A San Antonio man has been arrested for making a terroristic threat against the University of Texas-San Antonio (UTSA) prayer vigil for Charlie Kirk.

Xaelyn Dunbar, 19, was arrested after he posted on Facebook that he intended to use a Ford 250 diesel truck to run down the people gathered to mourn the assassination of Kirk.

According to the arrest affidavit, Dunbar wrote, “This is a disgrace and I can tell you right now ima make sure this won’t be a good nor comforting vigil yall watch and see.”

Dunbar escalated the threat by adding, “You’ll see tmr I jus wouldn’t advise tryna stop a ford 250 Diesel truck. Show yall how much Charlie really means.”

These posts prompted authorities to conduct a welfare check at Dunbar’s San Antonio home, leading to his swift arrest.

During questioning, Dunbar reportedly admitted to the posts, telling police he was simply “being dumb” and “clowning around.”

When asked by law enforcement if the comments were worth the trouble he is now in, Dunbar said, “if that’s what it takes, I did what I did and I can take the consequences,” according to a report from KSAT.

Dunbar faces serious charges of making a terroristic threat, which could result in penalties ranging from six months in county jail to up to 10 years in prison, depending on the classification. His bond was set at $40,000, and he was booked into the Bexar County Sheriff’s Department Adult Detention Center.

Approximately 2,000 people attended the vigil in honor of Kirk.

This arrest comes amid heightened concerns over threats to free speech and assembly, particularly for conservative events in the aftermath of Kirk’s shocking assassination. Many prominent conservatives have called for President Donald Trump to declare a state of emergency over leftist political violence.

Charlie Kirk’s assassin, Tyler Robinson, made contact with a police officer several hours after he fatally shot Kirk.

According to Fox News, around 6:30 pm on the day of the assassination, 22-year-old Robinson made contact with an officer posted up at a perimeter near where the murder weapon was discovered.

Robinson fatally shot Charlie Kirk at 12:23 local time during an event at Utah Valley University on September 10.

Reports of Robinson’s encounter with law enforcement line up with text messages sent to his transgender lover, Lance Twiggs.

Robinson told Lance Twiggs that he wanted to go back to retrieve his rifle

“I had planned to grab my rifle from my drop point shortly after, but most of that side of town got locked down. Its quiet, almost enough to get out, but theres one vehicle lingering,” Robinson wrote in a text to Twiggs at an unspecified time on September 10.

Robinson told Twiggs that police officers were swarming the area: “There is a squad car parked right by it. I think they already swept that spot, but I don’t wanna chance it.”

“I’m wishing I had circled back and grabbed it as soon as I got to my vehicle,” Robinson wrote. “I’m worried what my old man would do if I didn’t bring back grandpas rifle.”

Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old accused of assassinating Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University earlier this month, “made contact” with a police officer near where investigators recovered the alleged murder weapon wrapped in a towel in the woods at the edge of campus, according to two law enforcement sources.

It happened around 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 10, roughly six hours after a sniper’s bullet struck Kirk in the neck as he was engaging the audience during a speaking event sponsored by the UVU chapter of his organization in Orem, Utah.

The officer was guarding the perimeter after authorities placed the campus on lockdown, and the encounter appears to have thwarted the suspect’s attempt to recover the Mauser .30-06 rifle prosecutors allege was used to kill Kirk.

Robinson was charged with:

– Count 1: Aggravated murder (capital offense)
– Count 2: Felony reckless discharge of a firearm causing bodily injury
– Count 3: Felony obstruction of justice for hiding the firearm
– Count 4: Felony obstruction of justice for discarding the clothing he wore during the shooting
– Count 5: Witness tampering for asking roommate to delete incriminating messages
– Count 6: Witness temperating for demanding trans roommate stay silent, and not speak to police
– Count 7: Commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child

In the wake of the assassination of Charlie Kirk and other violent incidents linked to transgender ideology, The Oversight Project is pressing the FBI to create a new domestic terrorism category: Transgender Ideology-Inspired Violence and Extremism (TIVE). The organization argues that the Bureau could then act immediately, without congressional approval, to “detect, disrupt, and dismantle TIVE cells.”

Mike Howell, president of the Oversight Project, stressed that this effort is not about labeling all transgender people as extremists but about responding to a dangerous trend. He explained that rhetoric equating words with violence has created a climate where troubled individuals feel justified in carrying out attacks. “If you believe someone is trying to ‘eradicate you,’ violence becomes justified. That’s the threat we’re facing,” Howell said.

The Oversight Project, which previously uncovered the autopen clemency controversy, is now urging federal law enforcement to apply consistent standards to emerging domestic terrorism threats and to close loopholes that allow ideologically motivated violence to incubate online and spill into real-world attacks.

When I interviewed Howell, he described the Oversight Project as an investigative and litigation group spun off from the Heritage Foundation earlier this year. Staffed by former federal agents and lawyers, the organization, in his words, “sues a lot of people.” Howell noted that his own background includes service as a congressional staffer and as a Trump administration official, with most of his government work focused on homeland security oversight and litigation.

