FBI Director Kash Patel Reveals the Sinister Note Radical-Left Terrorist Tyler Robinson Wrote Before Assassinating Charlie Kirk (VIDEO)

New details have emerged connecting left-wing terrorist Tyler Robinson to the assassination of Charlie Kirk, including a chilling note he wrote before the killing.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, last week.
It was later revealed that the suspect was identified as Tyler Robinson, 22, of Utah. Robinson was reportedly turned in by his father, who contacted authorities through a minister connected to law enforcement.
The FBI later tried to hide the identity of the transgender boyfriend of the suspect, 22-year-old Lance Twiggs. This was even though a relative had described Twiggs as “full of evil and hatred.”
During an appearance on Fox and Friends today, FBI Director Patel revealed that Robinson left a message that was found in the assassin’s transgender lover’s home. The contents were unsurprising.
“The note said, ‘I have the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I’m going to take it,’” Patel stated.
“The note was written before the shooting; it was in the suspect’s partner’s home,” Patel added. “We have since learned the note – even though it was destroyed – we have found forensic evidence of the note, and we have confirmed what the note said because of our aggressive interview posture at the FBI.”

Patel also revealed that new DNA has emerged, which further drives the nail in Robinson’s coffin.
“I can report today that the DNA hits from the towel that was wrapped around the firearm and the DNA from the screwdriver are positively processed for the suspect in custody,” Patel said.
Ptel also confirmed that Robinson’s brain had been corrupted by radical left-wing ideology, which had worsened in recent years.
“His family has collectively told investigators that he subscribed to left-wing ideology and even more so in these last couple of years,” Patel said,
Deranged Leftist Protesters Sing Song Written on Assassin’s Bullet Casings a NYU Charlie Kirk Vigil, Shout ‘I WANT YOU TO F-CKING DIE’ at College Republican Club Prez (VIDEO)

Deranged leftist protesters sang “Bella Ciao,” the Antifa anthem written on Charlie Kirk’s assassin’s bullet casings during a vigil for him at New York University on Sunday night in Washington Square Park.
Another protester also sang “I WANT YOU TO F-CKIN DIE” in the face of NYU College Republican President Ryan Leonard, as he offered the demented terror-supporter a prayer for his salvation.
The NYU College Republicans posted the disturbing videos on X, formerly Twitter, with captions blasting the protesters for their lack of decency.
“Protesters sung the song written on the bullet casings which killed Charlie Kirk at the vigil mourning his death tonight at NYU,” one post read. “They also threatened to kill NYU College Republican Club president Ryan Leonard. They’re not looking for peace.”

The protesters belted out “Bella Ciao,” the Italian song whose lyrics, “O bella ciao, bella ciao, bella ciao ciao ciao,” were chillingly etched onto unfired bullet casings found during the investigation.

In a second video, after Leonard graciously offered a prayer for the protesters’ salvation, telling them, “We’ll pray for your salvation. You’re in a very dark place,” one unhinged leftist with a guitar lunged forward and screamed, “I don’t want your salvation! I want you to f-cking die!”
The protester continued ranting, “We’re not going to give you a second chance, even when you beg for it on your knees, begging and pleading.”
These videos have gone viral, amassing hundreds of thousands of views and sparking outrage from conservatives who see this as the inevitable result of years of inflammatory rhetoric from the left.
Tyler Robinson, 22, has been arrested for the assassination and charged with capital murder.
Robinson allegedly left other taunting messages on the casings, including “Hey fascist, catch!”
If convicted, he could face the death penalty and be eligible to be executed by firing squad.
Vigils for Kirk have been held nationwide, including in Washington, D.C., where lawmakers and activists paid tribute to his legacy as a fierce defender of conservative values.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, “A far-left radical dressed up as Charlie Kirk’s assassin stomped on Charlie Kirk’s memorial at the TPUSA headquarters in Arizona before being tackled by a patriot.”

RFK Jr. Shares Unforgettable Details About Charlie Kirk in Emotional Tribute

The Kennedy Center overflowed with emotion Sunday evening as mourners honored Charlie Kirk, who was fatally shot in the neck while debating students at Utah Valley University on September 10.
Thousands showed up, many waiting in long lines outside the hall to hear tributes from Karoline Leavitt, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Speaker Mike Johnson, DNI Tulsi Gabbard, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, and others, in a historic gathering paying tribute to the one-and-only Charlie Kirk.
Among those waiting outside was a 14-year-old boy named Bryson Levy, who blew away Real America Voice’s Ben Bergquam with powerful words about Kirk:
BEN: “Young man, you want to say why you’re here, what Charlie Kirk meant to you?”
BRYSON: “He was my idol. I remember watching his videos, wanting to be like him. I would just see the way he would debate, and he stayed calm while the left was just yelling at him. And he was just so nice about it.
“And then, they hated him so much because he knew he was right, but they just didn’t want to admit it, so they ended up hating him, and they just killed him for it.”
BEN (left in awe): “What’s your name? How old are you?”
BRYSON: “I’m Bryson Levy. I’m 14.”
BEN: “Man, God bless you.”
Keep a close eye on this kid. He’s going places.

