A federal judge on Wednesday ordered the reinstatement of a University of South Dakota professor who was suspended for celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

Shortly after Charlie Kirk was assassinated during an event at Utah Valley University earlier this month, Phillip Michael Hook took to social media to celebrate the murder.

Hook also called Charlie Kirk, a Christian husband and father who spread the Gospel on college campuses across the country, a “hate spreading Nazi.”

“Okay. I don’t give a flying f*ck about this Kirk person. Apparently he was a hate spreading Nazi. I wasn’t paying close enough attention to the idiotic right fringe to even know who he was. I’m sorry for his family that he was a hate spreading Nazi and got killed. I’m sure they deserved better. Maybe good people could now enter their lives. But geez, where was all this concern when the politicians in Minnesota were shot? And the school shootings? And Capitol Police? I have no thoughts or prayers for this hate spreading Nazi. A shrug, maybe,” Phillip Hook wrote.

In a follow-up social media post, Hook wrote: “Apparently my frustration with the sudden onslaught of coverage concerning a guy shot today led to a post I mow [sic] regret posting. I’m sure many folks fully understood my premise but the simple fact that some were offended, led me to remove the post. I extend this public apology to those who were offended. Om Shanti.”

Hook filed a lawsuit after he was suspended over his social media post attacking Charlie Kirk.

On Wednesday, US District Judge Karen Schreier, a Clinton appointee, issued a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and reinstated Hook while his lawsuit proceeds.

Judge Schreier said Hook is entitled to First Amendment protections.

Investigative reporter Paul Sperry posted news on former CIA Chief and Trump-hater John Brennan.

It appears Brennan is not out of the woods yet and government investigators and prosecutors are zeroing in on his false statements under oath from 2023.

Sperry linked back to his July 2025 report at Real Clear Investigations alluding to Brennan’s questionable statements on the Russiagate scandal.

The Gateway Pundit reported this last month on liar John Brennan.

Former CIA Chief John Brennan testified before the House Judiciary’s Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government in March 2023.

Following the closed-door hearing, Rep. Kat Cammack (R-Fla.) told Martha MacCallum on FOX News,  “But what we’re really getting at is painting an irrefutable picture that the intelligence community — along with the law enforcement agencies, the DOJ and others, at the highest levels — have been working to weaponize their agencies against the American people and certainly for political gain.”

The hearing focused on the discredited letter signed by Brennan and 50 other intelligence community leaders who openly lied to the American public that Hunter Biden’s computer contents was ‘Russian disinformation.’ This lie was told in order to help Joe Biden in his 2020 election against President Trump. Brennan signed the letter knowing it was a lie.

in July, The Washington Examiner reported that John Brennan made numerous statements under oath or to the American public that were found to be completely false. Newly declassified documents revealed that Brennan was not honest during his closed-door testimony. The newly declassified reports suggest that Brennan violated intelligence community standards, laundered information from the debunked Steele dossier into an official intel assessment, and more.

In August, investigative reporter Paul Sperry dropped this bomb on X indicting John Brennan.

A south American country vows to kick British imperialism out of South Atlantic islands.

All over the planet, whatever remnants of the British Empire that still exist are getting torn down, like the Chagos Islands being returned to the Mauritius out there in the Indic Ocean.

This process is now expected to reach the South Atlantic, as Argentina has just launched a new initiative to regain the ‘illegally occupied’ Falkland Islands, that was object of a war in the 1980s.

“The announcement came during President Javier Milei’s speech to the United Nations General Assembly in New York on Wednesday.

The firebrand Argentinian leader told the summit that his country’s claim to the South Atlantic Island was ‘legitimate’ and ‘unrenounciable’.”

In his fiery speech Milei demanded from the UK the start of bilateral talks over the ‘sensitive and crucially important issue’ of what Argentines call the ‘Islas Malvinas’.

“I wish to reiterate our legitimate claim and irrenunuciable claim to sovereignty over the Malvinas, South Georgia, South Sandwich Islands and surrounding maritime area that continue to be illegally occupied”