Generally, when a shooting occurs, the media tries to suppress the fact that the shooter is transgender or a leftwing extremist. This suppression distorts crime statistics, making it difficult to identify trends. As a result, anyone who suggests that violence linked to transgender ideology is rising is often dismissed as homophobic or accused of spreading misinformation.

Howell explained that the problem is not new. He said that when crime and shooting statistics were first being categorized years ago, officials manipulated the data to highlight white males as the primary perpetrators, while downplaying African American gang violence and related crimes. “Basically the crime stats have been junk ever since,” he argued.

According to Howell, the manipulation has only worsened. He claimed that officials are now grouping gang shootings and prison crimes together in order to obscure the growing rate of transgender-related crime and domestic terrorism. “Everyone’s astroturfing the same cooked statistics back at us,” he said, adding that the Oversight Project is pushing back against these distortions by putting forward its own research.

One of the central goals, Howell stressed, is to secure a federal definition and categorization of Transgender Ideology-Inspired Violence and Extremism. This would not only help law enforcement but also enable accurate data collection. As he explained, “A clear definition and categorization from the feds would allow for actual data collection on this, and not just a bunch of think tanks coming at it from a partisan lane or a Washington Post lane. That’s one of the ancillary benefits. We can actually understand the problem, let alone mitigate it and end it.”

Howell pointed out that while U.S. law provides a definition of domestic terrorism, there is no direct criminal penalty tied to the designation. “and there’s not a statutory pathway for the designation,” he said. This does not mean the federal government is unable to designate an activity as terrorism, only that prosecutions must rely on other criminal statutes.

One of the main challenges is that domestic terrorism is defined differently across various agencies and institutions. For his work, Howell relies on 18 U.S.C. § 2331(5), which defines domestic terrorism as activities that involve violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that violate U.S. law (or would if committed in the U.S.); that are intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population, influence government policy through intimidation or coercion, or affect government conduct through mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and that occur primarily within U.S. territory.

Howell explained that the Oversight Project has focused on the FBI because the Bureau has the authority to trigger action across the government. The FBI already maintains domestic violent extremism categories, administered through its counterterrorism branch, a framework that has existed since the Oklahoma City bombing and the Clinton years, when Merrick Garland helped expand domestic surveillance focused on white supremacy.

Democrats remain intensely focused on combating white supremacy, fascism, and right-wing extremism. Yet in the United States today, there are no organized groups openly identifying as fascist, and while right-wing extremism exists, its threat has often been exaggerated by political bias in reporting. In contrast, left-wing extremism has become a persistent and visible problem, with open support even from some figures within government.

According to Howell, the refusal to label left-wing violence as domestic terrorism is part of the problem. He argued that transgender ideology is closely bound up with violence and that such violence is predictable. He described it as a form of stochastic terrorism, where activists and their supporters insist that if transgender individuals are not fully affirmed, they will face eradication, suicide, or self-harm.

Howell said this rhetoric casts ordinary people who reject radical ideology as participants in violence, creating a worldview of permanent struggle. In his words, “We think that is the grounds from which people become extreme and adopt domestic terrorism, because they’ve basically accepted this worldview that’s life and that’s struggle. It’s similar to jihadism in so many ways.”

Creating a new domestic terrorism category, Transgender Ideology-Inspired Violence and Extremism (TIVE), would give the FBI broader tools to detect, disrupt, and dismantle TIVE cells, making the nation safer.

There is no longer any question. The Democrat Party is filled with crazy people; deranged people; mentally ill people; dangerous, violent, hateful people; loons, nutjobs, weirdos and killers.

The Charlie Kirk assassination brought them all out of the closet.

But there is a special dangerous category- a subset within the group. Democrat women. They are the craziest, most mentally ill of all- and perhaps the most hateful, violent and dangerous too. None of this is new. It’s just the worst it has ever been.

And for the first time, it’s all out in the open.

I’ve known about this for decades. And I’ve been warning like Paul Revere: “The Democrat women are crazy. The Democrat women are crazy!” But now everyone knows I was telling the truth. Everyone can see it with their own eyes.

Back in 1981, I saw it for the first time. I was sitting in my political science class at Columbia University. It was the largest class at Columbia- about 250 students sitting in a large theatre with high ceilings. Suddenly a student burst through the door- breathless, excited, screaming. We all turned around to see what was going on. He yelled out, “Reagan has been shot. They’ve assassinated Reagan.”

The reaction of the class shocked and sickened me. STANDING OVATION. My classmates cheered, high fived, hugged, celebrated like it was New Years Eve. And the majority of this class was women. They were foaming at the mouth with hatred for a great man I loved like a 2nd father.

That’s when I realized the truth about liberals- many of them are mentally ill, filled with hate, and want us dead. They were then (and are today) literally foaming at the mouth with hatred and blood lust for us.

And liberal women are the most crazy, nasty and hateful of all.

I’ve told this story over the years, but I think most normal people either didn’t believe it could be that bad…or thought it only applied to the small sliver of ultra-liberal students found at Ivy League colleges.

The truth is the entire base of the Democrat Party is nuts. Especially Democrat women.