Inside the hall, Speaker Mike Johnson fought back tears as he spoke about Kirk’s love for others, telling the crowd, “We know exactly where Charlie is right now.”

Karoline Leavitt followed with a heartfelt seven-minute tribute. She told the audience how Kirk believed in her when no one else did, saying his kind heart left an impression everywhere he went.

Then came DNI Tulsi Gabbard, who turned her attention to the “empty” people mocking Kirk’s death:
“Those who are full of anger and hopelessness and hate right now, some of them protesting outside this hall today, unfortunately, they do not have the spiritual happiness that Charlie experienced. They’re empty.
“And this is where their anger is coming from. It is their rejection of God, their desire to be God. And therefore, they have made God their enemy.”
Tulsi Gabbard has tough words for the “empty” people who celebrated Charlie Kirk’s murder.
This is a message every single person who danced on Kirk’s dead body needs to hear.

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. brought new stories that lit up the internet. First, he shared that his 17-year-old niece Zoe now carries a Bible to college because she wants to “live like Charlie Kirk.”
RFK Jr. says his 17-year-old niece is now taking a Bible to college with her to follow the footsteps of Charlie Kirk.
Kennedy’s handshake of unity with Trump on the 2024 campaign trail quickly became one of the most iconic political moments in history, and Charlie Kirk was the mastermind behind it all.
But it was Kennedy’s closing that brought the house down. The entire building joined in thunderous chants of “USA!” after he shared a private conversation he once had with Kirk about death:
“I had a conversation once with Charlie where we were talking about the danger that we both faced from challenging entrenched interests. And he asked me if I was scared to die. And I said to him, ‘There’s a lot worse things than dying.’
“And one of the chief among us is losing our constitutional rights and having our children raised in slavery.
“I said to him at that time, ‘Sometimes our only consolation is that we can die with our boots on. We can die fighting for these things.’
“Charlie gave his life so that the rest of us would not have to suffer those fates worse than death,” Kennedy stressed.
“Now it’s our job. He’s no longer there to lead us,” Kennedy continued, telling the audience to “rush in and fill the breach” to win “this battle for our country, for God, and for our families.”
The crowd’s response was electric, erupting into thunderous chants of “USA!” Listen for yourself to hear just how powerful it was.

After Kennedy’s speech came Kari Lake, whose voice couldn’t hide her pain as she warned parents about the dangers of universities, or as she called them, “indoctrination camps.”
“How does a 22-year-old become so filled with hate?” she asked.
“Five years earlier, I was told he was a Trump supporter, and we sent our kids off to college, and they brainwashed them. I am making a plea to mothers out there. Do not send your children into these indoctrination camps. Don’t do it. Do not do it.
“At one moment, that 22-year-old who shot Charlie was a baby in his mother’s arms. And by all accounts, those parents did a good job raising him until he was sent off to be brainwashed. We have lived through the most horrific brainwashing campaign in the history of mankind.”

One of the last speakers was Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, who shared a story from her travels with Kirk. She described watching him debate college students, dismantling one argument after another with calm precision, before landing the line of the night.
“One by one, no matter how controversial the question was, [Charlie] would dismantle them with his reasoning. And that’s when I realized something: Charlie Kirk didn’t need college. College needed Charlie Kirk.”
The crowd instantly knew that one was a winner. Expect plenty of t-shirts and memes with this quote to start popping up soon.

