German politician Sahra Wagenknecht has urged Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to provide testimony regarding the 2022 Nord Stream pipeline explosions.

As leader of the left-wing Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance (BSW), she insists on a parliamentary investigative committee to examine the incident. Her demands follow recent arrests that point to Ukrainian involvement in the sabotage.

The Nord Stream pipelines, which transported natural gas from Russia to Germany under the Baltic Sea, were damaged by explosions in September 2022.

A 49-year-old Ukrainian national was arrested in Italy on August 21, 2025, following a European arrest warrant issued by Germany.

The suspect, identified as Serhii K. in some reports, faces charges of causing an explosion, anti-constitutional sabotage, and destruction of infrastructure. He was detained while vacationing with his family in the Rimini province and is awaiting extradition to Germany.

The arrest stems from evidence linking the man to a small team that allegedly used a yacht named Andromeda to place explosives on the pipelines.

Investigators believe he coordinated the operation, which involved Ukrainian divers operating from the vessel in the Baltic Sea. Reports indicate the suspect had served in Ukraine’s military, adding a layer to the ongoing probe.

This development follows an earlier warrant in June 2024 for another Ukrainian suspect, Volodymyr Z., who reportedly fled Poland to Ukraine after authorities there failed to act on the alert.

Polish prosecutors cited issues with the suspect’s address not being registered and deferred to their internal security service. All known suspects are now believed to be in Ukraine, complicating extradition efforts.

Wagenknecht argues that the operation likely involved state backing from Ukraine and possibly the U.S. under the Biden administration.

Wagenknecht references investigative journalist Seymour Hersh’s reports, which allege U.S. complicity in the sabotage.

Wagenknecht has called for the establishment of a parliamentary investigative committee to examine the incident’s full background. If Ukraine’s involvement is confirmed, she suggests Germany should seek compensation and reconsider its aid to Kyiv.

She also advocates for repairing and recommissioning the pipelines to resume imports of Russian gas as a cost-effective energy source.

The sabotage disrupted a key energy supply route, leading to higher gas prices in Europe and reliance on alternatives like U.S. liquefied natural gas.

Russia has repeatedly called for inclusion in the investigations, filing complaints over Germany’s handling of the case. No official evidence has linked the attacks to any government, though theories persist across various sources.

Ongoing probes by German federal prosecutors continue to gather evidence, with no charges yet filed against higher-level officials.

The incident remains classified as potential state-sponsored terrorism by some observers. International cooperation has been limited, with Russia excluded from joint efforts by Western nations.

The arrest has renewed debates on accountability amid Germany’s substantial military and financial support for Ukraine since 2022. Wagenknecht’s party emphasizes the economic impact on Germany, including lost access to affordable energy.

Last week, officials dismantled a large illegal marijuana grow operation concealed deep within Sequoia National Park in California, removing thousands of plants and nearly a ton of hazardous waste that had damaged the wilderness.

The National Park Service (NPS) reported on Thursday that crews extracted 2,377 mature marijuana plants and approximately 2,000 pounds of trash and equipment from a site affecting about 13 acres of protected California parkland.

Much of the material was manually removed and airlifted by helicopter by NPS law enforcement rangers and Bureau of Land Management special agents.

Authorities noted that the operation showed signs of a sophisticated drug-trafficking network, a problem that has affected Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks for nearly two decades. Over this period, officials have eradicated nearly 300,000 plants, valued at an estimated $850 million, from the two parks.

Law enforcement rangers detected and raided the site in 2024, but were unable to rehabilitate it until this year due to the presence of hazardous chemicals.

NPS crews returned to complete the removal of the crops and discovered a semi-automatic pistol as well as the presence of the banned insecticide Methamidophos.

Methamidophos was banned in the U.S. in 2009 due to its high acute toxicity and potential health risks to humans, wildlife, and the environment. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) identified it as an organophosphate pesticide with significant risks, including neurotoxic effects from exposure, which could potentially lead to serious health issues or death.

NPS reports the damage to the approximately 13-acre area includes: 

• Diversion of the natural flow of water from a nearby creek and installation of irrigation lines.
• Construction of several large pits to store diverted water from a nearby creek .
• Significant clearing of natural vegetation.
• Digging of terraces into the hillside for planting of marijuana.
• Development of campsites, kitchen areas, and cultivation sites in a wilderness area.
• Evidence of poaching activity.
• Illegally maintained trails covering approximately two miles.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.

