Oklahoma City Councilmember FORCED to RESIGN After Telling Trump Supporter to Kill Herself in Vile Online Post

Norman City Councilmember Bree Montoya has announced her immediate resignation following a firestorm of backlash over a now-viral Facebook post in which she explicitly told a Trump supporter to kill herself.
While Montoya claims she “resigned on her own,” mounting pressure from constituents, social media mobs, Republican activists, and local media left her with little choice but to step down.
According to screenshots shared widely across social media, Montoya engaged in a heated exchange with a Facebook user over the “No Kings” protest earlier this summer.
In one of her remarks, she told the user to “kill yourself,” which many interpret as a direct encouragement of suicide.
“Go on, put a gun in your mouth and pull the tigger,” Montoya wrote.

Montoya later posted an apology on her official social media accounts:
“I want to apologize for comments I made from my personal Facebook account a few months ago.
There are no words to express how awful, inappropriate, and unacceptable my comments were.
An exchange between an individual and myself got way out of hand, and in a moment of personal distress, I was completely out of line.
I was immediately disgusted with myself and knew I had crossed an unimaginable line. I sent a direct apology soon after.
I know better, but in that moment I failed. I know to reject the ugliness of certain emotions, and instead reach for kindness and compassion. But in that moment, I let personal distress overtake me. Since the incident, I have sought help to heal old wounds, learned from it, and am working daily to become a better person.
To those I’ve hurt and are disappointed in me, l am truly sorry. I humbly ask your forgiveness.”
Oklahoma City Councilor Bree Montoya posted this groveling apology for telling a Trump supporter to kiII himself and says she’s sought professional help.
On Tuesday, at the beginning of the Norman City Council meeting, Montoya announced her resignation, citing her many years of “service to the community,” KOCO reported.

Montoya announced her resignation at the start of the meeting, and she left the building right after.
“I have served the community since 2008, and I am ready to pursue other opportunities. That being said, I am resigning immediate from Council Ward 3. Thank you, Ward 3. It’s been an honor to serve,” Montoya said at the meeting.

Montoya resigned on her own, and she was not forced to do so by the city. The city sent KOCO 5 a statement.
“City Council members are not considered traditional employees of the city of Norman. As elected officials, they enjoy the same First Amendment protections as any other citizen. Therefore, city staff cannot take disciplinary action against council members for exercising those rights,” the city said.

I heard about Denis Postovoy a year ago from a few January 6th Hostages in the DC Gulag. They all have vowed to help their friend and his family get through this hard time of incarceration and will stay by him as he fights this unjust legal battle.

I have always admired the portrayals of Lady Justice in marble or bronze. She appears wearing a blindfold while holding the scales of justice in one hand and a sword in the other. Pretty evocative, yet I’m beginning to wonder just how impartial she is.
I’ve witnessed the justice process in the United States since January 6, 2021. Actual Justice is very dependent upon one’s perspective. What happened wasn’t “just” to most of those arrested for their presence (J6rs) at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021. Many faced pre-dawn raids, were labelled as terrorists, and held in jail for years “pre-trial”.
The term habeas corpus is a long-standing legal concept that dates back to the Magna Carta, intended to protect individuals from unlawful detention. In Latin, it means “you shall have the body.” It refers to a legal writ or order that requires authorities to justify the detention of an individual before a court, a part of Due Process.
Yet Due Process is not guaranteed. Sometimes the justice system gets it wrong. Take the case of Marvin Grimm of Richmond, VA, who is currently the longest serving wrongly convicted person in the Commonwealth. He spent 44 years behind bars for murder before he was proven innocent on all counts in June of 2024.
The United States has the highest incarceration rate of any country in the world. One in four adults has a criminal record and the DOJ boasts a 98% conviction rate. Pre-trial detention is a broadly wielded blunt instrument to coerce folks into taking plea deals or to lie about others for reduced sentences. Habeus Corpus has been neutered since 1996 when Bill Clinton signed the Anti-Effective Death Penalty Act. This law removed the requirement for the government to report wrongful conviction statistics. Prosecutors, Public Defenders, and Defense attorneys are all part of a “club” that cares more about career paths than justice for the accused. Even judges are part of the performance art. I wish just ONE member of Congress had chosen to sit through a J6 trial or sentencing, but to my knowledge not one walked three blocks from Capitol Hill to the E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse to attend a J6 hearing.
The Persecution of J6 Defendants
The prospect of Justice for January 6th defendants in a Washington DC courtroom was very low. Especially under the corrupt Biden regime and the DOJ’s US Attorney for the District of Columbia, Matthew M. Graves. He orchestrated the prosecution of 1,575 J6ers of which many had only misdemeanor charges but were still locked away. Mr. Graves resigned his position January 16, 2025, just four days prior to President Trump’s inauguration. But Matthew Graves’ legacy lives on in the story of Denis Postovoy.
From the DOJ Press Release upon Mr. Postovoy’s original arrest:
“According to the indictment, this defendant illegally exported dual-use technology to Russia that could bolster its capabilities to wage its unprovoked war against Ukraine,” said U.S. Attorney Graves. “As alleged, he lied about the final destination for the technology he was shipping and used intermediary destinations to mask this illegal activity. Fortunately, our skilled law enforcement partners at HSI and our dedicated attorneys unraveled the plot.”
Mr. Postovoy has been incarcerated in the Washington DC Detention Center, affectionately known as the DC Gulag under pre-trial detention. He has suffered serious medical neglect and only recently had a painful gallstone removed. The government has withheld proper access to the discovery materials required to prepare for his upcoming trial in October.
For context, I found out about Denis Postovoy’s case because of two pardoned January 6th defendants who came to know him well inside the DC Gulag. They carried Mr. Postovoy’s story out of that hellhole when the jail finally obeyed President Trump’s pardon and release order on January 22nd, 2025. The following letter is from one of them.
“My name is Ryan Wilson. While I was in the DC Gulag along with two others, Rockne Earls and Michael Bradley, we got to know Denis Postovoy, who had been incarcerated by the federal government since September 2024 from his home in Sarasota, Florida. All three of us looked through his court documents and immediately knew (before we even knew him) that his charges were as bogus as ours were. The government has been hiding the evidence from him since he’s been incarcerated and won’t allow him to have possession of it. He can prove his innocence as soon as he is allowed to have any of his data from his business. I want to get his information out there so somebody can open up his case that is not a corrupt prosecutor from the Biden regime.”