Sen. Mike Lee to File Bombshell Legislation to Crush Deep State Propaganda Machine – Restores Smith-Mundt as the ‘Charlie Kirk Act’
September 15, 2025
Utah Senator Mike Lee announced he will soon introduce groundbreaking legislation to restore the original protections of the Smith-Mundt Act—and he’s renaming it the “Charlie Kirk Act” in honor of the conservative leader assassinated just days ago.
“In the coming days, I’ll be filing my previously drafted legislation to restore Smith-Mundt, and renaming it the Charlie Kirk Act. Domestic, political, government-funded propaganda must end now,” Lee wrote on X.
In the coming days, I’ll be filing my previously drafted legislation to restore Smith-Mundt, and renaming it the Charlie Kirk Act
This marks one of the most aggressive steps yet to dismantle the Deep State’s stranglehold on information flow in America.
Passed in 1948, the Smith–Mundt Act (officially the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act) allowed the U.S. government to conduct foreign propaganda campaigns, radio, film, exchanges, cultural outreach, aimed at influencing foreign populations during the Cold War.
But the law contained one critical safeguard: propaganda made for foreign audiences was forbidden from being used inside the United States. Washington could not psy-op its own people. This firewall stood for more than six decades.
In 2012, tucked into the National Defense Authorization Act for FY2013, Congress passed the Smith–Mundt Modernization Act, introduced by Representative Mac Thornberry (R-TX) and signed by Barack Obama on January 2, 2013.
It shredded the firewall and legalized domestic distribution of State Department and U.S. Agency for Global Media (formerly Broadcasting Board of Governors) materials.
By July 2, 2013, it was official: U.S. citizens could now be subjected to the same government-crafted propaganda once reserved for foreigners.
Seven months ago, investigative watchdog Mike Benz revealed to Joe Rogan in an interview what really happened with the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012.
Obama’s “modernization” wasn’t modernization at all; it was the effective repeal of Smith–Mundt, a deliberate move to unleash the State Department, CIA, and USAID’s propaganda weapons on the American people.
According to Benz, it allowed the permanent “Department of Dirty Tricks” to:
Infiltrate and co-opt universities, unions, media, politicians, and judges.
Fund groups abroad that also operate here, laundering foreign “grants” into domestic propaganda.
Push censorship by coercing foreign governments to pass laws that attack U.S. free speech and social media.
Mike Benz: Are you familiar with the Smith–Mundt Act?
Joe Rogan: Is that the 2011, 2012 thing where Obama allowed people to use propaganda against United States citizens?
Mike Benz: Yeah. What was done then under Obama was the effective repeal of it. It was called the Smith–Mundt Modernization Act. But the modernization got rid of the whole purpose of it—the firewall—because at the time, the media and media control was seen as the linchpin, the crux of winning the Cold War: piping in pro-U.S. media influence.
Because everything moved after World War II from kinetic warfare and military occupation—we used to militarily occupy the Philippines, for example, after we won the Spanish–American War—but that was banned under international law. Territorial acquisition by military force in 1948 was outlawed. So, we had to win elections, and we had to influence the passage of laws in foreign countries by having an apparatus inside those countries that influenced the hearts and minds of people, which determined who they voted for, which then determined the government. You had to move towards political vassalage rather than military occupation.
What the Smith–Mundt Act did—simultaneous with its creation in 1948—was recognize the Frankensteinian monster Congress was authorizing by creating a covert permanent Department of Dirty Tricks (their phrase, not mine). Its job was to cloak, infiltrate, and co-opt the universities, the unions, the media, the politicians, the judges—the whole sworn army—what I’ve been calling for a long time the “USAID Truman Show.” Because people in foreign countries had no idea how many of the things they interacted with were effectively a movie set being constructed by the U.S. State Department and its sister influence organizations.
Mike Benz: But the point I’m getting at here is the Smith–Mundt Act in 1948 said, “Okay, you guys can do this. State Department can do this. CIA can do this. USAID, when it came along 13 years later, could do this.”
There was a guy named Frank Wisner, one of the godfathers of the CIA. He created what was called “Wisner’s Wurlitzer,” like a church organ. He bragged that he could play the international media like a symphony, making any narrative go viral anywhere in the world because of the CIA’s proprietary media functions and its distribution network—especially when the U.S. first moved for advantage in radio and print. It was basically the U.S. and U.K., the only real games in town, in having robust radio, film, TV, and print media.
Smith–Mundt said, “Okay, you can do that abroad. You can plant fake news stories in France. You can pump propaganda into Africa, Western Europe, Central Asia. But it can’t come home. You can’t psy-op our own people with your propaganda organ abroad. Because the point of authorizing this is that we get cheaper gas, import–export markets, and a higher standard of living.”
Mike Benz: If a foreign government doesn’t want to give up its resources, allow a U.S. military base, or allow joint partnerships or multinational corporations to operate there, then the American people suffer economically. It was always designed to say, “Listen, you can do this dirty stuff abroad, but it can’t come home.”
Even that protection—which lasted for 70 years and we only lost a decade ago—is gone. And now we’re up against a much deeper, darker problem with this USAID scandal, and soon with scandals breaking open at the Pentagon and State Department.
Because the issue isn’t just a Smith–Mundt problem of propaganda—it’s about funding and operations. The Blob, our foreign policy establishment, can fund groups that effectively work with prosecutors domestically, or with media, under “dual use.” We give them foreign grants to do propaganda abroad, but they operate here. Or they enforce social media censorship abroad that ends up being applied here, coercing countries to pass censorship laws explicitly designed to hit U.S. peer-to-peer speech.
We need that protection. If we’re going to keep this function at all, we need a hard firewall and absolute, grotesque penalties for any violation.
