ICE agents on Friday arrested the Superintendent of Des Moines, Iowa, Public Schools – an illegal alien from Guyana with a prior weapons arrest.

According to Fox News, Dr. Ian Andre Roberts was an active ICE fugitive with a deportation order since May 2024. As soon as ICE agents identified themselves, Roberts fled in his car and sped off. He then abandoned his car and fled on foot. Federal agents found him hiding in shrubbery and took him into custody.

Agents found a loaded handgun and a fixed-blade hunting knife in Roberts’ vehicle.

Per Fox News reporter Bill Melugin:

A senior ICE official tells @FoxNews that today, ICE arrested the Superintendent of Des Moines, Iowa Public Schools, Dr. Ian Andre Roberts, who ICE says is an illegal alien from Guyana and active ICE fugitive with a deportation order since May 2024. Fox is told Dr. Roberts fled from ICE agents in his car once they ID’d themselves as immigration agents, speeding away, then abandoning the car. He was found in a brushy area 200 yards away with the help of an Iowa State Police K9. Per ICE official, agents found a loaded gun, a “fixed blade hunting knife”, and $3,000 cash in Dr. Robert’s vehicle.

Per senior ICE official, Roberts first entered the U.S. in 1999 on a F-1 student visa at St. John’s University was ordered removed from the United States on May 22, 2024, with proceedings being held in absentia. On April 24, 2025, an Immigration Judge in Dallas, TX denied a Motion to Reopen his immigration case.

Fox is told Dr. Roberts also has a weapons arrest in 2020, though the disposition of that charge/case is currently unclear.

Fox News is reporting that ICE agents recovered a loaded Glock 19 in Roberts’ vehicle.

ICE arrests criminal alien serving as Des Moines Public Schools Superintendent; prior weapons charges and in possession of loaded handgun at time of arrest

“ICE Des Moines today arrested Ian Andre Roberts, a criminal illegal alien from Guyana in possession of a loaded handgun, $3,000 in cash and a fixed blade hunting knife. At the time of his arrest Roberts was working as the Superintendent of Des Moines Public Schools despite being an illegal alien with a final order of removal and no work authorization.

During a targeted enforcement operation on Sept. 26, 2025, officers approached Roberts in his vehicle after identifying himself, but he sped away. Officers later discovered his vehicle abandoned near a wooded area. State Patrol assisted in locating the subject and he was taken into ICE custody.

Roberts has existing weapon possession charges from February 5, 2020. Roberts entered the United States in 1999 on a student visa and was given a final order of removal by an immigration judge in May of 2024.

The investigation into how Roberts acquired the handgun is being turned over to the ATF. It is a violation of federal law for those in the U.S. without legal status to possess a firearm and ammunition.

“This suspect was arrested in possession of a loaded weapon in a vehicle provided by Des Moines Public Schools after fleeing federal law enforcement,” said ICE ERO St. Paul Field Office Director Sam Olson. “This should be a wake-up call for our communities to the great work that our officers are doing every day to remove public safety threats. How this illegal alien was hired without work authorization, a final order of removal, and a prior weapons charge is beyond comprehension and should alarm the parents of that school district.”

ICE is grateful for the assistance of the Iowa State Patrol in apprehending this subject.”

Serena Williams, one of the wealthiest athletes on the planet, decided Thursday to make a social media fuss about a plant in a hotel hallway.

The tennis star posted a video on her Instagram Stories showing a cotton plant in a vase at what appeared to be a New York City hotel.

“Alright, everyone. How do we feel about cotton as decoration?” Williams asked her 18.2 million followers.

“Personally, for me, it doesn’t feel great,” she added.

In a follow-up story, Williams held a piece of the cotton she had pulled from the arrangement.

She then commented that the cotton “feels like nail polish remover cotton.”

Her motive was pretty obvious.

She wanted to connect herself to oppression and slavery and probably sought to get someone in trouble, but it backfired.

