Earlier this week, infamous leftist and horror author Stephen King unleashed a vile, baseless smear against Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk in the wake of his shocking assassination.

After the horrific news broke of Charlie Kirk’s execution-style assassination, allegedly at the hands of a deranged leftist radical, King fired off his tweet like a deranged clown from one of his own bad novels: “He advocated stoning gays to death. Just sayin’.”

No fact-check. No context. Just pure, unadulterated libel designed to demonize a man who dedicated his life to fighting the woke mob and defending Christian values.

The backlash was swift and savage. Senator Ted Cruz slammed King as a “horrible, evil, twisted liar.”

King later took down the tweet and apologized.

On Sunday, prior to the Memorial for Charlie Kirk in Washington DC, Jim Hoft joined Steve Bannon on The War Room to set the record straight on Charlie Kirk’s stand on gays in the conservative movement.

Jim Hoft: It’s such a sad time. I was looking through my text messages today from Charlie, and something popped out to me. This was a couple of years ago. He was at his events, and he would be attacked by some fringe group, and they’d be crude, and they’d like to ask him about gays and gay rights and gay sex acts and put him on the spot. They thought that that would be a good way to take Charlie Kirk down.

Charlie, he could have folded. He could have said, I don’t want to be around gays… There’s people who might do something like that. Charlie held his ground and he took them on. I actually sent you a message then that he sent me, and it included a tweet. And it includes the video of Charlie responding to one of these guys. And, I was thinking to myself, Charlie didn’t have to do that. I don’t talk about my sexuality. I run Gateway Pundit. It’s one of the most powerful, conservative websites in the country, in world. And I don’t talk about who I am as a person and who I am, my partner or anything.

Charlie knew this, and he sent this tweet to me. And I just thought, what a kind moment. And that’s who Charlie was.

So when I hear someone like Stephen King, that asshole, talk about how Charlie wanted to kill gays and have them stoned, it’s not just that what the media is saying is not true, because it’s not true. These are lies about Charlie, just like there are lies about you and lies about me all the time.

It’s not just that it’s not true, but it’s the exact opposite. Charlie stood up for gays. I think that’s very important that people understand that. I think that’s very important that the gay community understands that. I think it’s important that the critical mass that is waking up in America understands that.

Charlie was not someone out there who is spitting on gays or any other group. Charlie was welcoming. He started so many groups. He filled the White House with some black Conservatives for one event… He wasn’t afraid to say that he supported gays. It was very moving to me. That’s who Charlie Kirk was.

I saw that today. It got me teared up a little bit because he was a truly great man, and we’re going to miss him. So thank you for having me on today. Really, a moving event, and I’ll miss Charlie.

There is no higher standard for a person who holds the office of state Attorney General than upholding the rule of law, not just in words, but in deed.

The information I have detailed on The Gateway Pundit since March 2025 involving New York Attorney General Letitia James paints a disturbing picture of years of fraudulent real estate and mortgage filings, repeated abuses of power, and violations of state and federal law.

For the integrity of public office, for victims of any wrongdoing, and for public trust, Letitia James must be held accountable in a court of law.

Letitia James herself agrees. After Donald Trump’s fraud conviction, on February 16, 2024, James released a statement: “When powerful people cheat to get better loans, it comes at the expense of honest and hardworking people.

Everyday Americans cannot lie to a bank to get a mortgage to buy a home, and if they did, our government would throw the book at them.

There simply cannot be different rules for different people. Because no matter how big, rich, or powerful you think you are, no one is above the law.”

Today, that principle must be applied to James herself.

A federal investigation led by Special Prosecutor Ed Martin is examining whether she has committed the very frauds she so loudly condemned. I have chronicled the issues, backed by documents, in black and white.

1. Mortgage Fraud: Misrepresenting Number of Units at 296 Lafayette Avenue
   In New York, the number of units in a property determines whether a mortgage qualifies as a lower-cost residential loan (1–4 units) or a higher-cost commercial loan (5+ units). On a commercial loan, interest rates run about 1 to 3 points higher, while closing costs can be as much as seven times higher. In New York, commercial loans require a recording tax of roughly 2.8% of the loan amount, a commercial appraisal, title insurance, a survey, commercial underwriting, and higher legal costs.

The official Certificate of Occupancy for Letita James’s building at 296 Lafayette Avenue in Brooklyn describes it as a “FIVE (5) FAMILY DWELLING”.

That designation is the one and only controlling legal authority for unit count. Yet for two decades after buying the property in 2001, James refinanced multiple times while claiming the building had only four units.

Accordingly, in 2011 James obtained a US government HAMP loan by falsely claiming her apartment building had just 4 units. The HAMP loan was eligible only to owners with four or less apartment units.

