Democrats routinely claim to be defenders of ordinary Americans against Wall Street corruption. Yet, their financial disclosures reveal a pattern of insider trading that dwarfs what they accuse Republicans of doing. 

Insider trading exists on both sides of the aisle, but when Democrats are involved, the media looks the other way and pretends it doesn’t exist.

No example is more blatant than former Speaker Nancy Pelosi. According to financial disclosure reports, Pelosi and her husband, Paul, reported stock trades worth as much as $30 million in technology companies during her time in leadership. 

These trades weren’t random investments. In March 2021, Paul Pelosi exercised Microsoft options valued at up to $5 million, just weeks before the company secured a $22 billion U.S. Army contract for augmented reality headsets. 

In July 2021, he purchased shares of Alphabet worth between $1 million and $5 million while the House was debating legislation on Big Tech regulation. Later that year, he bought up to $3.3 million in Tesla stock as Democrats pushed for billions in electric vehicle subsidies. 

Pelosi repeatedly called criticism “nonsense,” but the profits are undeniable.

Former Senator Dianne Feinstein, who held her seat for over three decades, also faced serious scrutiny. 

In early 2020, as the Senate was receiving private briefings about the looming COVID-19 crisis, Feinstein’s husband sold between $1.5 million and $6 million in biotech stock. 

While Republicans like Senator Richard Burr were forced to step down from committee leadership for similar trades, Feinstein walked away untouched. The FBI quietly dropped its investigation. 

Representative Susie Lee of Nevada reported over 200 stock transactions worth up to $3.3 million in 2020 alone, many involving companies directly impacted by pandemic legislation. 

In the same year, Lee personally lobbied for pandemic relief for the gaming industry, while her husband’s casino business benefited from federal loans. 

Similarly, Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, who brands himself as a crusader against corporate greed, disclosed multiple trades in energy companies even while voting on climate legislation designed to alter the industry’s fortunes.

The numbers don’t lie. A 2022 analysis by Unusual Whales, a market watchdog, revealed that Democrat members of Congress beat the market average by more than 15%. 

Republicans also saw abnormal returns, but Democrats led the pack. 

Pelosi ranked among the top 10 most profitable lawmakers on Capitol Hill, her portfolio outperforming the S&P 500 by double digits in 2021. 

For all their talk about protecting democracy, Democrats have used privileged information to generate Wall Street-level profits while working families face inflation and stagnant wages.

Even more telling is how Democrats weaponize accusations of corruption selectively. 

Adam Schiff, who built his career attacking Republicans as unethical and corrupt, has faced allegations of financial impropriety himself. 

A recent referral accused him of falsifying property records to secure favorable mortgage terms on a Maryland home, while still claiming a California residence for tax exemptions. 

Schiff has called for tighter rules on Republicans, yet never supported legislation that would ban members of Congress from trading individual stocks. That silence speaks volumes.

The hypocrisy extends to media coverage. When then-Senator Kelly Loeffler, a Republican from Georgia, faced accusations of insider trading during the COVID-19 pandemic, the press gave it wall-to-wall attention. 

Meanwhile, Feinstein’s husband moved millions out of the market at the same time, yet most networks ignored it. When Pelosi’s trades were exposed, the headlines disappeared within a day. 

The result is a two-tier system: Republican scandals are magnified, Democrat ones are buried.

By controlling legislation, hearings, and regulatory schedules, Democrats create the conditions for their investments to flourish. Then, through silence from their media allies, they insulate themselves from accountability.

The numbers, the timing, and the profits all point in one direction: insider trading is not an occasional slip by Democrats. Until voters demand accountability, Democrat politicians will continue to enrich themselves in the stock market while lecturing Americans about fairness.

6The Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office is still searching for a Texas home invader who allegedly bit off a victim’s earlobe last week.

Investigators said the alleged perpetrator, 39-year-old Joshua Taylor, is likely still in Kaufman County, KDFW-TV in Dallas reported Wednesday.