They are “Koo Koo for Cocoa Pops” nuts. They are “One Flew over the Cuckoos Nest” nuts. They are John Hinkley Jr. nuts (the man who shot Reagan). And they are “Stepford Wives” brainwashed.

Here are the 3 most recent, eye-opening examples of this Democrat-women-mental-illness-phenomenon…

First, while the assassination of wonderful family man and man of God Charlie Kirk was shocking enough, the reaction from the left was even more shocking and revolting.

Democrats…and especially Democrat women…cheered Charlie’s cold-blooded murder like they just won the lottery. These brainwashed, Kool Aid-drinkers thought it was cool to openly celebrate an assassination. Female teachers thought it was normal to celebrate murder in front of their students. Doctors and lawyers celebrated on social media too. They had no idea they could lose their jobs. Or that millions of Americans would find their reaction revolting and disturbing.

Then we come to the pregnant Democrat women who responded to President Trump’s public warning that Tylenol can cause autism in babies, by guzzling tons of Tylenol pills on video, on social media.

These are pregnant women- so mentally ill, they’ve lost touch with reality. So mentally ill, they hate President Trump more than they love their own babies. So mentally ill, they are risking their babies lives to make a political statement. What if their baby dies? What if their baby has brain damage? What if their baby develops severe autism for life?

Today we found out one of these crazy liberal women suffered a fatal Tylenol overdose and is on a ventilator fighting for her life…and the life of her unborn child.

Every one of these pregnant women should be arrested for child endangerment, and have their babies taken away at birth, to protect them from their dangerously mentally ill and unfit mothers.

Finally, we saw Violet Affleck, the Hollywood “lucky sperm club,” spoiled-brat daughter of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner give a speech at the United Nations demanding mask mandates for everyone, for life. There she stood in glasses, and a filthy face diaper covering her pale face, scared to death over a germ, and demanding we all live in fear, cowering, and covering our faces for the rest of our lives- to keep her safe from catching a cold, because of a pandemic that ended five years ago.

The poor girl doesn’t need a mask- she needs a rubber room, straight jacket, and a lifetime of Thorazine pills.

Folks, this isn’t normal. Liberal women were always crazy. But this is a new level of madness. Something really bad has caused a pandemic of severe mental illness. Something has altered the brains of these liberal women. Let me be the first to break the code….

It’s the Covid vaccine.

Doctors, scientists and numerous peer-reviewed studies have warned the Covid jab causes severe neurological damage. Liberal women have all drank the Kool-Aid propaganda from Big Pharma and the endless lies from bribed Democrat politicians. Their entire lives are dominated by fear of a cold germ. So, they’re all on their 10th Covid booster.

The Covid booster acts like a brain-eating ameba.

Spike proteins have attacked their brain cells, and I believe they’ve lost all ability to reason, or question, or accept dissent. Worse, they no longer have any filter protecting themselves from violent, self-hating, self-destructive and suicidal thoughts.

The Covid vaccine boosters have hollowed out their brains.

And all that’s left is hatred, violent delusions, lack of impulse control, and anger towards normal people with normal lives.

Now I hope you understand what we’re dealing with.

This is a new deadly level of insanity and reckless, dangerous behavior and hate speech/hate crimes caused by a deadly, experimental vaccine.

A radical magistrate judge denied the Justice Department’s request to detain a man who tried to take down Marine One with a red laser pointer.

The Justice Department on Monday charged a man for trying to take down Marine One with a red pointer laser on Saturday.

According to a legal complaint filed on Monday, the suspect, Jacob Samuel Winkler, pointed a red laser at Marine One while President Trump was onboard.

“The red laser beam hit Officer Santiago’s eyes and briefly disoriented him. At this time, Marine One flew at a relatively low height and directly above Officer Santiago and [Winkler’s] location. Marine One was close enough that the rotor noise was loud, and the aircraft appeared large overhead. Officer Santiago approached [Winkler] after being flashed in the face with the red laser. Upon approach, [Winkler] looked up, oriented the same red laser pointer at the direction of Marine One and activated the red laser beam,” the legal complaint said.

“From Officer Santiago’s training and experience, Officer Santiago immediately identified [Winkler’s] action as a danger to Marine One and everyone on-board. [Winkler’s] conduct posed a risk of flash blindness and pilot disorientation, especially during low-level flight near other helicopters (U.S. Park Police, U.S. Marine Corps) and the Washington Monument. This placed Marine One at risk of an airborne collision,” the complaint said.

Winkler was immediately put in handcuffs.

According to the complaint, after Winkler was handcuffed, he got on his knees and said, “I should apologize to Donald Trump,” and “I apologize to Donald Trump.”

“The defendant, Jacob Samuel Winkler, did knowingly aim the beam of a laser pointer at an aircraft in the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States, or at the flight path of such an aircraft,” the complaint read.

Winkler was charged with 18 U.S. Code § 39A, a law that prohibits aiming a laser pointer at an aircraft.

Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui denied the DOJ’s request to detain Winkler and the case has been assigned to Obama-appointed Beryl Howell.

Speaking of DC Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui–he just denied Trump DOJ’s request to detain Jacob Winkler, who used a red laser against a a Secret Service officer then pointed it at the president’s helicopter as he took off from the White House last week.
