President Trump on Saturday called for consequences for the “Radical Left Insurrectionists who illegally ran the Biden Administration” and for the stolen 2020 election in an apparent reminder to his Department of Justice.

Attorney General Pam Bondi is facing growing scrutiny for the ZERO high-profile arrests that over 77 million people expected when they cast a ballot for Donald Trump in November 2024.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) even called Bondi out for sitting on the list of scandals, namely the autopen investigation, and dragging out the investigations.

Trump previously declared in December that all documents, executive orders, and contracts signed by Joe Biden’s autopen are “hereby null, void, and of no further force or effect.”

“Our congressional investigation will serve as the basis to uphold the declaration of those pardons and executive orders being declared null and void,” Comer said. Still, nobody from the Justice Department has done anything about it.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the White House Counsel’s Office is investigating the auto pen scandal, with over one million documents expected to be probed relating to last-minute pardons and presidential actions, as well as documents Biden’s handlers may have unknowingly and fraudulently signed over his four-year term.

“I made every decision,” Biden claims, but email records and the President’s schedule tell a different story.

However, recently revealed details confirm that Biden did not review thousands of the pardons he granted just before leaving office. One of the Biden White House attorneys even admitted that Biden “doesn’t review” the documents. Then-White House Staff Secretary Stef Feldman also admitted at one point that she did not have evidence that Biden consented to his autopen signature being placed on a clemency act for thousands of criminals.

"What was done is totally illegal, and anything signed that way is of 'no further force or effect.' The person who 'worked' the Autopen had no idea whether or not Biden approved of what he was doing. There was no ORDER in writing, and it was an absolutely illegal act perpetrated by the Radical Left Insurrectionists who illegally ran the Biden Administration," Trump said.

Every new wave of unrest in Iran produces the same reaction in Washington. Commentators begin predicting airstrikes, social media circulates claims about “imminent action,” and the debate turns into a narrow question of whether the United States will strike Iranian territory. 

That framing misses the central issue. The challenge inside Iran is not a contest between two armies. It is a contest between a population trying to organize and a regime that retains power because it can suppress coordination before it spreads.

The Islamic Republic’s decisive edge is operational rather than ideological: its security apparatus acts with greater speed and coordination than the protesters it seeks to suppress.

That advantage depends on internal communications networks, surveillance systems, and rapid-deployment units tied to the IRGC and the Basij. 

When the regime shuts down the internet, blocks cellular service, or deploys its paramilitary forces into cities, it is relying on a structure designed to prevent the public from organizing at a pace that threatens state control.

This is why the familiar discussion about “airstrikes” misunderstands the problem. Iran briefly closed its airspace this week, which led to speculation about a U.S. strike package. 

The more useful observation is what that closure signals: the regime’s biggest fear is not destruction of infrastructure that can be rebuilt. Its biggest fear is disruption of the systems that allow it to direct repression. 

A targeted operation that disables specific command nodes or interferes with surveillance capability would affect Iran’s internal balance more than a conventional strike on hardened facilities. 

The confrontation is occurring inside urban neighborhoods, where control depends on information flow and speed, not large-scale military assets.

The IRGC and Basij form the backbone of this system. They enforce compliance through arrests, rapid crowd dispersion, and lethal force. The United States cannot and should not promise a direct path to regime change. 

Iran’s political structure is distributed enough that removing individual leaders would not dissolve the apparatus underneath them. 

But the United States can influence the environment in which Iranian citizens are resisting. 

Operations that disrupt censorship systems, slow the deployment of rapid-response units, or limit coordination among enforcement agencies would raise real costs for the regime without committing American forces to a long-term presence.

This also clarifies a recurring argument in American politics. Pressure on Iran is often framed as an action taken on behalf of another country. That claim ignores the strategic burden Iran already imposes on the United States. 

American bases and naval deployments across the region exist largely to deter Iranian activity. 

Weakening Iran’s internal enforcement capacity reduces threats to American personnel, lowers the probability of regional escalation, and limits the IRGC’s ability to project force through proxies. 

Those are outcomes that directly affect American security.

Regime change cannot be treated as a single action. Iran’s leadership networks can regenerate even after major losses. 

The attainable objective is more specific: make repression harder to execute, make coordination among protesters easier to sustain, and increase the operational costs for the units responsible for violence.

If Washington limits the conversation to whether it will “bomb Iran,” it will overlook the only question that decides outcomes: whether U.S. policy focuses on the regime’s control systems rather than symbolic displays of force. 

The quieter approach is the one that shifts the balance on the ground.

Ronald Loftis, an alleged carjacker, appeared in court this past Monday to face charges of attempted murder, felonious assault, and aggravated robbery, among other charges.

Loftis, who was recently released from prison, is accused of stealing a Cleveland woman’s car in front of her home. He allegedly shot her in the face in the presence of her one-year-old son, who he threw to the ground before stealing the car on January 2nd.

Tiffanie Muscatello was transported to the hospital and was treated for a gunshot wound to her mouth and face.

CLEVELAND — The man charged with shooting a Cleveland mother in the face in front of her 1-year-old son and then stealing the woman’s car had been released from prison weeks earlier, according to state records.

Ronald Loftis appeared in court Monday, accused of attempted murder, aggravated robbery, felonious assault and other charges for the Jan. 2 shooting that wounded Tiffanie Muscatello outside her home near Madison and West 79th Street in Cleveland.