The incident happened in the early hours of one Sunday morning earlier this month, when Taylor reportedly entered the home of a 63-year-old man without permission.

Taylor then allegedly beat the man.

“In the process of the assault, he bit his left earlobe, biting off a large portion of his earlobe,” investigator Chad Higgins told KDFW-TV.

Body camera footage showed deputies approaching the 63-year-old’s home after the incident.

Taylor had reportedly attacked the same man in June, though police didn’t say why.

Taylor currently has two warrants for his arrest, but in years past he’s been arrested by law enforcement numerous times in Kaufman County, according to KDFW-TV.

“I need the public to tell me where we can find this individual, if they know where he’s at,” Higgins said.

“He is covered in tattoos. He has tattoos all along one of his arms, all around his torso,” Higgins said.

“The main tattoo that sticks out in my mind that he has in the front of his torso is a derogatory remark towards the police,” he said.

Apparently, ear-biting is not as uncommon as one may think.

For instance, in Lincoln, Nebraska, Erick Hernandez, 26, allegedly bit off part of a man’s ear after hitting him with a bicycle tire pump, KOLN in Lincoln reported Tuesday.

After bystanders broke up the fight, Hernandez picked the severed ear off the ground and placed it on the bumper of a nearby parked trailer.

He was later charged with first-degree assault.

In May, police in Oneonta, New York, arrested Pierce Tobin, 31, for allegedly biting off part of someone’s ear, according to a New York State Police news release.

The incident happened at Homer Folks Facility, where a staff member told Tobin he was not allowed to smoke.

Tobin reportedly punched the staff member in the face before biting off part of their ear.

It’s unclear from the news release whether Tobin was a resident at the facility, but he was later taken to Otsego County Jail.

Recognizing the deep corruption and cartel influence inside Mexico’s government, President Trump has pressured Mexico not only to extradite cartel prisoners for sentencing in the U.S., but also to investigate politicians with cartel ties, and extradite them as well.

So far, Mexico has expelled 55 high-ranking cartel figures in two major transfers: 29 in February and 26 this week. Notable figures include Abigael González Valencia, a leader of Los Cuinis and brother-in-law of CJNG boss “El Mencho”; Servando “La Tuta” Gómez, former head of the Knights Templar cartel; Roberto Salazar, wanted for the 2008 murder of a Los Angeles sheriff’s deputy; and Rafael Caro Quintero, implicated in the 1985 murder of a U.S. DEA agent. Others have ties to the Sinaloa Cartel, CJNG, and other violent groups.

The Trump administration has designated CJNG, Sinaloa, MS-13, and six other cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, with Attorney General Pam Bondi pledging severe consequences for those extradited. Mexico’s Security Minister Omar García Harfuch said the transfers were meant to stop cartel bosses from running operations from prison.

The extraditions took place against the backdrop of Trump’s tariff threats, which he suspended for 90 days after opening negotiations with President Claudia Sheinbaum. While Sheinbaum has cooperated on security, she insists the decisions are sovereign and rejects any prospect of U.S. military intervention. Mexican officials maintain the transfers are unrelated to trade talks, yet Trump’s strategy is clearly yielding results.

According to sources, Secretary of State Marco Rubio repeatedly pressed Mexico to investigate politicians suspected of cartel ties, warning that tariffs could return if it failed to act. Among the names raised was Baja California Governor Marina del Pilar Ávila, a member of Sheinbaum’s Morena party.

In May 2025, the U.S. government revoked Ávila’s tourist visa along with that of her husband, Carlos Torres Torres. The governor announced the decision on social media, calling it “an administrative decision, not an accusation,” and emphasizing that “there is no crime, there is no offense.” The U.S. Embassy declined to provide reasons, citing confidentiality of visa records.

At the same time, investigative outlet Semanario Zeta reported that Torres and his brother, Luis Alfonso Torres Torres, were under investigation for fuel theft and trafficking (“huachicol”), allegedly involving stolen fuel smuggled from Texas into Mexico. Luis Torres previously served as administrator of the Tijuana customs office under President Felipe Calderón. During his tenure, allegations surfaced that millions of dollars were funneled through customs to Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán.