Letitia James likely also falsely claimed a financial hardship to qualify for the loan, as she was earning around $14,000 per month. With the HAMP loan, James was able to replace her 10% adjustable bank mortgage with a 2.7% government loan on the backs of American taxpayers.

More recently, in 2021, James secured a $200,000 “Credit Line Mortgage” with Citizens Bank by describing the same five-family commercial building as a “single-family dwelling.”

The result: she paid just $4,070 in closing costs instead of $20,000-$30,000 that a commercial borrower would have faced, and got lower interest rates.

My colleague Sam Antar published on The Gateway Pundit that in 2023, Letitia James purchased a home with her niece in Norfolk, Virginia, and wrote on the application, “I HEREBY DECLARE that I intend to occupy this property as my principal residence.”

Letitia later claimed that she made the purchase because she is a “good aunt” merely helping her niece who had children. However, the “children” are both adults with significant criminal histories.

One is named Nikia Monique Thompson, who boasted on LinkedIn,“Been working with Ms James for years from council member to Public advocate to Attorney General”.

2. Harboring a Fugitive: Letitia James’s Role in Hiding Her Niece from Authorities
   Today, the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is actively searching for Nikia Monique Thompson, the fugitive daughter Letitia James’s niece. Thompson, listed as an “Absconder” (offender number 0898340) on the department’s official site, is wanted for violating probation terms.

For James, harboring a fugitive in her “primary residence”, especially across state lines, violates state law (VA Code § 18.2-472) regarding harboring someone who escaped custody or absconded, and federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1073) which addresses unlawful flight to avoid prosecution or confinement.

3. There’s Much More: Campaign, Foreclosure, Insurance, and Marriage Fraud
   James’s 2013 campaign for New York City Public Advocate hired New York Communities for Change, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit, to perform campaign activities such as canvassing, staffing, and providing resources like phones and rent. These activities likely constituted in-kind contributions, which are illegal for a 501(c)(4) to provide to a political campaign.

In 2008, James entered a foreclosure purchase of a single-family home at 21 Peters Street in Martinsville, Virginia, alongside two relatives. James’s first name is misspelled as “Letitua” on the documents, suggesting James may have been trying to obscure the transaction. James’s name then failed to appear on the property deed in violation of Virginia law and New York Public Officers Law which requires disclosure of property ownership.

Though insurance records are not public, James’s misrepresentation of her Brooklyn property as a four-unit building over 24 years likely allowed her to illegally secure lower insurance premiums, as five-unit buildings are subject to higher commercial rates.

Letitia James’s mortgage fraud goes all the way back to 1983, when James pretended to be married to her father to qualify for her first home mortgage.

The stakes could not be higher. When allegations of mortgage fraud, abuse of power, and even harboring fugitives touch the office of a state’s top law enforcer, the very foundation of public trust is shaken. If officials at the highest levels believe they can falsify records or shield fugitives without consequence, the rule of law itself begins to unravel.

No public official stands above the law. James has built her career on the principle that fraud, even absent financial loss, is a grave crime. She invoked that very principle in prosecuting Donald Trump, his children, and his organization. James must be held to the same standard she has imposed.

As New York’s chief law enforcement officer, Letitia James carries not only the authority but also the duty to uphold the law in every respect – public and private. The citizens of New York that she serves are entitled to demand from her the same strict compliance she has so forcefully demanded from others.

For the integrity of her office, for the preservation of equal justice, and for the confidence of every citizen who believes in accountability, Letitia James must finally face justice and be forced to play by the rules she so proudly preached. We are counting on Special Prosecutor Ed Martin to hold Letitia James accountable.

Two Arab men were arrested for terrorism and weapons of mass destruction charges after allegedly lighting a bomb under a Fox 13 vehicle in Salt Lake City on Friday as the station was covering the assassination of conservative icon Charlie Kirk.

It is unclear at this point where the van was located when the bomb was placed on the vehicle. We will update this post when we learn more.

Outside the duo’s home was an upside-down American flag and a flag that read: “Is He Dead Yet?”

Adeeb Nasir, 58, and Adil Justice Ahme Nasir, 31, were arrested at their home in Magna, Utah, on Sunday.

It is unclear if the men are in a romantic relationship or blood relatives, but they appeared quite cozy together in a photo posted to social media.

On their charging documents, it says Adeeb was born in Pakistan and Adil was born in Utah, but both are listed as being “white.”

Both men are accused of setting the bomb under the vehicle next to an occupied building. It was lit, but malfunctioned, and the flame did not reach the gasoline.