“My name is Denis Postovoy. I was born in Novosibirsk, Siberia, Russia, on April 25, 1980. I was raised with a deep appreciation for hard work and dedication, graduating from Siberian University in 2002 with honors in Economics, International Economics, and Law. After spending years building my life and my business, I now find myself facing an unimaginable situation, torn from the life I knew.
I am married to my loving wife, Tetiana Pakhomova, a Ukrainian citizen. We were blessed with three beautiful children and my wife gave birth to our fourth on the 23rd of January 2025. We live in Sarasota, Florida, a place we hoped would be a safe haven—a fresh start for our family, far from the complications and uncertainties of the world. Yet, instead of peace, we now find ourselves struggling with a nightmare beyond comprehension.
A Life Built on Hard Work:
I dedicated myself to building a career that would support my family. After graduating from Siberian University, I took on a series of jobs that eventually led to me starting my own businesses. I moved to China, creating companies that developed innovative technologies, from medical devices to smart home systems. My work was my pride, my life’s passion.
But circumstances—circumstances beyond my control—began to pull me in different directions. I had to navigate economic shifts, political upheaval, and, most painfully, the violent war that erupted in Ukraine. When Russia invaded Ukraine, my world came crashing down.
I no longer could continue the business I had built in Russia. I was forced to move my operations first to China, then to Hong Kong, and finally, to the United States, trying to keep my family safe, while also keeping my business alive.
The Unimaginable Struggle: In 2019, the world was rocked by the COVID-19 pandemic. I lost everything I had worked for in China. Factory closures, rising tensions, and uncertainty made it impossible to continue business operations. But my determination did not falter. I moved to the United States, hoping that in this land of opportunity, I could rebuild, find peace, and start again.
Yet, my troubles were far from over. Despite years of ethical business practices, in 2021, I became the target of investigations by U.S. authorities. The accusation? That I had violated sanctions and attempted to assist Russia’s military. This accusation could not be further from the truth. My family has been living through a war, and I have always made every effort to separate myself from Russia’s military actions. Still, as much as I tried to explain, the storm of suspicion grew.
The Day My Life Changed: In September 2024, my life and my family’s future changed forever. Federal agents, accompanied by local police, raided our home. My computers, mobile devices, even our Russian passports were taken from us. The doors were smashed open in front of my children—innocent kids who had no understanding of the gravity of what was happening. The fear in their eyes is something I will never forget.
I was told I was under investigation for attempting to sell microchips to Russia that were allegedly used in military drones. This was a complete and utter misunderstanding. These chips were common, everyday components used in civilian products—medical devices, automotive safety systems, and more. They were never intended for Russia, nor for military use. Yet, this misunderstanding has torn my life apart.
The Emotional Toll: Throughout this entire ordeal, I have been in constant contact with my family. My wife, a Ukrainian citizen, has had to watch as her husband is dragged through a nightmare. She has been subjected to the same fears and struggles. Our children are now growing up with an understanding of fear they should never have to know.
I am not a criminal. I am a man who built his life on honesty, dedication, and hard work. I am a father who has been trying to provide for my family, keep them safe, and protect them from a world that has become increasingly hostile.
The accusations against me are rooted in the deepest misunderstandings, and I ask for the chance to prove my innocence. I beg for compassion—for the chance to be with my family during this difficult time, to care for my wife who is expecting our child in mere weeks, and to prepare my defense against these false accusations.
A Call for Justice and Compassion: I am not a flight risk. I have no country to flee to. My family is here, in the United States, and I am bound to them. I cannot return to Russia or Ukraine because of the dangers to my family. My heart aches for the injustice of this situation—the fear, the pain, and the separation from my family that it has caused.
In my darkest moments, I have never lost hope. But I need help. I need the chance to show that I have always acted in good faith, that I am innocent, and that I am nothing more than a man who wanted to build a life for his family in a new country.
Please, I ask for the opportunity to be released on bail so I can care for my family, defend myself, and continue to build the life I have always dreamed of in this land of opportunity. This is a chance for fairness, for understanding, and for hope—for all of us.”
Denis Postovoy
Mr. Postovoy had a hearing on September 4th, 2025, where United States District Court Judge Loren AliKhan decided to approve the defense’s motion for pre-trial release. This will finally allow Mr. Postovoy to properly review his discovery materials and to seek treatment for a detached retina, something the DC Gulag has completely ignored.
As this article is posted for the good readers of The Gateway Pundit, I hope that the conditions of release are fulfilled. Please pray for this man that he gets extricated from the Gulag as soon as possible and he is restored to his family. If they can do this to him, they can do this to you.
Americans should educate themselves about how our legal system really works and examine the pre-trial detention sledgehammer being wielded by the government. We must restore Due Process and the writ of Habeus Corpus. The United States should not be known as the Incarceration Nation of the world.
***UPDATE***Denis was taken to a jail in Virginia without notice after the judge granted release. After a few days of no one knowing his location his family, attorney and friends heard from him on Sept 8th. He was taken to a jail in Alexandria, Va. Immediately after he was released from this Alexandria jail, Denis was taken by ICE and brought to a detention center in Va. There are many who are doing all they can to get Denis released and we are all hopeful that this will happen soon.
HHS Resurfaces Old Tylenol Post Warning Pregnant Women NOT to Use Their Product

