Legendary actor Robert Redford passed away early Tuesday morning at his home in Utah at the age of 89.
The two-time Oscar winner began his Hollywood career as an actor and later gained recognition as a director.
Over his more than 60 years in Hollywood, Redford received two Oscars, five Golden Globes, the Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award, Kennedy Center Honors and the Presidential Medal of Freedom. In 1981, Redford founded the Sundance Institute to foster “new voices in American storytelling” and champion independent stories for the screen.
Redford’s films include “Butch Cassidy and the Sundace Kid” (1969), “The Sting” (1973), “The Way We Were” (1973) and “All the President’s Men” (1976).
“Robert Redford passed away on September 16, 2025, at his home at Sundance in the mountains of Utah — the place he loved, surrounded by those he loved,” Berger said in a statement. “He will be missed greatly. The family requests privacy.”
Robert Redford has died at 89 years old.
The film icon starred in classic movies such as “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid” and “All the President’s Men,” won an Oscar for directing “Ordinary People” and founded the Sundance Film Institute.https://t.co/MLJnHZHcWgpic.twitter.com/bAZBLVKj1W
In 2017, Redford told Esquire UK how he’d like to be remembered, saying, “For the work. What really matters is the work. And what matters to me is doing the work. I’m not looking at the back end: ‘What am I going to get out of this? What’s going to be the reward?’ I’m just looking at the work, the pleasure of being able to do the work.”
“And that’s what the fun is: to climb up the mountain is the fun, not standing at the top,” Redford continued. “There’s nowhere to go. But climbing up, that struggle, that to me is where the fun is. That to me is the thrill.
His last on-screen acting job was reprising his role as Secretary Alexander Pierce in “Avengers: Endgame” (2019).
Redford was also known for his outspoken liberal views and involvement in politics.
He is survived by his wife, Sibylle Szaggars, and four children.
Over 100 Radical Leftist Teachers in Texas Will Have Their Certificates SUSPENDED and Face PERMANENT BAN from Public Schools After Celebrating Charlie Kirk’s Assassination and Calling for More Violence

More than 100 Texas educators are now facing the end of their teaching careers after posting vile, hateful, and violent content celebrating the assassination of conservative leader Charlie Kirk.
Governor Greg Abbott announced on Sunday that the Texas Education Agency (TEA) has begun investigations into teachers who cheered Kirk’s murder and even incited additional violence online.
Abbott confirmed that these educators will not only have their teaching certifications suspended but will also be permanently barred from working in Texas public schools.
In a strongly worded letter to superintendents, TEA Commissioner Mike Morath condemned the educators’ despicable behavior, noting that such conduct may constitute violations of the Educators’ Code of Ethics.
He confirmed that all documented cases have been referred to TEA’s Educator Investigations Division.
The letter reads:
“TEA has been made aware of some Texas public school educators that have posted and/or shared reprehensible and inappropriate content on social media related to the assassination of Charlie Kirk. These educators’ comments do not reflect the vast majority of Texas teachers who are dedicated practitioners that work diligently to serve the more than 5.5 million impressionable young minds in our classrooms.
In response to such posts, I am referring all documentation of educators that have proliferated such vile content to TEA’s Educator Investigations Division. Such posts could constitute a violation of the Educators’ Code of Ethics, and each instance will be thoroughly reviewed to determine whether sanctionable conduct has occurred and staff will investigate accordingly.
While the exercise of free speech is a fundamental right we are all blessed to share, it does not give carte blanche authority to celebrate or sow violence against those that share differing beliefs and perspectives. Mr. Kirk was a father and a husband, and tragically, his children no longer have their father, and his wife no longer has her spouse. As a father and husband myself, and as someone devoted to the education of children, it is heartbreaking.
If you are made aware of additional instances of inappropriate content being shared, it should be reported to the agency through TEA’s Misconduct Reporting Portal.”

Governor Abbott doubled down on Morath’s letter, posting on X that Texas “will not tolerate educators who call for or incite violence.”
According to Texan News, the TEA has reportedly received roughly 180 complaints in response to the letter it circulated last week requesting reports of “reprehensible” content or social media posts shared by educators following the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
Update: the @teainfo has received approximately 180 complaints related to the letter sent out last week asking for reports of “reprehensible” content/shared posts by educators after the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
Gov. Abbott announced on X Monday, “The Texas Education Agency is investigating Texas teachers whose actions called for or incite violence following the Charlie Kirk assassination. Those educators—more than 100–will “have their teacher certification suspended and be ineligible to teach in a Texas public school.”

House Resolution Will Be Filed Today to REMOVE Radical Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar from ALL Committee Assignments After She Mocks Charlie Kirk’s Cold-Blooded Murder
September 16, 2025

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) announced on X late Monday morning that a House resolution will be filed today to strip radical Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) of all her committee assignments.