Instagram’s Stories feature does not allow direct comments, but people who saw the posts found ways to call her out.

On a separate post, one critic fired back, “When cotton triggers you but you’re A-OK with Nike’s sweatshop practices.”

Another person wrote, “This is how screwed up our world is when you’re worrying about a cotton plant in a lobby of a hotel.”

Yet another user asked the obvious question: “Do you not wear cotton, have cotton socks, cotton balls in your home. Give me a break. I think they’re beautiful. It’s Fall.”

People also called her out on X:

The truth is that Williams’ outrage was as performative as it was absurd.

She wears cotton. She sleeps on cotton. She dries off with cotton. She uses cotton on her nails.

Yet she feigns discomfort at seeing it in a vase at a hotel.

Even worse, she positioned herself near the suffering of actual victims of slavery by implying her feelings of offense were valid — as if she had been personally wronged.

Today, there are millions of people enslaved worldwide, but Williams, while sitting atop a fortune estimated at $350 million, chose to posture about a hotel decoration.

Her tantrum does nothing to help those who are truly oppressed.

It simply furthers division in a country already dealing with inflamed tensions.

This isn’t 2017. It isn’t a culture fight over Hobby Lobby fall decor, and Williams isn’t some struggling underdog.

She’s a global celebrity who was born in 1981, grew up in California, and is complaining about a plant that has been used worldwide to make common goods for millennia.

She was never a slave, her parents weren’t slaves, and she is probably farther removed from slavery than many people living globally today.

The Epstein curse has caught up with Fergie.

The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, is under fire for her close relationship with late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein that was revealed by recent disclosure of an apologetic email that she sent to her ‘supreme friend’.

In her interview to the DOJ, Ghislaine Maxwell also said that Fergie was the one who introduced Epstein to Prince Andrew, and also that the duchess was trying to ‘put the moves’ on the disgraces financier.

The email release has led to seven charities severing ties with Ferguson, and that may not be the end of it.

The family of late Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre is now demanding that Sarah Ferguson be stripped of her royal title over her connection to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Daily Mail reported:

“In an interview with BBC Newsnight, Giuffre’s brother and sister-in-law spoke out after an email emerged in which the Duchess of York apologized to Epstein and referred to him as a ‘supreme friend’ – even though he had already been convicted of sex crimes.

In the correspondence the Duchess ‘humbly apologized’ to the convicted sex offender for letting him down and said she had been told to speak out if she wanted to save her career as a children’s author.”

“Sky Roberts, Virginia’s brother, tore into her conduct, telling Newsnight: ‘To call Epstein a ‘supreme friend’ after his conviction is indefensible. The public is watching, and this is just the beginning.’

[…] His wife, Amanda Roberts, was equally damning: ‘Every survivor faces defamation. If you’re in Epstein’s circle, it was very obvious what was happening. Minors were around him constantly. For friends to act unaware is preposterous’.”

Federal agents at the Dallas ICE facility were seen taking cover and assisting detainees as a left-wing gunman fired shots into the building.

Two people are dead, including the shooter, in a shooting at a Dallas ICE facility as an act of targeted violence, the FBI said on Wednesday.

Among the deceased is one detainee; a second detainee was critically injured.

The shooter, identified as 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Joshua Jahn fired at the ICE building from a nearby rooftop. No ICE agents were injured.

Newly released surveillance video obtained by Fox News shows ICE agents helping save lives as bullets were flying.

“Officials say they hope people will see that the agents were heroic, clearly willing to risk their lives to save the detainees, rather than focus on dangerous anti-ICE rhetoric,” Fox News correspondent Brooke Taylor said.

“I’ve spoken with sources who are agents at the field office and they say they’re upset, devastated, and frustrated that the public can’t see they are just doing their jobs and protecting the community,” Brook Taylor said.

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: NYT Publishes Deep State Hit Piece Blaming Tulsi Gabbard Rather Than DOJ for John Brennan Not Being Indicted Yet

The Deep State is trying to place the blame on why John Brennan has not yet been arrested on Tulsi Gabbard.  This is another lie since Gabbard has little to do with when and how the DOJ indicts former CIA Director Brennan. 