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) resurfaced an eight-year-old tweet from Tylenol’s account.
The timing is ominous: the administration is now aggressively pushing a narrative linking Tylenol (acetaminophen) use in pregnancy to autism in children.
Just days ago, President Trump sounded the alarm on the potential link between Tylenol use during pregnancy and skyrocketing autism rates in children – a connection that’s been buried by the deep state bureaucrats at the FDA for far too long.
As reported by Bloomberg, HHS reposted the circa 2017 message on its official X account, with the chilling tag “No caption needed.”
The resurfaced statement from Tylenol’s official account bluntly told a concerned user:
“We actually don’t recommend using any of our products while pregnant. Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns today.”
According to PBS, “Kenvue said in a statement that ‘sound science clearly shows that taking acetaminophen does not cause autism.” The company pointed to scientific reviews by multiple government regulators worldwide, including those previously published by the FDA.”
However in 2019, Tylenol also openly admitted: “It’d be great to touch base real quick since we haven’t tested Tylenol to be used during pregnancy (and see what coupons we have for baby!)”

But while HHS waves this post like a warning flag, a curious counter-narrative is rising on TikTok: liberal women, many of them pregnant, are filming themselves chugging Tylenol in defiance or at least to show that they believe it’s safe.
Within hours of Trump’s remarks about a possible Tylenol-autism link, social media lit up with videos of pregnant women taking the drug, some dramatically downing several tablets, in what they claim is a protest against messaging they see as alarmist or politically motivated.

CNN’s Ben Ferguson and Bakari Sellers spar on-air during a heated exchange after the Dallas ICE facility shooting, as Ferguson blasts Democrats for “demonizing” law enforcement.
CNN’s latest attempt to downplay left-wing rhetoric backfired spectacularly when conservative radio host Ben Ferguson unleashed on-air fury after an unknown sniper opened fire on a Dallas ICE facility—killing one and injuring two others before taking his own life.
The shooting unfolded just after 7 A.M. Wednesday when detainees were being transferred.
According to Fox News, the shooter, identified as a white male, perched himself on top of a nearby immigration attorney’s office and fired on the facility as the gates were open.
DHS at first reported two detainees were killed and one injured, but later corrected the statement: one died, two were wounded but survived.
This horrific attack comes as left-wing leaders, including California Governor Gavin Newsom, are openly demonizing federal immigration officers as “authoritarian.”
Ferguson, furious at the pattern, blasted Democrats on CNN’s panel for their role in stoking hatred toward law enforcement.
CNN contributor Bakari Sellers tried to play defense, asking dismissively, “Who was killed today?”, sparking an explosive back-and-forth where Ferguson accused him of minimizing the lives lost simply because ICE agents weren’t among the dead.

