BREAKING: Sinclair Caves, Will Bring Jimmy Kimmel’s Show Back
September 26, 2025
Sinclair Broadcast Group caved and said it is bringing back ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ on Friday evening after a brief suspension.
On Monday, Sinclair Broadcast Group announced they won’t broadcast Jimmy Kimmel Live! across its ABC affiliate stations after ABC caved.
Jimmy Kimmel lied to millions of people and claimed Kirk was assassinated by a MAGA conservative.
Charlie Kirk was gunned down by a far-left, pro-transgender radical who hated him for his conservative political views.
After a brief suspension, Sinclair is bringing Kimmel’s show back.
“Over the last week, we have received thoughtful feedback from viewers, advertisers, and community leaders representing a wide range of perspectives,” Sinclair said in a statement. “We have also witnessed troubling acts of violence, including the despicable incident of a shooting at an ABC affiliate station in Sacramento. These events underscore why responsible broadcasting matters and why respectful dialogue between differing voices remains so important.”
Sinclair is returning “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” to its ABC affiliate broadcast stations beginning Friday, the company said in a statement.
The announcement comes three days after Disney’s ABC broadcast network returned the late night program to its air after a nearly week-long suspension. Disney had temporarily suspended the late night show following comments Kimmel made about the alleged murder of conservative activist Charlie Kirk and President Donald Trump’s MAGA movement.
Broadcast station owner Sinclair, along with fellow broadcast station owner Nexstar Media Group, said earlier this week they would continue to preempt the show, meaning it would be unavailable on local stations for roughly 20% of the country, while they evaluated the situation and continued discussions with Disney.

A whistleblower lawsuit against Planned Parenthood could put the baby killing factory on the hook for as much as $1.8 billion in fraudulent Medicaid claims.
Doe v. Planned Parenthood was filed in 2021 under the False Claims Act by an anonymous whistleblower. The lawsuit accuses Planned Parenthood of continuing to bill Medicaid for services in Texas and Louisiana after both states revoked the abortion giant’s eligibility in 2015, and while their provider status was under review.
The two states revoked the organization’s Medicaid eligibility after they were exposed for selling fetal tissue and organs. Louisiana and Texas quickly moved to revoke the organization’s Medicaid eligibility, although court orders delayed the revocation.
During the delay, the group continued to make Medicaid reimbursement claims. In 2020, the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the states.
“As the courts debated Planned Parenthood’s eligibility, the group continued to make Medicaid reimbursement claims despite the uncertain status until 2020, when the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the states,” the lawsuit alleges.
Designed to protect taxpayer dollars from fraudulent actors, the False Claims Act requires that “any person who knowingly submits, or causes to submit, false claims to the government is liable for three times the government’s damages plus a penalty that is linked to inflation,” according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
The U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments Thursday in Doe v. Planned Parenthood, focusing on whether the pro-abortion organization’s national office could be held liable for advising affiliates in Texas and Louisiana to keep billing Medicaid during the litigation.
In an op-ed for The Hill, pro-life leader and legal expert Jennie Bradley Lichter called the case “the most important case you’ve never heard of” and an “existential threat” to Planned Parenthood.
Planned Parenthood’s access to tax dollars has also been limited by the Supreme Court ruling in Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, which upheld states’ authority to decide whether abortion providers qualify for Medicaid reimbursements.
Against this backdrop, the under-the-radar case of U.S. ex rel. Doe v. Planned Parenthood represents an existential threat to Planned Parenthood.
*******
Now, Planned Parenthood could be on the hook for treble damages, civil penalties, interest and legal fees, pushing its total potential liability in the pending case past $1.8 billion — a financial catastrophe for the abortion giant that could hasten its end.
President Trump Smacks Down ‘Reporter’ Asking a Gotcha Question Regarding Comey Indictment and Signals More Indictments Coming Against Deep State Actors (VIDEO)

