FBI Director Kash Patel testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on the FBI’s handling of the Epstein files and the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
Patel sparred with Democrat Senators Mazie Hirono, Cory Booker, and others during Tuesday’s hearing.
Democrat Senator Adam Schiff asked Kash Patel why Ghislaine Maxwell was transferred to a lower security prison after meeting with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and Patel went off on him.
Todd Blanche recently interviewed Ghislaine Maxwell about Jeffrey Epstein and the people tied to the deceased financier and pedophile.
Shortly after the interview, Blanche transferred Maxwell to a lower security prison.
Adam Schiff implied Todd Blanche and the Justice Department was involved in the decision to relocate Maxwell to a minimum security prison.
Kash Patel went off on Schiff and called him the biggest fraud to ever sit in the US Senate.
“You are the biggest fraud to ever sit in the United States Senate. You are a disgrace to this institution and an utter coward!” Kash Patel said.
“I’m not surprised that you continue to lie from your perch and put on a show so you can go raise money for your charade. You are a political buffoon at best,” Patel said.

Utah authorities on Tuesday announced seven charges against Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson. They will also be seeking the death penalty.
Tyler Robinson, 22, was taken into custody last Friday for assassinating TPUSA founder and conservative political activist Charlie Kirk during an event at Utah Valley University.
Robinson will be held without bail.
“I am filing a notice of intent to seek the death penalty. I do not take this decision lightly, and it is a decision I have made… based solely on the available evidence and circumstances and nature of the crime,” Utah County District Attorney Jeff Gray said during a press conference.
Robinson was charged with:
– Count 1: Aggravated murder (capital offense)
– Count 2: Felony reckless discharge of a firearm causing bodily injury
– Count 3: Felony obstruction of justice for hiding the firearm
– Count 4: Felony obstruction of justice for discarding the clothing he wore during the shooting
– Count 5: Witness tampering for asking roommate to delete incriminating messages
– Count 6: Witness temperating for demanding trans roommate stay silent, and not speak to police
– Count 7: Commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child

FBI Director Kash Patel on Monday evening revealed that Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson wrote in a text that if he had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, he would do it, saying, “some hatred cannot be negotiated with.”
Patel disclosed the text messages while appearing on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show.
“A text message exchange where he, the suspect, specifically stated that he had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and he was going to do that, and when he was asked why, he said, ‘Some hatred cannot be negotiated with,’” Kash Patel said.
Tyler Robinson confessed in a Discord group chat with his friends two hours before he was taken into custody: “It was me at UVU yesterday.”

The Joliet Antifa group is the same terrorist organization that has repeatedly threatened conservative activists and ICE in Chicago.
They mocked the death of Charlie Kirk.
The local Chicago Antifa Terry Newsome, a conservative activist and parent from the Chicago suburbs. Several individuals and accounts associated with Antifa have openly threatened Terry over for his conservative activism.
The local Antifa is particularly sensitive to his opposition to LGBTQ-inclusive education policies, drag events for children, and more recently, illegal immigration and related issues.
It appears Antifa and Trans radicals – Trantifa – are joining together in several cities across the US.

On Tuesday, the Senate’s biggest showboat had one of the biggest meltdowns in Senate history during a clash with FBI Director Kash Patel.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Patel appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee for an annual oversight hearing of the FBI on Tuesday morning. He has come under fire for his initial handling of the Kirk assassination by a radical left terrorist.
During the hearing, Senator Cory “Spartacus” Booker (D-NJ) humiliated the entire country after getting called out by Patel for his vicious lies and bullying throughout the hearing, including comments about the firings of compromised FBI agents and immigration.
After getting caught, Booker started screaming like a madman at Patel. The FBI Director, though, held his ground.

The exchange between Patel and Booker is a textbook example of this old truism: To anger a conservative, tell him a lie. To anger a liberal, tell him the truth.
Once the lies of the left are exposed and they react with fury, conservatives win the argument.

In 2022, U.S. Navy SEAL Derrick Van Orden flipped a Democrat seat in the US House to the GOP in Wisconsin. While Van Orden spoke with reporters following Charlie Kirk’s assassination, he made it very clear the role they played in amping up violent rhetoric and actions just days after the murder and before the identity of the shooter was confirmed.

A reporter attempted to interject, but Van Orden fired back, “Just be quiet!”
“You are responsible for this because you are echoing the horrifically horrible, political, violent rhetoric that’s being produced by the Democrat Party. Every single one of you here.”
A reporter asked, “How can you say that when you don’t even know who the shooter is?”
“You’re at fault,” he continued.
“You know what? Knock it off.”
A reporter asked, “Do you believe Republicans have problematic….” but Van Orden continued. “You are responsible for that assassination yesterday, and you should be ashamed of yourself.”
“It’s disgusting.”