This is due to Omar’s vile, unhinged celebration of the assassination of conservative icon Charlie Kirk, the Turning Point USA founder, murdered in a brazen political hit last week.
Omar, the Somalia-born socialist who has long peddled anti-Semitic tropes and defended terrorist sympathizers, gloated and grinned throughout an interview with a disgraced former corporate media hack following Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
During an interview with former MSNBC propagandist and Zeteo founder Mehdi Hasan, Omar mocked Kirk, saying he got precisely what he deserved for simply expressing politically incorrect views. She also accused others of lying for saying Kirk wanted civil discourse.
OMAR: I do know for sure is that Charlie was someone who once said, “Guns save lives” after a school shooting. Charlie was someone who was willing to debate and downplay George Floyd’s death at the hands of the Minneapolis police.
HASAN: He (Kirk) called him (Floyd) a scumbag.
OMAR: Right. (He) downplayed slavery and what black people have gone through in this country by saying Juneteenth should never exist. Um, and I think there are a lot of people out there saying he just wanted to have a civil debate.
HASAN (chuckling): A complete rewriting of history.
OMAR: Right. There’s nothing more f’ed up than to completely pretend his words and actions have not been recorded (giggling) and in existence for the last decade or so.
Mace wrote on Monday:
“We’re filing a resolution to strip @Ilhan of her committee assignments after her disgraceful remarks on Charlie Kirk’s assassination.”
Rep. Mace didn’t hold back in her statement.
“Ilhan Omar has shown us exactly who she is: she defends political violence and refuses to condemn the loss of innocent lives when it doesn’t suit her agenda, even the cold-blooded assassination of Charlie Kirk. It’s dangerous, disgraceful, and beneath the United States Congress. She must be stripped of every committee assignment. No excuses.”
Ilhan Omar has shown us exactly who she is: she defends political violence and refuses to condemn the loss of innocent lives when it doesn’t suit her agenda, even the cold-blooded assassination of Charlie Kirk.
Standing outside Omar’s congressional office, Mace declared that the time for silence is over:
“Here I am, standing outside of the anti-American Ilhan Omar’s office. Tomorrow, we will file a privileged motion to censure her and to strip her of her committee assignments. She is inciting violence against Conservatives in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s political assassination. She is dehumanizing Conservatives all across the country, calling Charlie Kirk a terrorist.
We have been villainized and dehumanized far too long. The Democrats set a standard for stripping people of their committee assignments. I’m not going to be silent on this, because enough is enough. I’m tired of your performative BS that is putting lives in danger. You can take your Sharia-loving, anti-American self back to Somalia.”
Free speech isn’t free from consequences. Tomorrow, we are filing a PRIVILEGED motion to censure Ilhan Omar and remove her from her committees. This will force a vote.
House Democrats gleefully stripped Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and other conservative members of their committee assignments in past Congresses for far less.
Now, when one of their own openly mocks the assassination of one of the most influential conservative activists in modern American history, Democrats remain silent.
The contrast could not be more stark: conservatives are punished for their speech, while Omar is allowed to normalize and justify political violence so long as the victim is on the Right.
Georgia Supreme Court Declines to Hear Fani Willis’s Attempts to Reinstate Herself in Junk RICO Case Against Trump and Defendants
September 16, 2025
In a 4-3 decision, the Georgia Supreme Court this morning declined to hear Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s attempts to reinsert herself into the racketeering case against President Trump and his co-defendants over the 2020 Presidential election.
Willis came under scrutiny after it was revealed she was romantically involved with the lead prosecutor, Nathan Wade. Wade was paid over $650,000 from 2021 through 2023 while the other prosecutors, John Floyd and Anna Cross, were paid $73,000 and $91,000 respectively for the same time period. This was attributed to more billable hours, but also to a $250 per hour rate for Wade while Floyd’s firm was initially billing $100 per hour less. Eventually the fees aligned.
Prior to his appointment, there was no previous record of Wade prosecuting racketeering cases and “scant evidence” of prosecuting any major cases, according to the New York Times. Floyd, however, not only had considerable experience prosecuting RICO cases, he also wrote a book titled RICO State By State: A Guide to Litigation Under the State Racketeering Statutes.
In March 2024, Judge Scott McAfee initially ruled that either Willis had to recuse herself from the case or Wade would have to resign. Wade ultimately resigned, initially allow Willis to continue. However, in December 2024, the Georgia Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 that Willis had already undermined the case and disqualified her from the prosecution.
The Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia will now be tasked with appointing a new prosecutor, who will be afforded the option to continue the case in its entirety, drop certain charges, or dismiss the case completely.
Any prosecution against President Trump would likely be postponed until his time serving as President comes to an end.
I’m pleased to announce that Fani Willis has now been permanently disqualified from prosecuting the indictment that she brought against President Trump, me, and many others.