Despite yesterday’s bombshell indictment of former FBI Director James Comey, President Trump is not done laying down the laws against the Deep State crooks and Democrats who tried to end his political career and lock him up for the rest of his life.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Department of Justice indicted Comey on Thursday on charges of making false statements and obstruction of justice. This came days after Trump issued a public demand for his Justice Department to act “now” to bring prosecutions against Comey for his crimes.
Comey repeatedly lied to Congress and the FISA Court in order to spy on President Trump in the Russiagate scandal, something he knew was completely made up back in 2016.
On Friday, as Trump was about to depart the White House to watch the Ryder Cup at Bethpage State Park in Farmingdale, New York, one ‘reporter’ decided to ask whether him if he was worried a future Democrat president might retaliate by indicting Kash Patel.
What a nasty gotcha question considering Patel has not committed any crime. Any indictment of Patel would be a grave travesty of justice and pure revenge.
The ‘reporter’ just wanted to make the indictment of Comey about pure pettiness. Indicting Comey is about delivering justice and letting all Ameircans know that no one is above the law.
Trump noted these key facts while ably swatting aside the ‘reporter.’

REPORTER: Are you worried now that the next time there is a Democrat president they will indict your FBI director?
TRUMP: Well, that’s what they tried to do. They did it with me for four years, and that doesn’t include the four great years we had in the White House.
It began before I got to office, you know that (to reporter: “Wait a Minute”) Before I got to office, I started hearing rumors about Russia I said, what the h*ll do I have to do with Russia?! Nothing.
REPORTER: Is this more about justice or is it about revenge?
TRUMP: It’s about justice…Also, you can’t let this go on. They are sick, radical left people, and they can’t get away with it.
Trump also revealed that more indictments are coming soon against not only corrupt deep state officials like Comey but also Democrats as well.
Senator Adam Schiff and New York Attorney General Letitia James better start sweating.

Trans Terrorism Is Rising: The FBI Lacks the Tools to Counter It
September 26, 2025