Adding to the controversy, a 2019 photograph resurfaced showing Governor Ávila embracing Emmanuel “El Botas” Serrano, an alleged operative of Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada of the Sinaloa Cartel, during her mayoral campaign in Mexicali. Her office dismissed the image as meaningless, stating that “hundreds of people approach to take a photo” during campaigns.

The visa cancellation of a sitting Mexican governor marked an unprecedented diplomatic rift. Analysts note it reflects a broader Trump administration policy of imposing travel restrictions on Mexican politicians suspected of “drug corruption.”

Oscar El Blue Ramirez, a journalist and immigration correspondent specializing in Mexican cartels, said recent investigations into cartel activities have only advanced because of pressure from President Trump.

“If it was Biden, there would be no investigation whatsoever,” Ramirez argued. Since Trump returned to office, he added, two major cross-border tunnels have been closed. These tunnels, he speculated, had been used to traffic large quantities of fentanyl, cocaine, and even “exotic extracontinental migrants” from countries such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, and Iran. Ramirez noted that one of the sealed tunnels is now under National Guard control.

He contrasted Trump’s approach with that of President Sheinbaum, accusing her of using liberal ideology to deflect blame. According to Ramirez, Sheinbaum has framed Trump’s anti-cartel campaign as an attempt by “the white man” and the United States to invade Mexico and undermine its sovereignty.

He described this narrative as misinformation, recycled from historic grievances about U.S.-Mexico relations, and claimed it was intended to rally nationalist sentiment among young people while shielding corruption and political allies.

Ramirez also criticized the Mexican liberal press, saying it reinforced Sheinbaum’s message, and drew parallels with U.S. left-wing movements. He pointed to groups such as La Raza and Chicano activists who burn American flags while waving the Mexican flag, which he argued violates Mexico’s own constitution. Articles 54 and 288, he said, prohibit tampering with the national flag and prescribe federal prison sentences for such actions. In his view, this activism sends a distorted political message in the United States and damages Mexico’s image abroad.

According to Ramirez, conditions along the border have “significantly” improved under Trump. He described the change as dramatic, noting that both Mexican citizens near the wall and U.S. border communities feel safer. “You remember when citizens were saying, ‘Oh my God, it’s so dangerous, we cannot have a life, armed men are crossing through our homes’? Now you don’t see that,” he said.

Ramirez credited the cooperation between Mexico’s National Guard and U.S. forces for sealing open border gaps and responding swiftly to incursions. In one case, he recalled, a man trying to scale the wall was forced back after a U.S. helicopter intercepted him.

He added that cartel-related protests that once erupted regularly at the border have also declined. The strategy of dismantling cartel networks, he said, is “taking the heads off the snakes.” Still, Ramirez argued that real progress will only come by targeting corruption at the political level. “We need to eliminate the dirty politicians,” he said, emphasizing that cartel power endures through its political protection.

Each time, he explained, when Trump threatened to reinforce the border or send U.S. forces, the Mexican government responded by transferring cartel bosses. But, Ramirez warned, “now she doesn’t have any more” leaders left to hand over. For him, the next step is clear: expose and extradite corrupt politicians so that future elections can produce “real officials to represent our country.”

A crackdown on serving governors or legislators would mark a dramatic escalation of anti-cartel cooperation, but it also poses political risks for Sheinbaum, as allegations involve members of her own party. Washington has long accused Mexico of shielding politicians linked to organized crime, but constitutional protections and prosecutorial independence make such cases difficult to pursue.

Two brothers in St. Louis are being sued in Federal Court by the DOJ for reportedly violating the city’s discriminatory DEI policies. This case must be dropped.

Background

A century ago, St. Louis was one of the greatest cities in the world, hosting the 1904 World’s Fair and Olympics. Today St. Louis is a crime-ridden wasteland run by a corrupt Democrat machine.