Giuliani, himself rushed to the scene, narrowly escaping being crushed when the towers fell. He coordinated emergency response efforts and inspired global admiration for his composure and compassion during New York’s darkest hours. He was coined, “America’s Mayor,” He was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II, dubbed “Rudy the Rock” by French President Jacques Chirac, and awarded the Ronald Reagan Presidential Freedom Award by Nancy Reagan.

In 2008, Giuliani campaigned for the Republican nomination for President of the United States, contributing significantly to the national conversation on security, healthcare, and economic reform.

In recent years, Giuliani joined President Donald Trump’s legal team during the investigation into the Fake Russian collusion and public opinion was biased due to false news reports. Mayor Giuliani was instrumental in turning public opinion around by presenting facts. This included repeatedly going on ‘angry’ shows that were not presenting the truth. It was long known by the FBI that the DNC and others made up the Russian Collusion story.

During the election of 2020 many citizens stated they witnessed fraud. Giuliani was called to help in Pennsylvania the day after the election. Republican poll watchers were denied access to inspect and view ballots that were being counted. It was difficult to get legal help as the hateful radical left were threatening law firms. President Trump asked for Giuliani’s help in sorting out the massive concerns about voter fraud. In the eleventh hour, Giuliani had to stand in on one court case and the judge did not want to hear from witnesses.

Giuliani has remained active in media and business. He hosts two nightly shows—The Rudy Giuliani Show on LindellTV.com and America’s Mayor Live, on X and Newsmax 2.

He also owns a premium coffee brand, Rudy.Coffee, and continues to advise on business ventures that align with his values.

One of the most radical Democratic candidates for office in America seemingly issued a call for violence against President Trump and his supporters yesterday.

As WMUK reported, Senator Bernie Sanders (Socialist-VT) visited Kalamazoo, Michigan, on Saturday as part of his “Fighting Oligarchy” speaking tour.

While there, Comrade Bernie was joined by Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Dr. Abdul El-Sayed, a Muslim and fellow socialist.

While speaking at Western Michigan University’s Miller Auditorium before thousands of Bernie fans, El-Sayed bragged about his ability to supposedly challenge the establishments of both parties before his speech took a dark turn.

“We need Democrats who have the courage to stand up to the power brokers in our own party, let alone Trump and his goons,” El-Sayed said to wild applause. “We don’t back down.”

“When they go low, we don’t go high,” he added as the crowd continued to roar. “We take them to the mud and choke them out!”

Making this episode more disturbing is the fact that El-Sayed is not some obscure long-shot candidate. Early polls show him neck-and-neck in the Democrat primary with presumed Senate frontrunner, Rep. Haley Stevens.

His campaign has also brought in $1.8 million in the second quarter of 2025, more than Stevens, and is raking in $24,000 per day.

In addition to his caustic language, El-Sayed’s platform is a far-left dream. He supports abolishing private health insurance, abortion on demand, backs Hamas in its war against Israel, raising taxes, and gender identity propaganda.

Rep Byron Donalds was on “Sunday Morning Futures” with host Maria Bartiromo to discuss the bad actors within government that are being held to account for past actions that includes lawfare against President Trump.

“How would you assess all of this? Is this finally accountability? What shall we expect?” Bartiromo asked.

“This is accountability. Number one, people who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones,” Donalds said.

“The law will be upheld. Justice will be done. There is not going to be a picking and choosing, the way it was done under Nancy Pelosi, under Joe Biden, and the Democrat party where they were just using the Justice Department and the intelligence community to go after their chief political rival,” Byrons continued.

“Does that mean that the five-year statute of limitations doesn’t apply?” Bartiromo asked regarding Russia collusion conspiracy.

“The statute of limitations I’m gonna leave that to Attorney General Bondi and her team,” Byrons said.

“You have much more than conspiracy Maria, you have a weaponization of the FISA court system, even as far back as President Trump’s 2016 campaign,” Donalds said.

Bartiromo commented that the Russia collusion hoax put President Trump on defense and took the focus off of other important foreign policy issues such as dealing with communist China.

“While your colleagues on the left were trying to take down their political enemy, and attack President Trump with all of these made-up stories, they were ignoring things like communist China,” Bartiromo said.

“How did they build up all of those supply chains? Well, our lawmakers were focusing on politics,” Bartiromo continued.

“This is one of the most destructive things from this era of Democrat leadership. They were more concerned about power here in the United States than making sure that the United States remained the number one economic and military power on the globe,” Donalds said.

Rep Donalds explained that communist China was empowered under the Democrats because they were more interested in attacking President Trump than protecting the United States from foreign influence on our soil.

“The Chinese made great gains under Democrat leadership, buying farmland in the United States, buying land next to key military installations in the United States. This is what was happening under the Democrat party,” Donalds explained.
