The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) provided additional information after a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, who was previously convicted of illegal reentry, shot a police officer in the chest in Charleston County, South Carolina, on February 1.

ABC News 4 reports law enforcement responded to reports of gunfire in the Johns Island area.

While en route to the scene, deputies state that they spotted the suspect’s vehicle at the intersection of Maybank and River Road. A traffic stop was attempted, but the suspect failed to comply, leading to a chase.

The pursuit ended on Edenborough Road and Caroline Lane when the male suspect exited the vehicle and fled the scene on foot.

Ritchie states that at some point during the subsequent foot chase, the suspect fired at deputies, striking one in his protective vest. In response, deputies returned fire, striking and killing the suspect.

The suspect was later identified as Floriberto Perez-Nieto.

Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin noted, “This criminal illegal alien illegally obtained a firearm and nearly killed a law enforcement officer.”

“Thankfully, the officer’s body armor saved his life. There could have been quite a different, tragic outcome for this officer and his family.”

DHS notes Perez-Nieto was previously arrested after he illegally entered the U.S. from Mexico, at an unknown date and location, and without inspection by an immigration official.

He was subsequently removed from the United States on February 20, 2019. He chose to commit a felony and illegally re-entered the country at an unknown date and time.

DHS also announced that an additional 5,000 criminal illegal aliens have been added to the Worst of the Worst website expanding the 2085 pages, with 12 illegals per page, to 2576 pages.

“For even more transparency, DHS has added another 5,000 criminal illegal aliens to the Worst of the Worst website,” said a DHS Spokesperson.

“The webpage allows visitors to search through some of the hundreds of thousands of criminal illegal aliens who have been arrested across all 50 states, with criminal histories that include homicide, assault, rape, drug trafficking, child molestation, cruelty toward a child, battery, and armed robbery, among other crimes.”

“We hope the mainstream media will continue to cover the worst of the worst and also focus on the Americans victimized and harmed by illegal immigration.”

West Virginia is going after Apple as a completely evil admission has come to light: Its services are widely used for child pornography.

The statement comes from internal communications between Apple employees about the iCloud service. Reuters reported Thursday that a former company anti-fraud chief called this software “the greatest platform for distributing child porn.”

That day, West Virginia Attorney General John B. McCuskey filed a lawsuit, alleging the company puts privacy above the safety of children. “These images are a permanent record of a child’s trauma, and that child is victimized every time the material is shared or viewed,” he said.

Apple made its own statement.

The company says it is “innovating every day to combat ever-evolving threats and maintain the safest, most trusted platform for kids.

“All of our industry-leading parental controls and features, like Communication Safety — which automatically intervenes on kids’ devices when nudity is detected on Messages, shared Photos, AirDrop and even live FaceTime calls — are designed with the safety, security, and privacy of our users at their core.”

Although iCloud reportedly does not use end-to-end encryption for all information shared, which would put it outside the reach of investigators and the company, the lawsuit focuses on this tool for what Reuters calls a “move toward” it.

PC Magazine clarified that in 2022, iCloud introduced optional end-to-end encryption.

Clearly, something must be done.

In May 2025, Forbes ranked Apple the most valuable brand in the world for the fourth straight year.

This is a company so massive, with software and hardware in millions of homes across the globe, and its cloud service is known for one thing: evil, disgusting, criminal perversions.

For every day this goes on, Apple executives are making money off of children being abused and having their lives ruined.

McCuskey’s office says this case is the first of its kind. According to a news release, McCuskey commented, “Preserving the privacy of child predators is absolutely inexcusable.

“And more importantly, it violates West Virginia law. Since Apple has so far refused to police themselves and do the morally right thing, I am filing this lawsuit to demand Apple follow the law, report these images, and stop re-victimizing children by allowing these images to be stored and shared.”

In that same release, McCuskey’s office indicated it appears Apple is massively underreporting child porn on its platforms.

“Federal law requires all technology companies based in the U.S. to report detected CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). In 2023, Apple made just 267 such reports. By contrast, Google filed 1.47 million reports and Meta filed more than 30.6 million. Apple’s failure to deploy available detection technology is not a passive oversight — it is a choice.”

The U.S. Department of Justice should be involved, not just one state.

This should be a major issue across the country.

The legal system in Northern Virginia has allowed an evil man to completely get away with a cold-blooded murder despite overwhelming evidence.

As WUSA9 reported, a cowardly judge in Fairfax County, Virginia, accepted a plea agreement on Thursday that found a man not guilty by reason of insanity in the 2022 shooting death of DonorSee CEO Glen Glyer.

37-year-old Joshua Danehower, who killed Glyer, will go to a mental health facility after awaiting his future inside a prison cell, where he belonged.

This decision comes after the prosecution led by Soros-funded Fairfax County District Attorney Steve Descano and the defense struck a deal last month that would allow Danehower to escape justice.

In the proceedings, the clinicians from both sides claimed that Danehower was legally insane at the time of the killing.

But the evidence strongly suggests that Danehower knew precisely what he was doing. For example, Danehower had authored a chilling manifesto called “The Plan” detailing the murder plot before carrying it out.

He also had a gun and a lock-picking kit.

Moreover, prosecutors were able to establish that Danehower committed this act because he had worked up an unhealthy obsession with Glyer’s wife after seeing her for the first time in a decade at a church function.

The two had previously gone on a date.

A jealous Danehower then decided Gret needed to die. Danehower broke into Gret’s home and shot him 10 TIMES as he slept in bed next to his wife.

WUSA9 noted that the couple’s young kids were home the night their father was murdered.

Does this sound like an insane individual or a calm, calculating assassin? Most people would say the latter.

The victim’s mother, Silvia Glyer, was rightfully furious after this outrageous travesty of justice.

“Justice is not served today,” she said outside the courthouse. “An evil man took his life in the middle of the night. A coward.”

“Somebody who planned step by step a murder and who is backed up by the justice system in Virginia.”

Heather Glyer, the victim’s wife, said on the stand she was “robbed of her life partner” and her kids were “robbed of their father.”

President Trump on Friday responded to the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down his tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).

The US Supreme Court on Friday struck down President Trump’s tariffs in a 6-3 decision.

Chief Justices Roberts, Amy Coney Barrett and Neil Gorsuch sided with the three liberal justices.

The high court did not address the billions of dollars collected from the tariffs.

Justice Kavanaugh wrote a scathing dissent and warned that the Court’s decision has created a big mess.

Trump slammed the liberal justices and others who sided against his tariffs.

The President also praised Justice Kavanaugh for writing a ‘brilliant’ dissent.

Later during his remarks, President Trump accused the justices of “being swayed by foreign interests.”

He also scorched the conservative justices who sided with the liberals and called them an “embarrassment to their families.”

“It is my opinion that the court has been swayed by foreign interest and a political movement that is far smaller than people would ever think,” President Trump said.

A reporter asked President Trump to clarify his ‘foreign interest’ comment.

Trump didn’t offer any specifics.