Over the past five years, there have been more transgender mass shootings than in the previous two decades. From 2018 to 2025, at least four or five confirmed cases appear consistently across sources, compared to just one case documented before 2018 in The Violence Project database, which tracks incidents back to 1966.
Recent cases include the 2025 Catholic church attack in Minnesota, where a transgender individual killed two children and injured 17, leaving a manifesto threatening to “kill Donald Trump”; the August 2025 Minneapolis school shooting by Robin Westman; the March 2023 Nashville Covenant School shooting by Audrey Hale; the November 2022 Colorado Springs Club Q shooting; the May 2019 Highlands Ranch, Colorado, school shooting; and the September 2018 Aberdeen, Maryland, warehouse shooting. In February 2024, Kyle Benjamin Douglas Calvert, a pansexual nonbinary Antifa sympathizer from Irondale, Alabama, attempted to bomb the state attorney general’s office in Montgomery. The 2025 assassination of Charlie Kirk was not committed by a transgender person, but by a man romantically involved with a transgender individual who subscribed to trans ideology.
Tracking this trend is difficult because federal crime reporting systems do not record gender identity. The FBI’s Uniform Crime Reports and Active Shooter documents track age, race, and biological sex, but not whether an offender identifies as transgender. Similarly, the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) categorizes offenders by biological sex, meaning a transgender shooter would typically be reported as male. As a result, there is no centralized, official dataset specifically counting transgender offenders in murders or mass shootings.
Beyond mass shootings, which represent only a small percentage of violence in America, transgender perpetrators are increasingly appearing in violent assaults, though the real numbers are likely higher given the crime data collection problems discussed earlier. On example was in June 2024, Jason Lee Willie, who identifies as a woman and goes by Alexia, was sentenced to one year in prison after pleading guilty to threatening to rape girls in restrooms, carry out school shootings, and bomb churches.
The rise in trans-perpetrated violence, intimidation, and assaults by extreme trans activists is often linked to “Trantifa,” a loosely organized movement of far-left transgender activists associated with Antifa ideology. The name, a portmanteau of “transgender” and “Antifa,” refers to activists who view the United States as systemically racist and oppressive toward trans people, framing laws against gender-related practices as part of a “trans genocide.” Online, an official Trantifa International Facebook and Twitter presence describes itself as “the transgender arm of Antifa.”
Several incidents have been attributed to Trantifa activists: former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines was chased, assaulted, and barricaded at San Francisco State University after opposing biological males in women’s sports; in 2025, Antifa militants and trans activists disrupted a Turning Point USA event at the University of Washington, where a protester carrying a trans flag hurled a bag of dog feces at a volunteer; cyclist Hannah Arensman quit her sport after harassment, reportedly involving pro-trans Antifa members from the John Brown Gun Club; and women at a protest described being bloodied, pepper-sprayed, and attacked by masked trans activists they identified as Trantifa. Other reports include a man attacked with a flagpole outside the CIF State Championship, with the suspect arrested.
One reason cited for the rise of Trantifa and violent incidents involving transgender individuals is that some believe they are being subjected to genocide. They interpret actions such as removing Pride flags from public buildings, prohibiting transition surgeries and drug therapies for children, ending medical insurance coverage for gender-transition treatments, and requiring U.S. service members to dress and serve according to their birth gender as an attempt to drive transgender people into extinction. Because of this, some feel justified in fighting back.
Mike Howell, president of the Oversight Project, an organization urging the FBI to create a new domestic terrorism category called Transgender Ideology-Inspired Violence and Extremism (TIVE), the genocide framing absolute nonsense but said his group is pressing the FBI to include this category under its violent extremism framework. According to Howell, this would allow the FBI to run such investigations through its counterterrorism branch, just as it did with January 6 cases.
He explained that there are already numerous designations for other ideologies, such as animal rights violence and racially motivated extremism, and that adding TIVE would give the FBI more latitude to investigate and enforce the law. It would also, he said, create “clear categorization” that would produce cleaner data, enabling agencies to study, report on, and develop policies around the problem.
Currently, the FBI does not collect crime data based on gender identity, which allows critics to dispute claims of rising transgender violence because most statistics come from private groups rather than government sources. A formal designation, Howell said, would change that. It would fit transgender terrorism into the legal framework under 18 U.S.C. § 2331(5) and permit enhanced intelligence gathering and sharing.
Howell added that once the threat is formally labeled, authorities would be able to work with DHS to create fusion centers and joint task forces across federal, state, and local agencies. This, he said, would provide a legal framework for action, allowing officials to identify the threat, align it with the statutory definition of domestic terrorism, and investigate acts intended to intimidate civilians or government. It would also enable prevention efforts similar to those used against radical Islam, examining radicalization pipelines, disrupting them in communities, and even pursuing financial disruption of violent actors.
According to Howell, the transgender movement’s “out-of-control rhetoric” has fostered an environment where a subset of extreme activists engage in violence and domestic terrorist actions. He added that the desire of trans extremists to eliminate their ideological opponents is, in his view, “clearly domestic terrorism.”
Update: US Attorney Erik Siebert Who Was Fired by Trump Had a Stunning Conflict of Interest But Kept It Hidden from Administration
September 26, 2025
The US Attorney Erik Siebert had a stunning conflict of interest his entire career at the DOJ but kept it hidden – and now he is gone.
President Trump fired US Attorney Erik Siebert this past week. Seibert was nominated for US Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia. President Trump shared the following:
Today I withdrew the Nomination of Erik Siebert as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, when I was informed that he received the UNUSUALLY STRONG support of the two absolutely terrible, sleazebag Democrat Senators, from the Great State of Virginia. He didn’t quit, I fired him! Next time let him go in as a Democrat, not a Republican. Thank you for your attention to this matter. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!President DJT

The far-left media complained that the President’s firing of Seibert was outrageous and only done because Seibert wouldn’t prosecute radical Letitia James for her multiple instances of mortgage fraud.
What the Legacy Media won’t tell you is that President Trump had every reason for firing Seibert. Erik Siebert the US attorney fired by Trump had prepared a 51 page Memo outlining why Jim Comey should not be charged for crimes he committed while at the FBI. However, Siebert did not disclose that his father-in-law, his wife’s father is the godfather to Comey’s daughter, a stunning conflict of interest. Siebert should have recused himself but he never did.
The Washington Post confirmed this relationship with Comey when former VP Mike Pence obtained Richard Cullen as his attorney.
Vice President Pence became the latest member of the Trump administration to lawyer up Thursday, announcing that he had hired an outside attorney, Richard Cullen, to deal with the ongoing probe of Russian meddling in the 2016 U.S. elections.
News reports described the sterling reputation of Cullen, 69, a former Virginia attorney general and longtime Washington insider who played crucial roles in some of the most high-profile political investigations of the last several decades.
But other parts of his resume attracted even more interest. For three years, Cullen worked at a Richmond law firm with a central figure of the Russia investigation: FBI Director James B. Comey, who was just fired by Pence’s boss, President Trump.