“The guy came out of nowhere and just held her at gunpoint, told her to get on the ground,” said the victim’s daughter, Jovanna Mucatello. “She got on the ground, and he said if you don’t have money, he’s going to kill her.”

Her daughter Jovanna explained that her mother had numerous stitches and lost two teeth, with more that were cracked from the gunshot.

Fortunately, her one-year-old son was not hurt during the assault.

Loftis, who is 47, was taken into custody one day after the shooting.

Loftis has a long criminal history going back to 1998. It included numerous prison stints.

He was recently released from prison in early December after serving less than four years on numerous charges, including burglary, felonious assault, and weapons charges.

Prison records show he was on supervised release when he shot Tiffanie Muscatello.

His bond is set at $500,000, and he is due back in court on January 26th.

US forces executed a strike in Syria on Friday and killed an Al-Qaeda leader in response to the attack on US forces last month in Palmyra, Syria, that killed two Iowa National Guardsmen. 

The target in the strike, Bilal Hasan al-Jasim, was “affiliated with Al-Qaeda who had direct ties to an ISIS terrorist responsible for an ambush which killed two U.S. service members and an American interpreter on Dec. 13, 2025,” US Central Command said.

“Bilal Hasan al-Jasim was an experienced terrorist leader who plotted attacks and was directly connected with the ISIS gunman who killed and injured American and Syrian personnel last month in Palmyra, Syria,” they added.

The deceased Soldiers were identified as Sgt. William Nathaniel Howard, 29, of Marshalltown, Iowa, and Sgt. Edgar Brian Torrestovar, 25, of Grimes, Iowa. The interpreter was Iraqi national Ayad Sakat, who immigrated to the US in 2007 after working with the US Army.

This is not the first retaliatory attack the US has carried out since the December 13 ambush.

Central Command released footage from the Hawkeye strike, which targeted "70+ ISIS targets in Syria with 100+ precision munitions."

TAMPA, Fla. — U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) conducted a strike in northwest Syria on Jan. 16, that resulted in the death of a leader affiliated with Al-Qaeda who had direct ties to an ISIS terrorist responsible for an ambush which killed two U.S. service members and an American interpreter on Dec. 13, 2025.

Bilal Hasan al-Jasim was an experienced terrorist leader who plotted attacks and was directly connected with the ISIS gunman who killed and injured American and Syrian personnel last month in Palmyra, Syria.

“The death of a terrorist operative linked to the deaths of three Americans demonstrates our resolve in pursuing terrorists who attack our forces,” said Adm. Brad Cooper, CENTCOM commander. “There is no safe place for those who conduct, plot, or inspire attacks on American citizens and our warfighters. We will find you.”

CENTCOM launched large-scale strikes in Syria in response to the Dec. 13 attack. The operation, dubbed Hawkeye Strike, resulted in U.S. and partner forces hitting more than 100 ISIS infrastructure and weapons site targets with over 200 precision munitions.

Additionally, U.S. and partner forces have captured more than 300 ISIS operatives and killed over 20 across Syria during the past year, removing terrorists who posed a direct threat to the United States and regional security.

War Room’s Steve Bannon and Brian Kennedy discussed mass deportations. Kennedy explained to Bannon that currently, resources are lacking for deporting the number of illegals that entered the country under the Biden regime.

An estimated 2 million people self-deported since President Trump resumed office, and about two to three hundred thousand have been arrested by ICE. That is a significant number, but it leaves about 22 million illegals that are still in the US that need to be deported.

Kennedy explained that with 22,000 ICE agents working for the US Government and the resistance that we are seeing in blue states like Minnesota, it is going to be very difficult to accomplish that goal within a reasonable time.

“Give me your thoughts. Insurrection act,” Bannon commented.

“I’ve been using on Gettr recently, half measures. I believe one of the reasons the President polling is not great in this is that they have tried to do half measures so far,” Bannon said.

“Your thoughts sir?” Bannon asked.

“If we start with the President’s main premise, which is that 25 million people came over the border during the Biden administration. Now it’s a big number, 25 million illegal aliens in what we’ve called here on the War Room, an invasion,” Kennedy said.

“It looks like maybe two million have deported. You know it looks like maybe in 2025 about two to three hundred thousand were arrested by ICE and maybe deported,” Kennedy said.

“There is still 22 million people left in the country. Now we have 22,000 ICE agents, and so people look at all of this and they think, are 22,000 ICE agents going to deport 22 million people over the next three years? Are we throwing enough resources at this problem?” Kennedy asked.

“You’ve been saying for the last few weeks they all have to go, and I agree a thousand percent, and as I go around the country, everyone thinks that. They all have to go,” Kennedy continued.

“The left in America is looking at this and they are thinking, we just have to buy time here and if they deport a few million more people in the next three years, we are still gonna have 20 million people that when the Democrats take power, and they will take power again someday. They are gonna turn those people into citizens,” Kennedy warned.

“Tom Homan is a national hero. They don’t have the resources to get it done. They need to find those resources right now. They need to come up with a scheme and show to the American people, how in an orderly way, they are going to get rid of, deport 22 million people in the next three years,” Kennedy explained.

“To get to mass deportations, we have to scale. If you scale, you have to go to where the central beating part of the problem is, the beating heart of the problem is the employment,” Bannon explained.

“All of the cartels, all of it, that’s got to go, obviously. But the heart of the 25 million is because they found opportunities here because corporate America and the Chamber of Commerce wanted to drive down wages,” Bannon said.