HUGE! Oversight Chair James Comer and Rep Anna Paulina Luna Call on Treasury Secretary Bessent to Freeze ALL ASSETS of Code Pink Billionaire Funder Neville Singham
September 16, 2025
The co-founder of Code Pink is married to Neville Roy Singham who provides funding to communist and far-left leftist groups and efforts. Singham reportedly funded the recent anti-ICE protests across the US.
House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer and Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, the chairwoman of the Taskforce on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, called on Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent to freeze all assets of Neville Singham, the billionaire funder of the communist Code Pink organization, ANSWER Coalition, National Students for Justice in Palestine and several other anti-American leftist organizations.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) posted the news on a tweet on X on Monday.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna: Neville Singham has spent millions funding militant organizations that have orchestrated violent riots and launched targeted hate campaigns against Americans with different beliefs. Chairman Rep James Comer and I are calling on Secretary Scott Bessent at the U.S. Treasury to immediately freeze all of his assets. We will no longer allow billionaires to bankroll anti-American political movements on behalf of foreign governments.
Here is the full tweet with the letter to Bessent.
Neville Singham has spent millions funding militant organizations that have orchestrated violent riots and launched targeted hate campaigns against Americans with different beliefs.
In June, the House Oversight Committee turned up the heat on Neville Roy Singham, the shadowy billionaire and alleged Chinese Communist Party asset accused of bankrolling the radical left’s most disruptive street agitators. In a bombshell move, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) confirmed that the Committee will issue a formal document request to Singham over his alleged financial support of the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL) — the extremist Marxist group believed to be behind the violent anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles.
The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on Bingham and his US operations.
In August 2023, The New York Times published a rare informative and honest journalism. The New York Times wrote exposed the so-called anti-war group Code Pink as a Communist China shill or front group.
Code Pink co-founder Jodie Evans, 68, has deep roots in the Democratic Party, having served as the campaign manager for the 1992 presidential campaign of former California Governor Jerry Brown. In the 2008 presidential campaign, Evans served as a host for Obama fundraisers in Hollywood with her then husband Max Palevsky (who passed away in 2010 at age 85) and as a campaign bundler.
Evans married Singham, 69, in 2017.
Fellow Code Pink co-founder Susan ‘Medea’ Benjamin protested against President Trump at his arraignment in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, reported TGP’s Jordan Conradson.
Trump was the only U.S. president to not start any new wars, yet the so-called antiwar group Code Pink stood against him in his first term – and now in his second term.
It is clear Code Pink is not an “anti-war” group. Instead, Code Pink is a shill for the communists.
Among the first things I’ve seen is an inflatable Trump baby being paraded around the block-long media stakeout by Code Pink’s Medea Benjamin. “I don’t want to go to jail, I want my mommy,” cries the man in the costume. A passerby quips, “yeah, it’s just another day in DC.” pic.twitter.com/hY7MwbmNTA
…On the surface, No Cold War is a loose collective run mostly by American and British activists who say the West’s rhetoric against China has distracted from issues like climate change and racial injustice.
In fact, a New York Times investigation found, it is part of a lavishly funded influence campaign that defends China and pushes its propaganda. At the center is a charismatic American millionaire, Neville Roy Singham, who is known as a socialist benefactor of far-left causes.
What is less known, and is hidden amid a tangle of nonprofit groups and shell companies, is that Mr. Singham works closely with the Chinese government media machine and is financing its propaganda worldwide.
From a think tank in Massachusetts to an event space in Manhattan, from a political party in South Africa to news organizations in India and Brazil, The Times tracked hundreds of millions of dollars to groups linked to Mr. Singham that mix progressive advocacy with Chinese government talking points.
Some, like No Cold War, popped up in recent years. Others, like the American antiwar group Code Pink, have morphed over time. Code Pink once criticized China’s rights record but now defends its internment of the predominantly Muslim Uyghurs, which human rights experts have labeled a crime against humanity.
These groups are funded through American nonprofits flush with at least $275 million in donations.
…In 2017, Mr. Singham married Jodie Evans, a former Democratic political adviser and the co-founder of Code Pink. The wedding, in Jamaica, was a “Who’s Who” of progressivism. Photos from the event show Amy Goodman, host of “Democracy Now!”; Ben Cohen, co-founder of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream; and V, the playwright formerly known as Eve Ensler, who wrote “The Vagina Monologues.”
…Since 2017, about a quarter of Code Pink’s donations — more than $1.4 million — have come from two groups linked to Mr. Singham, nonprofit records show. The first was one of the UPS store nonprofits. The second was a charity that Goldman Sachs offers as a conduit for clients’ giving, and that Mr. Singham has used in the past.
…In a recent YouTube video chat, she was asked if she had anything negative to say about China.