When you drive through the neighborhoods between the city’s downtown and airport, you will see empty buildings and homes made of brick either boarded up, burnt down, or boarded up and then burnt down.  The inner city of St. Louis is a disaster.

Cities across the country have tried to address the problem of destroyed neighborhoods by encouraging building of residencies throughout their cities.  St. Louis is no exception.

However, under the watch of pro-BLM radical mayor Tishaura Jones, St. Louis had the highest murder rate in the country, and the steepest population loss as families left by the thousands to escape the chaos. Things are so bad that the state had to step in and take control of the city’s police force.

But what were Jones and the Democrats who run the city focused on? Not crime, or development, or quality of life – They focus on pushing Reparations, Closing prisons, Installing a “Deputy Mayor for Racial Equity”, and creating a Rube-Goldberg-machine DEI program that encourages graft and grinds development to a halt.

Even though Jones was tossed on her ear in a historic landslide defeat in April—losing by 30 points—progressive prosecutor Hal Goldsmith is still pushing to send minority builders to jail for the “crime” of trying to navigate the city’s ridiculous DEI maze.

The Case Against Brothers Sid Chakraverty and Vic Alston

A building company owned by brothers Sid Chakraverty and Vic Alston stepped up to develop housing in blighted areas of St. Louis.  Even though the brothers are themselves racial minorities and worked with a number of minority- and women-owned subcontractors on the buildings, progressive crusader Goldsmith and the DOJ indicted them on fraud charges for the alleged “crime” of not filling out their DEI reports accurately.

Let’s be clear: the city got what they wanted. Brand-new quality buildings in blighted areas. No money misused. No investors robbed. The only “victim” even alleged is the DEI bureaucracy—the St. Louis Development Corporation—charged with administering the racial quota system.

However, progressive prosecutor Goldsmith (below), and former mayor Tishaura Jones were obsessed with “racial justice” at the expense of real justice. In a similar prosecution from a few years back Goldsmith, described the DEI program as intended “to right the wrong … of years and years of racism” and that the City should be “merciless” in enforcing it.

Illegal and Unconstitutional DEI Racism

This year the city of St. Louis was forced to shut down the same DEI program Sid and Vic are being charged with misleading. Why? Because the Supreme Court has declared racial discrimination in the name of DEI unconstitutional. And the Trump DOJ is going after local governments and institutions for violating the Constitution.

In early August the newly elected Mayor of St. Louis announced that the city’s DEI policy was a great step forward –

However, the city would pause the policy as of August 4th.  Here is the mayor’s letter.

Progressive crusader Goldsmith, who was sidelined under the first Trump administration and seems to be hoping the new DOJ won’t notice he’s back, is still trying to jail people for not meeting the kind of racist quota system the Supreme Court just gutted in Students for Fair Admissions and that the Trump Administration is actively dismantling via executive order.

And there’s likely more Supreme Court action to come. Justice Clarence Thomas in a righteous opinion in Kousisis v. United States, made clear that DEI compliance statements can’t be used to establish fraud, not only because race is immaterial to actually building buildings but because DEI quotas (or “goals” as the city of St. Louis deceptively call them) are themselves unlawful. That means if a case like Vic’s and Sid’s comes to the Court, they are likely to get at least five votes and a win.

Donald Trump and Pam Bondi should be suing the city of St. Louis for its racist and illegal DEI policies.  Individuals like Vic and Sid who are trying to build things should not be imprisoned in a corrupt system.

Exposing DEI Incompetence and Corruption

Vic and Sid’s case looks worse and worse the more you dig into the details of how St. Louis runs its DEI maze. The “goals” the city set up for minority participation were just a bureaucratic trap, vague and constantly changing, with regulators seemingly making it up as they went along, saying “we don’t have written processes” and “whatever we say it is, that’s what it’s going to be.” How do you comply with that? You don’t. The arbitrariness is the point.

Internal communications show DEI regulators couldn’t even agree about which industry practices counted for purposes of racial point-scoring. So how were businessowners supposed to know?

