President Trump speaks at the 2026 RNC Midterm Convention -September 9, 2026

President Trump mercilessly trolled Texas Democratic Senate Nominee James Talarico on Wednesday while headlining the RNC’s 2026 midterm convention with a new gem.

Trump employed some innuendo to highlight Talarico’s opposition to carnivores and his obsession with “beating meat.”

Talarico infamously declared his 2022 campaign for Texas State House a “non-meat campaign,” vowing, “We are only buying vegan products from our local vegan businesses.” He said it was “the right thing to do” for the climate.

“He was also somebody that hated eating meat. He ran a campaign to beat meat. He called it ‘beat meat!’” Trump said of the Texas Democrat.

“I don’t know what the hell he meant by that.”

Trump then told the crowd, “But it was bad for his image, so he started eating meat!” as Vice President JD Vance, House Speaker Mike Johnson, and administration officials lost it on the sideline.

“It’s getting worse. I’m getting myself in trouble,” Trump added, laughing.

This would normally be inappropriate to say about a political opponent, but it’s 100% true! And it was not nearly as bad as the sexual degeneracy exhibited by the left on a daily basis.

Triggered liberals will probably call Trump homophobic now.

These people are going to tell me, ‘what the hell is he– he wants to beat meat?’ But it was bad for his image, so he started eating meat!

And he recently, hahaha. It’s getting worse. I’m getting myself in trouble. It’s getting worse.
