Harmeet Dhillon, the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the Department of Justice, has announced that they plan to charge disgraced former CNN anchor Don Lemon under the Ku Klux Klan Act, a Reconstruction-era law enacted to combat terrorist activities by groups like the KKK.

The impending charges stem from Lemon’s involvement when a group of anti-ICE activists stormed a church in Minneapolis, disrupting a religious service and intimidating worshippers, on Sunday.

The Ku Klux Klan Act, formally known as the Enforcement Act of 1871, prohibits conspiracies to threaten, injure, or intimidate individuals to prevent them from exercising their constitutional rights, including the free exercise of religion.

According to reports, Lemon not only accompanied the protesters but had prior knowledge of their plans to target the church, which was hosting a service at the time.

Some have even alleged that he was the one who incited the protesters to target the church.

Before the incident, Lemon is seen in his team’s own footage discussing the “secret operation” with activists, confirming they had the church’s address, and even instructing his staff not to reveal the location.

“We’re not going to give any of the information away,” Lemon says in one clip.

The former CNN anchor also acknowledges, “We don’t know what’s happening. We kind of do, but we don’t know how it’s going to play out, right?”

Upon arrival, he directs the camera, “We are here. I think maybe if you just have it on the church.”

After the incident, Lemon claimed, “I didn’t even know they were going to this church until we followed them there… Once the protest started in the church, we did an act of journalism.”

This apparent lie has fueled the DOJ’s case, with officials arguing that Lemon’s actions went beyond reporting and amounted to active participation in violating the congregants’ civil rights.

On Monday, Dhillon appeared on The Benny Show to explain the legal implications.

“The Klan Act is one of the most important federal civil rights statutes,” Dhillon said. “It makes it illegal to terrorize and violate the civil rights of citizens. Whenever people conspire to do this, the Klan Act can be used.”

She emphasized that the full force of the federal government would be brought to bear on such disruptions, drawing parallels to how the FACE Act has been used against pro-life protesters outside abortion clinics.

“Everyone in the protest community needs to know that the fullest force of the federal government is going to come down and prevent this from happening and put people away for a long time,” Dhillon warned.

As Dhillon noted, if peaceful pro-life grandmas can face felony charges for praying outside clinics, then activists and so-called journalists who disrupt churches should expect the same accountability.

Dhillon also posted the interview and wrote, “To those asking where the arrests are: MN state prosecutors could have made arrests yesterday. The DOJ must first go before a federal judge to obtain an arrest warrant.

She added, “Make no mistake: AG Pam Bondi & The Justice Dept will pursue federal charges in this case.”

President Trump has said since early in his second term as US President that he wants to purchase Greenland, the strategic landmass, from Denmark.

Speaking to reporters, President Trump underscored the strategic urgency of Greenland’s location in the rapidly militarizing Arctic, warning that America’s adversaries are already exploiting the vacuum left by European inaction.

“I will say this about Greenland: We need Greenland from the standpoint of national security. It’s so strategic. Right now, Greenland is covered with Russian and Chinese ships all over the place,” Trump said. “Denmark is not going to be able to do it—I can tell you that.”

As Greenland comes under the international spotlight, native Greenlanders are speaking out about the realities of living under Danish rule, saying their future has been ‘stolen.’

In an exclusive report, The New York Post spoke with native Greenlanders about some of the disturbing abuse under Danish rule, including hundreds of Greenlandic women and girls who were forcibly given contraception between 1960 and 1991. Between 1966 and 1970, over 4,500 women and girls, some as young as twelve, had an intra-uterine device (IUD) implanted.

The forced contraception was part of centuries of Danish policies that dehumanized Greenlanders and their families and included policies that removed young Inuit children from their parents.

The 1951 “Little Danes” experiment removed Inuit children from the country and sent them to live with Danish foster families for reeducation and controversial parental competency tests, which “resulted in the forced separation of Greenlandic families.”

Amarok Petersen was 27 years old when she learned the gut-wrenching truth about why she couldn’t have children — and that Denmark was to blame.