Pregnant Liberal Woman Suffers Fatal Tylenol Overdose After Trying to “Prove Trump Wrong” — Now Allegedly on Ventilator Fighting for Her Life: REPORT

Nicole Sirotek, founder of American Frontline Nurses, shared the tragic story of a pregnant woman who allegedly overdosed on Tylenol in an attempt to “prove Trump wrong”
Nicole Sirotek, founder of American Frontline Nurses, claimed that she received a frantic 4 a.m. call from a distraught husband whose pregnant wife is now on a ventilator after overdosing on Tylenol.
According to Sirotek, the woman, who was between 23 and 25 weeks pregnant, attempted to ingest massive amounts of Tylenol in an effort to “prove Donald Trump wrong” after his recent remarks linking acetaminophen use during pregnancy to autism.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump on Monday announced that the use of acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol, can increase the risk of autism when used by pregnant women.
HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said Tylenol is tied to autism, ADHD, and liver toxicity in children.
“Today, the FDA will issue a physician’s notice about the risk of acetaminophen during pregnancy and begin the process to initiate a safety label change,” Secretary Kennedy said. “There is a potential association between acetaminophen use during pregnancy and adverse neurodevelopmental outcomes, including later diagnosis for ADHD and autism.”
Following the historic announcement, pregnant leftists took to TikTok to mock Trump and RFK Jr.’s warning about the drug. As one will see, X users collected several videos of these snarky libs popping Tylenol pills while acting like they’re performing some act of defiance.
Talk about the height of arrogance with little regard for the little human being inside of them.
In a post on X, Sirotek wrote:

This behavior is ridiculous. This woman hated Trump so much because of the HARVARD STUDY on Tylenol and Autism she ultimately killed herself by overdosing on Tylenol to try and “prove Trump wrong.”

In a follow-up video, Sirotek shared chilling details:
Sirotek: “It’s going to be 6:00 AM, finally. For those of you who don’t follow me on Twitter, I recommend that you do. I got a very frantic call at 4:00 in the morning from a husband whose wife is now dying of liver failure on a ventilator in an ICU because she was trying to prove that Tylenol doesn’t cause autism—because of what Trump said. Mind you, that’s a Harvard study.
Now, whether or not you believe the Harvard study is not the issue here. The issue is that she’s somewhere between 23 to 25 weeks, and she overdosed on Tylenol. She’s going to die. She’s not going to come off that ventilator.
The guy got my phone number from somebody. Somebody gave it to him. I mean, guys, it’s early in the morning. I’m still in Hello Kitty sweatpants at the gym trying to work out. She’s going to die.
Let me tell you something about Tylenol overdosing and death: if you aren’t administered the antidote, it is a very slow and painful death. Tylenol—as well as Benadryl and Aspirin—are the three most common OTCs that people will typically try to unalive themselves with, so don’t get censored.
But now people are just taking massive amounts of Tylenol to prove Trump wrong. I mean, weren’t these the same people who put Harvard and Fauci and the pillars of science on a pedestal? And now they refuse to believe it.
I don’t believe it’s going to do it either, but I’m also not going to go overdose on Tylenol. And it’s just so sad because he has to make the choice of them going and trying to emergency deliver this baby—and the baby may not survive.
The baby is going to spend a long time in the NICU. Hopefully, the baby will survive. Remember, guys, premies have complications even if they do survive. I didn’t ask him if he had more children. Let’s say this woman did. They have more children, but now they’ve lost their mother.
The baby’s not going to grow up with the mom. He’s lost his whole life if this baby dies too—all because of TikTok challenges. Everybody wants… well, not everybody, but maybe these crazy liberal women. They literally hate Trump so bad that she killed herself and her baby, potentially.
I’m just like—I don’t even have words for this because it’s such a waste of life.
It’s such a waste of life. This was a preventable situation. This situation didn’t even have to exist. It wasn’t like she woke up and was in a car accident, or something fell off a building and killed her. She willfully did this herself.

Skeptics online pressed Sirotek to verify the story, asking why mainstream media has ignored it.
“I would love to talk to the news about this situation and what is going on in hospitals. Remember I was the one who told everyone about what was going on in the hospitals in 2020. I was also the one who warned everyone about remdesivir and the Covid shot killing kids before the doctors finally caught on.
I would love to go on @joerogan and let him know considering he’s had every doctor in but won’t get back to me. Or how about @jordan.b.peterson who has also spoke with the doctors but not the nurses? I had a scheduled phone call with him when he was on a book tour in Brussels which he missed.
Or how about @tuckercarlson and his @tuckercarlsonnetwork? I’ve reached out to him and his network as well. Once again, he has spoken to the doctors but not the nurses. ’m down to talk to anyone that will listen, they just don’t want to listen to me because I’m “just a nurse”