“I can’t, for the life of me, think of anything,” Ms. Evans responded. She ultimately had one complaint: She had trouble using China’s phone-brd payment apps.
…Mr. Singham’s office, adorned in red and yellow, sits on the 18th floor of Shanghai’s swanky Times Square.
…He shares the office with a Chinese media company called Maku Group, which says its goal is to “tell China’s story well,” a term commonly used for foreign propaganda. In a Chinese-language job advertisement, Maku says it produces text, audio and videos for “global networks of popular media and progressive think tanks.”
…And all the International People’s Media Network’s affiliates, including Tricontinental, appear to drink from the same torrent of dark money pouring out of the bank accounts and nonprofits of tech mogul Neville “Roy” Singham. Efforts to reach Singham for this piece, including through his partner Jodie Evans of the protest group Code Pink, proved fruitless.
A 2022 report by the New Lines Institute for Policy and Strategy outlined how Singham sold his multibillion-dollar software company Thoughtworks five years prior and had since pumped money into a labyrinth of nonprofit organizations—Tricontinental among them. Prashad, for his part, has openly acknowledged Singham as the source of his group’s endowment, which has climbed to more than $14 million, mostly funneled through Goldman Sachs’ anonymized philanthropy fund. The financial institution declined to comment on its relationship with Singham, but insisted it abides by all relevant regulations.
On Sunday The Gateway Pundit’s Antonio Graceffo reported that Singham is the funder behind the communist part network that is fueling the anti-ICE protests across the US.
FBI Confirms Investigation Into Foreign Funding as Violence Spreads to 25+ Cities, and Cash Trail Leads Back to the Chinese Communist Party.
The anti-ICE riots engulfing Los Angeles and spreading to more than 25 American cities are not the spontaneous uprisings the mainstream media wants you to believe.
Behind the burning cars, Mexican and Palestinian flags, and attacks on federal agents lies a sophisticated network of Chinese Communist Party-linked funding that threatens the very foundations of American sovereignty.
The shocking truth: A Shanghai-based American billionaire with documented ties to the Chinese Communist Party has been funneling millions of dollars into the radical organizations orchestrating these riots, according to ongoing congressional investigations and FBI probes.
At the center of this operation is Neville Roy Singham, an American tech billionaire who relocated to Shanghai after selling his company for $785 million in 2017. He is now the subject of FBI and congressional investigations into foreign influence and illicit funding of radical groups operating inside the United States.
Singham has systematically built what investigators call “an elaborate dark money network” that allows him to send funds through a series of nonprofits with virtually no real footprints.
These shell organizations, with names like “United Community Fund” and “Justice Education Fund”, operate from UPS store mailboxes while channeling millions to radical groups across America.
Through this network, Singham has funneled at least $275 million to groups worldwide that “mix progressive advocacy with Chinese government talking points,” including organizations directly involved in the LA riots.
The billionaire’s Chinese connections run deep. He joined a Communist Party workshop about promoting the party internationally, shares office space with a company whose stated goal is educating foreigners about “the miracles that China has created,” and works directly with Chinese university programs designed to “spread China’s voice to the world.”
One key node in this network is The People’s Forum, founded by Claudia De La Cruz, the 2024 presidential candidate for the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL).
Several other PSL figures, Ben Becker, Karla Reyes, and Yari Osorio, hold leadership positions at Breakthrough BT Media Inc., another Singham-funded entity.
This tight web of personnel and funding forms a direct pipeline from a CCP-linked billionaire to organizations behind that provided material support for the LA riots.
The organizational muscle behind the LA riots comes from the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL), a hardcore Marxist group that advocates for the complete dismantling of American capitalism.
This isn’t hidden: PSL openly calls the rioters heroes taking “a courageous stand against Trump’s reign of terror.”
Congressional investigators have identified PSL as a key recipient of Singham’s funding network.
The group helped organize the L.A. riots, printing the signage, providing trained spokespeople, and coordinating similar riots in San Antonio, Oakland, and beyond.
PSL actively promoted the anti-ICE protests through social media posts calling for “mass mobilization” and provided signs that protesters carried during the riots.
The same network previously funded and organized the pro-Hamas encampments that took over parts of Columbia University and other elite campuses.
Beyond their direct involvement in American chaos, PSL supports the Communist Party of China, defending China’s human rights record and denying that the People’s Liberation Army massacred peaceful student protesters in the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests.
The pattern is clear: Chinese money flowing to anti-American radicals who then unleash chaos on our streets.
You can read the rest here.
It is clear at this point that Code Pink is not an anti-war group but an anti-US group like we always suspected. It is a shame that certain outlets still give these communists a voice on their channel.
Now we know who is funding the riots – and it leads back to China.
Maybe the US government will finally block this wicked man from funding the most radical movements in America today.