Suffering from severe uterine problems, a medical doctor discovered an IUD birth control device in her body that she didn’t know she had.

Danish doctors had implanted it when she was just 13 as part of a population control program for thousands of native Greenlandic girls and women.

“I will never have children,” Petersen told The Post, with tears of anger and sorrow welling in her eyes. “That choice was taken from me.”

Following a two-year investigation, independent researchers have released a report on the forced sterilization.  Denmark’s prime minister, Mette Frederiksen, issued an apology to Greenland.

In an August 2025 written statement, Frederiksen wrote, “We cannot change what has happened. But we can take responsibility. Therefore, on behalf of Denmark, I would like to say: I apologise.”

She also acknowledged the case had caused “anger and sadness for many Greenlanders and many families” and damaged perceptions of Denmark. Even without the full picture (pending ongoing investigation), it made a “serious impression” that so many women reported abuse by the Danish healthcare system.

During a ceremony in Nuuk on September 24, 2025, Frederiksen stated, “On behalf of Denmark, I apologise.”

“It had been a betrayal that had major consequences for Greenlandic girls.”

“I don’t believe we can achieve the more equal and proper relationship that many of us desire unless we dare opening even the darkest chapters. Therefore, the apology I offer today is not only about the past. [It is] about the mutual trust that must exist between us.”

“But I hope it can stand as recognition that what you went through was wrong, that it was a betrayal, and that the responsibility no longer lies on you but on us.”

President Trump’s proposed Gold Card is being pitched as a bold new way to attract smart, successful and wealthy people to the United States immigrants who can contribute immediately and meaningfully to our economy. Used correctly it could be a good way to make a dent in our national debt.

But there is an important caveat. The Trump Gold Card must not replace one of the most successful pro worker immigration programs America already has. That program is EB5, which is the America First of visas..

EB5 is the essence of MAGA immigration. The country benefits. American workers benefit. Communities benefit. We actually get something in return. Not just a check written to Washington.

Under the EB5 program foreign investors put their own money directly into American projects in exchange for legal residency in the United States. Not citizenship. Residency. That distinction matters. EB5 does not hand out passports. It offers a legal path to live and work in this country only after the investor has met strict requirements and delivered real economic value.

Those investments go into American projects such as real estate developments, infrastructure manufacturing and other job creating ventures across the country. And here is the key distinction. EB5 investments must create American jobs. Not projected jobs. Not theoretical jobs. Real jobs filled by real Americans.

Right now there is a push inside the Trump administration to lower the cost of the Gold Card to roughly one million dollars. That figure is dangerously close to the investment levels required under EB5. According to high ranking sources within the administration Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick is advocating for Gold Card payments to be used primarily to pay down the national debt.

But, that approach would be a serious mistake.

If the federal government offers wealthy immigrants a one time payment option for legal residence at roughly the same price point as EB5 it would effectively gut the EB5 program. Instead of investing in businesses creating jobs and generating long term economic activity applicants would simply write a check to Washington and move on. That is not investment. That is a legalized bribe and it does nothing to strengthen the American workforce.

There is a better, smarter approach.

Keep the cost of the Trump Gold Card where it was originally proposed: five million dollars. Use that money for debt reduction if Congress chooses. But leave EB5 intact.

This creates a natural logical separation between the two programs. Ultra high net worth individuals who can afford a five million dollar price tag can choose the Gold Card. Meanwhile investors who do not have that level of liquidity but still want to build businesses and contribute to America will choose EB5.

And when they do their investment does not disappear into a government ledger. It works for America year after year.

An EB5 investor who puts up one million dollars does not just make a one time payment. That capital goes into businesses that pay taxes, hire workers, expand operations and fuel local economies. The revenue generated is not a one off transaction. It is recurring income for the United States.

This is similar in spirit to Opportunity Zones which were made permanent in the One Big Beautiful Bill giving businesses certainty in long term planning and investment decisions. The difference is that EB5 goes even further. Unlike Opportunity Zones there is no cost to the federal government. In fact it is quite the opposite. America gains investment jobs, wages tax revenue and economic growth without spending taxpayer dollars.  Congress should equally make EB5 permanent allowing business to have certainty in their investment planning.