The New York Times is noted for being the go-to media outlet of choice when the Deep State wants a story published.  The best example of this was the attempted coup of the Trump Administration by bad actors in the Deep State using the fake news story of “Russia Collusion”.  The NYT was more than happy to oblige and was happy when it was awarded a Pulitzer for being so compliant.

The New York Post reported on the Russia Collusion Pulitzer received by the Times and WaPo:

“For deeply sourced, relentlessly reported coverage in the public interest,” the citation from the Pulitzer Prize board begins, “that dramatically furthered the nation’s understanding of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and its connections to the Trump campaign, the president-elect’s transition team and his eventual administration.”

Except the journalism that the Pulitzers honored — a 2018 National Reporting prize shared by the Washington Post and the New York Times for reporting on Russiagate — did no such thing.

It led to a dramatic misunderstanding, suggesting that Donald Trump colluded with Vladimir Putin to help sway the 2016 election — a grand conspiracy that we now know never existed.

Oh, it was “deeply sourced,” in that deep-state Democratic bureaucrats, furious that Trump had won the White House, were falling over themselves to talk anonymously to reporters.

And it was “relentlessly reported,” or at least just relentless, as the newspapers were obsessed with taking down the Trump administration.

Yet reading these pieces four years later, one is struck not only by how irrelevant they are, but how shlocky — tinged with a McCarthyist alarmism of a red under every bed. Two major newspapers that hold themselves up as the pinnacle of press freedom, the “truth dies in darkness” brigade and all that, pushed a conspiracy theory.

Some things never change.  This past week the Times reported, that the inquiry into Obama’s C.I.A. Chief John Brennan was stalled after a purge by Tulsi Gabbard.  Yahoo and other Mainstream sites repeated this report:

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard may have undermined the Trump administration’s criminal investigation of former CIA Director John Brennan when she revoked the security clearances of current and former officials who could be called as potential witnesses in the case, two senior administration officials told NBC News.

Gabbard on Aug. 19 stripped the security clearances of 37 former and current intelligence and national security officials whom she accused of manipulating or leaking intelligence or other misconduct. But her office did not properly coordinate the move with other agencies, and the Justice Department was blindsided, according to the two officials.

However, this piece doesn’t even make sense.  If the NYT wanted to tell the true story, its writers would report that the holding or not holding of a security clearance doesn’t impact conversations with DOJ attorneys about ongoing investigations in the least.

The security clearance gives you only the ability to see new material. It doesn’t 1) require you to forget what’s already in your head, or 2) allow/prevent you from talking to someone about what you know – that’s based on the recipient’s clearance and need to know, not whether you hold a clearance.

If DOJ has the legal right to ask about what the interviewee knows, then the interviewee’s clearances status is irrelevant.

Sources tell us that this is the same approach with the Afghan War Commission – when they want to interview personnel who had security clearances revoked, a new clearance did not need to be issued. The person can just respond to unclassified questions with classified information, since they are repeating what they know, and the people receiving the info have the clearance. It isn’t an issue for the person speaking since they already know the information.

As ODNI Gabbard has said before, there was coordination with agencies, and the White House, ahead of the revocations letter being sent.

Our sources tell us that the person at the DOJ who is overseeing the Brennan case is blocking its release in a similar fashion to what we saw occur with Comey in the Eastern District of Virginia.  Comey’s indictment was delayed because US Attorney Erik Siebert was blocking any indictments. He even went so far as to write a 51-page report on why Comey should not be arrested. We now know due to our reporting earlier today that Seibert had a material conflict of interest (his father-in-law was Jim Comey’s daughter’s godfather) that he didn’t share.

Our sources tell us that the real reason for Brennan not  indicated already again lies with the person at the DOJ assigned to bring justice slow rolling any indictments.
