the identity of an ICE employee who was later attacked by rioters and sent to the emergency room. And House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries declared: “Every single ICE agent who’s engaged in this aggressive overreach and are trying to hide their identities from the American people will be unsuccessful… every single one of them, no matter what it takes, no matter how long it takes, will of course be identified.”

DHS has pushed back firmly. In a July 11, 2025 press release, Secretary Noem stated: “We will prosecute those who dox ICE agents to the fullest extent of the law. These criminals are taking the side of vicious cartels and human traffickers. We won’t allow it in America.”

ICE’s official website also warns: “Obstructing or otherwise interfering with an ICE arrest is a crime, and anyone involved may be subject to prosecution under federal law.” A further DHS statement emphasized that encouraging others to interfere with arrests is “extremely reckless” and endangers both agents and the public.

These actions fall under several federal statutes, including 18 USC §111, which prohibits interference with federal law enforcement officers, and 18 USC §119, which protects individuals performing official duties by making it illegal to publish restricted personal information with intent to threaten or intimidate.

The details of Tatiana Martinez’s arrest are disturbing, particularly because, despite being a serial offender, she continues to enjoy support from the left. Leidy Tatiana Mafla-Martinez, a Colombian TikTok influencer with more than 37,000 followers, entered the U.S. in 2022 and was previously convicted of driving under the influence in Los Angeles.

According to DHS, she is a “criminal illegal alien from Colombia… released by the Biden administration.” She gained notoriety for livestreaming ICE raids, using her platform to alert immigrant communities in real time and provide updates on enforcement operations. Conservative accounts accused her of doxxing ICE agents by exposing their identities and locations and encouraging followers to interfere.

She was arrested in downtown Los Angeles while livestreaming from her Tesla. Video footage shows federal agents opening her car door, pulling her onto the pavement, and restraining her face down. During the arrest, Martinez claimed shortness of breath, was treated at White Memorial Hospital, and then transferred to an ICE detention facility in Los Angeles. The operation was further complicated when someone unlawfully towed a government vehicle; DHS says the driver will be prosecuted. Martinez remains in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.

In an interview on The Conversation with Dasha Burns, Border Czar Tom Homan addressed the growing controversy over ICE agents wearing masks. He explained that the rise in doxxing websites, which publish the identities of ICE officers and even target their families and children, has put law enforcement in serious danger. Criminal organizations such as Tren de Aragua and MS-13, he said, can use that information to launch attacks.

Homan noted that assaults on ICE agents have surged by more than 700 percent in recent years, making the threat unprecedented compared to other branches of law enforcement. “Name one police agency that’s had a 700 percent increase in assaults,” he challenged.

While police officers also face hostility in the wake of the Defund the Police movement, Homan pointed out that they are not being doxxed at the same scale, nor are their families being targeted. Masks, he said, give ICE personnel a basic layer of protection.

He also dismissed critics who single out ICE for masking their officers while ignoring masked rioters during the BLM unrest or student rioters who laid siege to college campuses. “Has anybody passed legislation saying protesters can’t wear masks while threatening Jewish students or taking over buildings?” he asked, noting that lawmakers seem more focused on vilifying ICE than protecting public safety.

Homan argued that Democrats have deliberately demonized ICE, branding agents as “racist” simply for enforcing the law. He linked this vilification to the fallout from the Biden administration’s open-border policies, which he said have allowed dangerous criminals to be released into the country.

“These men and women are mothers and fathers too,” Homan stressed. “They don’t hang their heart on a hook when they come to work. They’re not beasts. They’re enforcing the law, trying to make this country safe again.”

In response to the attacks and doxxing of ICE agents, Senator Marsha Blackburn introduced the “Protecting Law Enforcement from Doxxing Act.” The bill would make it illegal to publish the name of a federal law enforcement officer with the intent to obstruct an investigation or immigration operation, carrying penalties of up to five years in prison and fines.

Winsome Earle-Sears is the current Republican Lt. Governor of Virginia and the Republican candidate for governor of Virginia. During a recent interview on FOX News with Lara Trump, Sears slammed socialism when the subject of Zohran Mamdani came up.