Just as important, each EB5 investment creates an average of forty five American jobs. Why would we dismantle a program that delivers that kind of return?

The numbers speak for themselves. From 2016 to 2019 alone EB5 generated seventy five billion dollars in total investment and helped create one point seven million American jobs. Those jobs paid one hundred twenty two billion dollars in wages to US workers and contributed one hundred eighty four billion dollars to our GDP. The program also produced fourteen point five billion dollars in tax revenue.

Even more impressive, every five hundred thousand dollars invested through EB5 generates an additional one point six million dollars in private investment. That is not immigration replacing Americans. That is immigration employing Americans.

So let President Trump have his Gold Card but with a higher price tag. What we cannot afford to do is destroy the one immigration program that is demonstrably working and doing so without costing taxpayers a dime.

If lawmakers are looking to eliminate a program that actually steals jobs from Americans they should focus their attention elsewhere specifically on the H1B visa program.

Unlike EB5 H1B imports labor not capital. It allows companies to replace American workers with cheaper foreign labor under the guise of a skills shortage. The result is wage suppression, reduced opportunity for American professionals and less incentive for companies to train domestic talent.

H1B depresses wages and outsources opportunity. EB5 creates jobs, raises tax revenue and fuels long term growth without displacing a single US worker.

If the goal is economic nationalism, rising wages and real prosperity for American families then expanding EB5 while reining in H1B is not radical. It is common sense.

America does not need more cheap labor.

America needs more investment.

Davos meets MAGA – and nothing will ever be the same.

When Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán warned Europe last year of the arrival of ‘Hurricane Trump’, he wasn’t joking around!

One year later, the Donald J. Trump administration is firing on all cylinders, and the impact of their work has fundamentally changed the world.

Now, the Globalists at the World Economic Forum in Davos will get a taste of MAGA as Trump dominates the event, leading the largest US delegation ever to the event: five cabinet secretaries and other senior officials.

The first consequence is that representatives for the WEF, which kicks off today in Switzerland, have confirmed that Danish officials will not be attending the event, as the tensions over the US acquiring Greenland are intensifying.

“In a statement, the forum said: ‘We can confirm that the Danish government will not be represented in Davos this week. Danish government representatives were invited this year, and any decisions on attendance are a matter for the government concerned,’ it added.”

Trump’s keynote speech in Davos will be held on Wednesday, where he will address European leaders directly.

Besides the dominating Trump, there will be a lot of talking about Globalist themes, as well:

New video of Don Lemon admitting to having foreknowledge of far-left protestors’ plans to storm a church in St. Paul, Minnesota.

As previously reported, Don Lemon live-streamed as anti-ICE protestors stormed Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, on Sunday.

The former CNN host announced on Saturday that he was going to Minnesota to report on ICE operations.

“I’ve seen enough. I’m heading to Minnesota to report on ICE and bring you the truth,” Don Lemon said in an Instagram post on Saturday.

“I’ll be live on YouTube tomorrow, tune in!” Lemon teased.

On Sunday, Don Lemon livestreamed as anti-ICE protestors stormed a church in St. Paul because the pastor supposedly worked for ICE.

“This is the beginning of what’s going to happen here,” Lemon said as anti-ICE protestors shouted down the pastor and harassed parishioners.

“They’ve stopped the service — a lot of people, a number of people have left,” Lemon said.

Don Lemon actually claimed that the protestors who interrupted a church service to harass Christians in a place of worship are protected by the First Amendment.

“This is what the First Amendment is about, the freedom to protest,” Don Lemon said. “I’m sure people here don’t like it, but protests are not comfortable.”

Don Lemon lashed out at the DOJ and claimed he was just doing his job as a journalist and filming a protest.

He claimed he had no idea the protestors were going to storm a church.

However, footage of Lemon admitting that he had foreknowledge that the protestors were going to enter a church and disrupt the sermon has surfaced.

Don Lemon admitted he was embedded with BLM activist Nekima Armstrong and the group of rabid protestors.