The rules changed on Sid and Vic from one project to the next, in absurd and obviously racist ways. For one thing, the city started requiring a certain percentage of sub-contractors be black, specifically, and stopped counting South Asians (like Sid and Vic) as minorities even though South Asians make up less than 4 percent of the city. They also required a ridiculous “0.5 percent” of work to be done by Native Americans, even though there are zero recognized Native American tribes in St. Louis, or Missouri as a whole.

The same politicians who pushed these DEI programs have themselves been under investigation or charged with misconduct. Amazingly, Goldsmith prosecuted the three cosponsors of a city ordinance at the center of this case. Now he wants to jail others for trying to navigate their DEI labyrinth.

New mayor Cara Spencer—also a Democrat but not as rabid as Tishaura Jones— quickly tossed Jones’s handpicked “equity” obsessed leader from the St. Louis Development Corporation. 

President Trump and AG Bondi Must Drop the Charges and End the DEI Witch Hunt against St. Louis workers. 

There is no victim, no theft, nothing missing or lost. This is a politically motivated prosecution driven by the desire to protect a collapsing DEI program, not uphold justice.

Federal law is being weaponized to enforce an unconstitutional policy—and even the City of St. Louis is backing away from it.

This is a test of whether prosecutors can criminalize disagreement with race-based compliance bureaucracy. The Supreme Court has already spoken. The Constitution—not DEI—should rule.

The corrupt corporate media never stops pushing its tired, anti-Trump narratives, and this weekend, CBS’s Face the Nation host Margaret Brennan embarrassed herself yet again.

During an interview with Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Brennan flat-out peddled the fake news line that European leaders are flying into Washington because they are “concerned” President Trump might bully Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky into signing a peace agreement.

“You know there’s concern from the Europeans that President Zelenskyy is going to be bullied into signing something away. That’s why you have these European leaders coming as backup tomorrow,” Brennan claimed.

But Rubio wasn’t having it. He immediately shut down Brennan’s nonsense.

“No, it isn’t. That’s not why they’re coming back. That’s not true. They’re not coming here tomorrow to keep Zelensky from being bullied,” Rubio shot back, dismantling Brennan’s fantasy storyline.

Rubio reminded Brennan that the United States and European partners have been in constant talks, with numerous meetings with Zelensky and his team, and that these visits were planned and coordinated, not some emergency mission to rescue Zelensky from Trump.

But Brennan, desperate to keep the anti-Trump script alive, doubled down, dredging up February’s Oval Office meeting and painting a picture of Trump humiliating Zelensky on camera.

Rubio swiftly dismantled that line of attack too, pointing out that there have been far more constructive meetings with Ukraine than the media pretends, and that Trump is focused on one thing the media clearly doesn’t care about, ending the war.

Margaret Brennan:
That February Oval Office meeting in front of television cameras where President Zelenskyy was dressed down.

Marco Rubio:
You know how many meetings we had since then?

Margaret Brennan:
I know. I was just up in Alaska watching. That’s the one with Vladimir Putin, where the red carpet rolls out for the rest of the leaders.

Marco Rubio:
No, but with Zelenskyy. We’ve had more meetings. We’ve had one meeting with Putin and like a dozen meetings with Zelenskyy. But that’s not true. They’re not coming here tomorrow to keep Zelenskyy from being bullied. They’re coming here tomorrow because we’ve been working with the Europeans. We talked to them last week. There were meetings in the UK over the previous weekend.

Margaret Brennan:
And they said President Trump is going to demand a ceasefire.

Marco Rubio:
The President talked to these leaders as early as Thursday. But you said that they’re coming here tomorrow to keep Zelenskyy from being bullied. They’re not coming here tomorrow. This is such a stupid media narrative — that they’re coming here tomorrow because Trump is going to bully Zelenskyy into a bad deal. We’ve been working with these people for weeks on this stuff. They’re coming here tomorrow because they chose to come here tomorrow. We invited them to come. We invited them to come. The President invited them to come.