Sears explained that she has been down that road before, when she was growing up in Jamaica, saying that socialism doesn’t work and that it only leads to empty shelves in grocery stores, as well as no jobs and no money.

Sears came to the United States legally in 1970 and served in the United States Marines in the 1980s.

What we know: This morning there’s a new poll out in the Virginia’s governor’s race.

Democrat Abigail Spanberger leads Republican Winsome Earle-Sears by seven points in the race for Virginia governor, according to a new Roanoke College poll released Tuesday morning.

The survey from the school’s Institute for Policy and Opinion Research shows 46% of likely voters are backing Spanberger compared to 39% for Earle-Sears.

The poll shows that 14% remain undecided, and 1% support another candidate.

Dig deeper: The race has been tightening since May, when Spanberger held a 17-point advantage.

“Many Republicans seem to have ‘come home’ to Earle-Sears since the May poll, but Spanberger’s voters are slightly more enthusiastic about voting and more certain of their vote,” said Harry Wilson, interim director of the Institute.

Sears would be an outstanding governor for Virginia. Spanberger is a liberal swamp Democrat.

CBS has settled the lawsuit brought by President Trump over the creative editing they did with their Kamala Harris interview during the 2024 election. It’s widely believed that the network settled because they did not want Trump’s lawyers to be able to start digging through their internal documents and communications.

During this period of discovery, Trump’s lawyers may have found something even worse and the media couldn’t have that.

One thing that did come out of the lawsuit however, is a claim that when 60 Minutes interviewed President Biden in 2023, he was supposedly drowsy and had to be ‘prodded’ into giving answers. He really is Sleepy Joe. Did Trump call it or what?

Scott Pelley of 60 Minutes interviewed Biden in October 2023, around the same time as the former president’s sit-down with Special Counsel Robert Hur, who later described Biden as a “sympathetic, well-meaning old man with a poor memory.”

Pelley described Biden differently. He attributed any physical or mental problems Biden exhibited during the interview to “a rough week.”

“Biden will be 81 next month,” Pelley said, “and he has said that when he’s tired his lifelong stutter can creep back in, but he wedged us into his schedule to express his commitment to Israel after the massacre of more than a thousand civilians eight days ago.” Redstone told the Times that CBS staffers privately described Biden as “drowsy” during the interview and noted that he “had to be prodded to answer.”

What this confirms is that the media knew what everyone knew about Joe Biden. That his mental capacity was diminished. Yet they all lied and covered it up in an effort to prevent Trump from being reelected. We all knew this but it’s good to get confirmation.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said Tuesday that President Trump wants the U.S.-Mexico border wall to be painted black so that it would be too hot for migrants to climb over.

“Now, if you look at the structure that’s behind me, it’s tall, which makes it very, very difficult to climb, almost impossible. It also goes deep into the ground, which would make it very difficult, if not impossible, to dig under. And today, we are also going to be painting it black. That is specifically at the request of the president, who understands that in the hot temperatures down here, when something is painted black, it gets even warmer, and it will make it even harder for people to climb,” Noem said during a press conference in Santa Teresa, N.M.

Newly released chilling surveillance video shows the moment 42-year-old Bradford James Gille of Afton, Michigan, randomly stabbed 11 innocent people shopping inside of a Traverse City Walmart last month.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Gille has been formally charged with one count of terrorism and 11 counts of assault with intent to murder, as investigators pursue a terror-based indictment.

The attack began near a checkout counter, with Gille wielding a 3½‑inch folding knife, targeting victims at random—men and women, including one Walmart employee.

Eyewitness video shows bystanders, including one armed citizen, confronting the suspect in the parking lot and containing the threat before law enforcement arrived just minutes after the first 911 calls.

According to the sheriff, the 11 victims were:

• 82-year-old man
• 80-year-old woman
• 70-year-old man
• 67-year-old woman
• 65-year-old woman
• 55-year-old man
• Forty-year-old man