FOX 13 reports, “Because of the type of device discovered and where it was located, it was considered a significant threat to public safety, leading the FBI to assume jurisdiction over the case.”

A search of their home revealed hoax weapons of mass destruction, more explosives, illegal drugs, and two firearms. Neither of the men is allowed to own firearms due to being “restricted persons with known narcotics use.”

The men had told law enforcement that the WMD’s found in their home were “real,” prompting an evacuation of nearby homes in the neighborhood. They were later determined to be fake, but other explosives found in the house were not.

“Although the warrant was issued for the search of evidence related to the incendiary devices found under the FOX 13 News vehicle, law enforcement officials ‘observed additional contraband and evidence of crimes outside the scope of the original warrant, to include firearms and firearm related items, explosives and explosive-related components, illegal narcotics and associated paraphernalia, as well as electronic devices reasonably believed to contain evidence’ of the original device that was discovered,” Fox 13 reported.

There were also anti-Trump flags hanging outside their home, including one that read TACO Trump (a leftist meme meaning Trump Always Chickens Out) and “Is He Dead Yet?” according to photos posted to social media by Daniel Greenfield of the David Horowitz Freedom Center.

The men have been charged with manufacturing or possessing a weapon of mass destruction, threat of terrorism, attempted aggravated arson, and possessing incendiary items and their parts.

Authorities have requested that they be held without bail due to being a threat to the public.

“FOX 13 News is working closely with law-enforcement and our risk management team, with the safety of our employees as our top priority,” FOX 13 Station Manager Leona Wood said in a statement.

In a shocking coincidence, transgender double-murderer Mia Bailey lived in Washington City and was arrested in nearby St. George, just minutes away from the residence shared by Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old accused of assassinating conservative icon Charlie Kirk, and his transgender partner, Lance Twiggs.

Robinson’s parents and Bailey’s parents both lived in Washington, Utah, approximately 5 minutes apart, in a small town of 27,993 people as of 2020.

After murdering his parents, Bailey was arrested in St. George, just minutes from the Fossil Hills Townhomes community where Robinson and Twiggs lived together.

While no direct connection between the cases has been established, it does raise questions about the radicalization of the transgender community in the area.

‘WE F-CKING DID IT’: X User Connected to Tyler Robinson’s Alleged Boyfriend Celebrated Charlie Kirk’s Death in the Moments After Shooting

Mia Bailey, 28, born Collin Troy Bailey, identifies as transgender and has confessed to fatally shooting his parents, Joseph and Gail Bailey, in their Washington City home at 1039 E. Chinook Drive, St. George, on June 18, 2024.

According to police reports, Bailey allegedly entered the residence armed with a handgun and fired multiple rounds, killing his parents in what prosecutors describe as a premeditated attack. He also fired shots at his brother and his wife through a locked bedroom door, though they escaped injury.

Court documents in the case say Mia told investigators he feels "no remorse for her actions and that she would not change what she had done. Mia stated 'I would do it again. I hate them.'"

Following the shootings, Bailey fled the scene, prompting a 12-hour manhunt. He was apprehended the next morning, June 19, 2024, near the Mormon temple in St. George after being cornered by law enforcement.

Bailey faces charges including two counts of aggravated murder, attempted aggravated murder, aggravated burglary, and multiple counts of discharging a firearm causing serious injury.

In a later incident while in custody, Bailey was accused of assaulting two correctional officers in October 2024.

As The Gateway Pundit has previously reported, social media posts from at least six social media users appear to foreshadow the shooting, suggesting Kirk's death was no lone-wolf act but potentially part of a planned operation within radical transgender circles.

Neighbors reported suspicious out-of-state visitors to Robinson's home in the weeks leading up to the shooting, describing them as giving off a "bad vibe," further fueling speculation of external coordination.

Investigators are now looking into leftist groups both in Utah and online to determine if they aided in the assassination or had knowledge of the plan.

In Utah, particularly around the Salt Lake City area, there are several LGBTQ and transgender-focused militant gun groups.

One of the groups, Armed Queers of Salt Lake City, which is expressly militant socialist, deleted its Instagram account the day of Kirk's murder.

Robinson faces charges including aggravated murder, discharge of a firearm causing serious injury, and obstruction of justice. He is currently being held at the Utah County Jail without bail and could face the death penalty by firing squad if convicted.

Bailey is currently held at Purgatory Correctional Facility without bail on nine first-degree felonies and one third-degree felony charge, including two counts of aggravated murder, one count of attempted aggravated murder, seven counts of felony discharge of a firearm, and one count of aggravated burglary. He has pleaded not guilty, but expressed a desire to be given the death penalty if convicted.
